The point of being able to reveal him is to stall the exposed effect. If it outright removed the progression he had it'd be too tough to actually expose someone, making the power barely worthwhile. Having that much control over a killer power is not a good idea. I get that it sucks being exposed immediately but the thing is Ghostface earned that previous stalk progression.
-
It's like Myers holding his Stalk progression at 99% except weaker seeing as in most cases you're going to expose only 1 person at a time. So I don't really see a reason to change it.
-
It's pretty nice for sure.

They do not give you shards in the rift, instead you get tons of empty space, which seems a huge waste.
I know that but we are always progressing towards getting more. So we are earning free currency somewhat frequently. It would certainly be nice to throw some Shards into the Rift though as the Tome's offer a good amount of bloodpoints.
-
Probably because we already have a free currency in the form of the Shards. Granted it doesn't give you the ability to buy everything but it counts for something.

Doing a few Archive challenges won't make you a good Hag.
Indeed but it does mean a bunch of baby Hags that heavily trap the hook and barely leave the area anyway.

our list and reasoning is almost the same.
That's pretty cool. Only read a few responses before posting my own.

- Xenomorph - because they are easily the coolest looking and, in my opinion, scariest of the bunch
- Pyramid Head - never played the Silent Hill games but from the little gameplay i've seen this character looks pretty damn menacing
- Pennywise - I've seen the original movie and the first of the 2 most recent ones and the character is interesting
- Jason - gotta say I don't really care for Jason as i've never found him to be all that interesting
- Candyman - last because before all of these speculations I genuinely had no idea this character even existed

Please don't spread positive messages about hag lol I don't want them to become more common 😂
DbD is going to be such a fun game to play when we get an Archive focused on the Hag.

I like most of it, except the entering the other world thing. Demogorgon really needs his portals looked at thanks to Freddy's massively better teleport that stonps all over demogorgons thing by being better in every way.
I don't think all that much would need to be done to the portals to make them much better. Let the Demo replace them like the Hag does, so they don't become basically useless if that area has its generators completed and the survivors don't destroy it. Also make the portals you place exit points and let you pick a portal, like Freddy can pick a generator, from anywhere on the map.
-
Not a big fan of the Upside Down idea to be honest. It can easily be abused by people baiting you into a chase and running directly into a portal so you can't hurt them. Meaning all you've done is waste time in a pointless chase.
The ideas at the start of your post are alright though.
-
It's a real shame because some of those cosmetics are genuinely cool.
-
Considering there are streamers that say they are using a crosshair i'd bet it's a safe thing to do.
-
This would most likely leave a bunch of people unable to run the game properly. So I can't see this happening.
-
I think i'm at 21 because i've been playing DbD far less this time around.
-
It's in every single killer build, just like WGLF is in every survivor build. I just can't pass up those points.
-
I'm all for it and I don't see a problem with the long range for the aura reading.
-
Mysterious survivor you say? Obviously it's gotta be a member of the Scooby gang, they roll around in the Mystery Machine. Case closed.
-
Or maybe people don't want to ######### around doing nothing for an entire match. Farming is genuinely boring.
-
I don't really think it needs a cooldown and I feel like maybe any melee attack should trigger it.
-
Aside from NOED i'm not really sure there is any perks that could be considered a second chance. Although weak I suppose Unrelenting would count.

On the latest Q&A stream, the devs said they’re working on ideas that would change the way Mori’s work.
They probably push it to require the person to be on death hook before you can mori them.
-
This would be bloody cool
-
Pretty sure perk challenges in general don't require a perk to be active, just in your loadout. Unless the description is specific, of course.
-
Being tunneled sucks but I understand it. It's like survivors doing generators. If you see one that is 50% done and one that hasn't even been started, in most cases it's best to go for the one that is halfway done.
-
Takes too long to build up and relies on RNG. So, for me, it's simply not worth using.
-
It clearly doesn't work right. In 2 games I made sure I was in a chase and with the killer pretty close behind me. In 1 match I fell off of a hill and triggered Balanced Landing but I didn't get any challenge progression from that match. Whereas the other match where I fell off of a hill without triggering BL gave me progression.
Safest bet i'd say is any drop that makes your survivor scream.
-
The little piece of music that played when Myers was stalking you. I don't care how it could be brought back, it's just a shame it doesn't get used at all anymore.
-
I feel like you're reading too much into this. Also that tweet hinting at Candyman seems so on the nose that I imagine it's bait.
-
I'm all for it. It's a shame for their faces to go to waste to be honest.
-
Considering someone listed their penis on the very same IMDB page i'd say it's not reliable.
-
I did during the last Rift as they were new to me (didn't play DbD during the first Rift) and they seemed like a neat little addition but now I just don't care for them at all. I genuinely forget about them very often and barely notice them when i'm playing either side.
-
I wouldn't dismiss Candyman just because a streamer said so but like others have mentioned, what Mathieu said about it being an emotional milestone leads me to believe it'd be something like Pennywise or Pinhead. As they are characters they have mentioned wanting for DbD for years.
-
Your changes are interesting for sure but they certainly wouldn't put him on par with Hag. One change i'm not sure about is making the Shred faster as I already feel like it's fast enough already.
-
I don't play KYF but I like the idea of getting points for playing it, even if it is reduced.

You're doubting me when you can actually prove it yourself?

I don't have the blight outfit for her because I don't play Huntress.

Aside from those who are just upset that they died, there can be times where it feels like there's not a whole lot you can do depending on your positioning. He doesn't have a clear tell when he's about to shoot (you can aim down sights and shoot almost immediately), so you always have to be on your toes and assume he could shoot at any moment. If all you've got is a window, for example, taking it means you get shot and hit. Not taking it means he can easily M1 you. You can try to dodge, but since he has no wind up time, you've gotta' dodge almost any time he has line of sight on you, which loses a ton of ground. Compared to Huntress who has a very clear wind up that you can react to (e.g. She raised a hatchet, I'm not going to drop the pallet), there's a little more guesswork involved.
I don't mind playing against him personally, but I do see where people are coming from. Sometimes you're more so hoping that the person playing him misses their shot rather than trying to outsmart them. He's definitely the type of killer that is as good as the person playing him.
This sums it up perfectly.

She cries when you put on her Hallowed Blight outfit.
Her voice changes from a sigh-ish to a heavy wimper.
I highly doubt that.
-
She laughs but she doesn't cry.
-
Maybe it'll finally be that Pinhead fella that the devs have wanted for ages.
-
It is certainly helpful but not needed. No perk has ever been needed on anyone.
-
A simple change would be to let you kill people that are in the dying state. That way in a situation like this you can grab them out of the locker and drop them.
-
I see them as pointless. Especially when they are trying to make the change between tiers minimal.
-
It's probably not intentional and certainly not surprising.
-
Rarely because I just can't be arsed for it. If I happen to see the other person right after downing the other one, i'll go for it. Not really a fan of dragging the match out.
-
I'm confused why anyone would think it was nerfed as it functions the same as before. If anything it was buffed.
-
With the Store being a thing, there is no chance.
-
Seems a bit harsh to put a skill check on an offering that is a one time use. Not saying it should happen but the better idea would be to push the Mori back to someone that would be on death hook.
-
I'll typically head to the bathroom and cry for about 20 minutes.
-
I've always felt like I hit the Great zone more often when the skill check is small like that.
