one of the arguments you hear is that it's too big. as a survivor i think she just has one big dead zone with a handfull pallets.
-
When you run bond and see your teammate drop the shack pallet at 5 gens without a single person even injured, you know you will not go out alive.

Oh you can see perks before the match? Please, tell me more!
no, you don't. but you clearly do before you post on the forum.
-
i see a ttv slugging 4 people and bragging about on the forum. one had urban evasion and one yellow perks. there is nothing to be proud of.
-
I agree, swf must be displayed in the Lobby. however, not to the killer, only the other survivors.
Also show their loadout.
-
they should remove the endgame chat and the access to profiles, or completely the opposite way by building a public visible pillory

-The god window on Father Campbell's Chapel comes to mind.
-That new Autohaven loop that has an unsafe pallet with a z-wall. Guaranteed hit at those.
-Shelter Woods as a whole, being half dead-zone.
-The Game has an obscene amount of god pallets, often back-to-back.
-Eyrie of Crows as a whole. The map is just massive, and the main building is extremely abusable with Boons.
-Suffocation Pit and Azarov's being "3-gen or lose" maps.
That's just off the top of my head.
very good list.
Midwich Elementary School - the window down with a opening for the killer next to it. they only have use when the survivor has balanced landing and for that you don't need the windows. also there are almost no pallets / loops that break the line of sight and bring any mindgame value to the game. the long corridors are very beneficial to ranged killers because they contain almost no obstacles and are basicly hold W zones. hook spawn is also the worst of all maps, but thats a different story.
-
i'm pretty sure one of the survivor didn't identify himself as dead. don't you respect the survivors choice?
-
its hard locked at 120 fps because higher fps brake some things
-
and then he 99s you and you cant do anything against it. you can stun, blind and reveal the soul out of him but he makes one click at the end of the game and downs you instant and you have 0 counterplay.
-
most likely you have to reselect the challenge again and then it works flawless

How do you take another survivors chest? Are chest labeled with a name?
if someone brings a +X chest offering, i ususally dont open chests because someone might have a challange to do.
-
Spent 2 million bp again and no box.
-
Some people want to play the worst kind of way possible.
-
how about this, a hook respawns after a given time but is weakened. like you have a 20% higher chance of unhooking yourself and the timer is 50% slower. after two hooks it breaks completely
-
this map has to be reworked asap. it's bad on so many levels.
-
if it dont progress, reselect it.
-
Can confirm. Just spent 2 million bloodpoints and didn't get a single box.
PC / Steam

People with more words or fewer words, it's all the same. Y'all can't logically explain why the killer has to get punished for hooking people which they have to do to kill them. How is it a skill issue or a mindfulness issue for the killer? And no, it doesn't take any skill for a survivor to see a destroyed hook and go down under it so the killer can't hook them, even though they're the ones who screwed up.
you always get so personal. it's a game, not everything has to be logical but in general it should be fair for everyone.
hooks are the killer's resources. actually the only resource he has to watch out for. usually the hooks are so close together that he can just grab the next one. Much like survivors must be careful not to produce a 3 gene, the killer must be careful not to generate a dead zone. even the auras of all nearby hooks are shown to him, so that after a short turn he can see whether there is a danger of a dead zone. survivors, on the other hand, must memorize the position of each hook if they want to achieve the same thing.
I agree with everyone that on some maps it is not possible to avoid this. however, these maps generally have a balance problem and should be revised for both sides.
-
i think it should stay because it require skill to avoid dead zones, but they should add an offering to change / exchange that mechanic.
it also requires skill on the survivor side to see possible dead zones in the first place and only SWF can realy benefit from it.
-
I'm not sure if i have seen one since the beginning of the halloween event.
-
as a soloQ player i have to say, ruin in his current form is not hex worthy.
-
there she is. twice. might be a hacker or something. i dont know
-
i personally have the feeling, that mmr has a delay from about 24 hours.
-
blight without his overpowered addons are fair to play against. if you are on the same skill level you can both have fun at loops.
-
rpd grows with you and you grow with rpd.
at the beginning it is an unmanageable jungle. then you get to know the map and it's not that bad. then you realize how insecure most obvious loops are. then comes the revelation that there are snail shell loops (one runs in ever smaller circles) that one can run. they are not safe either, but they cost the killer a lot of time and most of them let go before the end of the loop.
-
Both, short strokes when the killer is near. Long strokes when my timer is going to end and nobody is on the way.
-
you can repair a gen without getting a single skill check. sure there are toolboxes but there is also franklins and a toolbox lasts how long? one, maybe two gens?
also avoiding the killer all day long puts just more pressure on your team. thats ok when you are matched with good loopers but how often is this happen in soloQ?
Personally, I don't think the perk will get meta but he will find his followers. kinda like empathy
-
i think it will be better when they change to team based mmr
-
guess the design team likes big ugly hands with chewed fingernails
-
one thing with DH is, you have to learn when a killer plays on console. because they have a significant higher input lag and you press DH way to early.
is this fair for all players (killers like survivor)? I mean no.
-
Have you tried to reselect the task?
-
unfortunately it's time to record every game again.
the bad thing is that in addition to the obvious cheaters there is a whole horde of hidden cheaters.
-
Sole Survivor because only exits matter
-
can you guys add what killer you play and what server you are on? I'm on EU (frankfurt) and honestly don't see that many disconnects.
-
in 500 games i had 7 disconnecting survivors and 10 killers.
when you have it basically in half of your games, you might be the reason why.
-
it would be nice to see if the killer has red ping.

The increased gen times has no correlation with the situation the OP is talking about. What you're suggesting punishes the killer for killing.
it sure has. even with only one gen left nobody will touch a gen anymore because the time it takes, even on big maps, is not enough to finish a gen. Especially when playing against Wesker who can cross the map in no time.
the first person who get caught suicides on hook to give the second person the chance for the hatch. slugging prolongs this situation unnecessary.

I also have trouble with this challenge.
I've done 2 out of the 3 gens on one game, but since then, even using the same toolbox as before, no gens is counted anymore.
I've finished repairing more than 6 gens, some all by myself from 0 to 100%, some with other survivors, and none of them counted for my last one of the challenge...
try to reselect this challenge.

Just got 100k off a single survivor game. Seems like it’s working to me?
before the bonus? I'm sorry, I should have made it clearer.
-
I think its when you get over ~50k BP (not sure if that is the exact number) before the bonus something breaks and you don't get the Matchmaking Incentives and your tome challenges won't progress.
Would be great if someone can confirm.
-
Yes I'm sure thats not just a visual. I got 66k as match result und only 132k with all bonus.
-
He is right, first finishing generators didn't work for me and now i'm stuck at cleaning totems.
Finishing gens fixed itself random.
-
The problem has gone away without changing anything or doing anything different.

Hm I definitely got it on Steam with a commodious , wirespool and scraps, didn’t do the gens alone but with someone else and I had prove thyself equipped..
i guess you had the problem on several different gens and maps?
6 games so far and nothing
-
I'm on steam and i brought COH, DH, Built to Last and Streetwise as perks and as toolbox addons i brought wirespool and scraps.
seems like i'am the only one with this problem.

MMR is based on escapes thru exit gates. So your only goal is to exit thru a gate.
Find the flaw.

When I checked yesterday (Tuesday 10/18) at 11 AM EST, it said page 2 would be open in 1 day. SO when i checked today (1 day later) its still not open but now says will be open in 23 hours. so why did it say 1 day yesterday when it really is 2 days.
got me too

spread up
as soon you hear his terror radius, move in the opposite direction.
know roughly the position of your teammates.
dont wait in pallets for a possible stun, only its your last chance to use it as a time waster for legion.
count how many deep wounds states he already got in his circle. only if he already has four you are in imminent danger, or you alone on your map side.
don't be afraid to play with deep wounds, for example you can bless a totem and mend yourself befor the deep wounds puts you into dying state. also as long you are in motion you can run across the whole map for an unhook while in deep wounds.
mending other team member dont end your endurance after unhook.
don't start immediate mending after a frenzy hit, always expect him to turn around. again, distance is your best friend.
bring COH

We do not adjust players individual matchmaking rating for them - the system takes care of this itself, the more you win the higher your ranking will be.
is mmr calculated new after every game or once a day?
