I didnt mean my comment as contending what you were saying, i was just making a bit of a sarcastic joke. I apologise if it came off that way.
No worries, I have a bit of trouble picking up on stuff like that sometimes lol

Just keep deleting content till there are only survivors and gens left that should fix everything.
Are people that afraid of variation that they'd actively seek a generic game experience over a varied and interesting one?
If this game is not a walking sim while the observer reads all of the tome contents by 2024, what's the point

camping the hook, while it may be in the survivor rulebook, its not in the dbd rulebook.
I was merely pointing out that attempting an unhook against a camping killer doesn't really work with noed in play. If you want to run it, you can.

yea sure THAT"S DEFENITLY WHAT I MEANT
my feeling are hurt because that person is hiding in SWF or cheating
yep 100% u got it the whole point bud
Clearly, you are affected by their profile being private, hence reporting every private profile you come across. What if someone's steam profile was public, but they hid their friends, time played, and disabled comments? Would that be enough peace of mind?
-
Yes, because a profile is private, they're clearly hacking. That is a very sensible argument. I really agree with the part where you report people because someone having a private profile hurts your feelings.
-
Here's an in-game gif of what to do when someone with bt blocks you. Sorry I recorded this clip at the lowest in-game settings
-
That's nice and all, but I think it makes a difference if you do or do not have strong perks unlocked already. You've got some pretty poor unlocks, so running noed makes sense in this situation. Once you get some gen regression/slowdown, and other perks that lean into his power, you'll be golden! Though, keep in mind that the value you get from it will not be consistent of course. There are much better exposed perks so you don't have to wait for endgame to get some good pressure going.
-
No one escapes death, unless you do bones, of course. /s
The basis of the perk as it is, is already pretty garbage because it almost always results in negating a save because killers will camp the hook. This problem is exacerbated by hooking next to the totem, making a save completely and utterly pointless. I don't know what a good change would be, because I don't care enough about the issue to think of one. If I'm on the receiving of noed, it's whatever. If my teammate is, sorry, but I will probably leave if I cannot find the totem quickly enough. I tend to cleanse totems during the match and usually don't run into heavy snowball potential as a result.
-
Option 1: Delete comments. Literally, one click and bam, gone!
Option 2: Set comments to friends only/private. Literally 3 clicks and bam, no more salt from anyone! (yes this does mean private accounts too!!)
Additionally, don't bother with endgame stuff, say gg, and dip if it's really that big of an issue. People are entitled to the right to keep their accounts private if they so choose to, and you have no place to tell them they cannot express themselves just because their profile is private, unless of course, that expression finds its way on to your profile, in which a swift delete will end that stuff on the spot.
If you want to wear those salty comments with pride, then why care who or what type of account it comes from? Just wear it with pride or whatever. One last time, if you want to wear the salt with pride, but don't want to deal with private account salt... just delete it!

Where's the dislike button 😈

I really only open chests at this point when I am doing chest challenges, but that won't stop me from throwing a match to get a broken key if I'm feeling like opening a chest for whatever reason.

Yeah. At this point idk if it was intended or not cause mclean was aware of it while he was still working at bhvr but never fixed it or either never had to the time too.
Maybe it'll get fixed soon?

When there's only 1 exploit left on him...
Which is it, out of curiosity. Hug tech?

Killers always say the game should be balanced at high mmr. But at high mmr blight killers are skillful, so blight deserved a big nerf
No we don't, a large majority of us just want balance in general.

Funnily enough, I typically only dodge friends. People get sensitive about perceived playstyles and tactics.
I cannot dodge my friends, it's so funny to get messages from them in the post-game chat and mess with them in game.
-
In that situation, yes. Literally any other reason, including old vac bans from years ago, no.

He’s by far the most unbalanced killer. If you looked at my previous posts I’ve only complained about him and artist the most. But I’ve been proven wrong. Artist is not as strong as I made her out to be. Blight on the other hand is something else. At this point they should nickname him “The exploit” or “The headache”.
He's fun to loop. Very interactive chases IF you know how to actually play against a blight. Maybe try playing him and then observe survivors. Watch how they play, watch how they counter your power. I for one love looping against a blight, regardless of addons, techs, etc.
-
Sigh, it always comes down to addons and exploit techs. Nothing new. I love going against blights. The interactiveness between one and me while looping is fun.
-
Not necessarily a good change, but I think it will do its job. Less abusable, so It should stop people like myself from messing around with it with my friends 😂
-
There is a certain level of skill needed to be a good blight. Sure you can throw on his strongest addons and with a base understanding of his mechanics, you can do well. But what separates good blights from great ones is the fact that there's knowledge needed to make his power effective, especially going in addon-less or with his weaker addons. Knowing what you can and cannot bounce off of requires lots of time in each map. Learning how to use his power in tiles is another thing that can take some time to fully master. When and when not to use his power (janky filler pallets with awkward collision). Using objects that you can slide off of is incredibly useful (and I am not talking about any of his techs).
Edit: I do concede that his strongest addons are busted as hell

Continue playing blight because I like to play him and he's hot

Best add-ons for an absolute beginner would probably be slam duration add-ons. These will help you get used to making a prediction for you next rush. Next in line would be turn rate. There are others such as the aura revealing compound that will prove useful as well, but I think getting used to his power with the previous two add-ons listed will be more beneficial. As you get better you can replace these with your typical rush speed add-ons.

>:/ Never insinuate Blight is equally as attractive as Oni ever again.
My mistake, You're right, his attractiveness is greater than Oni's
-
Oni is attractive and all, but we're forgetting who the true king of attractiveness is... Blight. Really tough choice between Minotaur Oni and Charon Blight. Both are peak designs for killers I can absolutely dig. I would let blight lethal rush down me with an iri tag any day of the week,
-
I consider 2k's to be a tie, any more than that would be a win. Hooks don't dictate anything, win or lose.
-
You just pick it up, that's all

Yep blight has been extra glitchy this patch in general including with his lethal rush attack sometimes just not hitting a survivor at all(just a miss not a phantom hit like what haunts billy) despite physically hitting them for no reason.
So ya everyone has been having issues with him but this isn't the only thread about it so don't be too upset if people mainly continue the preexisting threads.
I've run in to issues with having my rushes ready to go, but unable to be used until I swing first, or my rush will end extremely early and go through the cool down animation. This new patch has been something else.
-
Sliding has been a thing for ages, but it is something you can take advantage of and get nasty hits with.
Edit: The best thing that you can do Is learn what you can and cannot slide off of. There are plenty of objects that have a definitive result, and are constant across each seed. Some objects have certain sides you can bounce off of. If you don't want to go through the memorization, you're just going to have to play him more safely.
