Because he’s not brain dead like he used to be, so many players have swapped to someone easier.

You mean someone like Freddy? I see many Freddy's with Paint Brush/Swing Chains recently.

  • Try and keep pallets when you are not injured since she can shoot over and injure you anyways similar to Legion.

Once injured, don't be greedy and play safe by dropping Pallets pretty early. If it's a short loop (macmillian junk loop for example) where he can shoot over and reel you around you can still drop the pallet to create a bigger obstacle for him and he probably won't be able to reel himself around to you.

If you have the High Ground, get out of LoS since he can counter it and pull you down. Don't uderestimate his Power even if you have the High Ground.

  • You see Pyramid Heads? I never see any except myself. I don't know why all of a sudden no one plays him since his Power became even stronger.

  • @NekoGamerX said:

have you heard of Detective's Hunch and Small Game? there also maps I don't think survivors need another perk to totems.

Inner Strength also. It encourages you to do bones and it rewards you as well for doing it.

  • It's fences also shine bright like a Diamond. And also the Myers House put on Diamond Armor.

  • Started in September 2016 and started to main Hillbilly, so he is the first Killer I 4k'd with and he was my Main until Myers came out. But now I play every Killer and Pyramid Head is my time Main right now.

  • Trapper:

    • Iridescent Stone (Ultra Rare)
    • Stitched Bag (Very Rare)

Basically just trap all loops and you'll never have to worry trapping anything for the rest of the game.

    Wraith:

    • Coxcombed Clapper (Ultra Rare)
    • "Windstorm" - Blood (Very Rare)

You make 0 sound while cloaking and uncloaking and you can traverse the map with imense speed and ambush Survivors very very well with this combo.

    Billy:

    • LoPro Chains (Very Rare)
    • Mother's Helpers (Rare)

2 good Add-Ons with basically no downsides. LoPro if used against injured Survivors will get hits at pallets which you wouldn't get without it. Also, this Add-On is one of the most satisfying ones ever released. Mother's Helpers gives you faster charge after pallet stuns which is always nice.

    Nurse:

    • Kavangha's Last Breath (Very Rare)
    • Fragile Wheeze (Rare)

More Range and faster blink recovery speed. Basically buffs the strongest Killer in the game.

    Huntress:

    • Iridescent Head (Ultra Rare)
    • Infantry Belt (Very Rare)

This combo won't be as strong anymore at some point but for now it's to obvious that this is the most powerful Huntress combo and also the most busted combo in the entire game.

    Myers:

    • Tombstone Piece (Very Rare)
    • J. Myers Memorial (Rare)

The ability to kill someone off early with no real penalty makes this the best combo for Myers. Of course there is this penalty of losing a quarter of the progress bar but you killed someone off, which basically wins you the game instantly. J. Myers Memorial makes it even stronger by making the stalk time less.

    Hag:

    • Mint Rag (Ultra Rare)
    • Rusty Shackles (Very Rare)

Mint Rag lets you teleport anywhere whenever you want, the Trap doesn't need to be triggered. Also, when you teleport you make almost no sounds while doing so, making it very similar to the old (Mother Daughter Ring/Prayer Beads) combo on Spirit.

    Doctor:

    • Iridescent King (Ultra Rare)
    • High Stimulus Electrode (Rare)

This combo became even stronger since they removed the downside of the electrodes. Iridescent King basically does everything, every single affliction will be applied and you will lose brain cells as Survivor. The electrode is nice to have since it increases your shock range without a downside, making it easier to put Survivors into high madness.

    Cannibal:

    • Iridescent Flesh (Ultra Rare)
    • Award Winning Chili (Very Rare)

2 Add-Ons with no downsides. Iridescent Flesh replenishes all Charges when you hit someone with the Chainsaw, which isn't really hard, and Award Winning Chili basically increases the Duration of your sweep without any downsides. I didn't use it yet but it's probably the best combo to use.

    Nightmare:

    • Red Paint Brush (Ultra Rare)
    • Swing Chains (Very Rare)

Get 8 % slowdown right at the start of the match since everybody is asleep. Survivors can't wake up by using skill checks and they'll immediately be vulnerable to your snares. Swing Chains also applies slowdown to awake Survivors from -2 % up to -8 % for each asleep Survivor.

    Pig:

    • Tampered Timer (Very Rare)
    • Jigsaw's Sketch (Very Rare)

Basically make Reverse Bear Traps as deadly as possible with this combo. Tampered Timer reduces the RBT Timer from 2min 30 sec. to only 2 minutes and Jigsaw's Sketch increases the Jigsaw Boxes from 4 to 5, making it very hard to remove Bear Traps.

    Clown:

    • Redhead's Pinky Finger (Ultra Rare)
    • Cheap Gin Bottle (Very Rare)

Similar to Huntress, Red Head's Pinky Finger lets you instadown Survivors. You have to hit someone with a bottle directly which will apply the "Exposed" Status Effect for as long as they are intoxicated (2 seconds base after they leave the cloud). Cheap Gin Bottle will give you 2 extra Bottles making it 6 in total. 6 Chances to hit someone with a bottle to insta down them.

    Spirit:

    • Mother Daughter Ring (Ultra Rare)
    • Yakuyoke Amulet (Very Rare)

Since the old Prayer Beads got nerfed, making it not as strong anymore, this combo is the new best combo on Spirit. Mother Daughter Ring gives you +40 % movement speed while phasing, making you extremely fast. Yakuyoke gives -15 % on phasing speed but will give you +3 seconds of duration on your Power.

You basically move 25 % faster now with 8 seconds of duration with the downside of not seeing scratch marks, which won't bother decent and good Spirits.

    Legion:

    • Iridescent Button (Ultra Rare)
    • Stolen Sketch Book (Rare)

Iridescent Button lets you break pallets when you vault them which is a very nice thing and will also make your Terror Radius cover the entire map while using Frenzy, basically giving you information of where everyone is. Stolen Sketch Book is his best Add-On, which basically increases your Duration during Frenzy, making it easier to chain Frenzy Hits and reach spots easier.

    Plague:

    • Black Incense (Ultra Rare)
    • Vile Emetic (Very Rare)

Black Incense will give you Wall hacks everytime a Survivors is vomiting while being broken. Vile Emetic basically makes sure you get Survivors broken faster when puking on them. Since you have one corrupted pool now by default, you can first break everyone, drink from the pool and you know where everyone is while you have your extremely deadly Corrupt Purge.

    Ghostface:

    • Chewed Pen (Rare)
    • Olsen's Adress Book (Uncommon)

Depends on how you play Ghostface. If you stalk, you switch Olsen's Adress Book with "Ghostface caught on Tape". I rarely stalk, I rather use the hit and run combo where I injure people and ambush them when they heal and try to apply injures on everyone, moving around everyone to make me unpredictable as possible. Chewed Pen and Olsen's Adress Book reduce your recovery from Night Shroud from 30 Seconds to 16 Seconds, giving you more time to be in stealth mode.

    Demogorgon:

    • Mew's Guts (Uncommon)
    • Rat Liver (Common)

The first cheap best Add-On combo. But unfortunately Demo's rarer Add-Ons really suck while his cheap Add-Ons are good. Mew's Guts gives you one extra Portal and faster recovery after missed Shreds and Rat Liver increases your movement speed from 92 % to 101 % while holding Shred, making you lose no distance while using Shred.

    Oni:

    • Lion Fang (Very Rare)
    • Scalped Topknot (Rare)

Lion Fang gives you +10 seconds extra duration on your Blood Fury Power, raising it from 45 to 55 Seconds which is almost one minute of an extremely powerful Power. Scalped Topknot is his best Add-on and it reduces your charge while charing up the Demon Dash ability from 2 to 1 second which is similar to the insta Saw Billy before his nerf but more powerful.

    Deathslinger

    • Warden's Keys (Rare)
    • Modified Ammo Belt (Common)

His Add-Ons aren't really crazy but double Reload Add-ons reduce his Reload time from 2.75 Seconds to 2 Seconds, making it really fast and you lose less distance while reloading.

    Executioner:

    • Burnig Man Painting (Rare)
    • Wax Doll (Uncommon)

Increases the Range of your Range attack from 8 Metres to 10.5 Metres, which is his best combo. Similar to Deathslinger, his Add-Ons aren't crazy or are just bad. All his "very rares" should be avoided since they do very little. His ultra Rares are meme'y. Double range makes him deadlier if you know how to use his range attack.

    Blight:

    • Compound 33 (Ultra Rare)
    • Alechmist Ring (Very Rare)

Compound 33 lets you break pallets instantly when slamming at them and it will stun you for 1.5 seconds which is so little that the Survivor won't gain any distance after you break the pallet. It is basically Spirit Fury/Enduring as an Add-on, and it also slows Survivors within 16 metres while you are slamming, giving you opportunity to hit someone easier. Alchemist Ring recharges all your Tokens when you hit someone with a Rush, similar to Cannibal's "Iridescent Flesh".

Those are my opinions and the majority consist of 1 Ultra Rare and 1 Very Rare Add-on.

Clown would throw pies instead of bottles...

Clown throws Molotov Cocktails because someone switched his bottles while he was sleeping.

    • Throwing a Molotov Cocktail will cause the Clown to pulverise and be deleted out of existence.
    • Grants 100 % more Bloodpoints in the Brutality Category and gives you a 72 hours DC penalty.
  • It went like this probably.

"People complain about Spirit, hmm, I think Pig is responsible for that because she is still to powerful so let's nerf her."

No, jokes aside. It is probably just a bug. I don't believe in shadownerfs. Bugs are pracitcally nerfs/buffs but not intended ones which will be fixed at some point.

If you didn't know, you can look up during the Nurses fatigue animation. Best time to use when you double blink and hit and then look up.

trail of torment instead of huntress lullaby and it is an omega kick build.

Yeah but Overcharge becomes pretty useless without Lullaby. I'd agree, Trail of Torment is better but i'd switch Overcharge with something else as well. Maybe Brutal Strength.

I used a similar "kicker" Build with Wraith. I used Discordance, Dragon's Grip, Brutal Strength and Fire Up with Shadowdance and Windstorm for true Omega Kicks.

  • Survivor: Kindred. It's a relief and makes solo Survivor much more bareable.

Killer: BBQ. Give me my points now. But other than the pretty predictable BBQ, I'd say Shadowborn. Even though I don't use it because it is a wasted Perk slot but it makes everything much smoother and everything. But with the current state of dbd, you can't really use it and it should be an option anyways.

  • Yeah, using PotD will cause this weird loud dragging noise. Pressing M2 again gets rid of it but you still sandbag yourself by doing it because you lose distance by cancelling your Power.

  • lAJcq77uBvwhq6e_n-0UuQP9mzLIhDF0FSavWDCqehw.png

Here we go. Most balanced Perk in the Game.

Combined with Decisive hard breakable Time this combo becomes very healthy for the game.

  • Object of Obsession:

    • After getting unhooked you will see the Killers Aura for the next 30/35/40 seconds.
    • If the Survivor who unhooked you is within a 16 metre radius from your location he will see the Killers Aura as well for that duration.
    • During that time, the Killer will see your Aura intermittently.
    • Increases the chances of becoming the Killers Obsession.
  • Only Survivor Builds? Because I played with a meme Wraith Build yesterday.

"The ultimate soccer player" (totally not a name I just wrote in to give it some name because you know... he kicks a lot. Ok I'll go now.)

    Uses:

    • Dragon's Grip
    • Brutal Strength
    • Fire Up
    • Discordance

with: "Shadowdance" - Blood (or white if you don't have the purple one) with Windstorm. It feels unnecessary to have both Shadowdance Addons. And since I did this Build because of the "kick 12 generators challenge" in the tome, I made this build.

It's a Meme Build, don't expect to win with it, but it's defintely pretty fun.

  • That happened to me as Legion as well. Had only 3 Perks to get, looked at my inventory and had still like 7 or 8 Perks to unlock.

  • Why is it always consoles who use 4 small pp's with overtuned Add-ons sometimes?

    I played against a 4man console once with 4 small pp's and 2 styptics.

I watched Umbra recently play against the same crap, 4 small pp's with 2 styptics, all console.

But PC Players are tryhard I guess. Pretty much never ran into this against PC Players.

  • Sometimes if I know where the hatch is, i'll give it to them. Otherwise I just hook them because it's faster.

  • Urban Evasion. Every single time this one Urban user will crouch around the corners of the map while I get to struggle on hook if not almost dying. Should I tell you, I love the new Slipper Meat/Up the Ante Combo. I always kobed when I used it.

  • @DetailedDetriment said:

PH is braindead now. You can just spam his ranged attack.

That's what Devs wanted. They wanted you to use your Power more instead of the bait you could do (which you can still do btw).

Not saying it's good, but they basically made what they said.

  • They didn't mention the 50 % requirement on Minbreaker as well that it's gone.

You can now gen tap again to not make repair sounds which wasn't possible before 3.4.0.

Snow footstep sounds on Ormond weren't mentioned as well.

  • I mean, Spirit is bugged as well. You can hear her crying sounds while she phases like in the PTB when she came out.

  • @BenOfMilam said:

We'll Make It has the magical property of ensuring you'll always go against Plague or an OSD killer every time without fail ;)

Usually when I use an Healing Build I go against Plague. Every.single.time.

  • It's probabl the same as it was with Nurse. She got a cooldown which doesn't nerf her at all instead of making her fatigue longer, the cooldown just made her more frustrating, not weaker.

  • Oh yeah, I was already zooming with my Huntress and my friend was zooming as Demo. Normal walk animation but still funny.

  • Definitely Laurie. Fudge DS, Fudge Object and Sole Survivor is useless anyway. Wake the fudge up Michael, we have a Laurie to burn.

  • I think Curtain Call (Clown) was pretty meh when it was released. You got a Killer which throws stuff at you, wow. At least I wasn't really excited. Demise of the Faithful (Plague) maybe as well but People really enjoyed puking at Survivors at first.

We are not talking about Darkness Among us (Legion), because this Chapter is an Error even to this day. Might as well have never been released.

I think hyped Chapters might be "A Lullaby for the Dark" (Huntress) or even "Spark of Madness" (Doctor). It's 2 really unique Chapters which also came out pretty much in the Early Days of DbD. Huntress who was the first to have an ranged Attack and Doctor who plays with Electricity. It's definitely pretty dope.

  • Dead:

    - Press E to dash backwards while not exhausted.

    - While dashing you will suffer from the Exposed Status Effect.

    - Can only be used while healthy.

    - Causes Exhaustion for 60/50/40 Seconds.

  • Yeah, I started watching him in like November 2018. Friday the 13th was the first series I watched.

  • Might be that every Killer has maybe one audio cue which is sometimes global and sometimes within a certain radius. But Demo gives an Global Audio Cue for basically anything he does, not just one thing like any other Killer.

  • He wants to scream and shout and let it all out.

  • @kaeru said:

I don't know for sure but it should. I know death from pig's helmets counts as killing by hands. When you kill someone with your hands by mori, killing perk or special power - icon of killed survivor appear as clean shaped skull. Same goes with final judgement.

Ok thank you. I hope I'll get a daily soon to test it out.

  • @Xyvielia said:

    lockers aren’t OP

    ...or are they🤔

Lockers pretty much counter only BBQ. You can't hide in a locker while healing unless you use Inner Strength. You can't really hide in Lockers when Retribution, Undying or Bitter Murmur reveals you. I am all Ears will still reveal you. If they changed Distortion to what op thinks is a good idea, the Perk would be overpowered.

Imagine having Nurses and it worked map wide, that'd be the same Level of overpowerness.

  • I play Killer only on evenings since queues are good at evenings/nights. During day I wait 5-6 minutes for a lobby, so I avoid Killer during daytime.

I don't really feel the same way as you do, I still get potatoes, sometimes better Survivors and quite rare those top % Swf which apparently some People vs. almost every Match. And I play every Killer so I am not this typical Nurse Main who beats every Team since I only play her, I do well with every Killer.

  • Yeah, that'y my strat since Tome 2. I usually go for it earlier but still when I know for sure that I will reach Lvl 70.

  • Personally, I'd recommend playing every Killer you currently have in rotation. This way you will learn every Playstyle pretty much, play weaker and stronger Killers and playing weaker Killer will also make you better as a Killer in general. You will lose but I was there as well and I do very well with Killer now. I play consistently on Rank 1 with every Killer. Sometimes I play with random Perks as well if I am that bored.

One thing I should tell you. Keep your Fingers away from Noed. If you use this Perk you will never get better at Killer.

  • @Marc_go_solo said:

I got called a hacker once, and even when I explained to them about The Trappers red add-on that puts Survivors who free themselves into a dying state they still weren't convinced.

Granted, there have been times I've not understood an ability a Killer has, or an add-on I was not aware of, but I've always had the good sense to check those add-ons on the results page to understand, rather than just blindly report because it doesn't "feel legit".

Yeah it's like reporting a Iri. Head Huntress because a Huntress isn't supposed to oneshot. People are to lazy to read.

In my nation we say "who can read has an Advantage"

  • Yeah, I stopped carinng to much recently. If you complain, get stressed out because of dbd then that's not the best for your health.

I now say "whatever" to basically anything and play every Match. I stopped dodging Keys, potential Swf Lobbies. If I see a Strode Key I don't give a damn either. I just couldn't care less anymore. I just play to have fun and good Chases and I win the majority of my Matches anyways so.

You get even worse Matches if you care to much, that's the hard way I learned.

  • I see that in Umbras Chat regurarely as well. Unfortunately her last stream is more than 2 weeks ago :(

  • Remove the "30 Seconds after kicking a Generator" and make it so whenever a Survivor touches a regressing Gen, they become exposed. With the Cooldown of course because without the CD the Perk would be to strong.

  • I think they're more common than Pig now. I see quite a few Demodoggos even the past few days. Instead, I get not one single Pig anymore.

  • @GrimReaperJr1232 said:

Unlikely. Nurse has the strongest power in the game. Even after being drastically nerfed, she is still considered the strongest killer in the game by many. Literally the only reason she's not used more is because she is so hard to use (a necessity due to just how strong she is). I highly doubt BHVR wants to create another killer like that. In fact, I don't think BHVR even realized how powerful Nurse was when they created her; it's just something that happened.

Those who don't play her anymore where those who relied on Omega Blink/3 Blink with more Range or 4/5 Blink Nurse to win. Those who played base Nurse (like me) those adapted to the cooldown. Blinking right after fatigue was never a good idea anyways. You had to position yourself right, get LoS to the Survivor and then blink. That took about 2-3 Seconds which is the current Cooldown.

Nurse is one of my favourites but I don't play her as much because I try to play every Killer but I still destroy with her. Won't imagine how I'd be if I played Nurse only for Weeks.

I guess that picture right there is "Doctor Origins" but yeah, People don't expect Eyes and Ears. They blind you without Iron Will and they sprint to Hooks in plain sight. Sometimes you'll miss them but that's not the usual case.

  • @KIKI_ said:

Can't count how many times i have been accused of having some ".exe" just cause i don't miss a single blink. People have trouble understanding you can be good at the game.

Sometimes it'll be like that. If you are bad then they tell you "ggez baby Killah click click REEEEE"

If you beat them "boring, thryhard, cheater, autoaim"

  • @OldHunterLight said:

Once a few years ago, probably like one but whatever, I got accused of hacking because my hatchets were on point and from far away, all I had was bbq, bitter murmur, and who knows what else, I don't remember but I used to run those perks always on huntress.

Take it as a compliment my dude, it just shows that you are passionate enough to practice with the killer you got accused of hacking with.

I did take it as a compliment. But it's still funny when everytime you beat an avarage team you are automatically a Cheater.

Had a Billy Match not so long ago vs a streamer. Watched their perspective and they said I was hacking because I found them everywhere. I had like BBQ, they never tried to hide, just sat at one place and tried to hide behind stuff while injured and me being 4 metres away.

My hack would be game sense, good reactions and ears, yeah. I only have 3.6k Hours so I must be new and hacking I guess.

  • @Boss said:

They always have some excuse xD. But yeah, instead of checking let's just assume the Killer was cheating.

  • 7 what? Bananas, Apples, Sheep?

Fun aside. Good job so far, no pun intended. 7 is the lucky number. You'll probably get that 7 straight soon instead of tilted.
