I think the killer shack needs to be weaker in general.
-
I agree mostly. I don't like spinning cause it feels like it kinda screws over specifically console players, and it does seem very dumb that you can just spin to dodge, it also very much screws over new players. However I didn't like the feel of the animation they tried. Now I'm not 100% sure on this cause there was a weird desync bug.
Also I don't have problems missing survivors that spin cause of my sensitivity on my controller, but because I'm getting below 30 fps with small lag spikes whenever I do anything.
-
I hope it actually fixes it.
-
I'm still baffled at how there are still a lot of problems in the game despite being in the game for so long. Like they have a priority list right? How low is the priority on this bug that it's still not fixed?
-
Whenever I see posts about killer being strong, it's about stuff that people have shown to have ways to work around it except for 2 things: getting everyone out against a camping bubba and and solo Q, the latter being somewhat debatable for me.
Whenever I see posts about survivors being strong, it's about stuff that there is literally no way to work around unless your playing nurse or blight. Of course there are posts where there are things that they can do but a good chunk of them are just "wait it out". BT? wait it out. DS? wait it out. Dead Hard? wait it out (even though you can't wait it out sometimes).
From what I've seen, whenever I see a survivor post, it's about the fun for them. Whenever I see a post about a killer, it's usually about the poor balance, and I'm sure you know that there is a LOT of balance issues.
-
I want it to stay cause I feel like the problem isn't the MMR but rather how extremely poor the balance of the game is.
-
While I do agree that there is no way to definitively know if your in high MMR, I feel like there are some pretty obvious signs if your in high MMR.
-
I don't really know how the community rates fearmonger but for me it definitely isn't a good perk. Exhaustion for 8 secs isn't enough. It can help stealth based killers in indoor maps but that's it. Also the blindness, while isn't useless, isn't what i call an effect that has a good effect. I feel like that they should just raise the exhaustion by 2 sec or just rework it.
-
If you don't play killer then that means you are paired up against low mmr.
Btw rank doesn't equate to skill, just playtime.
-
I think In the entire time I've played Dbd, I've tbagged 3 killers.
-
I really wish they showed MMR cause I just don't understand how some people can say X killer is fine cause I 3k/4k all the time with them. I know I'm not the best killer in the game but it feels painfully obvious that most killer's aren't good.
-
well guess my team is gonna lose.
-
I don't know about golden age but competition is definitely good. I seriously hope this game gets better cause it's been pretty ######### for a while.
-
I'm very confident that I'm not overeacting.

How is this "abuse"? This is exactly what the perks should do, isn't it? You need to check during the game who got BT so you know who to beat first at endgame unhooks to force a trade or make someone without BT do the unhook for example. Eat a DS midgame if you can afford it. There are ways to play around it, like you have to get around any other perk
I don't think you know how detrimental eating a DS or hitting someone with BT is.
Also "Eat a DS midgame if you can afford it". What if you can't? Then what?
-
I think BT should just not have bodyblocking and that's it. The problem with punishing saves at endgame is that the grab system doesn't really work well... for killers. I know that the devs keep saying that it's not survivor sided or killer sided or whatever but it really doesn't feel like it.
As for DS. I understand, Trust me I UNDERSTAND. I've been there waaaay to many times and holy crap does it feel like robbery at the highest order but I don't know if deactivating it during endgame is the way to go. Maybe make the timer shorter during endgame? Maybe make it so that it can be used more during the trial but it has a significant less stun or timer? I don't know but making it deactivate doesn't feel right. I'm not sure about you but I don't like the feeling of having a perk not available for almost the entire match.
-
I feel like a better answer is to increase bp gain rather then raise the bp cap. Not saying that the cap should be higher/removed but I feel like the increase is better.
-
I mean. It always has been. Quite literally.
-
I do agree that a large majority of people who use dead hard aren't that good without it but there are some people who use it that actually are good.
(Which makes it a bit overkill) -

I'm curious, are people only using DH because it's good, or do they use it because DH is fun? Maybe both?
I've never heard someone say they use dead hard cause it's fun.
-
I'm not even playing the game. I might come back during the sadako chapter if they do more changes in it but otherwise nah.
-
There is a very simple solution to this.
-
I think she'll receive buffs and nerfs but the buffs are gonna be so minor that it won't really change much.
-
I only know Springtrap and Predator. I've heard of leprechaun but not for good reasons.
-
I mean it would make more sense to bring back old billy. Obviously tweak the charge addons. Don't bring back old carburetor tuning guide. That's really it. Just the addons needed changes.
-
For me they last less then a min. So pretty useless.
-
Circle of healing is way to strong. When I play survivor solo Q, there is such a huge difference between having CoH and not having it. Tbh the only thing I can imagine being a fair nerf is remove the self care aspect but make it so the healing speed is back to 100%. Though if there is a better idea I would be open to it.
-
I personally despised the envelope part of the event but the extra bp from gens and hooks was really nice.

It could be, but I don't want it to be. Not because "FNaF is for children!" or "FNaF isn't scary, it's just a jumpscare simulator!", but because I don't trust the devs to make a unique Killer Power for such an odd design. They'd have to use FNaF 3 Springtrap, and he doesn't do much in-game, he crawls and that's about it. They could make a unique Power, but looking at how Nemesis turned out, I'm not hopeful
While I also don't trust the devs that much, they did do a pretty good job with Pyramid Head despite him not doing much in his game. Also I honestly don't know how they messed up Nemesis considering it felt obvious at what he should have.

ban timer being 15 minutes to begin with was bad
It starts at 5 minutes.
should have been 10 minutes
Good news; it starts at 5 minutes.
the fact that it can go to 30 is dumb
I believe it can go up to 24 hours? But that's good; people who hit that cap are ruining allot of matches.
there needs to be a surrender option for hopeless rounds for starters
No. Everyone would use it the moment they start to lose. I'm a Killer going against a 3-4 man SWF & I start to win? Players vote to quit the match.
Survivors starting to win? Killer votes to quit the match.
You don't get to dodge the DC timer because you're losing. The game is not only here to let you win. If you can't hand that you're going to lose some in a PvP game; don't play. 🤷♂️
I heavily disagree with the idea of not having a surrender button. Currently when a killer gives up they stare at a wall and go afk. This wastes time which could have been spent on a different match (or during queue). As for Survivor the same could be said about the killer slugging the entire team. The latter is much more rare but still happens. However in exchange for the killer or survivor abusing this, the side that didn't quit would get bp in exchange. So for survivor they would get maybe maximum in all categories while killer gets the same.
-
I'm guessing their gonna change the maps either in a big way or a small way, so they need data. They did something similar to haddonfield.
-
I don't find Nemesis a problem but pinhead I only find annoying when I have bad teammates.
-
God I wish. So far all my survivor games are either the same before the event or ridiculously fast gens the latter being the more common right now.

Not yet. The data is being collected about which players played LF before the update, and once all that is done, then the Shards will be sent out to the correct players.
Ah ok. Thank you for the info.
-
Chris looks alright. Claire looks a bit..... uh....
-
I don't think his killrate is inflated cause of Infinite tier 3 and tombstone but rather cause low mmr like the rest of the killers. Besides that I agree, they need to buff him.
-
This is bait right?
-
I personally prefer the ability to throw the flashbang like diversion.
-
Under certain situations but mainly when I don't have no way out which is rare nowadays.
-
I am. I've been playing apex. Bit rough since I'm playing on the switch but it runs a LOT better then dbd.
-
Dead Hard
Noed
-
I've been playing a LOT less killer and more survivor but that's it.
-
It's probably gonna be the same as any other Q & A stream.

I think that's a separate issue but also fair. So I would have to ask, would you be in favor of the survivors being able to see the killer's name for the same reason? (because cheating killers exist too)
oh absolutely. I don't understand why you can't in the first place tbh.
-
I mean maybe if they're wasn't cheaters in the game I would be more open to the idea but right now? Yeah I'd rather they stay.
-
I mean I want to be excited, but the last few chapters has been..... you know.
-
GeneralV's Rework.
-
The 3rd solution isn't really a solution as is doesn't fix the issue of totems being destroyed fast. I believe the first solution is probably the best, of course, with different conditions with certain hexes. I've always thought this, but the totems need to spawn in different places every chapter. It becomes really easy to find hexes once you know where all the totems can spawn.
-
So his chain hunt is bad cause: BOX, While his possessed chains aren't very good for slowdown. Personally I don't like Slowdown powers for chases but if his kit needed a buff I feel like it's chains being broken by objects and survivors and his box not spawning in until maybe halfway before it starts a hunt.
