I haven't attempted to farm in years.
I had bloody streamers and asked this one group if they wanted to try farming, since it was bonus bloodpoints.
This one guy called me the n word.
Havent bothered since.

I think it's evident from any time they've not had/gotten rid of dc penalties temporarily, and the enormous flare of DCs that follows, that these DCs mostly aren't coincidental. You don't even have to look any further than this thread, even the very first reply, to see how unapologetically people do it.
Even so, there's nothing we can do but not play.

Except you are wasting another persons time too, the amount of time wasted remains the same.
Thats only true if no one is working together like your supposed to. Self caring on the edge of the map doesnt help anyone.
-
That last one is alright, though I'd get rid of corrupt intervention. Maybe replace it with Enduring and you're golden. Never NEVER use oblivious perks like Tinkerer though, because it gets rid of your Killer Instinct during feral frenzy.

No Self-Care is good and have saved my teammates many times
I mean, if you like taking way too long to heal and wasting precious objective time when your teammates could heal you twice as fast, then sure.

Well let's be fair, Micky doesn't have any emotions, so his dance would probably just tapping his foot, y'know? Lol
But at the same time, Mikey is famous for his ability to move offscreen. So maybe he's an excellent dancer, but only when nobodys looking

Kate. Kate makes me happy.

Can't really say for the whole month, but I'm having a great Father's day so far, so that's definitely something.
Long as people can be happy, I don't think it really matters what the celebration is for. We can all be thankful for that.
If the Killers do start dancing, which one do you think would be the worst at it? My money's on Charlotte. She seems like the type to be akward on her feet.

I can't argue with that.
I mean, I can, but it would just be deliberately dancing around valid points for seven posts.
I think we can both agree that no one wants that.

Well, I didn't just buy killers.
I also wanted killer skins.
Specifically the Look-See skin.
Also, I didn't have very much money to spend when I got the game.
Just wanna mention, those two perks are good on pretty much any M1 killer. He gets the most use out of them, for sure, but they're just generally great perks.
True.

Why do you think Freddy's lunge is an unfair advantage? It's literally the exact same as any other killer's lunge. He's just a small guy with a small weapon, so it looks a bit wonky when it uses the same hitbox as the Great Knife.
Well, I know I myself rely on sight to help escape the killer, and I've faced my fair share of Freddies. When he swings around a corner, misses by a solid in game foot, and still downs you, it can feel a bit ridiculous.

A 4K for the killer across ranks? The stats show the majority of games are in favor of the killer, and that over 70% are 4k rounds. How can people say the game is at all survivor biased when the data shows otherwise?
@aroell said:
Most people here are killer mains, they end up getting a 3k instead of a 4K then the come here and cry.
As a Killer main, I can confirm this. Most people who play killer lose a match or two and then assume the problem is the game, not their own skill.
Both sides have advantages, some fair, others not so fair (keys and Freddy lunges, to name only two)
Everyone on these forums need to hurry up and grow some thicker skin. At the end of the day, it comes down to wether or not you had fun.

Ya. It has hit the point where I'm just not going to play untill it gets added back on. Off to LOL and HOTS I guess(and warframe thats a fun one too)
That's your decision. I wouldn't quit over the penalty though, If anything, I'd be quitting over the bug. Hope they fix this fast so you can go back to enjoying the game!

See I would however since the penalty was removed they have increased from one in every 5 games to 2 per game.
It could be a coincidence. All I'm saying is, don't rule it out. Go into every game expecting it and you won't be quite as disappointed.

Survivors are sick of the grind. Sick of getting into games and instantly chased and killed. Sick of op perks and killer builds. Games should be fun and playing survivor isn’t 90% of the time. You see the same killers on the same maps, using the same sweaty builds. The dcs are a reflection on morale.
Hi Pot, my name's Kettle.

@Wiggles_Diggles said:
In 10 games I have had at least 2 survivors DC during the game. 5 games I was playing survivor and the other 5 was killer.
This is getting out of hand.
Please stop for a second and consider this: those survivors might not actually be dcing on purpose. The penalty was removed for that exact reason. Try to have some patience with your survivors, at least until we know these bugs have been fixed.

The problem still going with one friend in ps4. We cant play with each other, but can play with everyone else (console or pc). The problem started with the update, before that we're playing with no problems
Sorry to hear that, but at least you can still party up with most others, which is better than none. At this point we just have to hope the devs stop ignoring us.
-
Utilizing shape's base perks help pick up his slack. STBFL makes him a divebombing nightmare, and PWYF gives him a very useful speed boost. As long as you've learned when to stalk and when to just chase, he's very strong. Only problem is his best addons rely on small maps.
You're spot on with your assessment with Blight.
Oni matches for me are always a slow burn, but he is absolutely the power trip killer of choice.
Also, you spent fifty bucks to get all these killers but... you know the Killer edition is only thirty right?

For me, survivor que took about 20 minutes on average before the RE chapter dropped. Imagine that for a second xD
-
Pig needs all kinds of love. This only adds to my Encyclopedia of changes that Piggy deserves. Thank you.
-
Re4 Leon was my only hope for this chapter when they announced it. I was not disappointed. I bought it at full price, and I honestly dont care if others are getting it on sale now. I still think its money well spent.
-
I got out of bed and found the strength to que up for killer. That's a win in my book.
For survivors, I really just try to have fun.
-
What if we made the mist... actually look like mist?
-
In order to reveal him, you have to be staring directly at him. I found out the hard way that you to have a full unimpeded view of his whole torso for it to work. Thats how it worked for me anyway.
-
Bubba is only at an unfair advantage if he gets someome in the basement. Other than that he's fine. Really, it depends on the player.
-
No.
-
Let him use it whenever he wants, instead of a five second window after downing that survivor you've been chasing for three gens.
-
Play Blight with default console sensitivity.
-
Addon for Nemesis that gives zombies party hats when? Clown gets confetti bottles, why not confetti zombies with party blowers in their mouths?
-
The flashbang is not strong enough to warrant this. The distance and timing required to succesfully blind is simply too precise.

It's most likely from higher ups
I'm sure a lot of the numbers people were freaking out about the failure of the last couple chapters, and where certain this event would turn it around. They then likely pressured the programmers into cutting corners and not testing as much. Happens all the time.

My least favorite map? Good question. Probably most of the Autohaven maps. They're unnecessarily dark.

I have been summoned...
Here are some tips for playing as the Legion:
- Use Frenzy often throughout a match. Feral Frenzy is not just for injuring people. It's a navigational, and an informational tool. Plus the slowdown is helpful.
- If a survivor is healthy, always use Feral Frenzy to attack them when available. As a general rule of thumb, only use basic attacks on survivors who are injured.
- Avoid perks/add-ons that deter healing, but instead promote it. Things like Broken and Mangled will actually work against you as Legion. You want people to waste time healing, and they won't/can't do that if it takes longer or is impossible.
- While in Feral Frenzy and nearing the end of the power gauge, perform a lunge attack to get some extra distance out of your power.
- If a survivor drops a pallet and is healthy, rather than breaking the pallet, vault it instead then apply Deep Wounds onto them.
- If a survivor is further away, end your power and get closer before reactivating Feral Frenzy.
- Contrary to popular belief, Save the Best for Last is actually a really terrible perk to use on the Legion.
- Avoid Corrupt Intervention. It will spread the survivors out and hurt you greatly as the Legion.
- If a survivor is blinding you at a pallet/window, enter Frenzy and vault. If they keep blinding you, they will end your Frenzy by being blinded, however you won't be fatigue. This means you can immediately attack, or down them. This is referred to as "Legion Tech".
- The best chase perk for the Legion is Enduring, it is a teachable perk from the Hillbilly. This is because pallet stuns cancel Frenzy, and bypass the fatigue state. You can have essentially a 1 second stun, rather than a 4 second fatigue. Enduring also allows you to perform "Pallet Tech". This is tech requires you to lunge through the pallet while they're dropping it, hit the survivor, then be clipped onto the same side as them, and down them. It's easier to perform with Enduring.
- Be patient near lockers. Wait and see what the survivor does. They will try to make you miss by jumping inside at the last second. You can grab survivors out of lockers, which makes your power lethal.
- If a survivor stuns you with a pallet and is running away, you can activate Frenzy and vault the pallet, then immediately end your power. This allows you to keep pace with the survivor.
- You can bodyblock pallets and windows in Feral Frenzy. Use this wisely!
- Oblivious and Undetectable do not synergize with your power. They will remove Killer Instinct highlights.
- If a survivor you just hit in Frenzy is running towards a hooked survivor, wait until they attempt an unhook. While they are unhooking, hit them in Frenzy to cancel their animation and to end your power. You will have spared yourself enough time to seal a down.
- Bamboozle is one of the Legion's best perks.
- Hex: Ruin is nasty on the Legion (because of Mending and Deep Wounds).
- The Legion's best add-ons are the duration series, Iridescent Button, and the higher rarity fatigue add-ons (when combined). Mend time and power recovery are also quite nice.
- Frank's Mix Tape and Stab Wounds Study are really... really... really bad. Don't use them unless you are just joking around.
- If you ever lose track of a survivor in Frenzy that you were just chasing, immediately end your power so you can see their scratch marks!
- Sometimes survivors are a bit too scared of you. If you're at a harder loop and the survivor tends to panic-drop pallets, enter Frenzy to hit them and cause them to drop it (even if they already have Deep Wounds).
Hope this helps! :>
This is excellent advice! It really helps to get these specific types of tips, and I'm very grateful.

#1 tip, dont expect legion to be strong. They arent. They can be exploited very easily. This does not apply to low level survivor play, but halfway decent survivors can punish their lack of lethality. Point blank- I play them a decent amount because I like them. Dont worry about the kills. If you are worried about kills, you should find a killer that is stronger in chase and has more lethality/pressure.
Understood. Thank you

Wouldn't those just be survivor sided breakable walls since its only detrimental for the killer? Like, when would it ever be beneficial for a killer to leave the window there. They all would just be essentially pre-dropped god pallets like some of the current walls are.
Like I said, breakable window would be there for killers who can use them, i.e. huntress, DS, Trickster etc

So make it like dead dawg salloon with breakable wall?No thank you.
As a killer play optimally to get rid of god palet asap.
Because God forbid that Survivors have to change their tactics to account for a breakable wall.
Survivors have teamwork, items, and plenty of chase perks on their side to give them an edge. They don't need a guaranteed crutch tile on top of that.

Okay, at work at the moment. Can do later tonight? What’s your time zone? We can try it out, and I appreciate you for attempting to help. Unlike the devs who can’t even tell us they’re looking into this.
It is currently 12:48 pm where I am. I'll be around all day, but may not be available from around 8pm - 2am.
Edit:Not certain this will work for everyone, but I'll do anything I can.

@[Deleted User] said:
- How to cancel Frenzy Effectively : Pick up a survivor in frenzy, end frenzy right before getting stunned (this replaces the fatigue with the stun instead, enduring is recommend if you have it).
- Add on recommendations : The ones that refill the power gauge faster and increase the duration. Iridescent button is a great add on that breaks pallets after vaulting them, but ultra rare.
- Perks : Generic : Sloppy butcher, whispers, bitter murmur. Teachable : BBQ and Chili, Bamboozle, Surge, Thanataphobia. Discordance is also very good on legion, but it's level 3 version covers the entire map whilst lvl 1 covers half of it from where you are standing.
Finally, some perks and addons to work with! Thank you.

Legion doesnt need tips. Playing them is auto win. Strongest killer in the game. No perks and no add ons just to have a semblance of difficulty in the game.
Only killer to be near as strong is Trickster. In fact i think he is a pseudo member of the gang.
I like standing by a generator with insidious and pretending to fix it to lull survivors into coming to help me.
All in all legion is my no brain auto pilot killer.
Funny, but ultimately not what I'm asking for.
