I would be on board with a slight shock range increase, but that's about it.
-
As long as Hag can still trap loops, I think she would survive a nerf.
-
You know a DbD review video is going to be good when the footage is rank 20 game play.

Well, to be fair, if Laurie has been nerfed into the ground so should Michael!!
Seriously, there's not enough Daddy Myers. Everyone thinks they need an unfair advantage with Freddy when Michael can easily get it done. He definitely needs no buffs for sure! His addons might be the best in the entire game, ability to actually kill a healthy survivor? Normally I would say that is completely overpowered but with Myers I make an exception :)
Anyone saying his tier 1 needs buffing, look his tier 3 please, a 1-shot with a gigantic reach! He needs a slower start to balance out his 1-shot! And Oni has a slow start too for a reason.
Why is it okay for Myers to have really strong add-ons but not other killers?
-
Only for daily rituals or challenges.

Red ranks. All four survivors can be rank 1 and its still the same outcome. Does it matter with ranks? For killer, occasionally you might get a rank 10 killer without good perks and its a little more laid back but its rare.
I understand that solo queue is a mess right now, but to say most killers can 4k before a gen is completed is hyperbolic. You're blowing the survivor experience way out of proportion.
-
Because if you're playing solo queue then it's time efficient. I myself prefer being healed at the hook or at least close by.

1-2 killer 3-4 survivor
I was asking someone else.
-
@Sluzzy said:
If you think that is bad, switch to survivor and witness the bloodbaths. Most killers are able to kill everyone before a gen is completed. Freddy especially. It's not bad for killer, you need to apply pressure a bit better.
What rank are you?
-
All my killers are Prestige 3 level 50+. For me, maxing out my killers was worth it. Then again, I'm somewhat of a completionist.
-
Ahhh, the good ol' depip squad. Love those guys.
-
The Twins are a lot more fun than the Trickster. So I would get the Twins.
Shards well spent.

Are you sure? Because I genuinely went out of my way just to test it multiple times and I never had a successful DH once. I was being exhausted on the ground every time even when the entire DH went through. I can dodge M1s just fine it's only specifically Victor.
As some of the others have pointed out, Victor's pounce is probably catching you right as Dead Hard ends. Try using Dead Hard at an angle.
-
Victor was designed to counter chases period lol.
On a serious note, Victor's hitbox does not counter DH. Most likely the player either waited for you to use DH or got lucky with the timing.

The hold W tactic is why I think DBD maps should be way smaller than what they currently are.
Some maps definitely need to be shrunken that's for sure.
-
A lot of good builds mentioned already.
I personally use Corrupt, PGTW, BBQ, and Thanatophobia.

Mate I'll be honest, facing a Hag will never be fun.
They can be rare but I've faced a lot more recently which has been extremely unfun.
The only way not to fall asleep is to be determined to make that the worst game in history. Make the player regret playing as Hag!
I've noticed an influx of Hag players too! As a solo queue player, I hate it. I know right away what the match is going to be like, so I instantly become bored. A lot of survivors will just suicide on the hook and I can't really blame them.
-
I main the Twins because chasing survivors with Victor is really fun. No other killer can chase at 150% movement speed. It's honestly a breath of fresh air compared to the other killers.
-
Oni is a relatively hard killer to play well. As such, you won't see too many of them.
-
99% of Hag players have the same play style
-
Dead Hard because it has so many uses.
-
A bit of both I guess. Obviously, I try to win. But if the outcome of a match doesn't go my way, that's okay too.
-
*laughs in Deerstalker*
-
Fallout: New Vegas fans should know.
-
The devs need to fix this exploit ASAP. It's a horrible feeling to play against a Blight player that can hit you around obstacles with a flick.
-
This ain't it, chief

LOL Ace is a twig. Although to be fair, I think Jeff and David should be the only burly survivors. The rest should be skinny like Ace.
-
You just have to hope that your teammates aren't idiots.
As for counter play, you can always improve your looping skills.
My biggest piece of advice though is to just put those type of matches behind you.
-
Twins should be at least in B tier.
-
I couldn't possibly list them all from worst to best.
But let me think for a second...
Laurie is the hottest. Zarina is second hottest. Meg has the best butt. And Kate has the best rack.
That's pretty much my unofficial list.
-
You haven't played against me. Instead of hard camping all the time, I just injure the whole team and slug everyone with Victor :)
It's the most fun way to play Twins imo. Plus, I feel that slugging is relatively fair for survivors since there are numerous ways to counter it.
-
Twins player here.
None of their add-ons are all that great. I usually just play without add-ons.
If I had to remove 10: Baby Teeth, Weighty Rattle, Sewer Sludge, Rusted Needle, Victor's Soldier, Iridescent Pendent, Silencing Cloth, Cat's Eye, Cat Figurine, and Drop of Perfume.

Both do agreed but one can win without it against decent survivors that’s the difference
Depends on what you mean by decent. I don't think an Oni player can win against good survivors without slugging.
Also, even if Oni is less reliant on slugging than the Twins, his power still greatly rewards slugging. Which means you're going to see a lot of slugging with both killers.
-
I miss Billy's old stun noise 😪

survivors holding Victor doesn’t really do much anymore as it gives Charlotte time to pressure the other 3
It can be punishing true but her cooldown is still low so you can get the snowball going again rather quickly
You can get the snowball going again quickly with Oni too. Not to mention, Oni's power is an insta down. Which is why you see a lot of games where an Oni player wins the match with four or five generators still up.
Can we just agree that both killers encourage slugging?

I agree, however I am extremely offended they didn’t include his tattoos. They make him so much hotter.

Damn. As a Jeff main, I lowkey want a shirtless cosmetic for Jeff now.
-
Choosing 10 is too much work for me.
Survivors: Jeff, Tapp, Laurie, Ace, and David.
Killers: Nurse, Twins, Blight, Legion, and Huntress

Again 5 second cooldown
Not if survivors hold on to Victor for the full recall duration.
Plus, you're downplaying how punishing it is for Victor to get crushed.
-
Using one of the strongest killer/survivor setups possible. Or anything close to that.
-
Neither are sexy.
-
Honestly, I think every survivor should run Iron Will.
-
There are plenty of sweaty players on both sides.
Personally, I don't condone sweaty builds because they are usually overkill and unfun.
Not to mention, I think sweaty builds are unhealthy for the game. When players on either side experience sweaty builds, they are left with a negative and often wrong impression of the game.

Difference is oni doesn’t have his power up all the time (or on a 5 second cooldown!) and doesn’t require slugging to win.
Oni only need top knot nerfed
And Victor isn't always available. Not to mention, he can be crushed by survivors.

So long as they make them less reliant on slugging and camping to win I’m good
Oni is fairly reliant on slugging as well. And yet you placed him high on the list?
-
People really need to play the Twins more. There's so much more to their power than people realize.
No other killer in the game can chase survivors with 150% movement speed. That alone makes the Twins unique and fun to play.
QOL updates would fix the Twins.

I never play around BBQ unless I'm going to be the last survivor left. Chase skill conquers all. So, how to run a Blight:
1. Test whether they can 180 flick or not. If they can't, it gets a whole lot easier.
2. Assume Compound 21 or Alchemist's Ring. The Ring is really problematic. You'll have to be super mindful about not deadzoning yourself on a rush hit.
3. Be safe-ish with pallets and make Blight burn extra tokens to break the pallet or get a cheeky hit. Don't greed anything.
4. Keep something between you and the Blight. It's like Nurse. Don't give him a straight line shot. Make it a 90 degree flick at best.
Countering a Blight that can 180 flick is really hard. Even if you put an obstacle between yourself and the Blight player, a lot of the time they can still hit you around the obstacle.
-
I am not a fan of Devour Hope. Sure, the perk is fun for the killer when it works, but that's usually at the expense of solo queue survivors.
I know what it feels like to play against Devour Hope with solo queue teammates. So as a courtesy, I don't use the perk when I play killer (most of the time anyway).
-
Twins main here.
For me, the best way to play Twins is to slug everyone with Victor. Once you get three or more people injured, you'll want to consider slugging.
Victor is really effective at pressuring the entire map (although be careful because some maps suck for the twins). Any M1 hits you can score with Charlotte are an added bonus.
As such, my recommended build is: Corrupt Intervention, BBQ, Sloppy Butcher, and Deerstalker.
Deerstalker is good to use on Twins because it lets you slug as much as you want.
-
Trying to make Nurse even more unfun, huh?
