Add on suggestions:
1. Survivors are revealed by killer instinct for a very short amount of time every x amount of seconds while mending When out of FF. See previous post for explanation.
2. Survivors suffering from deep wound make louder injured noises.
3. Survivors have their aura revealed for x amount of seconds when they stop mending. Unsure if there should be a noise notification.
4. Frank's mix tape rework: Hitting a survivor with FF then hitting another one and going back to hit the first survivor depletes the deep wound bar by a large amount. Maybe doesn't fully deplete the Frenzy bar but would still stun Legion. Would still be hard to down with frenzy but it adds pressure.
5. Increases FF duration tremendously (5 to 8 seconds) but with increased stun duration (.5 seconds to 1 second)
6. Survivors hit with FF suffer from the hindered status effect for a short time.

I like it. It makes sense, wouldn't you (In a feral state) get more and more excited the more blood you spilled?
That's how I think of it. Like a happy and excited version of aww ######### here we go again.
AWWW SHIIIT HERE WE GOOOOO AGAIN!!!!

Sneaky! Though, you have to use KI to find people IN FF right now. You cant track with scratch OR Blood.
This is my current though process with Legion changes. Survivors already don't like mending so I don't want to increase the time it take to fully mend. Debuffs like decreased repair speed are too oppressive apparently. So I'm thinking of ways to buff Legion for using his power rather than debuff the survivors.

My thinking was this, you hit someone with FF and run off to hit someone else. You hit them and end your frenzy or don't make it ti them and end the power. When out of FF you hear the heartbeat and see the KI mark for a very short amount of time (for balance) every x amount of seconds while that first survivor is mending. What also helps balance this is that it is hard to tell distance with killer instinct.

Though any TR change might mean KI needs a change right? Radius, as I said in the first post.
What do you think of this?
Survivors are revealed by killer instinct for a very short amount of time every x amount of seconds while mending When out of FF. Cannot be included with change number 4 (from my other post). Maybe this could be an add on?

Yeah, killer instinct should be seperate from terror radius anyways. Also, one change that needs to be made regardless to what other changes are made is reduce the FF stun time to 3 seconds from 4 seconds.

Oh! Those are rather good! Very interesting changes. I have to say my favorite part is the mend changes!
Here's a change to your suggestions:
After hitting two survivors with Feral Frenzy the Legions red stain is removed for x amount of seconds which would help with downs. Third hit lowers terror radius by 8 meters for x amount of seconds which could help with hitting that last survivor. With monitor and abuse the terror radius will be 16 meters. Addons could influence this.

Thank you so much! Just please please please keep the rushdown style! That's my favorite part... it's WHY i play Legion! We need to keep it!
These are suggestions that have come up before but I tweaked them a bit
1. Hitting three survivors with Feral Frenzy grants Legion a one hit down for x amount of seconds on the last survivor. Perhaps give the last survivor the exposed status effect. This one was suggestef before but I tweaked it a bit.
2. First two survivors hit with Feral Frenzy grants 2% increased movement speed each while the third grants a 1% increase bringing their movement speed in Feral Frenzy up to 130%.
3. At base, being hit with Feral Frenzy causes mangled that persists until fully healed. Can't be stacked with other mangled status effects like sloppy butcher but works with coulraphobia and the like.
4. If a survivor stops mending then they are downed. Deep wound timer depletes while doing an action (mending, repairing, sabotaging and so on) even while near the killer. If not doing an action the deep wound timer does not deplete while within 32 meters of the killer.
To add to number 4, deep wound timer will be based off of distance from the killer and not the terror radius. So, with current Legion and this one change deep wound would not deplete when within 32 meters of the killer unless commiting to an action.

The problem is that add-on sucks eggs.
Waste more time hitting them a second time and then initiating The Chase where you have to hit them a third time then you would if you had just got as close as possible and then cancelled Frenzy
Yup, those addons are awful. All we can do is wait to see what they do with Legion.

So me and @LordGlint were talking about DBD and I told him that I was working on an Idea for Legion. I originally wanted something that hearkened back to there gang. Some kind of locker insanity or something but honestly, none of that would work, or at the very least it would be rather hard to put in game. So we started asking, what is Legion's main issue? Well, his power is kinda useless. By the time you slash one person, the rest have gone OR if they are injured they hear your TR and just book it.
First of all, let's take the removal of the blood trail in FF and the "M1s remove 50% of your power" things away. Those are silly and honestly, neither of us could come up with one good reason the Devs did that.
Secondly, DO NOT WORRY! We are not making his power lethal or put the chase on a "Timer". That is why people hated old Legion. We don't want that again.
So back to the main point. What do you do when you see Legion put deep wounds on someone nearby? You BOOK IT! You can't hide, but you can get away till they get hit with the end of power stun. Survivors know about There presence in advance in the general area... in other words the next victims.
So, you might be asking yourself, what do you do? Well it's simple! You could do one of two things.
- Remove his TR and red stain in FF. Just straight remove it so that he can run up on survivors and get them with FF and surprise them. Make the KI work on a radius. You could say there Frenzy is so great it cuts the ties the Entity have put on them for a limited time.
- Make his base TR 16 and his FF TR 24. Kinda a new approach to the same idea. This way would also open up Legion to be able to sneak up better on the people he has hit with his FF and need to m1 now to down. Legion is already the shortest Killer (yes, shorter than Hag) so they could FINALLY live up to the trailer and be even a LITTLE sneaky.
"But what about the stun?" Well, if you think about it, it's similar to Nurse. It's there to make sure that you don't just end it and m1. You MIGHT be able to shorten it, but it's not bad because it serves it's purpose.
Honestly, even with JUST these changes, We think that Legion would be in a better place AND keep the play style that Legion players love. Maybe even add old vaulting speeds back?
Also shoutout to @Frosty for getting me to think of this in the first place and for wanting me to post it.
This isn't including any thoughts on Mending and Deep Wounds, cause after BT got it too, it's no longer just a Legion Issue.
Your first idea of removing his terror radius and red stain during FF is interesting though it still won't help with getting a down. Downing has always been his issue even before the mega nerf (it being on a timer).
While, your second idea is also interesting but maybe the decreased terror radius should be linked to their power. Something like hitting a survivor in FF will lower the terror radius and remove the red stain for x amount of seconds after ending FF. Monitor would lower the radius to 8 which would be pretty strong. A shorter, faster tier 1 Myers.
I feel that borrowed time and Legion's power need to be separated.

I had over 600 hours in old Legion and kind of 100 hours in the new, I know what I am talking about and you are true that you dont need necessary a power to kill survivors, but it is not fun at all and against good survivors you have no chances, especially in a swf.
Your idea doesnt took the running stabbing idea away thats true, but it is not a solve or fix or buff in any way, look at ghostface for an example. He is not bad but not that good at all aswell and he is probably the best stealthiest killer ever. Stealth is not a good fit for Legion, and the current FF is not fine at all, the running speed is a joke, the vault speed is slow and sluggish as #########, The cooldown is waaaaay to long with the "missing hit deplete power gauge" and the fatigue stun is more of a punishment then a power.
But even if all these FF aspects are gonna get buffed, Legion would still stay in a really bad spot because even wraith has a chase ability, he can atleast cloak to gain extra speed and run pass a survivor in chase to block a window or pallet of and then unclock. You cant do anything as a Legion and cry while you are getting looped.
Ghostface is incredibly powerful and I do very well with him in red ranks. I'm consistently rank 1 playing almost exclusively him.

Adrenaline isn't even as OP as people make it out to be. You get healed once and a speed boost for a few seconds. NOED counters it and if the killer is good, they can get you down again no problem. Also if you downed, you become injured and are a 1 hit no matter what.
If adrenaline wasn't that great then it wouldn't be meta.... Have you never chased someone injured and as you're about to hit them they heal and sprint burst away? Or, have 3 or 4 injured people heal once the last gen pops?
Adrenaline is extremely powerful. Though I'd choose instaheals and keys being removed before asking adrenaline to be removed.

Ok that’s editable. 24 meters? 36? It needs to be enough to say the survivor reached safety, but not so much that they can just chase to killer around from a distance to maintain the DS timer.
And after a certain amount of seconds will ds deactivate

you know i'm planning in buying two more killers: Michael Myers, GhostFace or Legion.
Myers I already confirmed that I'm buying him.
But both Legion and GhostFace are pretty cool. And I can't decide which one to buy.
Can somebody experienced give me an advice?
Legion's perks are okay with discordance being pretty good. Ghostface's perks are also just okay with thrilling tremors being the best of the three.
Choose Legion for discordance which glows yellow and alerts you to multiple survivors working on one gen. Ghostface is the better killer.

My logic says Demogorgon. Ridiculously hard to outrun, and it can probably track you for miles (don't know the limit, never seen Stranger Things).
My awareness says Legion. If one's after you, in a real life situation, they'd likely ALL be after you.
Imagine all of them having old Legion's kit and Frenzying after you together. Equipped with the old Frank's mix tape and cold dirt. In reality, the Entity wouldn't give a ######### if survivors thought the killerd were unfair as long as it got what it wanted. Their emotions.

Switching Fathers glasses with prayer beads would make the glasses purple and the beads iri, so it’d be more common.
Prayer beads will be less common if they are ultra rare.

No, I didn't say to just make prayer beads an iri so she has three ultra rares. Switching Father's glasses and prayer beads should make prayer beads less common in blood webs.
-
Spirit does not need her add ons reworked. As a lot of us have been saying, switching the rarity of Father's glasses and prayers beads is enough. Her base kit is fine too for the most part.

I did warn them that the current changes would cause the matchmaking skill gap to be more so on my level than theirs ( it was a full swf). I'm a rank 2, so that really meant unforgiving matchmaking for them.
I honestly think matchmaking should try out brackets instead of average, or matchmaking based off the highest rank.
Yes I could use a smurfs account, but nothing is more annoying to me than a smurf account to avoid losing rank on the main.

Nah you just haven't played with an optimal team to actually know why most killers arent viable at red ranks
To add to this, an optimal survivor, for the most part, is working on gens as much and as often as possible. With only one survivor able to be chased at once the other three will attach themselves to a gen. Toolboxes make it easier for them but they aren't necessary.
This is my view of optimal. Though, once a survivor realizes that's all that is required that is all they will focus on.

No new Legion outfits until they are buffed. If there are any before then I will not buy them.

I'd argue that Demogorgon is the strongest gen protector with its portals having killer instinct. Killer instinct works vertically as well as horizontally.
Step One: Place portals near gens then activate them.
Step Two: Charge power and listen for heartbeat.
Step Three: Travel to portal with heartbeat.
Step Four: Profit
Once the portals are setup you don't even need to walk to the gens to patrol them. Just use your power. Also, your portals being cleansed is a good thing as the survivors can be ambushed if you are nearby (they don't hear the terror radius), they are cleansing instead of repairing gens, and alerts you to their whereabouts when fully cleansed.
Demo has a lot tracking and information potential as well as being strong with protecting things like the basement, hooks, and gens. In some ways its ability to protect is better than hags as the portals can't be avoided by crouching through or removed with flashlights.
-
Oblivious prevents borrowed time from activating thus making Freddy a strong camper. Though, if someone has OoO your aura will always be able to be revealed by them as long as they are asleep.
