I play survivor atm due to this as the waiting means the the extra from the cakes don't mean much when I can use wglf and get more over time as there is normally at least one cake in the lobby used by someone.
If the cakes were really the issue then an easy fix would be up the % to receive cakes as survivor.
Instead the company prefers that killers wait 15+ minutes for a game? Ooof. Lots of people are complaining about the Q times and nothing seems to be done to fix it.

It's on sale with a bunch of DLCs now so its a perfect time to purchase it. As much as this community pisses and moans, we are still here playing. Even with the bugs it's a fun game.
You can purchase all the non-licensed DLC's through playtime... but it is a bit of a grind.

Why didn't you read the perk description before you purchased it?
Things are constantly changing in this game.... and this change has been discussed ad nauseam when they announced it was changing so a simple search you'd know it changed.

I wouldn't care about Q times if one group has a huge advantage over me where I couldn't get better with grinding or getting better skill wise.
This is not my video but you can see in this video how many issues console players have vs the PC masterrace. As Dreamnomad said it's not just the sensitivity.. but that is a big one for me.

Word of advice- keep after game chat off. Or just remember people will say you are reported, garbage or any iteration of that and because they are mad the game didn't go as they expected it would and want you to be as angry as they are. (or are sore winners)
If you are new it will push you away from this game - which despite all its flaws/bugs is really good at the core.

I think they explained why they are changing the hair in a recent dev stream. Too lazy to find it.. but it was causing graphics issues.. and some looked incredibly crusty.

you'll get the extra outfit and weapon. I don't know if steam will allow you to purchase.. on xbox if you buy a DLC with cells then try to purchase the DLC on the store it will say you already own it.

Yeah CD seems way too long to be a beneficial perk.
edit to say I think 20s is waay to short and they’d never change it to be that. 40-45 s would be a nice sweet spot.

So how is the PTB even beneficial at this point? We can't give feedback on something ThEY KnOw Is BuGgEd AnD WiLl Be FiXeD bEfOre He GOeS LiVe. So again we are going to be stuck with a broken or sub-par killer that will need many iterations after it is live to be fixed.
The Devs can start throwing fixes at us on the PTB and let us test them and provide feedback. Yes it's only a day, but no one wants to see this time go to waste or feel like their input is being ignored.

Are you really sure about that? I mean look at the history of the game and its patches. Sounding good and being good are very different in this game.
Example: Chase music was supposedly fixed according to patch notes... But they are now almost non-existent for survivors. Yep. Fixed. Yet the sounds killers have been saying have been broken for what seems like an eternity which are CRUCIAL for killers to track have been left broken. 👌

Don't we have enough low tier killers to teach new people the basics? How many do we need? Why does the killer roster need to be stacked with "fun killers to teach newbies" instead of fun killers that are also viable to play?
I am bored of the excuse that BHVR needs to cater to new people so they can learn the game. That's the purpose of having this ranking system.. so new people don't play with rank 1 seasoned people.

Killers role is to hunt and kill... if he can't do that...I'm not understanding how you are having fun since he's literally an M1 killer who can rarely get off his power. You'd be better off playing uncloaked wraith if that's what you want and at least that would be free. I don't mean to sound condescending.. just generally curious how he's fun for you. Am I missing something?

I know the battle pass is still a WIP but can you clarify a few things?
The battle pass cosmetics - will they be unique every season? If so, will one be able to purchase a pass to get cosmetics they have missed during a past season? Or will they be limited edition only to that specific season.

you said you bought the game a few days ago... you can't expect to be good at this point.
You should also try to think that the people you are playing against most likely have more experience than you do in the game and most likely many many more hours played too.
It's frustrating when you get bodied in a game, miss attacks or miss good plays.. but it happens to everyone - even the best of them. Just try to remind yourself you are new and learning and you'll get better :)

It's hard but not impossible to escape. I find it thrilling and have had some really fun escapes that way.
The only thing that kind of needs changing is killer not being able to close the hatch while the survivor is mid-jump into it.

Having a mobile game of DBD seems like a waste of resources when the PC and Console versions are constantly being worked on. It seems like a hassle to let alone not only add in a Switch version, but a mobile one too. I rather those resources go into the Quality of the already-existing platforms.

I can argue about the need for cosmetics... but a mobile game? As if this base game isn't already bugged to high heaven. There was this huge thread a few months back with all the bugs, wants and needs of the community. I can't find it.. but I wish BHVR would focus on that instead of a mobile game.

When was the last time you saw a licensed Michael Myers mask or costume that doesn't look like the original?
So most likely the people who own the license do not want his image changed. I assume BHVR have already asked because it's an extra revenue stream for them.
