  • @drunky26 Yes, like window shopping. That's a great suggestion that a few other games have.

  • If you don't think you have enough time to make the battle pass worth it then don't invest in buying one. For those who can and want to complete the pass will. Even if it offers exclusives, guess what? They payed for and put the time in. It gives it more value. If it was all available yo everyone it would cheapen it's value. Make it seem less special.

People thought it was even weak because they could not play it and it was the most bugged character, her blinks were not precise as now, teleportation between floors was a tragedy, and the automatic attack was more disturbing than helping. People saying she got huge nerf after one month i think, but overall, fixing maps, her blinks, making her more precise, she got for me buff. She's stronger than in past.

@noneofyourbusiness Thanks for answering. Had been curious about her release for a while now.

P.s. Have you watched the official Ghostface trailer?

  • I have this issue with doctor. His big stick is just too big

  • @ReikoMori The post you are quoting is from last year. Long before Ghostface was leaked.

  • @Vlyse 1. Slugging the 3rd to get the 4th was complained about often. As is slugging in general.

    2. Why would deserve to escape if you failed the objective? There can/should be only so many chances. Perhaps, it was you who played bad or worse than your teammates. Turn those thoughts inwards.

    3. End game collapse doesn't start until the hatch is closed. Luck can favor you just as it can favor the killer. Maps are a great way of getting an edge on finding the hatch.

This is the most fair iteration of end game to date. I'd agree in that end game slightly favors the killer yet you still have your chance. As it is now, you don't even need to have 2 gens completed which some might say was pretty difficult to achieve when it was required.

  • Tinkerer, MnA, surveillance, insidious, sloppy butcher, infectios fright, dark devotion to name a few that might be good on him.

  • @U@Usui Saying Legion using thana/sloppy is abusive is akin to claiming survivors using toolboxes/prove thyself is abuse. How else is a Legion supposed to provide pressure and keep survivors off gens or slowing gen progress? They changed thana so that it decreases action speed by 3% when one survivor is injured rather than 9%. Try healing so gens get done quicker. Like a previous post stated, we'll make it and med kits can help tremendously in that regard.

Any action aimed at winning without exploiting - not toxic.
Any actiom aimed at making someone else upset, unhappy or unable to enjoy the game - toxic.

If you play any sport, you should understand that "having no effect on the game" is in no way an excuse.  Calling a player racial slurs, for instance, has no physical impact on the game, but is totally unacceptible.  And the "getting in thier head to make them play stupid" excuse for taunting has never flown in any sport, so I don't see why the anonymity of an online game makes this somehow acceptible.

You can make the argument that players should simply ignore this behavior, and I agree, but that doesnt make the behavior acceptible and the devs/mods should NOT ignore it.  For that matter, other players should not encourage it.  I will often defend a killer from my fellow survivors in post game chat and thank them for the game when they didnt do anything to warrant the nonsense I see so often in the chat.

Exactly! Just because it doesn't directly effect gameplay doesn't mean it's appropriate behavior. The same people who behave in that manner should ask themselves how they'd feel being goaded and insulted in real life. Good sportsmanship and manners should apply in game as well. We're all human and deserve to be treated with respect.

  • Might I have a pin? Be a part of The League Of Legions?

  • Op's wording is a little confusing but are you saying what killer mains seem to be complain about untrue? Difficulty vs accountability. To summarize killers don't wish to admit that it is their own fault. @BayBounty, is this correct?

How is it broken if the survivor is already injured? Any other killer can m1 the survivor down from injured state and most use their power in some way to do the same. Example being another movement based killer like Spirit who moves much faster using her power but has slower base movement speed. Sound familiar?

You have to be skilled with Spirit and she has counterplay. Legion does not [BAD WORD] have any.

How is there no counterplay? Juke them and stay out of terror radius when someone else is being chased. Their FOV is significantly narrowed and scratches disappear completely so it can be easy to lose a survivor.

    We do.

I am assuming The Legion change you are referring to is this one:
The Deep Wound timer now starts at 20 seconds (instead of 30 seconds) when an injured survivor is hit by Feral Frenzy. The timer for Feral Frenzy hits on healthy survivors remains at 30 seconds.

This change is currently being tested on the PTB and is originally and idea coming from the Community.

If you don't like the change, you can just give your feedback here: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/-2-5-0-ptb

It's a very bad idea. Being able to 2 hit an injured survivor with just 1 Frenzy is really really stupid and broken.

How is it broken if the survivor is already injured? Any other killer can m1 the survivor down from injured state and most use their power in some way to do the same. Example being another movement based killer like Spirit who moves much faster using her power but has slower base movement speed. Sound familiar?

To compare and contrast: Spirit loses sight of survivors but can see their scratches as well as blood if using the ultra rare add on. Legion loses sight of scratches but can see the survivor and their blood yet doesn't move as fast as spirit (Billy too but that's a whole other comparison).

What point I'm trying to make is that it isn't ridiculous for Legion to be able to down someone using their power if they are already injured. Where I do agree with tweaks being needed is some Legion players moonwalking survivors to death.

Multiple people have made posts like this so don't think I'm picking on you but it's a good example to what I was talking about.

What about a perk that lets you hear a heartbeat that gets louder as the killer gets closer?

That's a great idea. You think they'll implement it?
  •  This thread was interesting enough for me to create a profile here and comment. So, here is my input.

In regard to likening the importance of pallets to hooks. As already stated in this thread, pallets are a tool to prolong or escape a chase. Which I'd find equal to a killer's power such as the Trapper's bear traps rather than a hook. These powers can be a tool to help end a chase in the killer's favor.

How frustrating and frequent do survivors loop then slam a pallet on my face already. Afterwhich, the survivor sprints to the next loop with a pallet and repeats this process. A killer could decide to search for another survivor only for this one to do the same. If pallets were to regenerate there would be no end to it.

If pallets were to regenerate with the current frequency and placement then it would tip the scale too far in the survivors' favor. Said frequency and placement would have to be rethought which I believe OP has stated to a degree.

My thinking is that a higher percentage of pallets should spawn near generators and less by looping areas. This would help in getting away from the killer if the survivors are working towards their objective. Loops would still help prolong a chase while not being unfair.

On a side note, I'm so excited for the new killer!
