It technically doesn't damage you. You are aplied like a mini status effect.
-
Everytime i see a change about Plague i will say this:
If you want survivors to cleanse by decreasing action speed or any other debuff, corruption version should get nerfed.
-
How about x8?
-
I do think it should get a little buff but i don't think this is it. Because then it legit becomes a free insta heal with no issues.
-
No.
And, if he needed nerfing, what exactly would you nerf in what way?

That"s called punishing the gen rush , so at least they'll consider healing and of course with your tiny brain you can think further , of course they would chose / nerf thanatophobia and dying light . Geez survivors have really the IQ of a red fish.
Oh wow you kinda went big with those numbers oof.
Survivors mostly dont want to heal because it takes forever tbh (16/20 seconds if healed by someone/+sloppy or 32/40 if self caring/+sloppy)
And if those were implemented Thana and dying light and any gen stopping perk would have to be either trashed or that nerfed that it would be pointless to run. (Like thana, imo it would be like 1 or 2% per injured survivor.)
Also the meta would become extra stale. Every survivor would have to have atleast Self Care or Bond and atleast brown medkit. Plague would automatically jump the tier list.

Im not saying taking off the clipping when you took a hit , but everyother situation
What other situation removes the collision?
-
I doubt they will ever delete SWF.
-
Those add-ons prevent a thing from happenning IN CASE it happens. Same goes for White Wards.

They are not useless
But are REALLY outclassed by other perks.
And tbh, how many times did you active Camaraderie (that helped) and Second Wind?

For the People who?
Both have their pros and cons.
Autodidact needs to stack up before it can be used effectively, punishes early but awards late, suffers the skillcheck problem.
For The People you need to be healed up otherwise you can't attempt the save, you yourself lose a health state and cannot be healed (effectively not being able to use it) for 90 seconds.

We'll Make it require to go injured after unhooks, lol.
Iron Will is a support crutch, that waste a perk slot to keep the build functional. A waste of perk slot.
Emapthy the same, a crutch you need to support a perk that barely function in combination with other perk.
DH is good in any build.
Did you just say Iron Will is a waste of a perk slot?
-
Yesn't.
Aka whenever they feel like it. There were some great suggestions on here (even some slight numbers buffs would help) so i hope they buff them soon.
Also still waiting for Quentin look buff.

the entire point of the breakable walls is that the killer will have to choose to take some time to make that area weaker for the rest of the match, they are probably experimenting with ways they can make strong loops more intractable on the killer side
Although for now the salloons walls are "you MUST break me to have a chance at the loops"

Thank you so much BHVR for punishing me for having a disability. I love having to sit out due to a penalty or spend the afternoon with a migraine, I love this choice so much.
They arent specificly punishing you because you have a disability. They are trying to punish people who dc.
Although i could see how this could be an issue, hope they do something to fix that for ya. Take care.

- Was this made for teabagging survivors in the exit gate?
- Would the gate still be openable?
-
It legit can't, mostly because blood is essential in tracking and other mechanics.
And changing the color also wouldn't be good cause everyone would change it to the most visible one.
Oh also, if you're playing this game for story or the spooks (most of the time) this isn't the game for you tbh.
-
Without help of perks or other survivrs (which also have perks or are many) you shouldn't be able to wiggle off on your own period.

Because if she hits you with hatchets, she downs you period. Also she has Iri hatchets.
Tbf most of the time if you get hit by speargun you also get injured or 70/30 on also being downed.

I could be wrong, but I would imagine that in places where he can get a clean shot on you, the area would be open enough that you can see him coming before he gets in range, and in places where you can't detect him properly through sight, he probably can't hit you reliably with the gun.
Tbh then, why does Huntress have that 40m Lullaby.
-
Yes, it's still a 5 second stun that can completely ruin killer's flow (even if they weren't tunneling)
-
Wow that sucks, sorry to hear that.

Injured survivors suffer a repair malus when they repair a generator while being injured . To begin with .
Again, that's just making the main objective longer. The survivor still would have 1 main thing to do while not occupied - Generators.

Schools closed for 2 weeks = More gaming time.
More free time to finish the rift (sweet) + playing every Kingdom Hearts games.

none of the new killer perks are good. But you have have a survivor perk that can insta heal someone. Seems fair
While also sacrificing their own health state + getting broken.
This perk only counters slugging.
-
The timing of that needs to be really precise to pull off tbh. Unless it's super laggy. (and ofc the survivor you're healing isn't a little pansy and doesn't run before hand xd
-
a killer who has a range, a lunge and is faster than you.
Did you ever play against a Huntress?
-
The toolboxes changes were implemented to ease up on the rush (and using toolboxes for the entire duration of the gens even 2 with add-ons)
And the rush will never be weakenned in itself IF there isn't anything else that survivors need to do.

Why did you necro this post? It's from 2018...
Now the 12 charges make sense.... I feel bamboozled.
-
Tbh that Self-Care "nerf" with good survivors would be even a buff. Think about it - 24 second heal, which has skillechecks that can give you more charges just for doing your thing.
And i dislike the exhaustion change. You are basically punished for using a perk (although this could work for adrenaline and adrenaline only).

If the lobby is solo, have the button. If not, disable the button. Simple quality of life change.
Again, the lobby always acts as a swf lobby. You can see that when you quit a game lobby as killer and try switching to survivor - you cant even make a lobby
-
New Map, New Killer (even tho he might be a tad weak) and New Survivor (idk i just love her design)
I'm not really that fond of the perks tbh. Although For The People seems like a cool design i've yet to see a "proper" use for it.
-
I got so excited about that tweet... me, the sad quentin main, is still sad it didn't come to life yet.

This is what is happening? I came on here to see if there was a glitch. I brought in a toolbox with add ons to increase charge, and the tool bar was gone within seconds? This is not a glitch but another bright idea of the developers?
It's a change to make toolboxes less of a genrushing problem.
Here https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/130537/developer-update-february-2020#latest

To be fair it says while hiding in the locker. Pretty sure when you're going inside it you're not yet hiding.
-
(Sorry in advance)
The game should allow killers to keep addons if the power isn't used for the whole match and they kill everyone.
-
It was however it's gone because of how Survivor lobby now behaves.
-
Okay... 1st of all this is so survivor biased. Even tho you say later you play both sides.
2nd
I could not get it back beacouse everyone is going to get this for free. And that is just bullshit, I checked and I got the WRONG jacket on David King, no shirt to Kate Denson, no Hound mask to Huntress AND no BBQ hammer on Hillbilly, I said this is unfair, Dead by Daylight's answer: I would not get my things back in this treat.
Wdym by wrong jacket? And no, Hound mask and THE donkey jacket weren't released for everyone. Also if you STILL don't have those items you should send a ticket again.
3rd
The hard camp beginned when Huntress came with hers hatches, no more pallet looping how to survive was the question then survivors learned play against her. So maybe we should take away a couple of pallets and THEN relase Spirit! WHAT A GREAT IDEA!! No pallets and she came with her good perk: spirit fury, SUPER FUN!!! Just for the killers.
You should know why these changes came. The survivors were too strong with so many tools. And then an amazing killer (after tweaks came about) that needed to be nerfed because she was that good.
4th
In the way you treat the players who supported you in the beginning, I will tell everyone that this game is not even worth 1 cent! The way you treat your supporters is disgusting! I stopped play this [BAD WORD] hole game beacouse of toxic devs and real toxic killers, 99% of the killers ONLY have a skill at tunneling/camping, and its even worse in red rank. And after your update (Can't leave game) I got enough,
Then do that. No one can stop you. And you're complaining about dc penalty. How many times per day were you dc'ing?
-
Also i've seen people stalking the tree and still getting their power up.
-
@Marcavecunc said:
I'll bite
How exactly do you feel the change is a nerf? Not being able to 99 them anymore and having to spend a whole 2 seconds and a half to do it in the killer's face instead of a single click?
Mostly depends on how you look at it. (also it was advertised as a nerf so people who don't play it with will see it as that, a nerf)
-
If they're charms only or some very specific cosmetics i wouldn't mind it.
And (unless they add it) you wouldn't be able to see those dances when playing killer :p
-
Then dont.
And its gonna take a LOT of bad decisions to kill this game. Like a lot lot more
-
Sabo =/= disarm

There always has been.
Survivors not enjoying doc. Gets a rework.
Survivors against Ruin and it's high use rate as it was a necessity at high ranks. Gets nerfed.
Decisive strike appearing 47 out of 100 games against red ranks when I tested (which meant two on average per game) and many calling it to strong yet it's still the same.
The last nerf I can think of before the add on nerf was making balanced landing not an infinite perk.
To be fair, doc's rework actually made him way stronger than before.
-
Oh gosh its like those "im at the exit in perfext place so even if they hit me im fine" and then you arent scerario
-
He fun. Atleast at ranks 8-10 without super tryhardy survivors (suprisingly)
I might even P3 him

It is annoying, all killers can hit a distance greater than the pallet length. Also pallets will push the killer to safety if they are under it, and sometimes the pallet will switch you from the side you dropped it on to the other side so you are right next to the killer. For a game with so much lag problems it is kind of silly how small the window is to use something safely. You can't use it based off of what you see on the screen, because the visuals and game play are like half a second off.
I wish I understood what the Devs are going for. I feel like they have an idea of what they want gameplay to be like but it doesn't line up with what players want. To me it seems like they want to make it a game which favors the killer so they have more people hosting games (the killers' machine hosts the game.) So they listen to the complaints of killer mains who say the game is survivor heavy.
>
Also pallets will push the killer to safety if they are under it, and sometimes the pallet will switch you from the side you dropped it on to the other side so you are right next to the killer.By safety do you mean get stunned and pushed to the side? If so that is to prevent getting stuck in the pallet.
Also i've yet to see survivor being the one teleported (if that happens its usually the killer)

well I think it was made to prevent you from going into those dead ends, since there is so much variation of their placement on dead dawg saloon, I think it is meant to help you know where you can and cannot go. Although I certainly agree that it is one hell of an eyesore
Or because it has "technically" the same mechanics as a pallet the perk cannot distinguish what's a pallet or a wall.
-
Doubt they would remove maps. Tho i agree it's way too dark with big bushes.

Hawkings is not bugued, just you probably fix another gen, the special gen is NOT the gen in the portal, is the gen upstairs, the one who is alone in a room, check the map page in the gamepedia to see a picture of the gen (I discovered there).
... I meant was. No is. Y'know when it was released.
Although it could've been Plague's map...
