I wont be too shocked if it doesnt since well sometimes games dont transfer to the next gen but obviously continue working on pc. And since console has so many issues.... i can see it being easier to leave us in the dust.
Not that they will, just that i can see it being a easier thing for them to do when the time comes if say its gonna cost a lot. Maybe they could ask us or something before the consoles come out? Like an in game survey, Will you be getting the next gen console? If so will you want dbd to be on said platform? Then they could see if its worth it i guess?
I’ve put so much money into the PS4 version if I have to start over I don’t think I would buy it again

Like i said unless they fix a lot. I feel like survivors fine survivors could probably do fine against a pc killer its all the killer side that has the most issues anyway. That isnt frame related that is.
Hence why if they fixed and made things on par with pc mayyyybe i could see it being ok.
Cross between the consoles would probably be better yeah im also curious if they will release on new consoles that come out what next year? Because i would like to continue playing but i dont know if i feel like swapping between consoles constantly haha
If our progress doesn’t move over to the ps5 or next Xbox and we lose everything I will be devastated

Its gone on a while now that i feel like if it gets any worse no one is going to play on console anymore.
Especially if they are planning on cross play/save etc if console is going to cross play with pc then there is a lot that needs done first and if they dont then why play console at all?
I’m hoping the cross play is only between consoles like Xbox and PS4 because if we have to play with PC people that’s like not even fair

Yeah no console is horrid lately. 1fps when anything happens. Adrenaline? Sprint burst? You bet your gonna run into a wall because 1fps when turning a corner isnt fun! Lithe? Lag back into the vault! Bloodlust right as your close enough to hit the survivor? Miss because you suddenly cant see anything from the 1fps! Someone hopped out a locker and the killer has iron maiden? EVERYONE LAG!
thats the main ones ive noticed so far haha not to mention all the freezing up and crashing errors when your in a swf group.
Havent played much of the new update yet to see if much if any is fixed
Idk the new map has some frame problems too and when the ONI powers up I notice some frame drop. I just hope they focus on console health a little more because I feel like they focus on PC more than anything.

Yes please I always play solo and it was amazing and I never dodged a single lobby because of it. If someone was lower I knew just to expect a little less of them and if someone was higher I knew they would be better in chases etc it was never a problem

They have said a lot was coming to console like FPS fixes and more but I feel like ever since the archives consoles have just gotten worse and they haven’t really said much on it so I’m sure sensitivity isn’t changing any time soon but I hope I’m wrong

I... think I might actually be able to get it too, since I got my aluric shards back form the rift thing * w *;; maybe my bank is safe... for now. I do need to get more ira shards, I kept buying shrine perks for more bloodpoints;; mistakes....mistakes.

Right I know Instantly I’m spending the $10 on the yui cosmetic with the ponytail and face cover. Its just too cool not to get!!!

They def learned to make better stories over the years but that’s what archives are for to revisit old characters and dive into the lore
