Billy is fine. He doesn't need any nerfs. The only people who want to see him nerfed are bad Survivors.
-
Unfortunately, BHVR needs to make money and calm down the crybabies because of the DS nerf in patch 2.6.0. This perk was created for those purposes. The chances of it being nerfed soon are really low.
-
That first sentence makes it sounds like you're just raging.
-
Pallet vacuum removal, removal of infinites, any Doctor buff, DS nerf, Exhaustion nerf, and the Surveillance buff.
-
Clown is literally the only Killer that can reliably use his Exhaustion add-ons. Every other Killer either has it at a very rare or ultra rare add-on, has stronger tools that you should be worrying about more than the Exhaustion, or the add-on is completely useless. Like most other people have been saying here, get good and stop relying on your Exhaustion perks so much.
-
Why was the Hatch grab completely removed from the game? If the Killer is chasing a Survivor and they both find the Hatch, it's basically a free escape for the Survivor because they don't have to worry about being grabbed (especially before the collapse has started). All they have to do is just make a beeline for the Hatch and they win.
-
I like these changes a lot. Nice job. The only things I'd add is decrease the charge time of Doctor's shock therapy, make him faster in treatment mode, and make the switch between modes quicker. Maybe decrease the shock delay.

They shadownerfed hillbilly so I'm not surprised.
What did they do to Billy?

Also, you can hear her footsteps as a survivor when she phases.
Really? Wow, that sucks. Hopefully 2.8.0 fixes Spirit when it releases.
-
She’s been bugged for a couple of patches now. However, it seems like the devs are avoiding fixing the bugs just to keep Survivors happy or just aren’t telling us that they’re trying to fix her for some reason.
-
Killer: Survivors are sweatier. More of them are trying (and failing) to gen rush (one group even tried to 99% the last three gens).
Survivor: A lot of my teammates are kids. At least two of them like to DC upon the first or second down.
-
I always run Botany with it. That and I’m not willing to put my life in the hands of a DbD random.
-
Hopefully in 2.7.0. I’m also struggling more with Spirit because of the sound bug.
-
I think it’s a bug that for some reason wasn’t fixed in 2.7.0. I’m hoping it gets fixed soon, along with the sound bug. They’re actually hitting her kinda hard.
-
Lol at the “use Bamboozle or loop denial Killers”.
An even bigger lol at “abandon the loop”.
Survivors just love to abuse how broken this map is and apparently can’t survive without it. I’d be 100% fine with not getting a new map with chapter 12 if we got a complete Haddonfield rework instead.
-
Haddonfield is the only map I will willingly DC on because of how broken the loops are. It needs a rework ASAP.
-
You can catch Survivors off guard. They see you place a trap and try to go around it, thinking that'll save them. Due to the increased trigger range, they won't expect to trigger it and you can take advantage of that to get a hit in.
-
I like this. This could also come with a key nerf that makes it so the key needs to have a certain number of charges in order to open the Hatch. Smack the Survivor with the key enough times, and you don't have to worry about a surprise Hatch escape in the middle of your game at all.
-
Mortal Kombat 11 just came out, so a lot of people (including me) have been playing that and are coming back to DbD because of the Bloodhunt. A lot of players that are normally in the red or purple ranks could still be in the green ranks or just entering the purples because they have been playing a different game. There's also the rank bug where you lose two pips upon starting the game for some reason.
People who are purposefully deranking are either trying to get better queue times or are trying to ruin others' fun because they think it's funny (the same kind of people who would purposefully spoil movies, especially big ones like Endgame).
-
This or removing perk tiers would be a good idea.
-
Keeping the Survivors from throwing a fit.
-
Lol he's one of the most balanced Killers in the game. Get good.

i very very nealy had a match with Ochido!
Really? Why didn’t it happen? I think you would have beat him (unless both of you were Survivors).
-
Killer: BBQ, Overcharge (for Doctor)
Survivor, Self Care, Botany Knowledge, Urban Evasion, We'll Make It
-
I played against someone named Ophelias on PS4 one time. I’m not sure if they’re on the forum or not, but it sounded familiar. I was Spirit on Torment Creek.
-
Why is the Hatch interrupt being removed? If the Killer is chasing the Survivor and they happen to find the Hatch at the same time, it’ll be a free escape for the Survivor because the Killer can’t grab them out of the Hatch.
-
Father's Glasses, Tattoo's Middle Finger, BNP, Fuming Mix Tape, Rule Set No.2, and maybe Black Box should all be dropped to at least very rare or lower.
-
Are they at least going to be available with Iridescent Shards?
-
I'd be down for this. The Survivor doesn't get free protection and actually has to work for it.
-
I would love to see Doctor become a top tier Killer. Here is what I think could definitely make him top tier instead of mid/low tier.
- His base shock therapy range definitely needs a buff. It is way too small. The range should be increased by at least 25%.
- The shock stun could do with being increased to 3.5 seconds.
- His movement speed while charging the shock should be increased to at least 100%. You fall too far behind to feel safe using it in a chase.
- The shock delay should be removed completely. This would be a really good change because it's really annoying to shock someone only to have them vault/drop the pallet because of how long the delay is.
- Illusionary Pallets being added to his base kit would help with screwing up a Survivor.
- I thought Snap Out of It took 7 seconds, 9 with the Obedience add-on. Increasing it to 26 seconds would be too long. We'd risk having a repeat of Legion on our hands. 12-16 seconds would work better though.
- A QoL change to his illusions for multi-floored maps would be to make them appear on the same floor as the Survivor. I've had illusions spawn on the floor above the Survivor, which can be confusing because you don't know which floor the Survivor is on.
- I would give him his second Ultra Rare add-on. I'd call it Project Awakening Notes. It would make your static field map wide. I'm not sure if this would need any weaknesses, even though it is an Ultra Rare add-on.
-
I hadn't heard of it, so I looked it up on YouTube.
I now need this bug in my life.
-
Lol no. Billy would go from a top tier Killer to a low tier Killer if his speed was dropped to 110%. Why? Because he’s already a very loopable Killer. His chainsaw can be rendered useless near objects, forcing him to become an M1 Killer.
Also, there is no way that Billy is better than Spirit. I can see him being better than Hag, but definitely not Spirit. With Spirit, everything can easily become a mind game, constantly forcing you to outsmart her. Billy’s saw is an instadown and gives him insane map pressure, but is easy to dodge and objects can render it useless. He turns into an M1 Killer at a lot of loops.
-
Billy is a balanced Killer. He can’t steer well with his chainsaw and he turns into an M1 Killer at loops.
-
Not surprised at all. Survivors just can't seem to be able to live without a free escape.

For the same reason Legion looses his power if he misses a hit? That is if I read the nerf properly.
I think Peanits said in the Legion Q&A thread that they don't completely lose frenzy. It's just canceled. Meaning that if you missed a hit and the power gauge was at 75%, it would start recharging from 75%.
-
You're too good of a Hag. They don't want a challenge at all (their MoM, DH, and Adrenaline build is evidence of that), so whenever they go up against a Killer that knows even a little bit about how to play, they'll DC.
-
I'd rather have the Darkness Among Us theme. That one is easily the best theme DbD's had.
-
It was to give the devs more control over the lighting on maps. Lightborn's screen darkening effect and the moonlight offerings were also removed because of this reason.

mclean said nurse and billy will get a full rework i hope maybe they wont but i hope
Got a source to back that up?

Not super often because "muh bloodpoint economy". They happen during major holidays or events for the game.
-
The devs have been going in the direction of making hook saves 100% safe and easy to perform since patch 2.2.0 with the addition of unhook invulnerability to combat hook farming. They could have easily added something to punish the farmer (because they're the ones doing the unhooking), but decided to only punish the Killer. Why? Because they're afraid to lose Survivors, who are the players that make them the most money. The new buffs to Deep Wound are only making this more obvious. The DW changes should either not make it into the live build or BT should receive a separate effect that acts the same way DW does today.
The Emblem and ranking changes from the last patch started this "the devs want to force us to play a certain way" and you are right in saying that the DW changes are adding to that. No dev company should try to force their players to play a certain way. They can encourage a certain playstyle (like saying "We like to play this way, but if you don't, then that's ok. We're not going to force you to switch playstyles. Play how you want"), but not force it upon the playerbase. If I want to mercilessly kill all of the Survivors and end the game ASAP, then I should be able to. I shouldn't depip or black pip because I played too efficiently.

Billy dosent need stamina but he needs a nerf soon he will get a full reowork on his addons and hes nerf needs to be a little 1 not like the legion
Got a source? Pretty sure the only time a Billy rework was mentioned was a tweet from one the devs on April Fools.
-
She's the fourth best Killer in the game because of her ability to shut down loops and quickly catch up to Survivors.

Trash tier, every time i can escape easily
You're either going up against Hag players that are still trying to learn her or you're counting hatch escapes.

50 USD.
if you need me I'll be playing a much better game on April 23rd
I would bet more than that. There’s at least a 90% chance of the collapse being Survivor sided because they need to keep the money flowing.
Would that game be Mortal Kombat 11? If it is, then I’ll also be playing it.
-
Lol no. Get good.
-
Was it actually confirmed that the Deep Wound changes also affect BT instead of just Legion’s Frenzy?
-
I hope so. It should be changed to something like "Hit 25 Survivors while in Killer instinct" (Hit one Survivor while in Frenzy and then hit another) or "Hit 50-100 Survivors while in Feral Frenzy".
-
At first glance, it seems like Legion got gutted. They were already the worst Killer in the game. They now seem like a 115% M1 Killer. The worst change is having Frenzy get canceled after missing one attack. It's just way too much in my opinion. It shouldn't even make it to the PTB, much less the live build. I think most DbD players would be able to see how bad of a change it would be instantly.
@Peanits @not_Queen Are the Deep Wound changes only for Legion? None of the other Killers could use Deep Wound as well as Legion could.

You can chainsaw around loops. Doc can't do much unless a survivor makes a big mistake. I like Doc but I 100% believe he's the weakest killer by a landslide
Just stay near an object. That way it's easier to make him crash into something.

The problem is not healing you, it's the timing of when you are "demanding" to be healed. If you know how to play the game, then you should know the proper times to heal. Once you understand this, you'll understand that, healing is usually not the best strategy. How about finish the last gen that's at 90 percent while the survivor is hooking someone else?
I like SC on other survivors. It lets me know right away who the bad ones are so I don't find out at a worse time.
My problem is more with the Survivors that flat out ignore you even if they're doing nothing else.
The Killer is going to come after the gen is repaired. They could be close by and arrive while you're still healing. If you heal while the gen is at 99% and then finish it, the Killer won't have as big as an incentive to chase you. I will work on a gen injured if I have to, I just don't like being a weaker target.
-
I like the second idea. It allows Killers with lower mobility to effectively use the perk without having to worry about the timer running out.
