It's easier to change that white bust instead of adding 21 diffrent models for every possible status.
But im all for adding character's name under their nickname.
-
Maybe like a practice range or whatever. Overwatch has that and it’s very usefull and in general more fun and gives me motivation to continue.
They added it recently (or im losing the sense of time)... but it also just works in that game. I doubt that could work in dbd.
-
I can say for sure that outfits will be availible in .... Soon™ time. (they did say like 9 months but im not sure)
But i don't see why they couldn't throw in those charms too.

It wouldnt affect the healing speed etc.
Still - You basically make the injured survivor useless till they find someone or heal themselfes, You'll see a medkit in every game followed by Franklin's Demise or even Clo.... That clown slowing healing perk. Chasing injured survivors will be a guaranteed down fast because of the penalty to fast vaulting (and you know how many times survivors need to fast vault to keep distance).

Well if i killed them , its because i chased them , injured them , downed them and hooked them i still didnt pipe.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1170603#Comment_1170603
Yeah but as a survivor you'll be chased . As a survivor you just have to do : 2 gens / rescue + heal 2/3 times/ and just have fun looping the killer to get max audacity . This is the only things you have to do to pipe . For a killer even if you killed the 4 survivors , and protected the gens you're not even close to get a pipe . I'm sorry you can't protect the system my friend , they have to change it .
- Im not protecting it. Just showing the flaws in your logic.
- As the killer you will also chase while downing people. The only problem is how sacrificing gives the points.
-
If they reverted all the healing changes then maybe but still possibly no.
Otherwise this is a horrible idea.

Ehi! Just wanted to give a suggestion.
The way i see it, if you are able to escape through an exit gate, there is a high chance that you are able to escape from the hatch if you bring a key. Of course it becomes a lot harder if you try to do it without a key, but why make it harder for yourself? 😁
If you want an easier time, left behind is the right perk to use for that, so you can see the hatch around you.
Even without that, as soon as the gens are done, go around checking for the hatch spawn. If you can't find it, take note of the area where the killer is when they close it (especially easier if the killer has a terror radius).
Also remember that hatch spawn before all gens are done, if 1 or more Survivors died. 👍️
The only side effect of bringing a key is possibility of getting moried. I would know cause that already happenned to me while doing this challenge :p
-
The same way if you just do gens and escape through the exit gate you don't get a double pip with survivor.

I find that people will cleanse no matter what as long as you have thanatophobia or something that hinders them for being sick like blood echo. If they can make it so that survivors are debuffed and her add ons reflect that as well survivors will cleanse
And i find that, if survivors are smart, they won't cleanse at all.
. If they can make it so that survivors are debuffed and her add ons reflect
Then Corrupt Purge would have to get nerfed imo.

No one said it isn't

Idk personally I think if the killer isn't around and they're supposed to be stealth mode, it's ok if they're far and looking for a gen
But if the killer isnt near by then why not? Its just a cheap excuse so the killer knows exactly where they're at. Even if they're not by them.
And again, risk. If they didn't want to get found they shouldn't be running everywhere.
-
That's the point. That's the risk of running around everywhere. That's why also there are perks to either make you move faster while not running or reduce the time scratch marks stay active. (although this one should get a little buff)
-
4/3.5/3 seconds Shadowborn will reveal its progress through the intensity of the Generator's Aura. This effect persists as long as you still look at the Generator's direction. Progression only of 1 Generator may be revealed by this perk at the same timeThis would become possibly the best tool at locating survivors. (or atleast general idea where they are) This would have to have some sort of cooldown or something.
And
we're gonna live forever... Why such a big cooldown? -
Even tho these challenges are SUPER luck reliant, pretty much every challenge is atleast somewhat luck reliant... just because you can't predict 100% what will happen in a trial.
-
Seems good... one question tho why did you make stun duration tiered?
-
I still think the challenges alone should give you enough progression so you reach like tier 60-65 (because those 5-10 tiers should come from actually doing these challenges)
I'm again upset they didn't fix it and won't buy next pass unless i know i'm high enough. (and again i finished on tier 55 wow)
-
We all know you did this totem only for your Inner Strenght wink wink

Go for the rescuer though. Or use BBQ, or you know play something else for a while, maybe you're just tired 🤣
It's annoying getting ds'ed after finding that one particular survivor 50 seconds after they got unhooked...
-
Because they're probably standing on the prompt?
-
It happens way too often... I dunno how to fix it tho.
-
@Bludge23 said:
You guys are right but you lose a lot of pressure from trying to get to your pools. I'm trying to think of ways that the devs can change her in that regard. That her pressure isn't so crap without the corrupt purge.
Still, with that change nothing would change.... except people who were cleansing most likely won't cleanse now.

It works good in swf. When you can sabotage every hook.
By early gen rush i mean that if every survivor has no mither and resilence plus other perk like prove thyself then gens are going to pop up in no time. Because killer can chase only one person at time and survivors can just drop pallet and have dead hard in case they screw up.
And there we have the issue of every balancing thing - SWF.
@Reborn2020 said:
No mither is also decent in solo. It force killer to chase you thinking you are easier prey but then you can force him to run all those disgusting loops.
And no really. Most of the time you just think that survivor is cocky. And it's usually their downfall. (both when i play with them or against them)

Right except he even reloads at the same speed, and it’s almost impossible to determine when he is going to fire. Making it even harder to dodge, at the very least they should fix window vaults
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1168356#Comment_1168356
rank 3. 400 hrs. And what would you suggest
And again, after every shot. When he misses he also suffers a slight movement speed penalty. And you just have to predict it tbh, if they made ads take longer he would feel very clunky to play. Also
they should fix window vaults
?

Most perks aren't obsolete at tier 1. And you probably picked one of the worst perks to prove your point.
That's the point. We're talking about these perks (and tbh most of the early made perks). Some of the early made perks at tier 1 are just bad and not worth using till getting atleast tier 2.

Unlimited unbreakable . Early gen rush
Yes unlimited unbreakable... that the killers knows you have.
And wdym by early gen rush??
-
Yeah, tbh Being on the hook/off the hook related perks should be stronger than their regular versions.
-
Tbh it's not really that great. How do you manage sounds?

Are you saying that because you re brainless?
Let's go from another side - Why do you think No Mither is good as it's currently is?
-
@BabyClaudette said:
I mean, they are tier 1 so they should be worse than the higher tiers.
Yes, but they shouldn't be obsolete UNTIL they are higher tiers.
How many times did you use Resilence 1 because you wanted to?

Sure have; and when she is weilding her hatchet she is considerably slower, which is fair, but the new killer is just as fast if not faster than her, so it’s no comparison, unless we’re talking hitboxes, than yeah both of them blow it out of the water
I think he's just slightly faster not much. But he only has 1 shot before he has to slow down even more than her. She has 5(6,7) shots before reloading and can hit from a distance (even through pallets). Deathslinger can only damage through pallet not down.

But it did make shack mostly useless after that wall was done.

Where was shack wall on ptb?
It was between the pallet and the window.
-
Because most showcased perks are from the time the tiers actually mattered. They should get "bufffed" so that every tier 1 and 2 is close enough to tier 3 (for example buffing resilence to 7/8/9 or 5/7/9)
As you've seen in recent perks the diffrence isn't that big (Inner strenght is one second per tier, For The People is 10 seconds)
-
My final thoughts is that again unless you're playing daily 4-6 hours a day you can't complete the rift.
-
Aren't most gen related perk useless when gens are powered?
Isn't that kinda the point of them?
-
Hacking was a thing. It's just not so common.
-
Because "technically" it doesn't heal a state. It moves their state from one to the next.
And i agree this should be changed.
-
It's DBD, you never know. Same way the Dawg Saloon and Quick Draw(?i think?) is bugged on PC.
-
Both have their own pros and cons.
I think it's just prefrence tbh.
-
Many old perks should get this treatment.

I always do snap out of it.
It's the team that's trying to save people constantly when the killer is camping. I can't communicate with them to tell them he's camping do gennys.
You can, by using Kindred.
@AnnoyedAtTheGame said:

The random screams need to go. Survivors would only need to scream when hit by his power.
Nerf how far his power actually go. I've seen him hit 2 - 3 different people on multiple gennys at the same time. Then he gets to choose which one to kill. That's for a start.
... okay? Still don't think that's needed.
You mean his shock or blast? Cause blast is tied to his Terror Radius. Shock is dependable on his add-ons

And make insta-downing any survivor who was exposed from a perk count as chasing them for 60 seconds. I mean, if we're not going to put in the work yet still demand rewards, better make it happen for both sides.
(inb4 Milo says they were simply asking. Asking involves a question mark. I see none in their declarative title.)
Sure go for it. I did see people complaining that they get sometimes punished for using their power without chasing (cause chases end too quickly or something about that) but idk if that still happens.
Oh also do you mean only bloodpoints wise or emblem or both?

I mean, if it's a reoccurring theme than I wouldn't doubt that it could happen again.
It's just not really a solid confirmation though, it's just going off of past releases. We'll see what happens though.
I mean, it would be pretty weird if they suddenly changed the release date of the skins tbh.
-
@FireHazard said:

I unfortunately can't find any info to confirm that.
I think everyone who wants new cosmetics should just wait until it's announced, speculating about dates isn't really going to help in my opinion.
I meant more like, every skin was released on Wednesday. Not on specific Wednesday.
Just checked: Yes it's Wednesday, for example latest Plague skin was released on 26th. And Nancy's and Steve's were on 12th.
-
Just be patient and wait till every Wednesday (i think that's when cosmetics release?)
-
Slugging into another down(s).
Slugging in general is useless. If you're slugging just because you can you're wasting your time. If you're slugging because you saw someone so you want to punish them for being out of the open or you have a slugging build then it's usefull.
(also it kinda works like hooks still - 1 person is immobilized while another has to help them)
-
Maaagic.

This penalty already exists. Perhaps increasing it a bit is acceptable.
However, this will proportionately encourage survivors to repair alone. Two survivors repairing two different generators at the same time (without being disturbed by the killer) remains and will remain more efficient than two survivors repairing two generators together successively. Yes.
So after destroying the toolboxes, after encouraging the survivors to repair alone, the killers will complain... that the survivors are working on different generators!
Let's go back to the effective long-term toolboxes. Let’s increase the number of charges necessary for repair rather than making useless all that is supposed to be beneficial. We must act at the root, and stop tirelessly pruning the bush before it no longer looks like anything.
Exactly, that's why using the shrouds on either side is mostly useless still! (unless you want that one specific gen to be done asap)
