This is coming from experience of playing as spirit and against her, I'm not saying that she's OP or anything, a well organized team can still gen rush her as she's not gonna be able to down everyone constantly, but she's kinda like the v1 legion, once she sees you, there is only hope that can save you.

Spirit is not an easy match up and its primarily why i run iron will along with the number of jukes you can get from iron will. This is a tough matchup but your goal shouldn't be to lose her but confuse her long enough to reach a pallet close by. Once she expends her power shes a 110 ms killer which makes looping her significantly easier.
Shes also a different killer to face in competitve ranks other then billy and nurse. For eu players its either her or nurse i do not want to see this killer nerfed as substitutes for high rank killers is nurse only in eu due to billy not quite cutting it in red ranks. Try counterplay siggested above and be patient around spirit plenty of survivours can loop and juke a spirit with practise look at marths survivour gameplay vs spirit for a guide on how to adequatly counter the spirit.

There are perks that help with that.

If you walk you are incredibly slow and she noticed you walk since scratchmarks ended and she will appear near you and she also have half sec of phase speed when out of phasing and can easily spot you again. Walking just removes scratchmarks so she will quit phasing and hit you the same. You just can't escape her.
About the perks which one? IW will not hide bloodstains nor scratchmarks, UE it's kind of like walking.
The only perks that might counter her are Dance with me, Lithe and Q&Q But you need to use a combo of 3 perks just to try counter her that's stupid.

How can you hide your scratch marks if she can see scratch marks ended and it's obvious you're there? I know how she works and I also run Iron Will but she will still check scratchmarks and blood stains...

The killers spends time to break the pallet while you just run to the next loop and perks like lithe, dead hard can make it easier. Knowing where the pallets are all the time is too strong.

What's the problem with Sprint Burst?

Not having a cooldown will make it too strong. You instantly know where not broken pallets are and always going to pallets wasting 0 time and making really long chases until all pallets are used.

Bump. Devs please take this in consideration. Survivors MOSTLY run the same perks because these one listed are really weak and situational...
We would like to use different perks, but only if they are actually effective...

Survivors who kill themselves if a killer is camping them.
If you stall the camper the other 3 survivors can do gens, it's a sacrifice but still you die the same, then why not dieing and making killer's work harder?

I think she would initially dislike him, and eventually sleep with him when she realizes he is an ######### who still risks his life to save everyone. From what I understand, David is a jerk who still looks out for everyone. She would probably hook up because she is a live life by the moment person. But I don’t think she would ever ‘date’ him. She would go for a nice guy like Quinten or Dwight. But I think Quinten would be hung up on Nancy and not be interested in anyone.
Actually, Kate probably isn’t the relationship type. She doesn’t seem like someone to be held down by anyone, especially in a nightmare world where they survive and die over and over and over, etc.
I think the same, I can see Kate with Quentin, but she is a free spirit type of person, an Aquarian sign 100%

Try out: Iron Will, Urban Evasion, Premonition and Adrenaline!
Usually I try to be seen the least possible, when killer finds me is usually late game and or I lose him with Iron Will or Adrenaline will be up and get healed and sprint away to exits!
