I absolutely believe killers should be able to break totems. Though I believe certain hexes should be able to be relit as well. I just think totem warfare sounds fun lol
Relight undying like 50 times

I still think snuffing the totem should just break the totem (and be able to be used for pentimento). Survivors being able to put up and recycle infinite boons is not a very fun mechanic.
Remember why they nerfed undying?

Meg, Kate, and Ash are the 3 survivors I will never, ever be able to trust. They're all garbage.
Ash mains are chads though

To be fair, surely that is what you would have wanted? Otherwise I believe your username is indeed fraudulent.
I am the ghostface that teabags, not the quentin enthusiast that is left to bleed out while a dipshit meg teabags
-
This was before hatch rework
Was up vs a slug happy trapper, rescued a meg, gates were 99ed, i went down on top of hatch. The absolute ######### decided to, instead of leaving so i could get out through hatch, teabag at the killer until i bled out

Survivor perks:
Boon: Mind's Eye
(Yada yada usual boon stuff)
Survivors in the range of the boon see the auras of all other survivors and survivors outside of the boon's range see the auras of any survivors within the boon's range
This effect persists for 2/3/4s
Epiphany:
For 7/8/9s at the start of the trial, you see the auras of all generators, all other survivors and the killer
The killer also sees your aura, but for 5 seconds instead
Psychic Connection:
You see the auras any survivors within 5/10/15m would see, they also see any auras you would see
After a generator is completed, see the auras of any totems or chests within 10/20/30m
Killer perks:
Watchful Gaze:
Aura reading duration is increased by 3/4/5s
Every 110/100/90s the aura of the furthest survivor is revealed to you for 2s, this effect is disabled when there are less than 2 survivors remaining in the trial.
Hex: Tripwire
After another hex is cleansed, a random dull totem becomes lit and all generators are blocked until that hex is cleansed, if no dull totems are available, instead all generators become blocked for 30/35/40s
Stunning Strike:
A survivor hit by your basic attacks is inflicted by incapacitated for 10/12/14s, additionally, any incapacitated effects that you inflict on survivors also prevent survivors from entering/exiting lockers, using activatable perks, leaving through the exits and dropping pallets

I may just get the "classic ghostface" body cosmetic, then.
Its also the darkest one i think, so can help for being sneaky

to clarify, I meant for the purpose of buying.
any ghostface skin recommendations?
Minotaur skin is pretty cool, but needs new audio, like they did with baba yaga huntress, I'd say go with whichever skin you personally like the most, i also like the one with the wolf pelt on it too
I'm partial to the classic outfit on ghostie, but i like running the icicle knife because i find it funny
-
I like running the one from a few rifts ago, the one with the arrows sticking outta him, but with default mask, because i like default mask
-
I don't tunnel, i very sneakily follow the obsession with rancor equipped
-
I love running rancor roulette on most killers
Rancor + furtive chase + nemesis + lethal pursuer (can swap out if necessary)

I dont think so. Lets be honest, the 3s activation time is quite hard to get to work in a chase unless you have much distance and/or QnQ equipped. And the stuntime of 3s doesnt do anything during a chase cause there is at least 1s animation lock.
Its not meant to be used a lot in chase like other exhaustion perks, you're meant to be a sneaky git with it
-
Change pinky finger to make the bottles damage the survivor, but pink gas doesn't apply hindered
-
Trapper mains are gigachads yes
-
@Tiufal said:
People would not understand what it means, and how it should work out. also people would run deliberately to you to shove off the killer, cause most killer gets triggered by an measly head-on. Its too much of a double sided sword. instead they should increase the stun time and lower the activation time to make it more viable. also a visual of the hitrange would be neat, cause sometimes it just doesnt work cause killer was 1mm to far away due to ping.
No, increasing the stun and lowering the activation would be far too much

Nah, not really.
It is already a 3v1. There is no need for a Bot who will most likely go down instantly and feeds the Killer Pain Resonance- and DMS-value.
At the very least, a survivor dcing should trigger those perks
-
@Aven_Fallen said:
If there is an early DC, the Killer basically won. As long as the Survivors are not significantly better, they will lose. Personally, I dont think a Killer needs to farm or anything. But at least not tunneling or camping should be possible (there is no need anymore to get one Survivor out of the game early).
But it is up to the Killer, but they should not expect that Survivors would like some tunneling in a 3v1.
Bots - totally against it. A Bot would only favor the Killer in a situation which is already beneficial for the Killer. Instead of a human player, there is a ressource to provide Pain Resonance-Triggers or PGTW-Activations...Nah, no need to give the Killer an advantage if a Survivor already DCed.
But people dc to deny the activation of the perks, and to deny bbq stacks, so i think bots would be more fair in those cases

Lmao wow.
My brain hurts trying to understand this one.
Is joke
-
Maybe it could remove greats entirely, and just only have the good area (the exact same size as the full skillcheck under unnerving, just with the great replaced by good)

Firstly, love the username.
Second, I can see the idea behind that but destroying hexes is a game mechanic. Plus we know it'll be cleansed either way. 🙃
Thanks, its what i do when i do play as him
It was a joke tbh, imo it depends on how early the dc was, if it was the first down then I'm still coming for my bbq stacks
-
Why not both?
Completely rework it
-
If the killer has to play easier if a survivor dcs, then survivors have to play easier if they pop a hex
-
I'd like it so that the first 4 hooks you hook survivors on become scourges, or some way to control the rng aspect of hook spawns
-

It does, pallet stuns last for like a second.
It ONLY affects pallet stuns, yet head on and blast mine are full length
-

Well it nerfs the stun on DS so they gain minimal distance.
Stridor used to counter Iron Will but that got nerfed also so it's kinda a useless perk now.
It honestly should affect all stuns that arent ones involved with carrying
-

Categorically not. I feel like I'm the only one who remembers how awful the emblem system of matchmaking was.
The mmr is flawed, at least with grade based you had to pip up, with mmr you just gotta kill or escape
-
@jesterkind said:

Ahhhh.
God, I hope not. Going back to that nightmare would be a straight downgrade.
Better grade based than (s)kill based

@FrostyEyesSusie said:

Sure, now how about Enduring countering DS or Stridor countering Iron Will?
Wait what's with all these cricket noises...
Didnt enduring used to do that?
-
I use it for sneaky gen repairs, it lets me slap blast mine on under a killer's nose
-
Now imagine if the boon was one use only and you couldn't choose where it spawned
-
How about it also has limited uses if shes gonna be pulling red puke outta nowhere
As in something like she gets 3 full streams or something before it runs out
-
@The_Krapper said:
They already added like 3 hooks in the library how are you still not making it to a hook is the real question? There's a hook that spawns up top and one right below it and then one right outside the door where the locker row is
They don't always spawn

How would I know what you are running? I am saying if you tell survivors to run spine chill and not be told that a killer is coming at them than I am saying run aura perks cause the killer should not know what all are doing all the time. The same that survivor's shouldn't know at all times where or what the killer is doing lol. That is what I am saying I don't give an F about what you run or don't run.
Only perk i think you should run, just because its funny is pebble
-
@DriplordDrew said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2886746#Comment_2886746
run aura perks you will get the info yourself. Bam same argument why killers should get the info on survivors lol. A normal killer should find a survivor in the first 1 minute of the game. If they are doing gens. If you are struggling to find them that is on you not the survivor unless the are UE around and not doing anything. Killers should not know what all survivors are doing at all times because they feel like it would give them a better edge lol. Git Goot
Are you implying that i already don't run aura perks?
-
@DriplordDrew said:

Ok so I should then know who the killer is going toward through the hud. It will not change much but hey they know I am on a gen there for I should know in advance that I will be targeted by the killer. The killer should not know what each survivor is doing if they are not near them sorry if you can't find survivors that is on you not me as a survivor. You should be patrolling gens and knowing two bots are not on gens means that you can ignore them for the time being focusing on the survivors doing their job. If you do not see the problem here then you never will.
Run spine chill then you'll get that info on yourself

Killers aren't punished. This is a long-winded way of saying "killers can't win if survivors actually play well/smart", and that's simply not the case if the killer is good.
The survivors are using outside of the game means to communicate

4 and 3 man swf's should just have lower repair speed in my opinion.
Make them do 10 generators
Each
-
Just delete the perk and replace it with something balanced
-
Survivors should be able to be grabbed if healing another survivor
-
To horny jail with everyone
-
We need a map where there's angry geese instead of crows
-
Use rancor if you have it then follow the obsession all game
-
Blind validation should also be a thing
-
Not to mention click spamming, as people with epilepsy could get an attack from it
-
The blind angles need looking at, as well as through walls

I'd gladly delete NOED to delete DH with it.
why not simply fuse dead hard with no mither, then fuse noed with another endgame perk

Sluzzy has thousands of hours in the game and she often is at the top of the killer leaderboard, just saying
Sluzzy also plays mostly nurse
-
Sounds like you've clearly never gone up vs a competent team that uses perks very effectively
-
When survivors get all of their second chance perks deleted, only then shall noed be nerfed

Trapper is one of the easiest, they can't loop you!
Go on then, get some matches done, I'd say about 100 or so should get some good data
