Solo queue is the most miserable experience in this game right now. Between scummy killers and ineffectual teammates, that game mode is hell.
-
If the devs actually put Lady Dimitrescu in the game, I'll have to rethink my opinion of them.
But I'm 99% sure it won't happen.

i have the twins but I find them a bit boring ngl
Chasing survivors with Victor is fun 😀
-
Because most players aren't good enough to handle Jeff /s
-
Nope, Wraith is in a good spot right now. He doesn't need any changes. Unless they're bug fixes.
-
Nah, DS is needed to counter tunneling.
-
Dead Hard is even more annoying for survivors because it doesn't work like it's supposed to.
Still waiting on a fix.
-
Julie's party crasher outfit is the best skin in the game, so I'd pick Legion.
That said, the most fun killer in the game right now imo would be the Twins.
-
My first main was Nurse because she seemed so cool when I moved to PC. Difficult to learn but very rewarding.
After Nurse received her cooldown nerf, I didn't main another killer for a while.
Then after some time passed I saved enough shards to buy the Twins. I instantly fell in love with them because of how fun they are to play. Unfortunately, I heard about their nerf, so I'm not sure if I will main them in the future.
-
There are so many terrible maps that it's hard to focus on just one.
-
Dead zones are not everywhere. A large number of maps give survivors plenty to work with.
-
I actually somewhat agree with you.
Killers that suffer playing on indoor maps are a big turn-off for me.
And as you pointed out, the Blight flick tech is frustrating to play against. Even when you find cover as a survivor, Blight can still hit you with that bs flick mechanic.
All the negative aspects aside, I still think Blight is a pretty fun killer.
-
Just goes to show you that favoritism exists.
Huntress is the most popular killer (especially among Twitch streamers), which can explain why the devs have been dragging their feet on this issue.
-
Hide in a locker all game.
-
I honestly wouldn't mind looking at some new win statistics. It'll give us an idea of where the game is at balance wise.
-
Probably Doc/Plague/Legion + one of the top tier killers I guess.
-
I don't have a particular "no fun allowed" moment. Those type of situations are all the same in my book.
Obviously, you have survivors that use map offerings.
And then you have killers that use the sweatiest builds which are designed to curb stomp solo queue survivors. Ex iri-head Huntress, high tier killer using multiple hex perks, etc.
-
My Victor changes:
Pouncing on a healthy survivor also causes the mangled status effect (could make this an add-on as well)
Victor can break pallets/breakable walls with crush immunity
Other possible changes:
Slightly faster movement speed while pounce is charging/fully charged
Slightly quicker recovery after a pounce
-
Nah, hatch is fine as it is. I have no problem with it.

My current build is Infectious Fright/PGTW/BBQ/Enduring. Pretty basic and mindless. Not much else to say.
If you're just learning him, maybe run Ruin/Undying/Tinkerer and a fourth perk that helps with the m1 chase, like STBFL. Eventually you will get better at his chase.
One-shot perks are always a decent consideration for basic chase Blight. MYC is amazing thanks to his mobility, Undying/Devour Hope/TOTH is honestly ridiculous. If you're good at m1 killer, definitely consider these.
Chase perks like Enduring or I'm All Ears are good. Most obsession perks are bad. Sloppy is terrible unless you are going to mostly be using basic chases, Nurses Calling is a consideration but its not the best. And Undetectable is almost worthless on him, he screams his presence constantly.
We have a similar build for Blight. I use Whispers instead of Infectious Fright.
Also, please don't recommend one shot perks on Blight. Solo queue survivors have it rough enough as it is already.
-
Your main goal with the Twins is to get three or more survivors injured and then slug with Victor. This can be hard to accomplish depending on the map and the survivors.
Slugging is the most effective playstyle for the Twins because of how strong Victor is in chases. 150% movement speed is no joke.
I also recommend running Deerstalker with the Twins so you can slug as much as you want.
-
I like watching both.
-
A Native American would be cool.
-
I understand why many players dislike Spirit.
Nurse is somewhat fun to play against, but it really depends on the map, your team, and the Nurse's build.

They are very overpowered because survivors are too weak. Maps are too friendly for killers and killer perks are way too powerful. BBQ and aura perks for a high mobility killer with no counterplay is not balanced. Add slowdown perks and then the broken tinkerer on top of it and there is no game at all. It would be like fighting the tank in Left 4 Dead with no guns. Unfair and unbalanced.
Map design usually favors survivors (assuming they're competent).
-
I think Ruin by itself is pretty weak. You need a second hex perk protecting it like Undying or Haunted Grounds.
That said, if you're looking for decent gen slowdown, I recommend Corrupt Intervention and Pop Goes The Weasel. Neither perks can be taken away by survivors, plus you get sufficient gen protection.
-
I rarely play Hag or Spirit. I know what it's like to play against those two killers in solo queue, so as a courtesy I avoid them.
-
I don't hate any of the survivors. They're just skins to me.
-
When some random dude on the internet gives you better content than the devs.
-
I don't think I've ever seen a killer use Dragon's Grip before.
-
Laurie is the hottest. Zarina is second hottest.
-
Survivors using their DS protection to advance the game in a significant way is busted. Period.
The devs finally realized this and took corrective action. Survivors still have plenty of powerful perks to use.
Once DS and OOO are out of the picture, survivor perks will finally be balanced.
-
Probably just Object of Obsession.
-
If you want to be even more accurate, you can say most killers snowball off hooked survivors. Killers will either tunnel or go after the rescuer.
-
I really like the Twins, so for me the devs' track record on killers has been pretty good lately. The Trickster is a let down for sure, but I'm willing to cut BHVR some slack. I just hope the devs don't keep releasing bad killers.
-
Yes, it's a good perk to have. Especially against Spirit.
-
Survivors are probably running it because of the rift challenges.

BHVR just hates console. That's just how it is.
It took ages for them to increase sensitivity options on console.
And they still can't deliver the stable 60 FPS on PS4 and Xbox One that they were aiming for since march 2019
They couldn't even be bothered to fix the FPS drops/freezes we were experiencing since years.
It's extremely frustrating and emberassing
Have you seen 2017 DbD footage on console? Oh, the horror.
-
That's a tough one. I think Wendy's and KFC are both pretty good.
-
This is why I like running Deerstalker on Twins. Helps keep track of the survivors.
-
The Trickster I guess.
-
Imagine Feng Min carrying a shirtless David 😮
-
Most likely I don't even know I'm being streamed. And honestly I don't care all that much.
DbD is just a game.
-
Take it from me, some challenges are just not worth the effort.
-
Playing at the highest level definitely takes skill.

Because if you get off a generator, run across half the map, go to unhook a survivor and they kobe for the laugh then you just wasted your own time and wasted the teams time by getting off the generator and you get no points for it since you couldn't unhook, all this because some moron wanted to attempt a kobe after they saw you run across the map for them.
It's selfish and I certainly won't ever try to help these people endgame.
I don't see it that way. There are far worse experiences when playing solo queue.
-
I don't understand why it's a big deal if a survivor tries to kobe right before you rescue them. As long as it doesn't put them in the struggle phase, I have no problem with it.
-
The exact same thing can be said about killers. Both sides have people like that.
-
You realize the hatchet hitbox needs to be generous, right? Otherwise, landing shots would be very difficult given the map design.
-
I really like the design of the Twins. One of the coolest looking killers imo.
Aside from them, there will always be a special place in my heart for Julie wearing the party crasher skin.
