Thanks. Though some people always sit there and think they are just Gods at this game. I’m not the best Clown (I’m actually a Nurse Main on PS4), but definitely not the worst or bad. Though I will say it’s a bit of an adjustment to judge distance with bottle throws when you’re used to judging Blink distance instead.Sarief said:actually clown gameplay shown is very good, considering it's on ps4 controller. tl;dr git gud"the game is fine because survivors don't try to win"
what an abysmal way to balance a game
Meaning they balance the game for casual Survivors screwing around and having fun. Which is bullshit. Kill Your Friends is “causal party fun”. SWF? Killer? That’s not casual. That’s competitive Ranked. If people want “casual party game” they should play Kill Your Friends, keep that ######### out of online ranked mode.
You dont balance an online ranked game based on casual’s dicking around. The SWF group shouldn’t be dicking around and still winning and getting ranks. The Killer isn’t part of their “casual party of friends”, yet he has to deal with the balance being skewed to give casual Survivors dicking around the chance to be able to win.
What at of the hardcore competitive Survivors who aren’t playing to dick around? They are playing to win. They just faceroll Killers because the balance is so heavy in their favor. Map balance is one thing, this is something different. The developers balancing the game on Survivors playing like idiots and running around the map like headless chickens and STILL having a chance to win cause “it’s fun”. All the meanwhile the Killer is busting his balls to just to keep up.
How is that anywhere near fair for Killers? -
It’s ridiculous Survivors are getting this imo.
It’s called making a read on your opponents next action. Survivors don’t want to do that, they want it to be purely reaction based EZ stun. “Is the Kiler going to go for a lunge around the rock/bush/etc. or not?” If you think he is, drop it early, if you think he isn’t, don’t. Make the wrong read, pay the price. Once again, we’re going back to EZ Mode Pallet Stuns that require no forethought, no reading the opposition, nothing. Just make it to Pallet for EZ stun.
Truthfully @Mister_Holdout is correct, these changes would be fine. If the developers fixed the other issues first.
However, like usual, the developers are kissing the Survivor’s asses so they stop review bombing the game first. Then Killers will get the changes needed... Soon(TM). -
Claudette - At the street, throwing the bottle at the window he wanted to vault. Too bad I can’t control how fast the bottle travels, and he made it to the vault before the bottle landed. At the window, where I wanted it to hit. Yeah, bottle travel time in a high arc is totally in my control.SenzuDuck said:@SovererignKing said:

Why should they be rewarded for their failures
Why are Survivors rewarded for failure to hide and LoS juke by being able to Loop? When you have a killer going at a million miles per hour because of blood lust how tf you gunna juke his line of site lmfao. If you never got found in the first place, you wouldn’t be running now would you? Face the fact, you failed to hide properly when the Killer came looking. You ######### up, time to deal with the consequences. It’s supposed to be hard to lose a Killer who’s hot on your ass. YOU ######### up and got found in the first place, why are you getting rewarded via Looping for [BAD WORD] up? I don’t see Killers getting rewarded for being unable to find anyone. Survivor = Don’t get found, you win. Get found, but Loop the Killer for just 30 seconds, you still win. Killer = Don’t find anyone, you lose. Find everyone easy, but get Looped for 30 seconds every time, you still lose.
All Looping does is take the Survivors fail condition and turn it into a win condition. It’s a win/win for Survivors, Lose/Lose for Killers.
How about these videos? Where the Gen Rush was so stupidly fast, it didn’t matter if the Killer didn’t really get Looped and chases were stupidly quick? Even without Looping, Survivors can still easily make a Killer pointless to even be on the map.
Why aren't end lobbies shown in either match? This could have easily been misranked matches which is scummy af. Also that clown gameplay was one of the worst matches I've ever seen in my life, clown throwing bottles at everything but survivors lmao.
Shows you have no idea how to play clown. You don’t throw bottles at Survivors, you throw them at paths they want to take. It’s called cutting off routes and pathing. At most the first chase with the Claudette when I was actually in chase lasted 30 seconds, every chase after lasted less than 30 seconds. You only throw bottles AT Survivors if you’re running Red Heads Pinky Finger add on For for the insta-down.
the amount of times the bottle got thrown behind a survivor or at a wall instead of infront of them is hilarious. I know exactly how to play him, but throwing bottles behind survivors is not it LOL
At the car - Thought he was going to drop the pallet, he didn’t drop it, but ran past it and saved it. If he had dropped it, he would have gotten stuck in the gas and slowed, just as I intended. Slowing him while I broke the pallet, or ran around it.
At at the shed - I thought of all possible escape routes. The hole in the fence to the right, lead to nothing and a hit. The hole in the fence around the tree and to the right, again, lead to no pallets and nothing. The path down the side of the house along the fence, lead to nothing. The Claudette’s only safe path was to loop back around and vault the Pallet or run back to the Pallet at the car he saved. To which me throwing the bottle on the side of the shed, which broke and covered that side cut off that route, which she tried to take because it was the only safe route, but lead to a hit and down.
Meg - Had no chance.
Laurie - Didn’t even have to use a bottle the first time. Second time after DS, make her go left, then drop a bottle on the other side of the loop at the truck so if she tried to Loop, she was screwed. Last bottle, landed right next to and nearly on her cutting off her route to the Pallet in the hedges ahead of her and a down.
Its obvious you have no idea how to play Clown except “Throw the bottles directly at them and hope to hit them with it.” You don’t think 2 steps ahead like I do, and cut off their routes and Loops.
Though go on, post some of your own epic Clown game play. You know, where you’re God Mode and down everyone in less than 10 seconds every single chase, where you win in less than 6 minutes. Oh, and no camping and tunneling, like I didn’t. Oh and no instant down Red Head’s Pinky Finger, or Mori. I’ll wait. -
So there are two Killers who have tremendous map pressure. Two Killers that can deal with it (Billy is iffy as he can still be Looped), so those two Killers justify the rest of the cast being weak as #########? Cool beans.powerbats said:@yeet said:

Have you met Billy or Nurse before, you know when they're right next to you before you have time to do much? It's funny how quickly they can BL up especially on Coldwin or Autohaven the more wide open ones. Throw in Macmillan while you're there and they get up to speed rather quickly.

I do have fun with it, however this thread by you : https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/13863/how-many-killer-mains-would-stop-playing-if/p1BLUE_APE said:I've been on this forum for a bit and a lot of subjects here are touchy and result in a lot of toxic comments.
I have been made fun of, told I don't know anything about DBD and won't get any better because I'm at lower ranks.
Apparently if your at lower ranks, you know nothing, and deserve to be laughed at by higher ups.I tried to get higher up in ranks, but that led to a lot of raging, and dc every now and then. I wasn't happy with playing DBD anymore so I decided to be a smart person and take a break.
And I thought about it for some time and remembered...ITS A GAME!!! Its made for fun and should be nothing more then that.
So I decided to start playing DBD and its great! I'm much more calm and colective, I play more better, I slowly learning how to dodge killer attacks/knowing what survivors will do during a chase, and I don't mind loosing. I get much more joy out of playing with friends and helping my fellow players, weather I'm playing killer to challenge my self/ sometimes give people free points til I get good or help out other players advance to a higher rank on which ever side I choose to play.
Heck I even have the craziest of matches that I look back on and laugh at, I even learn how to catagorize matches on how we play them.So what I'm saying is, weather your playing Survivor or Killer, remember this is a game and remember to have fun. This is a game and a lot of people take it and ranking way to seriously. Ranking isn't a bad thing, just don't forget to have fun while challenging your self to advance, and be a good sport.
Kind of shows you have a lot of hate for Killers. This was why you got hate on the forums. You got pissed at Killers, and decided to come here and ######### talk them about camping.
Skilled or unskilled, doesn’t matter. You were low ranks, maybe those Killers were new, and didn’t know any better? Maybe they found camping fun, hooking someone and waiting for their team mates to show up and preying on their Altruism just like many psycho movie Killers use “the token white girl” protagonist as bait. Maybe fun for some folks is being Tryhard going for high ranks, their fun is ranking up, and if they don’t, they don’t have fun.
We weren’t laughing at you, (well Lowbei was, but you’ll learn to just ignore him), but many of us were angry you wanted to bash Killers for just playing the game the way they wanted. You might not like it, but that’s no reason to come on here and bash Killers. -
I think the opposite. Killers are hunters and need to find and track their prey. Chases are nice, but the Loop meta is just flat out boring and frustrating. They are literally right there in your face, but because of some random junk they run you around like a rodeo clown. I feel less like a brutal apex predator Killer... and more like a dog chasing cars. I feel dumb and when I see Killers getting Looped while I play Survivor, it looks dumb.Techn0 said:I'd honestly stop playing. A lot of killers fail to realize that having a chase based game is much better than a game where people just sit in corners with their thumbs in their ass all day. Plus, it’s kind of the Killers fault if they lost track of the Survivor so they can self care anyway.powerbats said:@Kuris said:
Do you honestly think infinite heals on demand when injured is balanced????
There's counters to self Nurses calling counters that, Stridor, following the blood and or red scratch marks. There's also Mangled etc types of debuffs and other survivors have posted about using Pharmacy instead of SC. Yet killers then complain about med kits and insta heals then bring Franklin's to counter those and flashlights.
It's not infinite on demand if the killer is on your tail making sure you don't heal. The Nurse just waits for you to heal at edge of terror radius then nukes you. The Doctor shocks you out of it, The Huntress and Clown range smack you out of it.
That's not to say it's needs a fix which it does and i've certainly advocated for. But each time something is addressed killers seem to blame something else that was the real problem.
Though othe only change Self Care needs is limited uses in my book. 3 or 4 would be sufficient, so it’s not so brain dead to body block every single hook and #########.
I think they need to get to get rid of Syptic Agent but Anti-Hemorrhagic Syringe is perfectly fine. It’s an ultra rare and should be powerful. -
“Doctor is OP” yet he was so pathetically weak when released they had to give him a complete re-work because finding people didn’t mean jack ######### to Survivors. Still doesn’t mean jack #########.Vietfox said:Because this forum is dominated by killer mains.
I can understand the frustration with some skills, but others like self care or borrowed time? Please gimme a break. Also funny the ones who complain when survivors loop pallets. What do killers want survivors to do, run straight till they get caught in a matter of seconds?
Basically everything that makes the match a bit harder for the killer, perk or strategy, will be asked to get nerfed.
Fix something that doesn't work as intended? Ok. Fix something that counters your gamestyle or makes you angry? Deal with it.
There are killer perks or op killers like the doctor (who can make you scream from far away and not even being targered by him) that i personally find quite annoying, but you won't see me asking for them to be removed or nerfed. Sadly doesn't happen the same with some killer mains.
Im sorry your ability to think on how to evade a Killer is limited to “run in circles” or “run in a straight line”.
Killers didn’t get the gameplay they wanted by Looping getting taken out of the game. Survivors got the gameplay they wanted, developers are just giving Killers the balance they wanted. Survivors cry all the damn time they didn’t get both gameplay and being overpowered. Killers just want the balance. Neither side got exactly what they wanted. Killers got balance (or are getting it), Survivors got gameplay. Everyone gets cake, nobody gets ice cream with it.
Killers talk about complain about looping because the game still isn’t balanced correctly for its inclusion. Survivors just whine because the developers ARE re-balancing the game for it’s inclusion. -

I gave the game a good review after the bombers and even called them out for doing so.

My thought is Dev's are allowing camping because they are allowing Looping.
So why give the DEVs a good reason to stop looping.
We’d do just fine. You see, the game didn’t have Looping at the start when it launched. It was introduced in Patch 1.4.0 when the developers re-sized the Survivors hit boxes to be smaller, in order to make Survivors harder to hit out in the open due to P2P latency and at windows and vaults. As an UNINTENTIONAL side effect of this change, Survivors found out they could run tighter, therefore faster, circles around objects via abusing the smaller collision they have. The game was never balanced with Looping in mind, that’s why it’s an overpowered mechanic and the developers are constantly fighting to rebalance the whole game with it included.
This is because they have to find a way to incorporate it because of all the cry baby Survivors who suck at hiding and LoS jukes. They have no skill and need a way to win by abusing game mechanics and letting the mechanics of the game carry them. instead of playing smart and not getting found and caught.
So is it the same thing for killers on camping? Did the Devs allow camping because some killers have no skill either? Survivors are op, but I'm not like them, I do just fine without DS and I'm great at sneaking around with O.o.O.
So but explain this to the other killers then, other wise they will just keep whinning,
Secondly, stop letting your bias cloud your judgement.
Camping is boring and unskilled, but at least the game is balanced for it. Killer camps, all three other Survivors have free reign of the map to do whatever the Hell they want. Camping has a draw back. The Killer has no map pressure.
Looping is boring and unskilled, and the game is not balanced for it. Survivor Loops, it has no draw backs whatsoever. The solo Survivor wins, the Survivor team wins, only the Killer loses.
It doesn’t matter if it’s boring or unskilled, it’s if the game is balanced for it. Balanced for camping, yes, balanced for Looping, not at all. -

Thank goodness someone said it. This bullshit goes both ways. I’m sick of seeing Rage Quits as Killer as well. It’s obvious the OP plays only Survivor. At least if the Killer D/C’s they get to keep all the points they earned that match. We get a measly 650 BP quitter bonus. Not to mention those selfish little prick Survivors just screw their team mates when they Rage Quit. Not to mention I also get robbed of my BBQ&Chilli.lasombra1979 said:This tirade can go both ways. I am a killer main on PS4 and my wife is a survivor main. Watching her play I get to see these issues you speak of. What you do not see though is every game a killer runs, we get DCs left and right. Legit game, about to hook, DC. As soon as they see you running Leatherface or Doctor or one of the hated killers, DC. So perhaps instead of just calling out killers who DC on the PS4, try calling out everyone who DCs on PS4.

Two sides of the same coin. There will always be whiner’s on both sides. I’m a Toxic Killer because I use Ruin, BBQ & Chilli, Make Your Choice, and Nurse’s Calling as Nurse. I’m also on PS4, so I’m a “Toxic Tryhard Killer” when I destroy some pre-made 4 Man SWF who all run the DS/SC/BT/SB (or Dead Hard) meta and have never really lost a game, because there are very few good Nurse players on console and Nurse can handle that crap instead of being bullied by toxic SWF groups.mendo222 said:Guess your a toxic survivor if you bring adrenaline and run the killer around for 5 gens . My build was dead hard adrenaline leader and bond and the killer killed 1 person and messaged me saying I’m a toxic survivor and reported me. I died laughing because 1 toxic survivors usually bring a flashlight or d strike and 2 that would mean I would have to be good lmao . Baby killers get triggered over nothing
Baby Survivors who can’t handle a loss also get triggered when I see they are trying to bully me and I go on a slug fest or tunnel one of them out of the match. -

People need to realize just because you’re a mod, doesn’t mean you have to be this super courteous and never sassy person. You’re still a person. Only mods I ever had trouble with was the Steam Forums I kept pissing off this Russian Survivor player who was bias as hell and wanted to be the next OchiDO. Unfortunately his friend was a mod on the Russian sub forum and banned me twice for making him look like a fool.Ryuti said:@SovererignKing said:

Ah I wish. It's a scary balance because if you're too sassy people freak out. Been there done that.
I dont treat the mods here or anywhere any different than I would anyone else. What’s a bannable offense to anyone else is a bannable offense to a mod, and what’s not a bannable offense to anyone else is not to a mod as well.
I’ve had quite a few arguments with Peanits on both Steam and here, and I think one on Steam with you as well Ryuti. You’re great people.

The way I act? Well, I'd certainly change. Though I think change would certainly be necessary, given how much sass I've given to some, especially Lowbei. But I've had a but of an epiphany as of late, and am changing as a result. If I was contacted by someone at Behaviour to moderate the forums I'd be overjoyed if I'm honest. And this isn't something I'd want payment for (to be honest I think people here believe Moderators do receive payment) because DBD had tugged at my heartstrings and become something special. Plus... Happiness is payment enough for me.Peanits said:@JammyJewels said:
I would be a Moderator. A killer and survivor player, I've sunk hundreds of hours (even thousands, PS4 doesn't tell you) and as mentioned I am a PS4 player, so it'd be someone who is able to look into the PS4 DBD communities and see their opinion too. I have lots of time on my hands so I'd be available for the majority of problems. Though I doubt I'd be of any use since I only speak English. And my references in terms of online moderation is severely lacking XDI only speak English as well (not counting the five French words I remember from school). Back when I got into this, I didn't have any experience either. Then before I knew it I ended up as a mod for Dead by Daylight and PAYDAY 2. So never say never. <--- That's my favourite Justin Bieber movie.
I would be tempted to say that more than anything, attitude is what makes or breaks it. Experience can help, but the way you act helps way more.

Basically this. Or slugging everyone and just following them around till they bleed out when you have no reason to. Have had a few matches like that where the Killer slugged me and someone else then just followed us around revving his chainsaw till we bled out.Mr_Jay_Stark said:Yes constantly hitting a survivor on the hook like camp me all you want I don’t care! idk what game you are playing, but theres pallets everywhere, even on shelter woods now. did you accidentally click this forum while looking for something else?
Tells me you don't play much, ever since the pallet changes this happens frequently. Oh and on a side note I think it's cute how you claim you're a survivor main yet you're consistently on these forums pleading for killer buffs and general killer white-knighting.
-
To me being a “Main” has no bearing. It’s just a label for which side you prefer to play more often. I’m a Killer Main myself. The thing to know is if you’re bias or not. The whole Main thing from me is from my MMO roots. Do you Main Tank/DPS/Healer? If so, what class?AmorePrincess said:*Have no idea why I kept reading the whole thread*
Just popped in to say I think the BL changes are stupid. Then I got offended when I read someone say that you cant be a real survivor main if you promote buffs for killers. I am survivor main, and even I see that some things needs to change. I am rank 1, and sometimes I do meet a billy that completely trash me, but most times I survive, or atleast for long enough to get enough points to not really care. I want spookier matches, harder skill checks, longer gen times, more objectives, more fear, and that does not mean I dont main survivor. That means I dont want to play a game where there are little to no challenge. Weird....
Anyways, I do think changes came because of the review bomb, (ashamed to be a survivor, its not like they took away the ability to run period). And even if I think most changes are good, mainly because it spices up a game that I spend way too much time on, some things should be left alone.
Paladin/Rouge/White Mage? What matters is if you’re bias or not when it comes to the Killer/Survivor balance debate.
Some people dont want scary, thrills, and a challenge. They are just here for easy wins and trolling. I can guarantee a lot of Survivors would quickly switch to Killer if they were to actually become the easier side to play. -
We’ve been asking for this for how many years now Peanits? We told the developers years ago to change the Killers hit boxes to be as small as the Survivors when it comes to collision with objects, so that Survivors can’t Loop for massive amounts of time. That way Bloodlust wasn’t even needed. However, they simply refused and stated that doing so would “cause a bunch of other problems”, without telling us what those problems really would have been.Peanits said:The bloodlust changes have been planned for a while, it's not as a reaction. If people are upset about exhaustion, why would they change bloodlust? Would it not have just made more sense to revert the exhaustion changes, or just scrap them to begin with?
You say that it counter looping, but in reality, it doesn't. Like you mentioned, even if they do get bloodlust during a loop, as soon as you throw down a pallet their bloodlust gets reset. It serves to punish the survivors who rely on windows and mindgames more since bloodlust continues to accumulate while vaulting or going around obstacles, and only resets while breaking pallets (or breaking the chase for an extended period of time).
Honest question though, because I've asked this before and got the same answer just about every time, when was the last time you actually got to bloodlust 3? Bloodlust 1 (most common, will often happen before even a single pallet is thrown) is unchanged. Bloodlust 2 is only slightly reduced.
I ask because for the most part, it's not going to make a difference. Even if you do get to bloodlust 2 on a regular basis, (assuming 4.6 base speed) you're still getting a ~8.5% speed boost, compared to the previous ~13% boost. That's the difference between closing the gap 66% faster vs. 100% faster. It's still massive. BL3 now closes the gap twice as fast as compared to three times as fast.
I have only ever reached bloodlust 3 a handful of times, all of them intentional when messing around with speeds (e.g. How fast can I go with PWYF and NOED while in BL3? A: REALLY FAST.)
Now don't get me wrong, I'd welcome some map changes, but I definitely think the reaction is way overblown. I have rarely seen it used out of necessity. The vast majority of the time I see it used, it's because someone's getting outsmarted and outplayed (killer constantly falling for mindgames, taking the long way around, running loops/tiles the wrong way), and so the killer ends up moving at supersonic speeds. Hate me all you want, but in those cases, I don't think the killer should get a speed boost. If they're getting outplayed like that, they should be a lower rank and that survivor should be a higher rank.
What I'd really like to see: Rework it completely into a different mechanic that specifically counters running along the same path over and over and over. Make it so it doesn't activate just because the killer keeps making mistakes, but because the survivor is using a cheese tactic.
Face the facts Peanits. The developers refused to actually fix the problem because Survivors would ######### and moan about it. Instead they went this bullshit route of five Killers massive amounts of wallhacks and detection perks to cut down Stealth immensely so the Killer waste little to no time finding Survivors and just waste all his time blindly chasing people in circles. It a a damn three ring circus and the Killer is a rodeo clown.
Killers are getting the “balance” they wanted, Survivors are getting the game play they wanted. Though neither side is happy because Survivors want easy wins and unbalanced games, but they got the gameplay they wanted of “being chased all game cause that’s what is fun”. Killers are getting balanced games, but ######### game play that’s is purely frustrating and not fun at all.
Bloodlust is only the tip of the iceberg. The upcoming changes to Hooks, status effects, and Pallets in Chapter 9 is just going to throw the game back into an unbalanced mess. They shouldn’t even be THINKING about these changes to Bloodlust, Hooks, Pallets, and status effects until they fix the map balance and such.
It’s always the same with the developers. One step forward with Killers, one step forward with Survivors. Though they fail to realize, the Survivors are ALREADY two-three steps ahead of Killers. They need to LEAVE Survivors alone till the Killers are up to par. I’m nt talking the top Killers, I’m talking the bottom Killers. -
What the developers need to do is have whatever account they are playing automatically set to Rank 1 and they can’t go lower. Doing just regular matches. Then they can experience the bullshit first hand.
Then they can see just how broken Gen Rush meta is. -
So it’s perfectly fine for a Killer to play like garbage for the whole match right up until the end? DS has Dribbling and Enduring, but those are garbage counters as well. Your justification for NOED is just as bad as many Survivors justification for DS. The Survivors didn’t play poorly, they played well and did the object. Hell, cleansing dull totems doesn’t do anything other than give 600 BP.Well_Placed_HexTotem said:
How do you deserve an escape, when you didn’t even open a gate? The killer had 3 perks working while you guys fixed all the gens. He didn’t get a 4k “because of one gen”, he got a 4k because you didn’t play the end game very well, and the other guy was overly altruistic.SovererignKing said:

This Huntress had plenty of time without Gen Rush to do well. I did break two totems and was anticipating NOED. I’m sure the rest of my team broke at least two themselves. So because we missed one totem some where, this Killer went from maybe a 2k if he camped that last guy out to a 4K. Never mind he played terrible (You can watch, I had eyes on him the whole match.) He couldn’t land hatchets at all and missed swings like crazy. Me and the 3 other Survivors got cheated out an escape we deserved. All because of one perk.
Not to mention this “crutch perk” the killer was using can be disabled before it even has a chance
of activating just by you guys cleansing totems. You
failed at that, you paid the price. That’s why I run detectives hunch, I routinely cleanse 3-5 totems per match JUST to avoid NOED. You cleaned two and you assume your teammates cleaned two, but they could just have easily have cleaned zero. I have seen many flat out ignore the totems.
You could have sat near the door and waited for Huntress to check it and leave instead of just going
for it right away. And the other guy could have gotten closer to you to avoid BBQ and tricked Huntress by rescuing you first instead of the other guy but he went right for the other hook, which is what every killer expects.
NOED is great for catching unsuspecting survivors off guard and turning the tide of a match, but it’s entirely limited to end game, and is instantly rendered irrelevant by cleansing totems or SWF.
Im not saying NOED is on the same level as DS. It’s not, DS is worse. However, the amount of work required for NOED is not at all equal to the reward it gives. It goes way too far and gives too much.
I’d be willing to make a compromise. NOED just needs a nerf. Keep the one shot, however remove the speed boost. Deal? -
I do alright as Freddy with Ruin. Trick with Ruin is don’t protect it unless the Survivors are hovering around it and desperate to get it. Then you can use it as bait easy. Otherwise, just forget you even brought it and let it buy you as much time as you can. NOED does balance out Gen Rush, however even if you aren’t getting Rushed, it can still easily carry a bad Killer.iceman2kx said:Super late into the conversation. I use NOED on Freddy because I can't use Ruin. I don't know that it's really fair to call it a crutch because the killer was bad. Gens get done SO quick. We've all been in matches where 2-3 gens get done in the first 3 minutes and you barely hooked your first survivor. NOED just balances it out. I wouldn't be against NOED being removed, but I'd expect they balance the game a little more to extend matches a bit before they did that.
-
He doesn’t usually play Huntress. I’ve faced him multiple times, he usually plays Leatherface with Insidious and NOED. I get that in the current meta, NOED can be used as a perk to balance Gen Rush games, but at the same time what’s balanced for good Killers that get Gen Rushed can easily carry bad Killers. It’s not as bad as how much DS carries bad Survivors mind you, but it’s the principle that irks me.Tsulan said:@Mr_Jay_Stark said:

I don’t even know how she let both you and Quentin get away at the beginning. Yea she was terrible but I always cringe when I see killers like huntress or anyone with one shot capabilities (unless running add-ons to prevent them from doing so) running NOED! She needed more practice! I’d ask how she got to rank 8 but I think I know how lol
Maybe not used to play Huntress and got a daily.
Happens to me all the time.
The developers need to do something about Gen Rush and bad map balance. Then do something about NOED. DS is already on the chopping block, NOED needs to go or changed as well. However, only *after* the developers do something about Gen Rush and poor map design.
