I can tell you that this achievement took me way too long.
Though I think that Ruin would be good to slow to game down so you can get more time to stalk. Pop goes the weasel could also help with this.
Maybe bamboozle with fire up combo so you can catch up in chases really quickly. Enduring and Brutal strength could also be an option to catch up to people a bit quicker.
Try to stay away from NOED or Infectious Fright since they are perks that you need to down people with and with Evil Incarnate you are gonna murder them by hand anyway.
Monitor&Abuse is great to try and sneak up on people a bit more and catch them off guard.
Those are my tips and its important to see what perks fit with your play style, because a good perk with the wrong playstyle can become a bad perk in that scenerio.

The nurse had troubles blinking properly in the upstairs area so I used it against them when I found out and got reported for "using the upstairs".

Peanits is right. When you are on the tally screen you can click the settings button (the gear icon) and go to Match details at the top.
It will show you the page with the names and the character names next to it. Just like it would when you are in-game

Getting the bloody cosmetic is really nice if you like the character very much. You can show people that you invested allot of time into leveling her.

On PC I use a Xbox One controller for survivor. Gives me more control over my movement in general. I tried using a Steam controller, but I cant really get used to it.

When you open the file, there is a line for AutoAim (Might be called something slightly different. Not at my PC now.) It is set to "False" by default. Change it to "True" and it will make life a lot easier as killer. It doesn't guarantee hits, but before I changed this setting I used to spin around wildly when striking at survivors in very close range. Not sure why this option isn't in the game menu. Oh, and don't worry. This is just a settings file so changing anything is completely ok.

Tbh I'm usually the one of the team to do the gens while others go and look for the Ruin totem, so this has happened to me before that the Ruin totem was right by me.

I have been playing that game too. Dancing girl is my favorite so far and Crow is a close second.
The waiting times can be quite long at times, since not allot of people play it yet. But I'm very hopeful for the game.

I always gen jockey and go for saves. Ill run if I have to, but Ill try to avoid it when I can.

Sorry, there is no way to delete submitted tickets. You will just have to wait for it to go through, so don't worry and be patient for a response.

We'll make it really helps with this if you want to try it out. If the killer isnt camping you will be able to heal people up really quick.

Making circles with your LS helps with getting some strain off your controller. Also more gentle for your thumb.

The healing interaction, mending interaction, and a health state are 3 completely different things.
Mending is an action that recovers you from Deep Wound. Deep Wound is implemented as a health state.
Whenever you finish the mending interaction you "heal" from the Deep Wound health state, while the mending interaction itself is not considered healing. This is to prevent healing modifiers to apply to mending.
Adrenaline is not processed as a healing interaction as it instantly heals a health state instead. Since the healing interaction needs to channel with either Self Care, a med-kit, or healing others.

I dunno about others, but I usually forget to ready up while I'm eating or doing some other stuff while waiting. Being alt+tabbed with long queues does that sometimes.

After the mechanic got introduced where the killer can close the hatch its gotten a little harder to get that achievement.
I suggest playing SWF and coordinate with key and a map with the Black Silk Cord add-on. Or a Rainbow map with a Glass Bead add-on to show others where the hatch is by putting down a marker.
