This is a simple case of forcing the cylinder block into a square hole of a childrens toy cube. You're seeing only a small fraction of what is happening overall and jumping to conclusions.
The BP event makes sense during this time, as well as VHS doing what they did, because it's Black Friday and nearing Christmas and people wanting to buy stuff. Just good business sense by 2 businesses.

Heres the thing - Slinger filled this niche, it wasnt a powerful one, but slinger fit it perfectly.
Than, they changed him, and he's got all the bad parts of an normal killer with all the bad parts of a ranged killer.
He doesnt fit any niche anymore, and hes just kinda there.

So what is the counterplay not healing?
if two survivors heal at the same time would they both get exposed or neither?

I made the perk change, by design, to make it difficult to tell if I was joking or not.
I am.
Also if survivor afflicted with Blood Echo in this case healed another, they would both suffer from exposed still.
It works any amount of times with no cooldown.

You know what the right answer is. A mega thread is in a single spot more likely to be brought up to the top, but multiple are constantly crossing the eyes as you browse the forums.
If they are about the same thing than shouldnt they all be in the same place? I dont want to see 30 different versions of the exact same thing every time I log on.

- When hooking a survivor, all injured survivors suffer from the exposed status effect until they are healed.
- When someone heals an injured survivor affected by Blood Echo, they scream, revealing their location and suffer from the exposed status effect for 40/60/80 seconds.
