I think it is cheat, because when you enter in a public lobby, if you are wearing a broken outfit, your skin is reseted to normal, in the survivor's side, you only need to enter with another character and you can use the broken outfit, but, with killer, you can't switch the killer and you can't play with broken outfits, I already tested it and doesn't work with killer

Not quite the same.
I've had survs come off hook with DS and run the the box because they know they have the 'Get out of jail free' card. That's not being tunneled, that's aggressively using DS instead of using it to get away.
Removing Pigs traps isn't aggressive.
So yes, it should disable DS.
Press W should disable DS

Is because the ST perks has turned into universal perks, so everyone can get it -after 7 November- , but, their symbols who have the ST dlc will not change, only for the people who don't have ST (btw my game changed too)
