Well, technically it is an 'exploit', but why would you be banned for that? It doesn't give you any advantage, if anything it hurts you by wasting time. It's just a meme thing to do

ill just focus on the ones you actually made changes to:
Gripped Boots: i like your idea
Speedlimiter: i like the BP increase, i am not really sure if the Deep Wound thing is necessary, but its a decent buff.
Death Engravings: I dont quite understand what you mean with "both add-on factors go from slightly to considerably" - cause if that considerably increases the time to charge your chainsaw, this would literally never see any play. the current effect of "slightly" is already quite a lot after all.
Carburetor Tuning Guide: you NERFED this add on AND increased its rarity to Ultra Rare?!? how is this worth being an Ultra Rare? also, how does it in any way, shape or form synergise with your second Ultra Rare?
Catastrophic Engravings - has no synergy with your first Ultra Rare. also has way too much of an downside and doesnt really allow for any unique playstyles, as Ultra Rares are supposed to. would on top of that be quite unusable for unexperienced Billy players, as they wouldnt be able to deal with his speed and literally only bump into stuff.
on top of that many of the rarity increases arent really worth being that rare without any changes to the Add On. here's which ones i think should get buffed when they get a rarity increase:
- Grisly Chain
- Depth Gauge Rake
- Light Chassis
also the noise Add Ons should receive a whole rework in my opinion. there is literally no use for them, they should be changed into something entirely else - maybe the sound effect can be added as a secondary thing to other Add Ons, but them being their own is not good enough to ever see play.
as for Ultra Rares, ive got some ideas myself:
1) an Add On that makes the chainsaw completely silent and gives the Hillbilly the Undetectable status effect after sprinting for X seconds without being interrupted
2) an Add On that gives him full control over his chainsaw (keeping him at the 230% mms though and forcing him to dash forwards, so steering wont be super easy) but tremendously increases the penality when bumping into an object.
so basically, you want to get a long chainsaw run going to be able to get the jump on unexpecting survivors, which is possible due to the better steering the 2nd UR gives you. both would be solid choises on their own, while being very good when combined.
The two ultra rares do have synergy, one increases charge time but makes you move way faster, the other reduces that extended charge time. And even if they didn't synergise, so what? Plenty of killers ultra rares don't directly synergise. Pigs don't really, clowns definitely don't, legions don't really, gf's don't really. Hags directly counter each other - one makes it so you can teleport whenever, the other removes the ability to teleport.
-
That seems like a pretty interesting idea, but I would definitely increase the timer, 3 seconds will almost never get you anywhere useful
-
Yeah it's good, but his gun is also pretty loud so..

You actually do receive the escape points if the killer DCs, but it doesn't count towards challenges.
Oh yeah they do get 5k points never mind
-
I think because console have 2 dlcs for free (hag and doctor). Maybe?
-
Yeah if you had psn in August 2018
-
Because I can tell it's supposed to be a slugging build, but you're using bloodhound? And you have blind warrior (which sucks), but you don't need that because you already have knock out. Although not terrible, you probably don't need nurses and deerstalker.
-
I can kind of understand that, but in probably a lot of cases, killer will have bloodlust 3 in 25 seconds instead of minimum 45
-
Yeah that stuff happens sometimes, oh well. Just go on your phone or something while waiting
-
Not really dirty, just odd?
-
I don't think it counts as an escape because you didn't actually escape, at least I know you don't receive escape points if they dc
-
I might be wrong or missing something, but aren't you like level 1000? Which means you have probably thousands of hours in the game? I get the matchmaking is trash, but why are you at those ranks?

Yes. If you hook someone after the final gen. And they don't open the gates. BW is lying in wait. Once a gate is opened. BW starts.
Sounds pretty cool then, could come into play more frequently

"dodge his hits" HAHAHAHA nice bait. just 360 4head, just hide 4head. what a simpleton response
You propose a better idea?
-
Am I reading this completely wrong, or are you proposing a direct and significant statistic nerf to an already "inconsistent and potentially useless" perk? Or does this mean bloodwarden will activate as soon as a gate is opened, even if it's 5 minutes after hooking the survivor?
-
Removing the terror radius altogether would make the game a bit more spooky, but balance wise that cannot happen
-
I have a great idea for billy that will make him more balanced. If he bumps into something with his chainsaw, instead of getting a stun, the chainsaw flies back and cuts open his arm. He then begins to bleed out and eventually dies after a minute or two. This way he will have a bit more skill to him. Any feedback?
-
Her addons absolutely needed a change, but her base was fine. If they really wanted to nerf it they should of just added another second or two onto her fatigue

I actually like Deathslinger's music the best, but Myers music is timeless. Also, Deathslinger was not part of the poll.
Made before ptb

Although very strong in certain situations, it is relatively balanced. That doesn't mean it isn't a new insta heal, because it is, that's literally the point of the perk
-
Reading this wore down my brain cells.
"the only reason I dc'ed was because matchmaking put me (at rank 11) with rank 20 teammates and I was slugged and being camped by a rank 16 leatherface." So basically you rage quit because you didn't like how the opponent was playing, hurt your feelings.
"There needs to be a penalty against slugging if you're not paired with adequate teammates or there should be no penalty for dc'ing if you get slugged for longer than 30 seconds." This might be one of the stupidest suggestions I have read in my entire life. I get slugged for more than 30 seconds, it's ok for me to rage quit, right...
-
Bug that's been in the game for months
-
I think it's an interesting new gameplay mechanic, if done right would make the game pretty refreshing and different.
-
You've reached the 24 ban in 6 days? Your lights seem to be conveniently going out more often than 'time to time'

Why is this thread called the WINTER comp? It's currently Summer.
You know it's not summer in every country in the world, right?
-
Oni isn't too powerful. There are multiple killers in the game stronger than him that have been out for years
-
What is with everyone playing clown recently? I've noticed a MASSIVE increase in clown players in the past couple of weeks
-
Wouldn't he then be able to down a survivor in a matter of seconds due to his basically null hit cooldown?
-
Don't see how it could be an issue gameplay wise. I know you can do that on ps4 using the consistently going screen recording
-
I never understood the idea that you should only be moriable on second hook (death hook). Then there is literally no point of a mori, it hurts you more than it helps you in most situations. What's the point of a mori if you can hook them and they die anyway? You get less bloodpoints, get less emblem points, depending on the killer you waste more time, you waste bbq chilli info (if you have it), etc. It's useless unless very specific circumstances arise.

Like playing as:
- Billy
- Gf
- Huntress (
Dislike playing as:
- Plague
- Clown
- Nurse (used to be favourite)
Like playing against:
- Billy
- Myers (most of the time)
- Oni
Dislike playing against:
- Clown
- Plague
- Spirit

About a year
-
Even though it's very old, I still really like wraiths candle skin
-
When you say bully killers do you mean taking them on really long chases and/or gen rush, or do you mean flashlight click tbag at the exit gate? If you mean yes to playing the game well, then I guess. If you don't then no, will never purposely annoy and make fun of the killer unless they've done something to really deserve it.
-
Sort of sounds like the build you would have for a while right after prestiging
-
It's ok to tunnel at any time, it's not like you'll get in trouble for it

I agree with you she is the hardest killer to master, but you are either smoking something or ignoring the facts if you still think she is anywhere near the top tier as she is now. Even after putting over 300 hrs of play just on her, she is medium tier at best. She has the hardest learning curve and one of the lowest kill rates across the board. She needs to be buffed or reworked by doing something, Ive even give some ideas:
a) increase her base speed to 4.2-4.4 just like hag/spirit/huntress.
b) give her 3-4 blinks as opposed to 2.
c) Make one recharge bar recharge blinks to maximum (ie. one recharge bar gives you the 2 blinks at once)
d) remove the fatigue and leave the recharges as they are.
Any one of these changes would put her back in a very good spot without being as OP as she was.
If you don't suck with nurse, you will still kill just as easily as before. Nurse is harder now because you are punished for messing up, if you don't mess up, there is no punishment. Just hit your blinks, she's a high risk very high reward killer. The kill rate has absolutely nothing to do with how good the killer is, it's how well people on average play them. By that logic you are also saying trapper is a stronger killer than hillbilly, and legion is a stronger killer than huntress.
-
I used to play her and her only, for a long time. The change made her feel horrible to play. She is still easily the strongest killer in the game and I don't find her that much harder to play, but god she is so unfun now.
-
Hag
-
"What the f is this frame rate"
-
Could make it so you do get bp in kyf, but it's capped at like 10k instead of 32k and score categories reward much less. Wouldn't make farming worth the time, but you could still get some points while having fun with friends.
-
Someone once said that nurses calling was wall hacks
-
Bait?
-
Not really. I won't intentionally tunnel and camp for no reason, but if I see a recently unhooked survivor in a worse position than a healthy one, I won't just let them go to be nice. Camping - I very much try to avoid camping but if it gets to a point where there isn't much of a choice (2 gates open or survivors bombing hook), I won't hesitate to camp if it means I secure a kill when I probably wouldn't otherwise.
-
Billy is easy to pick up and learn the ability, pretty difficult to master (like most killers)
-
To be honest I think I would be pretty upset at first, but then quickly would be relieved that I no longer need to make excuses to myself to play the game I don't really enjoy anymore
-
Don't know, after updating the game, upon open EAC detected a 'modified game file' called 'pakchunk9-windowsnoeditor.pak'. A file that is in a folder including pakchunk1, pakchunk2, pakchunk3 all the way up to pakchunk30 or something installed with the game. Had to validate and reinstall 5 files
-
Used to be nurse, but now she feels horrible to play so I moved on to gf/billy
