Every killers are literally visible, so directional phasing is nothing.
She is so fast even the strong pallets will be unsafe.
If you consider spirit is balanced, so is nurse, there is as much as downside and mindgame as spirit, pallets and windows doesn't need to be resources because every one of walls will be resource against her, You can still chase nurse as they are unable to play perfectly.
If you consider nurse as fundamentally broken, so is spirit and blight, pallets or windows will not help survivors if those killers are perfect and never make a mistake, it doesn't matter what survivors do, they will get them, kill them, no counter, and yes, billy is broken too if you expect killer to make no mistake.
"fundamentally broken" is such a stupid argument when every one of powers are made to circumvent something survivors do, range, pallet/windows, movement speed, health state, and such.
Spirit is Balanced and she is not faster than a predropped pallet. Her directional and distance audio helps survivors know if she is coming for them while phased so that speed she has dosnt mean alot now. Spirit does have broken addon combos but she is not broken.
Spirit can easily be mind gamed and IW kills any chance that she can track you.
If your calling her broken because of her speed while phased then Wraith is Broken.....Billy is broken......Hag is broken......Oni is broken.....Legion is broken....all of them can bypass pallets easily or negate them completely.

I've actually went up against the new killer alot. Yesterday it was literally nothing but her and Doctor to the point I took a break from playing. Some players aren't playing her well but there's others that just know how to use her and it's a 3-4k. Not every time but it's definitely happening. It does take some time to get condemned but maybe there's an add on that makes it faster? Idk some games it takes forever others I'm condemned pretty quickly if I'm not paying attention.
There is....when they are holding the magical tape that dwells within a pocket dimension so survivors can still use Flashlights, Tool Boxes, etc.

See that would be good....if my poor PfP wasn't locked up like a criminal....well I guess if I do the crime I have to do the time.

I think they said they don't like how it can be used both for distance or to correct a mistake, so it's not exactly clear if they are looking the remove the distance part.
They actually said they don't like how survivors are using DH for distance and that's what they are looking into. More than likely they will keep the Iframes and remove the distance. Probably will change the animation making It look like they are doing like a bullet dodge or something.

I'm curious as to what everyone's idea of tunneling is exactly?
Tunneling is when you focus solely on one survivor even though there are other survivors that can be chased until they are dead. But there are many things that are not considered tunneling.
Killer following scratch marks and they find the unhooked survivor and down them. Not tunneling just the unlucky draw of who's scratch marks that they followed.
Unhooked survivor gains BT from friend and then instead of leaving and letting the killer chase their friend instead body blocks using BT and then the killer downs them. Again not tunneling because the killer had no interest in chasing them off hook but the survivor put themselves back in front of the killer.

Strange OP seems to of confused Proxy Camping with actual camping.....both are valid strats to use BHVR has said this much but they agree the "agressive" face camping Bubba's etc that don't do it as a strat but as toxic behavior IS being looked at.
Besides like I said Proxy Camping and Camping are two totally different things. With proxy Camping Killers like Hag, Demo, "Freddy" etc don't actively hug the hook but continue applying pressure or hunting survivors and can also easily be countered

Hmm. As a new/intermediate survivor and a high/intermediate killer (I'm guessing):
- Doctor is fine. Preempt his shocks or perform actions during the animation and he'll struggle in chase. Split up on gens. His effects can be a bit much though (so...much...screaming). Down 2 tiers.
- Deathslinger - Why? Juke his shots and he's craptacularly bad. Down 3 tiers.
- Trickster - yes. I hate facing him, even though I seldom lose to them unless they are camping.
- Plague? Interesting. I both enjoy facing her and playing her. What's your issue with Plague? Down to bottom.
- Cenobite - Barely see any. Enjoyed the games I've had against him. Down two tiers.
- Clown - Eh. Barely see them, don't think I've lost to any that weren't using Finger. Down a tier.
- Spirit - Love playing against her even though she tends to own me. Down 2 tiers.
- Artist - Love playing her and playing against her. I enjoy killers that aren't just static chasers, and she has an awesome chase theme. To the bottom.
- Bubba - Yes, but only because he tends to be campy. Up to the top with you.
- Twins - Literally never faced one.
- Ghosty - Tends to come in two varieties. The memelords who don't really want to play (boring) and the campers. Up a tier.
- Trapper - Barely see them. Tends to be a pretty easy match unless it's Midwich. Loves to basement camp. Down two tiers.
- PH - The only PH's I've gone up against were crazy good. I enjoy facing him a great deal - tons of fun mindgames and counterplay. Down a tier.
- Legion - Up to top. Cannot stand playing against them, even though they are weak. Just...annoying.
- Wraith - I mostly feel sorry for Wraiths. Don't mind facing them, but aside from a single player all have been push-overs.
- Hag - My favorite killer by a mile. Don't mind facing her, but almost never see her. Down a tier.
- Freddy - Ugh. Hate playing him, hate facing him. Freddies tend to be nasty. Pallet Freddy is fun though. Up two tiers.
- Oni - Another killer I don't enjoy playing or facing. Some aren't bad, but most end up having one person slugged for the entire game - generally me. Up a tier.
- Huntress - Up two tiers. I enjoy playing against her, just so, so tired of seeing her game after game - and Huntresses always tend to be super sweaty.
- Demogorgon - Have faced literally one of these and had a blast. To the bottom.
- Pig - Weak killer that relies on really irritating tactics to win (driving people off boxes). Can be fun to play, but generally not very nice to face. Up two tiers.
- Myers - I love facing Spoopy Myers, but generally the ones I run into either hard-camp on the first down or run either perma instadown or instamori builds. Up a tier.
- Billy - Either complete pushovers or gods of curving, screaming doom that kills the entire team at 5 gens. Don't see many of them though.
- Nurse - See Huntress.
- Blight - See Huntress.
- Nemesis - Yeah, I enjoy facing him too.
- Onryo - Like Wraith, I feel bad for her sometimes. She's really, really easy to see coming and loop/hold W. I wish Condemn did more. Just...boring to face. Up two tiers.
A good Demo Puppy is fun to go against and challenging if they know how to use their portals effectively. Even when I own the entire team they usually enjoy going against me. I had a 4K on RPD last weekend....yea I know but I just had a good game and the Survivors we're really good too. No one was too sweaty or trollish at all.
Started playing Artist now and besides what I have seen people say about her I really enjoy playing as her and not using her like everyone else. I tend to chase like normal but in loops I set up a barrage of crows out of thier sight and chase them back into damage range. My timing and accuracy needs work but most of my games so far have been the average 2k 2e

how about if bhvr brings back old bt and ds are you gonan still tunnel?
They won't bring back the old BT and DS because how much they could be abused by survivors. Sadly with the current state of the game and the current Survivor Meta tunneling and camping are becoming a bigger issue. BHVR is being careful dealing with both because those ARE valid strategies when used correctly and not the way they are being done now. They don't want to change something that could be abused by Survivors and they don't want to punish inocent players who use both methods correctly
-
I just got Artist and I'm loving her. I'm trying her powers in different ways that most expect her to use them like during a chase and firing crows ahead of the Survivor to trick them to come to me or place them behind a wall and loop around forcing them back into a trap I laid. It's rather fun

I'm pretty sure there's already a website denoting top killer and survivor players in the game. It's as simple as looking at that data, seeing what killers/perks were used to achieve those results more often, etc.
That said, all I said was how you interpreted tier lists in general is wrong, I never confirmed or denied if that made sense in DBD in the first place. But the devs do occasionally post kill rates, it's just not really feasible unless you are only looking at top play, which because this game actually has a comp scene, you can actually get that data if every tourney didn't have 1000 different rules. In a straight Kills tier list, for instance, we know whose more than likely at the top of we're talking TOP MMR level players - Nurse is the unshakeable queen, followed by Blight, and going down from their.
And as far as the sample size, the games easily been out long enough to have a good amount of data at this point to develope tier lists. It is actually a fair question as to whose holding and gathering this info, but I also think it's confirmed to an extent by top MMR players on both sides.
Ok then it has some merit to it but thank you for explaining because I was interested in how they figured the data because I have seen "tier" lists before that was solely based on what the top players said and not by any data so I always take Tier Lists with a grain of salt.
But even with that that's only part of the Data tbh because like you said tournaments have various different rules that would change the results probably by alot.
Even with the data out there I bet there are outliers of the "low tier" Killers doing extremely well but that would not change the total results of the data but just show there are outliers that need to be noted.
And thank you for a good discussion that didn't break down to a state of "your wrong blah". It's nice actually having a discussion than a argument in the forums.

Of course it's not based on the developers information, if that were the case Nurse would be bottom tier.
It's never based off individual or an individuals results. Do you even know where tier lists as a concept came from?
Oh I know the concept and where they came from but what I'm asking is where does the data to make these tier lists come from. This is actually intriguing we all hear of X Killer is X tier but where did that come from what gathering of data was used to put X Killer into that tier. Was 200 players used....was 2000 because to officially put Killers into Tiers like this a proper amount of data but be gathered or it could be mistaken as... Public Opinion and not based on hard data....😁...please tell me you get what I'm doing or should I keep going....either way I am truly intrigued.

No, you are wrong because tier lists aren't based on opinions, they are based on results and tools. That's what tier lists have always been since the very first tier list. You can have opinions, but if tiers were just based on a random opinion, they'd have no meaning.
But then who's results and tools though? Is it a official employee of BHVR using tools and data at their disposal or a separate individual using their own data to make the tier listings? Because if it is done with BHVR data and tools I'll gladly take back what I said, but if it's a separate individual then those results would be biased off of them unless data was taken from multiple individuals to make a average to properly place the Killers into Tiers.

That's not how tiers work.
And you know the tiers are just a player set idea of a killers potential right. They are not actually in any set tier that is officially been made by BHVR. Just because some YT or Twit player says oh these are reason why they are bad or x tier is still just thier opinion on the matter and not how the Killer is in EVERYONE'S hands. I have seen some C or B tier play like A Tier and visa versa. I have seen a Blight who is A tier get stomped on and is C tier.
The more accurate way to group the Killers is by how well they are against Low, Med, and High MMR because then the skill ceiling is higher and players play more sweaty.
All that being said this is still my opinion and it's neither right or wrong.

She has elements of all of them and yet none of the actual benefits of playing those Killers.
Her main power is that she has passive phasing from Spirit on command. That is essentially it for impactful stuff, and she basically just makes 50/50s with this on guessing which side of the loop she goes to (kind of like Wraith golly gee whillickers isn't that weird). I assure you all that within a few weeks, maybe a month or two at most, people will stop falling for this garbage.
You could try teleporting to TVs mid-chase to catch Survivors as they hold W away, but they, a lot like if a Freddy (golly gee whillickers isn't that strange) were to teleport to a gen to try catching someone, can rub two brain cells together and realize "Wait, imma run away from the TV and she just can't get me. Damn, that was easy. I hope she doesn't try it again otherwise I'd feel really bad for her- oh wait she did it again". This does sound like you can zone pretty well with it then, since you can force people to go back into a deadzone, but the amount of time it takes to get out of a TV lets them gain a lot of distance so they probably just end up back at a zone with pallets.
How people are saying this M1 Killer with nothing remarkable going for her is even close to B or A tier is astonishing to me. She is a mix of two low tiers and a small dash of a high tier with the low tiers being a very predominant part while still removing even what these two can sometimes do in their niche. She fails to do anything well to Survivors that know what they're doing. Even Legion probably struggles less, which is saying a LOT.
There is also barely anything original about her. Her standout traits for gameplay are that she's small (which sounds good for stealth until you realize she's wearing a ######### white dress which sticks out like a sore thumb on any map that isn't Lery's or Ormond), she has intermittent phasing rather than completely random phasing and she can technically mori someone who hasn't even been hooked once, but only if they're actively trying to get moried.
I said she has abilities like Wraith, Spirit and Freddy so you can calm down a bit with the golly gee willickers. She is a mind game Killer mostly and that's what prevails in DbD, who ever mind games better will win most encounters she is no exception.
Her passive phasing and invisible beyond 25m helps with that. She is definitely High B low A Tier but that depends who is playing her. Even a Spirit can be D tier if no one knows how to play her.
Teleporting to TVs is more to add condemn on Survivors than surprise I'm here or to cut them off, even Freddy's TP was easy to fool and escape from if you just calmly hid.
So like I said don't play her like Wraith, Spirit or Freddy. I have seen how good she can be when played like her own self and not trying to copy or play her like the others.
That being said I understand where your coming from and not basing anything your saying infact I do agree with some of the things your saying and I'm just giving my opinion and how I see her. I can't change how you feel or how you see her but we can discuss it and see each others point of views.

You may be right, but I don't think it's going to stop.
There's only two ways the game is going to stay relevant, imo:
- Reinvent/refresh its mechanics and gameplay
- Keep bringing in new IPs
I definitely see one as more likely than the other.
That's the thing we don't need Licensed Characters to stay relevant, good original characters that seem different than anything we have seen before can do that. Look at the different characters we have that's unique, even though they nerfed or butchered them to shells......and I'm not talking about how strong any of these guys are just the concept itself.
Twins - A concept I haven't seen done before and thought was a very interesting use of a conjoined twins killer, it's just sad how much hate has been thrown at them and how pathetic they have been reduced to.
Deathslinger - A Harpoon Weapon to reel in his victims to take them out, along with a small TR so he could sneak up on them like his background says he does as a bounty hunter.
Hag - A swamp creature that uses the power of runes to create a web of traps around the map that she can then teleport to when triggered or hidden traps to surprise her victims.
Doc Mc Smiles - A mad Doctor that uses the power of electricity to put survivors in a state of maddess where they see hallucinations of pallets, Docs, and even make them think they are being chased.
That's just to name a few. Those concepts are what brought me to DbD but how badly BHVR has handled "balancing" them has really made me question if we deserve any licensed content at all.....
-
None we have had enough Licensed Crap for a while. We need more OC material so we can feel like grinding Shards, which is a pain at times, to unlock new characters. Also lets face it besides Pyramid Head and Pin Head all the others have very copy and paste powers or thier powers are just meh and don't pose a real threat

And Sadako doesn't have any of what made Wraith decent at any point in time. She also has no lunge (even less of a lunge to speak of than Wraith's lol), she doesn't move any faster while demanifested, and she's even easier to spot while demanifested than Wraith while cloaked in their respective visible ranges. The only upside she has is that she can kind of try to counter people taking hits by demanifesting through them, but she then moves slower than Survivors while manifesting so it's almost entirely futile.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2848866#Comment_2848866
Because there's definitely another way to play her. Definitely, despite her main kit legitimately just being Wraith, but with more hindrances.
I agree with you there but why are you (I assume) playing her like Wraith and not like her. She has a mixture of Wraith, Spirit, and Freddy but she is not them she is her own Killer and we need to learn how to play her. I played her a little bit and made the same mistake and played her like Wraith or Spirit and lost alot, but when I played her as her own Killer I did alot better. Now she still needs some buffs but she is not weak.
-
Here is the thing you can balance Perks, Killers, etc but that's not the root cause of alot of the issues.....Maps. To help balance the game all maps need some kind of work done. Here are some ideas I came up with, now just I said these are my ideas and if you see a flaw in it please point it out but in a polite respectful manner as I would do the same for anyone else.
Smaller Maps - Most Outdoor maps are just too large to effectively do ones Job stopping Gen progress. Unless you play a Killer with good travel capabilities or run Corrupt you will likely lose a Gen or two by the time one chase is started or done. So I say making maps about half the size so they be considered medium sized maps would help keep map pressure and not need to use Corrupt on every map..
Now indoor maps can't be shrunk but they will be covered later.
2. Tile Spawns - Now this is a big balance issues is the ratio of Safe Tiles vs Unsafe or Empty Tiles. As it stands there are too many safe tiles that spawn next to each other, yes it's nothing like before but when a T or L loop spawns next to a Pallet Loop next to a shack loop or jungle gym loop can get rather annoying to deal with. Maps should have maybe a 40% Safe 60% unsafe or a 50/50 ratio.
Totem Spawns - Now these seem to be a harder one to fix because of finding spots that can be cleaned or smashed I mean snuffed.
Pallets and indoor maps - Now you can't change the size of these maps but they can fix how many pallets spawn in them. Way too many Pallets spawn on these types of maps, The Game is notorious for all the pallets. Removal of some of these Pallets including the god pallets would improve those maps. I think the biggest issue with RPD besides the size is the god pallets that force the killer to break instead of going around.
As I said these are my ideas but I'm not a game designer I'm just a player like everyone else with ideas to fix a game that we started to play that we loved to play for fun.

At least in that case (even though it is also not holding anything hostage) the gens are being blocked. Camping a hook does literally nothing to stop the game from progressing.
With 3-Gening, BHVR has said that's not holding the game hostage because the Killer is doing thier objective to stop Gens from getting repaired. I don't know how many times I got "reported" by sour survivors because they got stuck in a 30+ min match because I wouldn't be drawn away from a 3-Gen that they created.
-
@AsherFrost said:
So wait, camping a hook (which leads to the survivor dying and the match continuing) is now somehow"holding the game hostage"? I don't think those words mean what you think they do.
The game is "held hostage" when neither side is able to move forward on their objectives at all (like say when a wraith wants to body block a survivor or couple survivors in a corner where they can't move, and refuses to down them)
Camping very much allows for both sides to continue their objectives, in fact, the best way for survivors to deal with camping killers is to FOCUS on their objectives. So by definition of both the game rules and common sense, camping isn't at all, in any way, holding the game hostage. The survivor on the hook will go through hook stages as normal, and the other survivors can finish the gens and leave.
I get it, it's fun to throw out phrases like "holding hostage" and "exploit" because there's something one side does that you dislike, however I would remind you the fastest way to lose an argument is to overstate it.
Just like when a Killer 3-Gens the Survivors they cry out that the killer is holding the game hostage because they won't leave the gens to chase anyone.

I imagine this is going to be similar to color blind mode where they'll just stay radio silent and not say anything. We just have to hope a developer says something INCREDIBLY stupid during a live stream or something, causing the collective weight of the user base and social media to come down on them like a Bubba Mallet.
They seem to have no desire to implement anything health-related to the game unless enough people pile on them that they're forced to respond
Sadly it will take someone dying of a epileptic sessure (forgive my spelling I didn't get much sleep) and sue them. They give no warnings about flashing lights or anything along those lines. I get bad headaches when Clickly clicks decide to use lightborn against me. BHVR has proven they don't really care about anyone like that because nothing has been done or said about it.

I have no idea all I know is what they did to try and combat aggressive camping. The Devs have said both are valid strats and I agree just not used right out of the gate like most Killers use

Here is the thing they can't do anything to punish the Killer for being too close to the hook because then it can be exploited by Survivors. Most probably forgot that they did try something where if the Killer remained near the hook they the hook timer paused, this caused Survivors to bring the chase around the hook to freeze the time indefinitely.
They will have to find a way that can't be exploited or abused.

There's plenty of times where survivors got greedy and gave me 2 hooks within 10m of each other. And what people basically want is you to give up all your pressure because it's "fun" for them and leave the hooks. Even though it makes no sense to, and they did it to themselves.
I got a 4k when it should of been a 1k but they got greedy trying to rescue their friend on the hook. I was playing Oni on Haddonfield and they were all on 2nd hook state but their teamwork and being on that horrid map made getting last hooks nearly impossible. They got the exit gates open and I hooked one survivor that I knocked down onto a hook near a 99 door. I saw them at the other door that was spawned on the same wall but on the other end of the map. They all healed up and tried rushing the hook, I managed to injure them all. But while I was doing that one opened the exit door by the hook and tried one last rush. I grabbed the first survivor off the hook as I dropped her just in time to grab the 2nd one, while the third ran up to try and get the rescue only to have me smack her. In the end I hooked two and the Entity took care of the crawlers.

Because pausing the timer is still a bad idea. Like it or not. Camping is sometimes the correct move.
Sure it's a survivors job to "lure them away" But what about when it makes 0 sense to leave them for the survivor who's trying to lure you away....?
Right for example you find the only survivor that has CoH and want to get rid of it asap....you will camp them to death.

The issue isn't really shift+w itself as much as the game itself doesn't offer much outside of chases.
DBD desperately needs a survivor objective update. Like as it stands survivors are either being chased, sitting in one spot holding a single button, or moving to the next spot. There's not much room for interactions without forcing it such as flashlight saves or camping survivors who need to be rescued.
Personally I would like to see something like survivors need to collect parts around the map (close to the center) in order to repair 1/4th of a gen then the survivor needs to collect another part in order to do the next part. This way survivors have to constantly be moving around the map to get their objective done. Now a survivor running to the otherside of the map can be dropped more easily, because there's a better a chance the survivor might just encounter a survivor trying to grab another part.
Of course this would require overhauling a lot of perks and bhvr seems to be wanting to do the least amount of work possible so I doubt we'll see anything drastic.
That has been suggested and even was one of the Questions for the Q&A but was down voted so hard by the trolls and those who don't want valid questions asked that it was never seen. Having Survivors search for a part at the 25, 50, and 75% and having a BNP could be used as a replacement for one of the sections.

This actually has already happened. For a time bhvr made it so the hook timer paused if the killer was X meters from the hook. Survivors learned if they looped the killer at the hook they had an infinite amount of time to make a save. Thank the entity they learned this mistake and removed it.
I actually forgot that was a thing and how Survivors abused it....so yea it stands to reason anything they do will have to be done in a way Survivors can't abuse it like before.

The buff was mostly a QOL thing.
She's still just...weirdly designed. She brings nothing to the table that other killers don't bring (and bring better), a huge part of her kit feels completely superfluous. The other part (her stealth) feels incredibly weak and not working like you'd hope stealth would. On top of this, she has zero tools to help with loops.
At present, playing her is like playing Freddy. And modern Freddy...sucks. Otherwise, it's like playing a heavily gimped Demogorgon without his Shred.

Condemn as a whole is a silly concept. I'd much rather have a meter that gradually builds up while being in the radius of a TV, with an extra spike if she teleports to you - but rather than making you mori-able, it just makes you exposed and resets if you get hooked or something. It only results in a mori if you are on your third hook (PH style).
That's the thing I never considered her ability as a stealth power at all. Yea outside 25m you can see her while demanifested but even then her phase in and out is just like thee Spirit.

Well I don't think it should be common for you to pick up condemn kills. But condemn certainly isn't very pressuring as it stands. Survivors don't really need to interact with tvs except to remove condemn because Sadako teleporting to a tv puts it on a longer and is very telegraphed that it's easy enough to get distance while she's in animation.
And don't forget for some reason Survivors can have a tape AND thier items they bring in. How is that possible or allowed, Pin Heads box takes up the item slot, Nemis vaccine takes up a slot, even Leon's flashbangs takes up a slot. So why is it that her item goes into a pocket dimension.

Agree but disagree. Survivors should be punishable for getting hooked in the basement. And as we know, camping can be done by all killers - Bubba is just best at it.
If it were up to me, killer powers disabled within 12m of all hooks except basement hooks and during end game. (Cue killer main freak out)
Then that would be abused by every Survivor. There has been times where I was chasing a Survivor and they looped me around a hooked Survivor. They looped me for so long that the Survivor died on hook and they accused me of camping when I did no such thing. That's why BHVR wants to take this carefully because they don't want to punish inocent players.
Camping and Tunneling are valid strata when used at the correct time and not to be used right out of the gate just to "thin" the heard. I have camped and tunneled when Old Hatches were a thing only to take a Key Holder out of play. (I dont own Bubba so I can't use Franklin's)

You know, what's funny is streamers whos playing this game as their job DO match with those SWF sweat squad plenty of times and they DO lose to them, yet those kind of people ignore this fact.
Now that is funny. I don't tend to watch streamers play DbD because the few I did watch were so opinionated about either thier skill or bashing the Killer and/or Survivors on how bad they are just really put me off from caring to watch them. The only person I watch is Ohmwreacker because he gives props to where they are due

Yes they will....You didn't hear? The killers that play 8-10 hrs a day as a job don't get those teams all day but 80% of the forums does.
I swear I am either going to do myself a favor and leave forums or turn myself into a ######### troll like sluzzy. ######### get on my nerves these days.
You do realize that there is a BIG difference between players who play the game as thier Job and regular players who play to "try" to have fun. Those who play the game as thier Job would have put more time and energy into making sure they win most of their games for their streams etc. While those like me who play to have fun and not stress won't have the same skill set or time to put into the game and will face teams that "seem" like professional tournament teams, hence all the crying on the forums. I have faced some good really strong teams that made my games a living nightmare but they were not a professional team.
Most of the playerbase of DbD I assume is of the latter group. Is the constant crying annoying at times yes, but nothing to get bent out of shape over it

What kind of demogorgon puts portals near hooks that’s a waste lmao
It's not if you know how to place it and have the addon to let you know when someone is near a portal. Then you get a early warning and can get there as they are unhooking or before they start

Yeah, that's not true.
The Bubba who chased you for 5 gens and downed + facecamped you with NOED is totally your fault. He just outskilled you.
Facecamping is a plague on this game. It shouldn't be in the game. Unfortunately, there is no way to remove it that doesn't also punish innocent players.
Right I hate camping as well but that is a slippery slope for BHVR to walk on. There has been matches I had as Killer where I hooked a survivor only to chase another Survivor backed to the hooked Survivor and they looped me around the poor hooked Survivor til the Entity took them. At the end game they all accused me of camping when I was not at all. So how do we fix camping with punishing players like me who chase players to a hooked Survivor but have no intention or interest in camping.
There also pseudo camping Killers like Hag and Demo who don't camp the Survivor but just lay traps.

Personally I don't have issues with the healing speed at all as Killer. The main issue is that BHVR has given survivors a set of perks that are WORSE that the original Hex Undying. "Oh Survivors are right Undying is too strong at it relighting on every totem...so let's make it only light once......Hmmm we want to give Survivors a perk like Hex perks.....oh I know let's make them Boon Perks and let's make it so they can be relit."
That's a double standard right there. So my idea which seems like the best one that doesn't totally gut CoH or hurt the other Boons is make Boons have X amount of tokens. Once all tokens are used then no more Boons. 3 tokens probably would be a healthy number.
