Better spread out hooks is a good thing for Survivors. Now you won’t Sabo a hook and there be one 3 meters away the Killer can just walk to. Or you can body block more effectively, because the Killer won’t have another hook to run to to avoid your SWF conga line of body blocks.Radiant said:@Warlock_2020 said:
I found the hook spacing to be more helpful than bad. Especially on Coal Tower map. There were a lot of blank spots before that left you without an option to carry a survivor. Now, I always have a hook within range.Exactly, let me update:
- hooks evenly spread to perfectly cover each point of each map,
- longer healing times + higher penalty for statuses,
- longer run needed to fast vault (not all windows will be fast-"vaultable"),
- shorter hook time,
- smaller swamp maps,
- rework of jumps and hooks in survivor advantage points,
- no more Spirit sound while phasing,
- better hidden totems,
- better aim needed for flashlight,
- noed insta-down at all levels,
- lower footsteps sound for invisible killers.
Seems legit patch

Smaller swamp maps are great for Survivors too. Less travel time between Gens, team mates for heals. Plus, you won’t get cucked vs. a Pig as hard when your key is in the last box and it’s across the friggin map. That has no side, it’s literally a QoL that helps both sides.
Those points are the same as the old Ironworks exploit where you couldn’t hook them. You must have been in frigging rage tears when they fixed that too...
A difference of 0.5 seconds. Big frigging deal. Like that actually does jack ######### to help Killers. That does absolutely nothing but make a tedious task a tiny bit less tedious, but has zero impact on the game.
One of your “This patch is Killer sided” rant is actually helpful to Survivors more than Killers. One point is actually a QoL update for both sides to enjoy. One point is basically fixing an old exploit that was overlooked cause it wasn’t as frequent, but has been made MUCH more noticeable and effective thanks to Boil Over. Lastly, one point is literally pointless to even talk about. It does nothing.
You salt and toxicity is so off the charts I’m wondering if you live in The Dead Sea. -
He means the change that the time to string up one of the tasty sausage on a hook was reduced from 2.0 seconds to 1.5 seconds. He’s literally bitching the hook animation takes 0.5 seconds less.Tsulan said:@Radiant said:

That’s why I called it a “Crazy fan theory”. Not a lot to go on, but an entertaining idea none he less.BearTrapSnap said:I'm a longtime Resident Evil fan but I don't get the huge jumps in logic as to where RE comes into this. Similar lore doesn't mean anything, and it's not even from the original trilogy or remake. This was pretty much a retcon introduced in 5, right? Not exactly the series at its best, boulder punching and all. Then you have the fact that countless books, movies, and TV shows have used the same kind of premise.
I don't think I'm too keen on the characters appearing either. I know PC has Bill, so same kind of deal, but in RE you can actually fight back. I wouldn't want to see Chris or Jill totally unable to do anything except run away and DS.
Probably not a popular opinion, but I love both DBD and RE, and think they're better in their own element.
Never ran out of ammo and bolted for your life in RE? Plenty of times the characters have tucked tail and ran.
I can see your point though. It does kind of hurt their image a bit seeing them so helpless. -
Not really. The healing nerf is balanced out by the Slugging nerf. Realistically, these nerfs only adversely effect bad play styles on both sides. Healing nerf only really hurts overly cocky Survivors who (most of whom like to giggle and shrug off hits cause “LULZ SELF CARE!”) Survivors who SWF conga line body block hooks and body block for each other ect. Slugging Billy or Nurse, or well, any Killer that slugs habitually and uses slugging as a full on strategy.Dreamnomad said:@ZombieGenesis said:
This is one of the most moderate patches the dev team has ever pushed out with tweaks on both sides and yet all we hear about is how "killer sided" the patch was. It's crazy.Objectively speaking, the patch is killer sided. The change to healing alone is a massive buff for killers that outweighs anything survivors got. I'm not saying that it is a bad patch or that healing shouldn't be nerfed. I'm just saying that there is merit to the argument that the patch is favoring killers. The perk changes aren't that big of a deal for either side. But the healing changes will substantially effect every game played from now on.
@Tzeentchling9 You’re joking right? There is a HUGE difference between being able to heal a bit faster with Self Care, and full blown insta-downs. Those two are nowhere near comparable to me, the NOED buff far outweighs the buff Self scare got. The speed nerf of NOED was fine, but the insta-down on all levels was just bad. NOED was a crutch for those Killers who had tier 3 already, now it’s a crutch for EVERY Killer who just gets it. This will only promote more hard camping as “LULZ, I camp out one or two players and when you finish the gens, NOED mops up the rest for me.” -
This is what I hear from the OP : “I’m going to ignore Sabo buff, hook spacing balance, slugging getting nerfed, camping getting a punishment (like Survivor Mains have been moaning to get for years), ect. All because I’m a bias Survivor Main who likes to tea bag and BM and be a pice of crap, while I beat off to my lords and gods OchiDO and Noob3 bullying Killers.”
-
It got a massive surge in popularity after BT got nerfed so it no longer protected the guy doing the unhook as well as the guy being unhooked. The Survivor meta tends to follow perks that don’t require much brain power, as well as doesn’t require team work to be massively effective.
This is for two reasons :
1. Survivors tend not to trust their team mates. They bring perks that make them self sufficient over any team oriented perks.
2. The more self sufficient a single Survivor is, the less team mates have to do in order to help them. Which equates to faster Gen Rushing because there is no need to get off a Gen to help someone.

@ScottJund
Apolgies for the leave of absence for a bit. Sleep and work.
His growth may be slower, but it’s more consistent and his viewers won’t jump ship as soon as things go south on DBD. If your viewers are abandoning ship just because they have to wait 10 min for your lobby to fill, you shouldn’t be catering to them. You’re putting all your eggs in one basket, and a frail basket at that.
Setting the obvious mortality issues aside, this is me coming from a “life advice” standpoint. I’m just a random dude on the internet mind you, so take it for what you will.
Agressive expansion is nice, but your retention rate will be low. What would happen if you WERE to get banned from DBD? What would happen if DBD were to have serious issues that left you unable to play for an extended period of time? Your viewership will crumble. Your income will crumble. If they are so fickle that even waiting 10 minutes with just your company isn’t good enough, what would happen if you were to stop playing DBD?
I can can tell you and Jendenise are good people, but you’re falling into a bad practice that going to bite you in the ass some day. Unloyal viewers and subs who are there only for the content, and not the creator. You jump ship to another game or get banned, you’re in for a world of hurt.
You, Jen, and I have had previous arguments on here. We don’t agree a whole lot on the subject of DBD balance wise and such, but that’s not my main concern. My concern is simply for other people, both of you included. The Killers and Survivors you both face from intentional de-ranking are having unfair matches against a Killer or against Survivors who are way too much for them to handle. They are not having fun, they are not having a good time.
Jen can’t not afford to appease her fickle crowd nor do whatever suits her taste for what her and her fans consider “fun”. She is setting a bad example with this. That her and what her fans consider “fun” is higher priority than others. If she needs an example, just look to haw badly OchiDO crashed and burned. She’s nowhere near him mind you in terms of a bad person, but it’s a slippery slope and it’s not too far fetched in terms of simply what happens when you stop giving your viewers exactly what they want in terms of gameplay, because they are not there for *you* instead are only there for your gameplay.
You both are very much in the same boat when it comes to your viewers. For the both of you : If your viewers are not there *for you* then *do not* cater to them. Do not cave to demands to play this way, that way, play this game, that game, this Killer that killer, do this to keep me entertained cause you yourself are not good enough for me to bother sticking around. Do not cater to viewers who aren’t there for *you*.
Again, take it for what you will, I’m just some random nobody on the internet. However please at least consider what I’m saying. I’m concerned. For the players you vs, and for the both of you. -
@TheBean
Basically your calling the developers sell outs to the highest bidder who can provide the most free exposure. Fair enough.
@Jendenise @ScottJund
I don’t agree with Jendenise nor ScottJund about this either.
Jen says it’s for the sake of “fun” because it’s boring facing the same people over and over again. Well, all I can say to that is tough #########. She needs to realize it may be more “fun” for her and her viewers, but it is NOT AT ALL fun for the Killer player to be stomped all over by players with 1/4 her play time. She is making fun for herself, her SWF group, and her viewers “more important” than the Killer’s she faces “fun”. She is willing and ready to ruin their fun and game experience for her own personal “fun” and the “fun” of her viewers. It is not at all right she places herself and her viewers entertainment above that of others.
The same applies for ScottJund. I don’t care how long you have to sit in a lobby. If your viewers leave because it’s boring and takes too long, that’s because your viewers don’t appreciate you for you, not your gameplay.
You both wont like what I have to say next, but you should both take a page from Tru3’s handbook. Every day he starts the stream and simply has an hour long talk with his chat. Even during this time he has 800-1000 viewers. No gameplay, nothing but some chill music in the background and chatting away. He also suffers from long lobby times and facing the same Killers over and over. Other than some occasional lobby dodges of obviously SWF stream snipers, he keeps a well healthy viewership of 2000+ a day. Tru3 fans are there for him, the streamer, the gameplay is nice and we like it, but we’re more there for him. Even when he played Magic The Gathering for sponsored stream he had well over 1000 viewers. Most of us were regular subs as well as new blood.
If you have to cheat the ranking system to keep your viewers entertained, based solely on gameplay to keep them around, maybe you should take a harder look at the viewers you attract. If they aren’t there for you, more than your gameplay, then it’s not the game that’s at fault.
You're entertainers, don’t blame the game when you fail to entertain your viewers on your own without the game doing the work for you. -
@Jendenise
Unfortunately, there is no way to tell how many hours you have on PS4. Xbox and PC can tell you, but PS4 doesn’t keep track like other systems. It’s just guess, but I would say over a thousand at the very least.
https://m.youtube.com/user/MrDemonKing21/videos
Apologies for the mobile link. The power where I live is currently out. I would use my little laptop I usually use for my college classes, but no WiFi. -
@Jendenise
Perhaps. Though I am on console myself. PS4 player. Usually a Nurse Main, though I’ve been relaxing as of late and playing Spirit and Trapper.
I have followed DBD though since beta and watched thousands upon thousands of hours, not to mention once it dropped on console, played thousands of hours. Sitting at 90%+ of the achievements already.
Not all of us console players are woefully ignorant of how things are. Nurse could very well use a nerf on PC, but us on console can’t handle her getting any weaker, just for example. I know full well there are limitations of console, that console players demand unnecessary buffs/nerfs that would absolutely trash PC play, because they are unable to differentiate what’s an actual balance concern, and what’s just a problem because they are playing on inferior hardware with inferior controls.
I will be buying myself a PC here within the comming few months though to gain a better perspective on PC play. Many console players need to realize it’s not the game that is at fault, it’s the hardware limitations as well as a few faults with actual balance.
I would be so bold as to say I have pushed console play to the limit. I know PC is a whole other ball game, but some issues are universal across platforms. It will be interesting to see how I fare with better FPS, better control with M&KB. I’m also interested in how I will fair against Survivors who dwarf my playtime hours.
As a console player party chat is standard even with randoms, so SWF will be very little different than my usual matches of Survivor coordination.
I look forward to the challenge presented to me on PC, both as Killer and Survivor. -
@Jendenise @shasta
Didn't think I’d have to spell this out, but, alright then...
First off, Shasta, stop taking this personally. That’s not what this is about.
Now then, the reason is very simple : It only takes one good Survivor to change the whole outcome of a match. Shasta, you may very well *be* that one good Survivor. Jendenise, you should know by now all it takes is one good Survivor to carry a whole team of potato Survivors. Any Survivor can easily play Gen Jockey. All it takes is one good Survivor to carry a team. One good Survivor not even using the meta mind you, to Loop a Killer, do safe hook saves, ect.
The rest of the team can easily just Gen Jockey, maybe get caught once, do a lucky hook save (or hell, just toss on Borrowed Time for a guaranteed “safe unhook” score event), and escape off the hard work of just ONE Survivor busting his balls. This in place effect “boost” those Survivor’s Rank. They can play “immersion Claudette” all they want. They’ll still pip if they just Gen Jockey while the *real* Survivor does all the hard work. Now imagine that *already* actually good Survivor is packing the DS/SB/BT/SC meta? Catching my point here? ONE Survivor can carry a whole team, hard. Where do you think all these “boosted” Survivors come from?
Question : What do you think happens when there *isn’t* one of those good Survivors on the team. Where the whole team is a bunch of these “boosted” Survivors?
Answer : They get slaughtered by a Killer who actually isn’t really that good at all. Which “boost” him up the ranks. Not because he is good, but because he faced a bunch of boosted crap Survivors who didn’t luck out and get that one good Survivor to carry their asses.
Granted, NOED can also boost a ######### Killer beyond his rank, something I’ve vehemently said is NOED needs deleted. It’s a ######### crutch perk that boost Killers. Same with DS for Survivors, and a host of other Survivor perks need a strong looking at, but nothing major. Just some minor tweaks.
The big problem with the balance of the game is that ONE good Survivor can carry a team. Hard. I have advocated for Killer buffs and Survivor nerfs. However, not without due deliberation. The maps are now balanced imo. Loops are fine now as is. The developers can not do anything more with Pallet Count or Loops without cold cucking Survivors. Minor perks need tweaking on both sides. Mostly the Survivor meta.
This is simply because the Survivor meta is based on one thing : Being near on totally self sufficient in a team oriented game. You’re either the number role, or the power role. With the meta perks, a single Survivor can be self sufficient to the point they don’t even need more than one or two team mates. Never mind 3 others. If all four run the meta? What is even the point of having that many on the numbers side if they’re THAT self sufficient and powerful on their own?
Gen Rush is really the biggest issue plaguing the game. As I said, boosted Survivors can easy make it to high rank just playing Gen Jockey while ONE Survivor does all the hard work. The developers have focused too hard core on giving that ONE Survivor so much of a chance, it’s redundant to have four Survivors in the match.
You want to see better play from both Killers and Survivors who deserve their Rank? Get rid of NOED. Nerf the damn Survivor meta. Stop the Survivors being able to Rush the gens in 4-5 minutes flat. Stop letting Survivors be so stupidly self sufficient they don’t even NEED much teamwork. -
Hmm.... This is a tricky one. Making openings could lead to a massive loop. However at the same time I really don’t see this as much of an issue. The only reason the Ironworks exploit spot got fixed was because it was universal and easy to do. Happened every damn match I got that map.
This seems a bit niche to me to make a huge fuss over it. Not only do they need a specific map, but also happen to be running Boil Over. It’s a thing to fix for sure, but a back burner once larger, more pressing balance concerns are addressed. I don’t like giving the developers small things to tweak and fiddle with while they leave larger, glaring issues yet to be addressed.
Also, any Killer worth their salt (no pun intended) has an issue with the way vaults work now. Slow and medium vaults can really turn the tide of the match. Most of all if you let the Survivor think he’s going to make it... but watch him medium or slow vault and get an easy smack. Lots of Killers need to learn how to “force the Survivors to make mistakes”. -
@Peanits Also agree on Pop Goes The Weasel. It can be devastating to Gen progress if used correctly.
-
Overrated Survivor Perk : Self Care (lemme smack you, I run Sloppy Butcher, so enjoy wasting your time healing. Even better when healing gets a nerf soon to take even longer).
Overrated Killer Perk : Lightborn. Now that insta-blinds are gone, not much need for it unless you find a Squadette and there are 2+.
Underrated Survivor Perk : Dead Hardy So many people use this perk wrong. It’s not only a “make them wiff when they are right on your ass” perk. You can use it to create JUST ENOUGH distance to make that window or Pallet you weren’t going to make. Unbelievably a god send for escaping the basement. Can also bait Killers into whiffing at a hook JUST in time for your team mate to get enough to wiggle off.
Underrated Killer Perk : Sloppy Butcher. In a game where seconds count, every bit helps. Sloppy Butcher adds second onto that healing. Will be even more devastating to run after the healing nerf. Coupled with Self Care’s half speed healing, enjoy wasting 36 to 40 seconds healing with Self Care while I go hunting. -
@ScottJund It’s not that you rank up “too fast” it’s that Survivors rank up too slowly. They rank up slowly because they get bodied and suck balls at the game since a lot of their broken bullshit got fixed recently. Insta-blinds gone, Pallet Vaccum gone, BT getting nerfed so it’s not a brain dead “hook Rush for a freebie!”, and as of the most recent patch stupidly overpowered brain dead loops at buildings being blocked off.
The problem isnt the ranking system, the problem is that spoiled Survivors who were so used to abusing the ######### out of broken game mechanics, perks, and items can’t rank up anymore. Plain and simple : They suck balls now they don’t have as much broken ######### to abuse. Meanwhile Killers who were USED to dealing with the broken ######### are on such an insane skill level it’s like shooting fish in a barrel because the Survivors suck balls so hardcore, and the Killers have honed their skills to the point of insanity.
Its why Jendenise and other Survivors are deranking on purpose. They can’t win because they suck at the game. It’s why Killers like you and Tru3 can’t find games at higher rank. There just aren’t any Survivors cause they suck so bad at the game. They are trying to pull the same old bullshit they used to pull back when and get all pissy it doesn’t work anymore.
Dont blame the rank system, it’s just that Survivors suck balls. -

Better logic : I’m getting sick and tired of Survivors tunneling Gens. It’s so annoying they run to a Gen I just kicked, that 1/2 done and tunnel it till it’s done instead of going to a Gen that’s got 0% progress.
You never get an answer from a survivor when you bring this argument

It’s because you obviously want a free handout, looping is intended or you wouldn’t be able to just like tunneling and camping , they’ve given killers so much the past six months even gutting windows and pallets , but what’s the results? The same ######### players refuse to adjust to certain scenarios and still #########... what a surprise
Uhm what?
I can still run a loopable killer for several gens and I am a mediocre survivor at best.Ask yourself who is asking for a free handout here
Thats all I’m getting from you. Which is the dumbest argument I’ve ever heard. Just because there used to be more broken ######### back in the day, that doesn’t justify leaving other stuff that’s broken. Just because snowflake Survivors can’t handle actually playing a balanced game, and have gotten used to having so much broken ######### in their favor they are so bad they fall apart when they can’t get carried by a plethora of busted mechanics and perks. -

Yet it was your own behavior that led them to do this and they'll go into future games against killers that aren't jerks and do the same to them, all because you have a hissy fit basically.

I agree. A classic Tyrant would fit the best, and be less restrictive on the developers for cosmetics and variations. I personally REALLY want William Birkin (G-Virus mutation at Stage 2 or Stage 3) as Resident Evil 2 is my personal favorite Resident Evil. However, that would be restricting for the developers.Hellrossa said:Claire Redfield and the T-100

Most other fans want Nemesis, though I say that would be the same problem as Birkin. Too restrictive on the developers, plus, to me personally, Nemesis used weapons as well as brute strength and mutations. His use of weaponry as advanced as guns and a rocket launcher just kind of makes me feel “Ehhhh... doesn’t fit.” -
Just make a secondary rank system that tracks Kills and Escapes. You can hit Rank 1 as Killer or Survivor, but it will keep track of how many Kills you average per game, and how many escapes you have per game.
Match Killers/Survivors with similar Kill/Escape percentage ratios. -

There are so many definitions of what is “camping” by Survivors it’s hard to narrow it down. Hell, I plop someone on the hook... and in 0.5 seconds he’s flailing his arms with the “HE’S CAMPING OMG!” signal before I can even turn around after the damn hooking animation.
I only ever truly camp in a few scenarios :
1. I saw a Survivor near the area when I went to hook someone. Even then, I give it 15 seconds of looking for them, the go somewhere else. I know they are there, but I can’t be assed to waste anymore time looking for them.
2 : The Gens are done.
3. I hooked someone and legit didn’t see a single aura with BBQ. Even then, you get the same as #1, 15 seconds patrolling around and then i’ll bugger off. -

True. I just find it a bit unfair how RNG Killer totem perks are, but how reliable the Survivor meta is. I understand that Killers are suppose to be powerful on their own right without perks, most of all totem perks. Though it just isn’t enough of a risk running the Survivor meta.thesuicidefox said:@SovererignKing said:
Had this earlier today too. Two Kills, 2 escape with 3 DS, 4 Adrenaline, 2 SB. The two that escaped were on last hook as well. I didn’t bring NOED though and was Trapper. It’s insane how hard those perks carry Survivors. If they didn’t have the DS’s that would have been a 3k or 4K easy game. Meanwhile I’m using Ruin, Devour Hope, Brutal Strength, and Hex : Haunted Grounds. Ruin and Devour got busted 1 minute in and nobody touched my Haunted Grounds.I've been on the opposite end of that. I went against a trapper with TOTH, Ruin, HG, and Devour, we got the worst RNG and did the totems in the perfect order for him, and Devour was in the middle of the map in a spot where he had a trap you have to do to get the totem, and he got 5 tokens by the time we got all the other totems. There was no winning that for us. Totems are high RNG, your game's as killer can go both ways.
DS speaks for itself. If the healing nerf comes to pass in the next update, I’ll consider Self Care completely fair and balanced. Sprint Burst is still unbalanced, the exhaustion nerf did nothing to stop how powerful of a “get away with getting caught in the open with your pants down” perk. -

Do you have fun getting stomped into the ground and taunted? Do you have fun knowing the only way you win, is if the other side screws up multiple times and plays sub-optimal and poorly? That’s what it’s like playing Killer. You can try all you want, unless your a good Nurse, all the Survivors have to do is run the right perks and Rush the Gens, and you’re screwed.kate_best_girl said:@Wolf74 said:

godlike? Literally you dont even have to kill anyone to pip or earn a ######### ton of points so i dont see the point in hating SWF groups.
Ok, we found the issue. You like playing the partyclown.
I actually want to play the KILLER.
Pips are punishment, since ranking up only make matches worse for killer.
And bloodpoints are just a sideproduct to keep up with all the stuff I need to use.
If you can't kill, you are a pointpiniata for the survivor and not a threat. No I just wanna have fun and play the game for fun.

Ruin and Devour got busted 1 minute in and nobody touched my Haunted Grounds.

It’s your fault in the first place you lost your prey to the point where they could scurry off and Self Care to full. If it’s that bad, bring Nurse’s Calling, Clourophobia, or Sloppy Butcher. Make them waste time with Self Care.
Self Care used to be a problem, with the plethora of counter perks and the upcoming healing nerf that’s going to make them already waste loads of time healing with self care at just base, adding in any one of the aforementioned anti-healing perks, it’s no longer an issue. -
Had that too in my 3 man SWF. We sent he random a message saying Killer wants to farm and I brought key. Random didn’t answer and still buggered off through the exit gate. Never got another chance.elementira said:
Got that through farming, the killer asked for farm in a group chat, we all said yes and I took in a key.SovererignKing said:Congratulations! I keep hovering around 90%+. I cant get that damn “Where did they go!?” achievement.

“His powers were enhanced in some ways, and tempered in others.” They have more as to why his power is the way it is in the game. That being said, he should have areas he “sets” as zones that if you walk into them, you begin to fall asleep.

They weren’t that cheap when they came out. You misunderstand me, I wasn’t telling the OP to not use headsets, I was say *I* don’t use them myself. Sorry, I forgot the *I* for “I don’t use them.”sixty4half said:
Dude? Seriously? That's a 15-20 dollar headset with no surround sound capabilities. You should totally advise people not to get THAT headset but dont tell people yo not get a headset at all based on your experience with a cheap PoS headset.SovererignKing said:Don’t use them. My brother bought me a set of Turtle Beach PX22 headset for Christmas, but they just make it sound like they are all around me and not to my left, right, behind, in front. The speakers on my Vizio TV set at 18 volume works best for me. I use the Turtle Beach for other games, but it just doesn’t work with DBD for me. -
Yes, he did, but he was equipped mostly with weapons as part of his S.T.A.R.S elimination protocol. Nemesis just doesn’t fit right with me. He is an icon, but I just feel a plain old Tyrant fits the bill better. Hell, even the T-001 or T-002 would be fine.ItsYourBoyGuzma said:

Nemesis uses anything and everything he has at his disposal lol
Did you forget that time where he literally grabbed Brad and insta killed him with his vein tentacle?
I wanted a RE chapter and would prefer that over ghostface or even chuck to be honest.
Before they made huntress I suggested nemesis could be the first ranged killer with his vein shooting out of his hand being part of his ability
I suggested Nemesis like 2years ago when people still posted Fan chapters on the steam forums.
Since we have more characters now
-Feng can have Adas RE2 vest
-Dwight can wear Chris's RE1 vest
-David can have Leon's RPD outfit
-Jake can wear Leon's RE4 jacket
-Claud can wear Rebeccas Rescue vest
-Ace gets the best one out of them all , he can wear Weskers shades and RE1 vest
Meg can wear Barry's vest
A lot of fans want Nemesis simply because they are fanboys of Nemesis. Personally I REALLY want Willaim Birkin or really and one of Stage 1-3 of Birkins G-Virus mutations, but I don’t want my fanboy to dictate. What “fits” best is just a plain old Tyrant.
Tyrant is the catch all term of the big boys of the T-Virus mutations and subsequent Virus variations. It would just more General to fit the feel of Resident Evil. Plus, a plain Tyrant opens up to possibilities of cosmetics to a larger degree than than Nemesis’s iconic leather clad look.
I also suggested Tyrant years ago on he Steam Forums. I doubt you and I will see eye to eye on his as we have our preferences set. Though nice to see another RE fan pushing here. I won’t complain if we get Nemesis, I would prefer just a Tyrant. I would drool if we William Birkin or any stage 1-3 variation of G though...

Welcome to Hell! Wasn’t that fun?! The Devil will see you again soon.

Killed him with 5 tokens. Decided to add insult to injury to really rub salt in the wound.

Yeah, that’s normal. I get games instantly as Rank 1 Killer, but end up waiting 3-5 minutes for any game as Survivor.
This is for a quite a few reasons :
1. Console has many more SWF groups that are 3 and 4 man groups due to the ease of chat invites and ease of inviting friends. This makes getting matches take longer for solo Survivors in the case of many ore 4 man pre-mades. As well as two man pre-mades taking longer to get a match.
2. Killer is harder to play on console due to FPS drops, more restrictive controls with a controller. Also that Survivor is easier to play with a controller. This makes playing Killer even more difficult and frustrating. Most console Killers either can’t cope with these handicap restrictions on them and end up loosing more often, making it so they can’t reach higher ranks, or find it so stressful and annoying they don’t bother to even play Killer.
3. Console is more of a “party” system. People play more to have fun with friends on console than PC, thus are more likely to play SWF and Survivor than Killer.
4. Game is still imbalanced in favor of the Survivors. Player don’t want to play Killer because it’s too hard and they would rather have easier games on Survivor.
This all contributes to a much larger deficit of Killers on console, specifically high rank Killers. The higher difficulty of playing Killer on console with a controller also leads to higher amounts of camping and tunneling Killers. Just have to take it with a grains of salt (no pun intended) I’m afraid. -

I do just fine. First, you’re at one of the strongest Loops in the game. Nearly an infinite. Secondly, that Spirit player didn’t try any mind games, and made bad predictions and just blindly chased you like a normal M1 Killer. Of course you danced circles around them. -

Maybe learn to predict Survivors and play mind games better? -

Raging? I haven't seen any single post on the forums complaining about NOED 1 and 2 being buffed. If you have, pls link it. -

This will do nothing but penalize good, non-camping Killers that usually didn’t camp anyway when dipshit Survivors decide to rush the hook, then Loop near the hooked guy. Bad Killers who already camped don’t give two shits and will still camp anyway.
Can’t believe the developers are this bad at thinking this stuff through... -
I actually really enjoy the current Rin theme. Christmas is currently my second favorite.
