I think that might be a little broke. Urban Evasion is already very powerful; having a Perk that essentially does the same thing but with running would be legit OP.

Yes, but be careful. It increases the amount of Evil needed to reach EW by 400%, and it reduces your movement speed by 9%—meaning without a Perk to boost your speed like PWYF or NOED, in EW2 you'll be moving about the speed of regular EW1 Myers.

The new Grim Pantry. Claustrophobic, hard to find Survivors, gens in buildings are tough to get to before the Survs screw off, it has three cancerous loops (jungle gym in the corner, the pantry, and the shack), and it's all around unfun to play as any Killer, ESPECIALLY Nurse and Huntress.

No. Sloppy Butcher is a meh perk. If you run it, you're a meta slave who doesn't realize it's a meh perk. It's not worth a perk slot and making a perk that "counters" it isn't a big deal.
Besides, I did the math. By reducing the Mangled from 20% to 16%, the healing time is reduced from 20 seconds to 19.0476190476 seconds. That's less than a second of reduction.
Not really a counter if you ask me.

I try to chill......I really do.....but then something triggers me in the match....maybe its the lock of hair on kates face....or the way feng screams....or the "NUH UH" sound claudette makes, I can't help but kill. Sometimes I do it on accident. Like yesterday, I had all 4 survivors on the ground with RBT's on their heads, and instead of picking one up and using intimidation to force them to do a gen, activating everyones beartraps to make them play "the game" I picked them up one by one and hooked all of them....
I've really been not myself lately, 2 matches in a row I 4k'd without caring how the survivors felt. I didn't do a long winded outro after the match....I couldn't because I can't say congratulations you're still alive...if everyone is dead. For 3 matches I played the game like Amanda wanted instead of how Jigsaw wanted, and I made it not fair, and impossible to win.And maybe thats my problem ya know? Maybe some people can't be baptized. Maybe Amanda was right and you just need to kill them all no congratulations no escape. And thats what makes me not chill....because I would have remembered and let someone go if it weren't for that DAAAAMN LAURIE who decided to bootyshake in front of me....its her fault I had to kill....she made me do it.
