True.
Survivors can hide against a T3 Myers.
Sick & Broken survivors cannot hide against Plague. It’s not happening.
Dead Rabbit + Infectious Fright :P

Any detection ability that does not read a Killer's aura will still catch a Killer with Undetectable.

But you respect the Broken as ######### Green Keys?
Green keys are objectively broken. Anyone who denies it has never used one.

Yes. That is why it is the menu theme.
-
The menu theme for Legion.
-
This game has leaderboards?
-
I think Trapper is weak, largely due to him having some outdated design choices (such as having to manually go around finding traps to pick up and Survivors being able to disable his Traps for periods of time using toolboxes) that don't really line up with the way the game is played these days.

well yeah, it better have those to balance it out a bit.
Myers takes time to stalk, it does not take time to vomit on someone and then just M1ing them down. thats the trade off, thats the balance.
The point is that saying "it gives her infinite Tier 3 Myers" is not accurate because Tier 3 Myers has benefits that a Plague facing Survivors who refuse to cleanse does not have.
-
With Devout, it seems as though you are making acquiring Iridescent harder. Currently, you need to sacrifice/mori everyone and get 9 hooks to make Iridescent (8 points for sacrificing/killing all four players, one point for hooking everyone at least once, and 1 point for hooking at least 9 times, for a total of 10 points, which is Iridescent). With your idea, it seems that you need to 3-hook everyone to make Iridescent. If just one person dies in less than 3 hooks, you are not getting Iridescent. I'm not sure that is the right way to go about it.

no but it gives her an infinite Tier 3 myers status that should be a slight bit of an issue....
Note that Tier 3 Myers also has increased lunge and can vault noticeably faster.

I bought Oni and Yui with shards to keep my roster up to date.

I think a rolling pin would be a better replacement for the club than a ladle.

"The Pig: An additional 0.5% chance to remove a reverse bear trap when completing an interaction with a Jigsaw Box."
Not sure if you are aware of this, but that's not how Reverse Bear Traps work. You either pick the one box that has the Key, or you pick any of the others that do not. Just thought I'd point that out.
-
I kill regardless of whether or not I get booped.
-
I really hope Slippery Meat gets completely re-worked at some point. Not only do I think it's a bad design because of the Bear Trap half, but I think the self-unhook half is just completely outclassed by Deliverance.

Well, people dind't seem to agreed with making them usable once everyone is on their death hook, so now everyone needs to get hook at least 1.
And that's the purpose of keys, but now it has counters and you can grab them while the hatch opening animation (cannot grab them while jumping)
I don't think you need to make it so it only works when EVERYONE is on death hook. For me, making anyone who has been hooked two times moriable would suffice.
I still do not think that is enough. The big issue with keys for me is that multiple people can escape before all the gens are finished.
-
I don't think your Mori has been nerfed enough. I'd rather just completely gut them and lower their rarity accordingly. Bake them into the Bloodpoint offerings if you have to.
Key idea I'd be on board with if you stripped the ability to let multiple people escape with one Key.
-
What you are suggesting is not feasible.

So blame the Devs for something we think is only viable options when there are so much, so many options out there for us? Okay.
Yep. If the more fun options were more viable, then more people would follow those options.

I don’t know. I think it’s both a devs and players problem. Players are what makes a game well a gaming experience. The Devs are here to give us a good game, with interesting content, bugs fixes every now and later, and balances certain areas of the game that seem overwhelming.
They have a problem with either over buff, over nerf or sometimes change something that never need a change. BUT even with all these problems and issues with the game and it unbalanced areas it’s up to us as players on how you use said tools. We choice to make them “META” which causes the game to become annoying, not fun, repetitive, and unbalanced rather than try something new. The only thing we can’t change is MAP RNG if no one brings map offering. There are really bad maps for both killer and survivors.
Example: I brutally hate ColdWind Farm as Killer especially as Ghostface as I can’t stalk through the corn or see properly which 99% of the time screw me over when I could’ve had that survivor marked and down already to move on to the next person. Imagine if ColdWind was a “Meta” map and If every survivor used a coldwind map offering every single game as Killer depending on who you MAIN this map will become annoying and eventually not fun and sometimes we’ll feel like we need to change our killer to fit this new coldwind trend. Now that every player is playing the exact same perks or killers you have survivors and killers who start complaining “THE KILLER IS OP, SURVIVOR SIDED, AND UNFAIR, NOT FUN” because they are getting the same thing over and over again. It was us as players that made it that way because we keep picking tools that weren’t meant to be over used it was just there as an option. If people tried something new every now and then I feel there would be some differences in gameplay.
Blame the devs for making annoying, not fun, repetitive, and unbalanced strats viable.
-
It is on the devs to make sure the game is balanced and enjoyable, not the players to be obligated to not play in a way the game is not balanced for.
-
10 bucks. Bought the drill bit weapon for Pig on PS4, then I did it again when I switched to PC.

Maybe something like premonition or small game.
So a sound that plays periodically while the Killer is in "camping" radius? I think I could get behind that.

It kinda seemed like you were implying it should. What do you suggest, then?

Okay thanks for agreeing I guess?
I'm not agreeing; I'm saying you can't have Kindred reveal auras while Undetectable.
-
@Waffleyumboy said:
Don't let the salty campers drag you down. Kindred trumping stealth was never a problem before and this would only close the gap between solo queue and swf. The only reason not to trump stealth is if it's basekit.
It ain't just about camping. It's also about consistency. If you want Kindred to catch Undetectable, you gotta change the aura reading to something else.
-
Top floor of Hawkins. If you wind up by that pallet as a Survivor, you are getting hit.
-
You want to take one of the only redeemable features of the Pig (her sometimes good stalling) and neuter it?
-
You're gonna need some video evidence (which is possible on PS4), but if you have it, you can definitely report them.

Yes so many nurse players on console that they drag down the stats of her, keep pretending as if it is the case. You know pre nerf, they didnt affect stats enough to drag her down, post nerf ofc it is due to console nurse and her 80% pick rate there. Lmao There are so few nurse players on console that they have no significance on the data whatsoever.
The average kill rate stats pre-nerf did not lump all platforms together, so saying that the console rates did not drag her down isn't a supportable statement.
If you look at the last-known stats of her before she was nerfed, her average kill rates on PS4 and Xbox were at a dismal 40% across all ranks. This was back when there was only 3 platforms to keep track of. Now we have four (PC, PS4, Xbox, Switch). Since three of those are console, where Nurse is expected to perform poorly in general, it is not unreasonable that those three platforms combined would indeed have a noticable impact on Nurse's overall performance.

Counter clockwise skillchecks is a purple add-on and it's a gimmick, that's not enough to call that a buff and most people including me rate the killers off base kit, they're removing so many things from him base kit and replacing it with weaker versions of it, call it what you will or as the devs like to say it the nice way "soft rework" but there's no covering it that this is a straight up nerf and devs don't want to address it as such.
About the stance change, switching stances was part of the skill gap you had to learn to be a great Doctor player. Knowing when to switch, shock them then switch back to punishment was a testiment of the work you put in to be skillful with him at loops, getting rid of the stance change nerfs him in so many aspects as I explained in another reply.
Also his "Power" static blast does absolutely nothing for him because of the immense cool down duration and the fact that the Calm Add-ons were leaked and seen to be nerfed so the only way to increase his TR is by wasting a perk slot on distressing and for what? A 40 meter blast that people might or might not be in? If you waste it then you have to wait a whole minute before you can try again.

This reads to me like you are trying to spin a buff to sound like a nerf.

Okay it may seem that way but gates don’t spawn next to each other every game. It happens once in a while. Like I said earlier it’s still a third chance you got. It shouldn’t be a 50/50 on escaping. The odds should be against you because it’s the THIRD chance. If you couldn’t escape with the other two chances then you and your team didn’t play well and don’t deserve the escape. On the killer side it’s impossible to stop survivors from escaping through hatch with a key. They don’t even need to finish all gens. You can even close the hatch and they are still guaranteed an escape.
This is coming from someone who plays both sides equally at rank 1.
I didn't say it should be a 50/50 at escaping. I believe that it should legitimately be difficult to get that escape and the odds should be against you. What it should not be is a situation where it is literally impossible to approach either gate without being spotted because of the way they spawned.

@Spirez said:

They already had 2 other chances at escaping. Gens and hatch. If they failed those two already. Why should they get a third. The third chance is going to be extremely hard but it’s an option. If the gates happen to be so close together oh well. You already missed your chances
Hard =/= impossible. If the gates are both very close and easily accessable from the same vantage point, it is arguably impossible.

Rank 1-4... you would imagine not a lot of console players would pick her at that rank unless they were good. I don't even remember that last time I saw her... :p
Would I imagine that? That seems like an assumption to me. :P

Survivors do have a chance, it's called doing gens, and when that fails, they have a chance at hatch, and when that fails, they have a chance at good rng doors. They can also draw keys from chests which from running plunders for 20 games, I got keys 12 times. Honestly if everyone of those chances fails, then the entity really wants you dead.
I believe they mean that Survivors should have a chance when the Hatch is closed. I can see where OP is coming from.

One 2 second use of static field per minute does it right there. Based off of "he was annoying" I can strongly assume what that means for the rest of it.
I bet shock therapy is going to take longer to charge and despite what they claim probably has a shorter range since he'll move at normal speed. If there aren't madness afflictions in base without addons the power just wont do anything, and they'll likely remove the "cant do actions in madness 3" part of the mechanic. No more addons causing exhaustion in madness throws that as a plus against the good survivor perks out the door. I bet shock attacks don't make screams or interrupt actions anymore, no more stun blasts at pallets. Illusion odds and duration greatly reduced and brought closer to current numbers only by expensive addons. And if it's anything like oni or nurse "changes, not nerfs" there'll be a 10 second cooldown/stun/slow when charging or using the blast or therapy. I guarantee they do at least 4-5 of those, ignore ptb data that says it's too severe, and ship it out.
"despite what they claim probably has a shorter range"
So you believe it's a nerf because you are actively accusing them of lying.
-

People said rework Freddy would be mid to low tier as well when they first showed off the changes. He turned out to be top tier in the right hands.
Moral of the story: Wait until you see how it is in practice, even if it sounds bad on paper.
What baffles me is that this doesn't even sound bad on paper.

It's a straightup hard-nerf, I wish they'd just admit it already and stop trying to trick us
What makes it a straight-up nerf?

Counterpoint: Many other games that balance at high level seem to not have an issue with lower-level players being frustrated.

The only time I actually let people go is if I feel bad because of a super early DC. If someone got inadvertently sandbagged or something, they still going down.

The first matchmaking penalty is 1 minute. it's entirely possible not to notice it.
Right, but I have been seeing people who allege that they DC'd once (as a result of a crash or a match cancellation) and were met with a 15 minute ban on the spot.
