Chapter 9: Restless Dreams
Its said that the Entity handcrafts the worlds in which is prey play the game, but this world was waiting for the right moment. Shrouded in fog, rust and decay; the town of Silent Hill has long attracted the entity and finally the creature has drawn a part of the occult town into its own realm. Countless evils whisper through the streets, a grand hospital and hotel loom beside a tranquil lake, soon to be tainted by the blood of innocents. Once a town of restless dreams, now tainted by the touch of the Entirh, only nightmares remain.
The Killer:- The Torment (Pyramid Head)
Power:- Maria’s Punishment
Imbued with an otherworldly power The Torment becomes obsessed with a single survivor, while in a chase against this survivor The torment’s movement speed is increased by 10% and he is capable of instantly downing them. Speed chasing other survivors is reduced by 5% and survivors go down as normal. Once his obsession has been hooked it shifts into another survivor and so the cycle repeats until all but one remains, when downing this final obsession The Torment instantly kills them, thrusting his Great Blade through their Chet and claiming their soul for the Entity
Perks:-
(1) - The Need to Suffer.
You are a being whose sole purpose is to Torment and suffer. You have an obsession, when involved in a chase with the obsession all other survivors’ action speeds are reduced by 10/20/30% and any skill checks they match encounter are slightly/moderately/considerably difficult. Once the Obsession dies all survivors are struck with a 1/2/3% movement speed debuff
(2) - The Souls Grasp
You have an inate ability to see into the souls of any victims you come across. When you down a survivor you are given the opportunity to instantly teleport to any hook within a 24/36/unlimited distance for a total of 1/1/2 times. Progression on any hook is also increased by 10/15/20%
(3) - Hex: James’ Punishment
Your terrifying power knows no bounds. When this Hex is active any survivor you damage will cause all generators to be damaged by 5/10/15% no matter their progress. When a survivor is downed there is a 25/35/59% chance that one other random survivor will instantly be injured for a single health state (this can inflict downed status) Upon destruction of this Hex all survivors will suffer from the Exposed status for 20/30/40 seconds

Perks:-
(1) Look like Monsters to you
When you are within the terror radius you’re spurred by an unnatural desire to prove yourself, gain a token for every 10/8/7 seconds in the radius, each token gives an additional 3/4/5% action speed up to a maximum of 5/6/8 tokens. Tokens will be reduced by half for each generator you fully repair, survivor you save/heal
(2) - Do I have to Scream?
When chased by the killer your strengthened resolve causes you to risk your own life to benefit others, for every 6/5.5/5 seconds you’re in a chase you scream out revealing the location of the killer to all other survivors, whilst revealed any stuns inflicted upon the killer last 10/15/20% longer
(3) - Not Much of a God
Fearless in the face of adversity and never willing to give up and will do whatever it takes focus keep all focus on you. Gain access to an Iron Pipe with 2/3/4 uses, you are able to use the pipe to attack the killer stunning them for 1/2/3 seconds when they’re within normal attack distance of you. Once all uses are used by up you instantly enter into a fatigued state for the rest of the trial where a single hit will instantly down you. At Tier 1 once all charges are used and you get downed the killer may instantly Mori you.

The only way you can get Evil Incarnate is to use Fragrant Tuft of Hair and Judith’s tombstone, the piece will always leave you lacking enough stalk to get a third or fourth kill.
its a difficult achievement and it’ll take you ages to finally get lucky and get it but using both Ultra Rare’s is really the only way to go. You could try using Judith’s Memorial but it’s like 99% likely you’ll run out short of the final kill again. -
I brought Claidette’s pink top outfit with the brown bob, brought some tops for Kate, blonde hair for her, black shorts, I also brought two Clown outfits, a weapon for him and a a 4800 jacket for Jake and a green beanie

ID more support a proper Anniversary Weekend Event. Triple BP. 2.5x XP, special challenges, three a day to complete that earn you some Auric Cells (say 50-150 per challenge, with 150 ones being quite difficult; say pull 3 survivors off generators)
Double BP is nice and all but it’s so overdone and honestly isn’t that rewarding when we have BBQ And WGLF giving ya double BP anyway -
Let’s not.
2 killers being looped by multiple survivors as they all finish the gens in 6 minutes rather than 4 and then all escape while blinding you and teabagging. No thanks. -
I’d like a chance to buy a new Mori for the Clown that isn’t so long, he currently has the longest Mori animation in the game, I witnessed it screw someone at an exit gate as he was performing his Mori with Devour Hope 5, and I got the entire gate open in front of him and escaped.

Tunnelling is when you focus a single survivor, chase them constantly, ignore everyone else for them, go straight for them after a hook save etc.
as killers like Freddy you want to tunnel especially if it’s your obsession as it works in your favour. People call me a tunneller all the time, which I can be and I get called a camper even if my radius isn’t at the hooked survivor. Survivors are just salty, entitled children tbf -

No offense but if they're getting four gens done while you're completing one chase, you're playing Clown wrong.
Rank 6 and higher survivors run perks and loadouts dedicated to finishing gens faster. The group I mentioned with 4 chases all had Leader 3, Decisive 3, SB3 and SC3, and they were pairing to do gens and the one by themselves had a BNP. So no, I wasn’t doing anything wrong so [BAD WORD] you?

You aren't thinking logically or playing the victim card. This is called self-entitlement. Big picture is you want something because they didn't do what you wanted them to do. Now I will agree with the idea that their public relations is extrememly horrible, and they have no open communication with their customers. Their social media game is very lackluster. If they do give anything it will be to all platforms, and will probably consist of something that was already scheduled that they will make it seem they where "hooking" it up.

there was no deadline. They said upcoming weeks, that could be any amount of time, possibly even months.

The chapter unlocks on Xbox at midnighttor whatever region you’re in advance that’s what time they update their store daily, to unlock any pre-orders etc. 47 minutes and I’ll finally be able to play as a female character with nice hair

With PI3 I constantly pull greens minimum, maps, first aid kits, toolboxes, broken keys, I’ve also pulled a rainbow map, some purple flashlights and medkits/toolboxes and a fair few keys to escape mid match.

It's passed certification on Xbox. Check their twitter, there’s a minor problem but it’s likely going to be fixed with a hotfix so I’d expect the patch anytime now on Xbox

By not stating it’s solely available now on Steam it either has to come out on consoles in a short span of time aka today or someone could actually take it further and sue BHVR for a second time for false advertisement.

This whole thing hasn’t been a total farce. If you want to celebrate your anniversary you don’t do a raffle anyone can win just by registering then abandoning the profile, you don’t have tournaments which are in by absolute dickweeds, you don’t forget to submit the god damn update and leave 2 of the three parts of your playerbase waiting.
you don’t then keep them waiting for over a god damn fortnight without anything in the way of a real update.
you don’t ignore them and then expect your cash shop to be a success.
i can already tell without a doubt that due to this fuckery Auric Cells will bomb... HARD once the update hits consoles, they’ll end up losing a tonne of money due to people refusing to spend on principle. And they can’t afford to lose that money when they’re part of a lawsuit against ######### Bethesda, I don’t see this game being supported a year from now, they’re killing it faster than I ever could have imagined.

The Hag definitely has the most unique and deadly looking Mori, ripping their throat out before disembowelling them and eating their insides, most of the others are a bit lame. Watching the Chainsaw slice survivors in half but they’re still whole sucks.

Hex Glimmer feels too op, it reduces regression by 15% followed by an immediate 30% extra if they fail a skill check? Pop Goes the Weaseal already fills the first half of this, I do like the pallet idea, maybe you could also make it so that during a chase Survivors have a 20/40/60% chance of seeing windows that aren’t there.
Malala glimmer just seems like Object of Obsession with a haste bonus applied, maybe change it to you can always sense your obsession and those within a certain radius of them but they can’t sense you, hitting your obsession gives a 0.5/1/1.5% speed bonus up to a maximum of 3/4/5 stacks until the totem is destroyed. -

ITS all well and good what you’re saying and I do agree but you’ve hardly ranked high enough as either killer or survivor to justify what you’re saying entirely.
ive been Rank 1 killer and 4 survivor and it becomes a true chore as killer at Rank 1 and an absolute walk in the park as a similarly low ranked survivor.
im currently a 13 killer and I’m still managing 2-3 kills a game which they say is their average yet I feel the average per game should be 3-4 kills.
its demoralising to not get two kills that means you only got 50% of the people playing against you and to me that’s not a good game a thing all
a 3k is good, a 2k or 1k are just awful. -
I have multiple but mostly Huntress, Pig and Freddy. Sure Freddy isn’t viable but I’ll be damned if he’s not enjoyable to play as

I Think the keys basic effect should be to give a 32 metre aura reading range of other survivors for 15 seconds, add-ons can be used to increase its time, increase time efficiency like the map burning, add range to the aura, add killer reading range and an add-on to allow unlocking of the Black Lock solely for the possessor of the key, along with being able roc pltentially track the black lock also.
finally I think it should be nice that if the Game sense someone has brought any key in for each player an extra chest will spawn you can use the key to open, it will have skill checks to hit as you open the lock and when it’s opened it has a chance of dropping the highest rarity of a toolbox, first aid kit, map or flashlight.
add-one to the key could also include adding a random add-on to the item you find in the locked chest that’s is decided from the base rarity of the add-on used. -

I’d like to see a green offering for each map that when burned reduces the chance of that map being chosen.
playing as killer and actually want a chance, burn the Badhan Offering for less chance to go there.
offerings that increase speeds would be nice too, 10% faster healing, 10% faster destruction speed etc.
finally ultra rare offerings that when burnt Grant you a good perk as the killer, say Nurse’s, BBQ, these however would be extremely rare o appear.
for survivors an offering that when burnt grants you a set item from the first chest you open, with one offering for each rarity.
burn a UV bulb offering and the first chance you open had a chance of containing a purple flashlight, with higher chances at a green. -
The a Sony Store usually updates once a week unless a game or big DLC is releasing at which point they’ll update on those days.
the Microsoft store updates daily, sometimes multiple times and DLC, games and movies can be added at any time, seemingly st random.

The proposed changes are great. Decisive has always been far too powerful and exists to do nothing but ruin matches for the killer, one chase involving decisive can cost you an entire game, I like the new change, in glad of it.
the self care change isn’t so bad, you can still heal yourself to full at the normal rate you currently do, it’s just being changed to combat the toxic trolls who’ll drop a pallet and while looping will stop to heal for a split second until they’re back to full.
all the changes sound great, sure to mah not agree with the nerfs but they’re a change in the right direction to making killers OP which is how it should be, survivors should be a hell of a lot weaker than they currently are. There’s 4 of them to a single killer. -
They have a solid case duet on the fact bugs present in their game are also present in WestWorld. That’s all the proof they need that the exact same code has been used for both games.
it probably won’t impact BHVR much but if it does it’s deserved for their total disregard for any sort of decency, with this and the console update. -

It’s not really worth it on a survivor, it is worth getting to P3 on killers you enjoy playing as you have a better chance at their more game changing add-ons, I’m getting Freddy and Pig to P3 for this exact reason, possibly clown too

If the killer has rarer add-ons you really like it’s worth it, I took my Pig to P3 because the ultra rare that removes box auras until the trap activates is amazing, even if it should be part of Pig’s base kit >_>

WEll the games servers just completely died for me and my friend group in the game at the same time and we now can’t get back on.
usually this only happens to all of us when a patch is being pushed through.
