Cause he wants the world to fear him.

No. They stopped adding new ones since the first resident evil chapter. No idea when they will add new ones unfortunately.

Seriously, mori update when.
It's actually slated for next mid chapter, because they said this halloween. They updated on the timings for other stuff but mori update still seems to be planned for then so yeah... gonna be a murderous halloween hopefully
-
I play to win because playing for fun will just leave you vulnerable for people to bully you and call you bad. So everyone dies. This is why we can't have nice things you know.
-
It's the same reason why survivor has a 100% queue bonus all the time.
-
Try not teleporting when the game is ending. For some reason if you doing adept and you teleport as the match is ending it doesn't count.
For some reason they never fixed this bug even though it was acknowledged. Maybe they forgot about it, or are unable to fix it.
-
It's three perks but Lithe, Dance With Me + Quick and Quiet allows you to escape a chase some of the time. There is also Smash Hit + Parental Guidance, but it's less accessible.
-
This is actually his best build. I played 1 match with it and have a 100% kill rate with it.
-
I agree this is one reason i don't give hatch. Because i feel the same way when i play survivor. Hopefully when mori rework drops killers will give hatch less.

L.
If I was found first this game, and I assumed he used Lethal, I’d immediately conclude the killer was intending to play incredibly dirty.
Sloppy and Bamboozle on Pinhead with a Mori just screams “I’m never traveling further than 32m from he hook.”
If the killer did walk away, I’d conclude he stood exactly 33m away, waiting for unhook, once Make Your Choice reveals itself.
Can’t deny the fact that some builds on certain killers, paired with certain offerings, will trigger me before I even see how the killer plays.
Are you serious? Lethal Pursuer = The killer is going to play dirty? You're ridiculous.
-
Lol, first match after reading this two team mates that bring flans give up for no reason. Maybe because it was pinhead but like... there are far worse killers.
-
Yes
-
Yes but compared to SWF solo queue is awful. No communication, essentially less perk slots. These are disadvantages you really don't want when going up against any B tier or above killer.
-
The reason why this idea gets rejected is because people will quickly find the best survivor and then survivor diversity takes a plummet. For example the best survivor on this list would definitely be Laurie. Increased Stun time is huge. Survivors in DBD have always just been a way for players to express themselves - they pick the survivors that they like the most. This shouldn't be changed.
-
Prestiging after p100 is just for clout - to show off dedication to certain characters. Don't bother if you don't care about that stuff. Personally i get all my characters to p3 and then the ones i care about i advance to p9 - should i need more items on that character i will level them up further.
-
Shadowborn on the ghost face is just very nice to have. You can fully see his first person animation it feels great.
-
Something the game does not tell you is that crows will still be alerted if you step on them. Is that what is happening?
-
It makes me sad that the set full of pastel princess outfits in set a beat the set with realistic outfits for less popular characters by a landslide.

at this point ive transcended rage quitting lmao. had a game last night where i bounded and hit a guy at the exit but he frame perfect escaped and i got locked in place camera and all so i had to listen to the sounds of a downed bill crawl our right next to me.
Oh that wesker bug sucks. It's least it's slightly funny though

Lmao the wesker rage quit

The "Virulent Bound Extension" is how long Wesker (and the survivor) dash for, before Wesker does a throw. The default extension time is 0.86 seconds, and the Add-on multiplies that time by x1.5, giving a 1.29 second extension time.
Oh you're right, i missed that part on the wiki.

All survivors should have a Kinship buff icon when owner is on the second stage.
Yes. Perk has been useless since it's release 3 years ago because teammates won't know if you have it.
-
The green one would increase your locking opening speed and this was not intended, it was fixed in 6.1.0.
-
The problem with solo survivor is that it does not give you the tools to get better at all.
You can't make efficient perk choices with your team mates because the game doesn't tell you the perks they have. Some perks are unusable because of this, like Kinship.
You need to dedicate perk slots to information. When i am trying to win Kindred is essential because it gives you the most amount of information to the most amount of players. Unfortunately, Kindred is as good as it gets. The problem with information perks is that they are not something that you can get good at using like Dead Hard. They just are what they are and it's boring. If solo survivor didn't need to use information perks we could use perks that actually improve your stats like Botany Knowledge and Overzealous. Also all of this can be countered by the Blindness status effect which is such a garbage mechanic that makes the weakest role in the game even weaker and does absolutely nothing to SWF.
Killer strategies are also more effective in solo queue because solo queue team mates cannot share information. For example if you see the killers aura when gens get completed it means you have rancor. In a SWF, you could tell your teammates that you have rancor and they can protect you. In solo there's nothing you can do.
Overall playing solo survivor is a very uninteractive game, and as a result it's a frustrating experience.
My suggestion is to stop trying to win in solo because your potential is severely limited and you'll frustrate yourself thinking there's more you can do when there isn't. If you still want to win. Get a 4 party SWF or play killer instead or just stop playing DBD.
-
As a killer player, i would really appreci- Uh i mean, i think this is a great idea.
-
There's basically no point of complaining about slugging anymore. They buffed knock out and buffed tenacity. Slugging is a fully supported part of the game.
-
At least big bear 17 respects bots

I haven't tried this challenge yet but it seriously does not sound so bad to me. If you get the first one... just don't miss attacks that's not very difficult to do. the 2nd is probably the worst one but enduring would completely counter it. The third one i would personally counter by playing nemesis or lab photo wesker. This challenge sounds easy to me personally if you prepare for it.
I think it just goes to show how killer challenges have not been challenging at all. Nearly all of them are done passively. Survivor ones are extremely difficult sometimes.
-
I don't think it's bugged. I use it frequently and the distance you get after grabbing a survivor seems pretty consistent. There's no way to prove unfortunately because the people that usually datamine this sort of data about killers, are unable to find information about how far this "virulent bound extension" is.
-
Damn that's bad...
-
Do you mean literally always, like 100% of the time it will spawn in the exit area?
-
My favourite is spark of madness because doctor is a killer that has novelty horror effects in the form of madness, and i feel like that leans into this games more casual side which i prefer. But even so, he has good anti-loop and survivor detection so he's still a good killer.
I also really like Feng Min because she has good perks and great cosmetics. Pretty much everyone who plays this game can relate to her as well because she's a gamer.
-
Not before Nurse. Nurse is basically wesker but has more potential and no infection. If they nerfed wesker before nurse, that just wouldn't be fair at all.
-
The key allows you to open a hatch if:
- you become the last survivor. This is even more unlikely to happen given that the killer can see you bring a key in, so they might kill you first or use franklin's demise.
- you find the closed hatch. So if you find the hatch open, then bringing a key was pointless. Finding a closed hatch is also difficult without Left Behind.
- The key still has charges. If the killer has franklin's you won't be able to use it to unlock the hatch. To remedy this you could bring built to last but at that point you are stacking a lot of stuff just so you have a chance of survival when you become the last survivor.
The key also has aura reading add-ons but they have perk equivalents that are far superior because keys do not last very long at all for some reason.
Overall the key and it's add-ons are not useful and the possibility of unlocking the hatch is far too infrequent for keys to be considered over other items.

Life is cruel.

I think the strongest gen perk is still corrupt intervention. It works great on killers that can infect or set traps but it's good in case your first chase does not go well.
-
They do that so they don't have to change the text depending on the number.

Coulrophobia is really only good on Wesker due to his large terror radius. Just like Thanatophobia is only really good on Plague and a really good legions due their ability to keep people injured.
You can use Doctor plus calm add-ons for the same effect. If they wish to release more killers that have big TR's then this should be addressed.
-
The problem is you can if you want to. With the offerings, and the cheaper bloodweb costs.

@SuzuKR said:
Fun fact, you can more or less counter the entire build with a single perk: Autodidact. The slowdown means you’ll get 5 stacks fairly easily, and since Autodidact gives percent total progress, slowdown cannot reduce the burst healing Autodidact gives on every skillcheck.
Okay cool. Too bad the bad the perk... is too bad in every other situation.
-
@Crowman said:
So the killer is running Distressing, Coulrophobia, Unnerving, and Sloppy to make healing difficult, what is the issue exactly? The killer has nothing to stop gens from getting done. You don't need to brute force a heal through an anti heal build.
You don't need Unnerving Precense and sloppy. On wesker you can run coulrophobia and distressing and then the portable safe add-on for Hemmorage
I argue making survivor practically unable to heal is stronger than gen slowdown perks.
-
@Steel_Eyed said:
I’m going to have to disagree. Heal slowdown is a fresh change to the game vs generator slowdown.
Maybe after more experience my mind will change but at the moment I want to see it more.
It's too much heal slowdown though.
Mangled increases the time to heal by 25%, so that's 20. Coulrophobia makes healing 50% slower, so that's 40 seconds for a team mate to heal another, then the new haemorrhage is a thing where if you get interrupted all that is going to drain.
Playing injured is much less viable since the perk rework since two perks that made injured survivors very survivable were nerfed heavily, Dead Hard and Iron Will.
It's basically as if every survivor was broken permanently. Sounds overpowered doesn't it? That's basically what coulrophobia can do.

Then they should buff him more. Imagine needing to touch the surv!!
Well, a better way to put it is that you need to see the survivor. Like you still cant get survivors if they are turning 90 degrees into a doorway but it's much easier to get close to them and slam them now.

He did a normal hook grab on me while he had the Uroboros tendrils out.
I'm just curious if he can do what Old Doctor did and grab you with his power out.
Possibly. You can't virulent bound when you are within 1 meter of collision, in this bug fix patch they made it so the prompt disappears when this is the case, so it's possible that when this is happening you can actually grab instead.
-
Good. You still have to touch the survivor but it's slightly more forgiving. I think this is perfect, for right now at least.

It's now 30cm- right in the middle of the PTB (40cm) and release (20cm). His detection for obstacles will remain at 20cm, so this won't cause him to bump into things more than before.
Hell yeah. Thank you Peanits for the fast response.

Why wouldn't they say LMAO
In my honest opinion, probably because it's a number people don't want. I think everyone wanted 30 but maybe its 25 or less. Or maybe not alarm people who think wesker OP, it's higher than 30.
-
Because that would appear pay to win which would be a bad look for people who aren't interested in buying them.
Also player playtime would be worth more to BHVR than the money spent of bloodpoints. Because the player count and playtime is what will convince investors.
