Tunnel them to death as fast as you can, or bring franklins.

Danny is a normal dude, hes just a serial killer dressing up as ghostface. Hes cunning and intelligent, but still just a man.
Micheal is the literal embodiment of evil, and is essentially unkillable. Micheal would body GF.

I don't think this ones bait, just a dumb opinion.

Your opinion or the system? Because im pretty sure that they finished the system because they tested it publicly before pushing it to live.
The system. Its certainly far from finished, but it was in a state that BHVR considered acceptable and they pushed it to the live patch. But it needs work, a lot of work. And it needs a lot of player involvement too.
-
Its a work in progress.

Im jealous of your collection.

I have some bad news for you buddy....

Yeah, it's weird. He can see discordance noise audio's for example. So thought maybe oblivious would carry over if it was still in play on that one survivor. Ah well, i finally got the perk to appear in the blood web so we'll see if it's decent on Charlotte.
If you've ever used the undetectable addon for them, Charlotte is actually surprisingly quiet and sneaks up on survivors really well. Plaything is likely quite good on her since she can creep up and get the first hit quite easily, then clean up with victor.
-
The entity needed a believable way to spy on the happenings of the trials. Survivors and killers don't think much of the crows, and pay little attention to them. The crows would seem like a natural thing too in most environments, making their presence believable to the entities playthings. The crows are its eyes and ears, the trial is its body, and the killer is its hands to reap its harvest. Each piece of the trial is designed to give the entity essentially omnipresence, thus the crows. They are not alive, they are manifestations of the entity like most other things in the realm.
-
Im quite sure that no perks in the game apply to victor. You can even see this when you switch to him, your perk HUD will disappear indicating the lack of perk functionality on victor. All perk effects apply to charlotte, and never victor.

Wow that video is super painful and i don't even play nurse. I imagine BHVR are just very scared of fixing bugs on her because her powers code is probably very dated.
-
I Actually think this would be one of the first "VS" posts where i can confidently say it would probably be a draw.
They both have:
-Advanced Combat experience
-Super Strength
-Knowledge in many forms of weaponry
-Super Agility
-Infinite Stamina
The differences between them are minor, mostly just relating to the franchises they came from. I feel like they'd be locked in a pretty endless combat, never able to truly slay the other.
-
I honestly feel so bad for console players. I feel like us PC players really take our multiple button bindings for granted.

noooo!!! don't gooooo!!! we'll miss you sooooo much.

Play Kill Your Friends then.
You need friends for that :(

Far away from him and when hes busying doing other things. You want to make sure hes never close enough to attack you while you're solving or holding the box, since if he downs you you'll end up screwing over your whole team.
-
Hes the only "fun" slowdown killer in my opinion. Clown is just annoying, but pinhead feels cool.
-
they'll listen on the 700th post chief, i promise

How many times are you gonna post this?

Same here.

Just happened to my SWF as well. I think everybody crashed. No bp either.

Freddy is a supernatural dream demon incapable of being harmed as he is in a separate plane of reality he himself controls.
Huntress is a strong woman with an axe.

What a jerk, that seal just wanted somebody to chat with :(

The movie was even grosser. They really did it justice.

It definitely still works, I've used it myself. In that clip that you've put there, you are too far away when the pallet is dropped so the killer is out of stun range.
The ghostface literally MOVES forward from getting his butt smacked by the pallet. If that isn't an indication that the stun simply didn't register at all, i don't know what is. As others have commented, the pallet hitbox is generally quite generous with what range it lets you stun a killer. The fact that at such a short range the ghostface did not get stunned at all is undeniably a design flaw.

To be exact it was "it might be too early to talk about this, but we want to talk about additional prestige reward but I'll leave it at that"
and "we've got a design in the pipe, it's neat, I'm not gonna say anything about it though"
welp, the certainly "left it at that"

i would pay 20,000 auric cells for a goth susie skin

I've seen several. Funnily enough i've seen more in the last few days of SBMM than i've seen in almost my entire dbd career. Dunno if i should be flattered or insulted.
-
Didn't the blight series event end with the eternal blight? Im pretty sure were getting a new kind of halloween event this year.

Please marry me sluzzy

I find it really hilarious. Even if i ran across the entire map to get them, well now im here so i might as well heal you while laughing about it. The fact theres such a small chance for it to happen just means im always awestruck when they actually do manage to do it, i think its a silly little part of DBD that adds to my enjoyment. I don't tend to do it myself though, in case my teammates have we'll make it.
-
Its alright. Sometimes i feel cheated by MMR, sometimes im very satisfied with it. My only wish is that BHVR was more transparent about how the system functions, it would make me essentially move right over into the "Yes, i enjoy SBMM" camp.

sometimes they will edit the actual text if it's extremely rude.
Im frankly all for this. The forums can be pretty ridiculous but i do appreciate the mods acting as a minor barrier between us reaching the true height of the possible toxicity this forum could contain.
-
I always found it really weird they never added this. Not too long ago they toned down the effects of doctors madness on survivors to make it less intrusive and harmful to photosensitive players. But they never gave a photosensitive filter to lower the amount of constantly flashing lights on certain maps. Its a bit strange how they'll add disability QOL in one area but never in another.
-
All of the games base mechanics are fine. We don't really need more additional caveats and mechanics to bloat what is already a perfectly simple movement system.
-
I basically never play hillbilly these days, but he was the first killer i ever p3'd because of how much i liked him. i might sacrifice myself a bit too to make sure BHVR sees how billy is performing, i want my first main to return to his former glory :(

Which category? Is there kills with nemesis?
Yes, on the leaderboards you can search by kills on specific killers. My end goal is to have the most kills on nemesis, but it likely won't ever happen because i pretty frequently meme or let people go.
-
I wish it felt less like a chore i have to do every 30 seconds. I waltz over to the box, i open it, 1/10 times the pinhead teleports to me and i am engaged. the other 9/10 times nothing happens and i just wasted my time to complete a few boring skills checks then run allll the way back to whatever i was doing. I wish the box was at least slightly more complicated, hell even yellow glyph sort of skillchecks would make it feel like an exciting thing i have to skillfully do. Anything but 2-3 completely normal skillchecks and a small chance to see the only engaging element of playing survivor.
-
Yeah, i got matched with 2 cheaters today. One blatant and one subtle who just instahealed me to healthy from the dying state a single time during the endgame. Its the subtle ones im most worried about, the fact she was hacking the entire time and i never knew is very worrying regarding MMR. Some of your teammates could be forcing wins to get high MMR and you'd never know because their cheats are too subtle.

I play on PC, so that seems like a positive. However, his fast movement along with his need to bounce off of things, makes me think I will just be pinballing around and be unable to hit survivors. How difficult is he to control compared to other killers? I'm not good with Billy, for example.
He's surprisingly easy to pick up, just hard to master. As long as you have a decent knowledge of the map you're playing and plan your rushes (AKA thinking ahead as to where you can rush after bouncing). He moves predictably, and at a consistent speed so you'll never feel unable to control him. The only times he ever feels hard to play is when he slides off stuff.
-
Its been months now man. Give it up. You've posted about this a hundred times.
-
God almighty no. Its a spooky party game at most, people who play it competitively inherently ruin the experience for others. This is why most comp players stick to KYF with each other, because its the sensible and kind thing to do. This game was not built for hyper competitive players.
-
Frankly its the only addon set that actually makes him bearable to play. All of his other addons (Besides the impaling wire and engineers fang) are pretty awful and do nothing to help an already decently weak killer. It needs to be toned down, but i can see why people use it.

I get sent to haddo by a "high MMR" hacker and then he instaheals someone I try to kill and finishes the last gens instantly. Survivors defend it in the endgame because it benefited them. Nice. Only game i've seen players defending hackers in, that's for sure. Apparently killer that bad.
I Don't think defending hackers is exclusive to dbd. Tf2 is probably the only game i have ever played where everybody actively hates hackers and votekicks them anytime they're noticed. But most other games i've seen people take the free W hackers give them to boost their own ego, thats simply just how gamers are. BHVR likely isn't addressing the issue because they don't think its a problem yet, despite the fact its becoming bigger by the day. Not even mentioning the sheer volume of accounts on this game that are save edited would number in the thousands.

Prove thyself would be hilarious here. You'd technically have a prove thyself that reaches all the way to another gen.
-
People seriously need to stop making these "what if we changed the game for swf-" posts. Its always dumb, its never funny, and its borderline spam. BHVR will never make SWF play differently than soloq, and more importantly speculation or suggestions for it are purely annoying because most forum users agree it would be a complete mess. People should not be punished for playing with their friends, even if they act super sweaty about it.
-
The mobile layout of the forums is honestly seizure inducing, its "graphic design is my passion" level badly designed. The PC forum is sleek and easy to navigate, there is absolutely no contest.
-
Its not a bug, its intended to happen. Its a server sided issue that BHVR feels is necessary and doesn't seem to have any plans to "fix." Its annoying but you'll just have to get used to it, they ain't removing it.
-
You can't name shame on here dude. Even if it is a hacker, you'll just have to put in a support ticket. Theres a good reason for it being a no tolerance policy.
