As a huge horror movie fan I'll buy any licensed chapter because I want to see more of them. The people want Pinhead Behaviour.

As a huge horror fan any licensed killer is exciting.
Ghostface is a mystery in what his power will be. I just hope it involves phones and calling survivors. I’m going to have to get play him on the PTB before I buy.
Pinhead would be a day-one purchase from me.

The people want Pinhead. I want Pinhead. As for those saying he wouldn't come with a cool map... have you watched a Hellraiser movie? The labyrinths of Hell would be amazing as a map!
Though I'll admit Ghostface would come with a cooler survivor in the form of Sidney. A high school map which the leaked offering icon hints toward would be cool too. We need more indoor maps.
But going by leaks it looks like we will be getting both with Scream getting the chapter and Hellraiser the paragraph. So everyone's happy. 😀

Sorry to burst your bubble but that will never happen. Unless Behaviour are master negotiators I don't see them getting approval from the Halloween owners for a clearly non-cannon costume. One that goes against the image of Myers. Yes the DbD fanbase has turned Myers into 'daddy' and sexed him up but I doubt his owners want to give their official approval for that.

We will get licensed cosmetics for Halloween and Saw stuff when DbD's 3rd year anniversary and the Scream chapter arrives in June. Lionsgate owns the Saw franchise, some Halloween movies, Ash vs Evil Dead and the Scream franchise. The entire Halloween IP is currently owned by the Akkad family. The latest movie was financed by Universal and Miramax.
As for the others they're owned by separate companies. Legendary Pictures owns the Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchise while Warner Brothers owns the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise . Valve owns the L4D games.
So who knows for them but considering Leatherface had costumes in Mortal Kombat X why couldn't he have some in DbD?

Scream will be the next chapter. The hints and leaks are too much for anyone to deny it. A Hellraiser paragraph in May is a possibility. It would balance out the killer-survivor roster (excluding Bill who is a PC exclusive).

Billy, Spirit, Hag, Huntress, and Myers. Nurse is too strong and the others too weak.

Wait until Chapter 12 releases and the 3rd anniversary. We know Behvaiour managed to get the rights for Ash vs. Evil Dead while talking with Lionsgate about another matter. Lionsgate owns the rights to the Saw and Halloween franchisees. What else could they have been talking about then cosmetics?

The Torbett fellow has control over the Scream franchise. Their was also a Variety article that mentioned Lionsgate (who has rights to the Scream movies, along with Saw and some Halloween films) was working with Behaviour Interactive in celebration of Dead By Daylight's 3rd anniversary. The date mentioned in Torbett's tweet would coincide with PTB for Chapter 12. The anniversary of DbD is June 14th.
Ghostface has long been requested by the community. Releasing him when the dedicated servers roll out makes sound financial sense.

It's nice Ghostface is coming. I just wonder if Chapter 13 will be a licensed killer too? Friday the 13th being the theme of the 13th chapter would be amazing. I just don't see that happening even if the Miller lawsuit is over now.
Hellraiser or Resident Evil would be cool picks for chapter 13.

The new cosmetics are cool and all but where's backpack Meg? It's already in the files of the game and yet still hasn't been released!

If they were to make a Scream map, Haddonfield would make a good base to edit from.

The only thing I don't like is not seeing the progress of the survivor's mending bar and deep wound attacks not depleting the bar.
Now survivors will go unpunished for mending near the killer if the legion is in Deep Frenzy. It reeks of survivors using self care in front of Freddy.

If you miss time your chainsaw with him you guarantee the survivor makes it to the window, next loop or straight up gets away.
No one else with the exception of Nurse is as punished for screwing up. The joke being whereas the Nurse has a potential limitless skill ceiling Leatherface does not and is stuck in low tier.

Agreed. When playing Spirit it's all about knowing when and when not to use your power. When you do use your power you have to predict the survivor's movement. Mistakes can screw you over big time. Not as much with the Nurse and Leatherface but they still hurt you.

Jason vorhees needs to be brought or first f13 killer pamela vorhees. Probally will not cause they probally do a 2nd game instead of giving license generously. Though he should come cause ash is a survivor.
Candyman needs to be brought cause he is another amazing clive barker killer.
Re-Animator needs to be brought also into the game since ash has fought him along with freddy.

Edit: Need Vampirella cause ash has done comics with this character also.

This isn’t a chapter. Ash, like Leatherface and Bill before him are considered paragraphs. Think of paragraphs as mini DLC.

Don't lose hope just yet. While without a doubt the Ash we will be getting will be Old Ash from the show we still have no idea who the killer will be other than it will be a he. So Evil Ash from Army of Darkness could still be possible.

Oh I forgot that one of the streamers Behaviour invited to their offices during the Plauges reveal mentioned he and the others saw the next killer and revealed it's a male. So it has to be Baal, Eligos, or in a rare chance Army of Darkness Evil Ash.
Now considering how excitied he was talking about the killer it has to be one of the latter two. Baal is too plain looking to get that excited over. Unless they somehow bring his skin suit mechanic into the game then maybe that could warrant an exciting reaction.

If they do add a killer who can spawn portals the Demogorgon from Stranger Things would be perfect for that role. The portals would allow it (and possibly the survivors) to travel through an The Upside Down version of the map.

In my mind the only two viable killer choices would be Baal or Eligos. Everyone elese wouldn't be unique enough. Though the Couger would be funny to see in the game.

I remeber them saying that they were thinking of making Kindred a base ability for all survivors but instead they opted for a 'band-aid' soultion and buffed the perk instead. This does nothing to help the SWF-solo gap because SWF don't need to use Kindred and instead can free up the perk slot for another perk.

Yes this perk does look problematic but the devs are unable to acknowledge any suggestions. This is a leak. The devs will never, ever acknowledge a leak.

The devs won't be talking about this perk until Chapter 12's PTB releases 2-3 months from now. They sure as hell ain't going to be taking balancing suggestions on a perk that officially does not exist yet.

Both the Nightmare on Elm Street and SAW chapters were leaked. For SAW the in-game models for both Amanda and Tapp were leaked. I'll admit this Evil Dead leak is real stupid on their part but it's legit.

The devs work on multiple chapters at a time. This leak is that, a leak and unintentional. Chapter 12 will come out 3 months from now. We are without a doubt getting an Evil Dead-themed chapter 12.

They work on multiple chapters at a time. This leak was not meant to happen. Evil Dead will be the theme for the next chapter. Guaranteed.

Oh it's real. It's all over reddit and Twitch videos exist. No killer perks were leaked. So we don't know who the killer will be be. I'm guessing Evil Ash from Army of Darkness, or one of Ruby's children from the tv show.

So basically you want us to hit you once, then give up the chase, get back to the other gens that are being done, chase of the survivor and hit the gen just for him to come back later and tap the gen so it stops regressing. Meanwhile the first survivor healed up in 30 seconds and tapped the gen that you chased him away from if he managed to work on it long enough.
It's been proven over and over again that except for 2 killers the other killers do not have enough mappressure to deal with genrush on most maps.
It's going to become even worse for the non-meta killers if the new ranking and emblem system goes live. A killer will need to get at least 10 hooks while also preventing the gens from activating. That's not possible for most matches.
The red ranks are going to become lonely. Nothing but genrush SWF groups will be up there.

Then consider me insane. I only use a Xbox One gamepad while playing this game. Even when using Nurse and Huntress. The latter one being the most difficult to use with a gamepad.
As for the OPs question using a controller with her is fine as her vomit has a splash effect so as long as you aren't a dummy it should not be hard to hit people.
