Just make it 45% progress and healthstate completion. The perk is trash since your teammates cant know that you want to activate it and mostly accidently start healing or help healing.
Does it stack? Like if you healed that person to 99% then started healing another teammate for the 1% to activate the perk, is it like that currently or do you have to heal one survivor fully and if they already started healing then would it not count and reset the perk?

I believe it does that if it doesn't than that should be the only change made
Agreed. Second Wind is a good example of a perk that's decent in SWF but weak for solos (and there are a lot of them).
You can coordinate heals in SWF and this perk can shine, but in solo queue you'll find plenty of med-kits and Self Care. Sometimes teammates will even self-heal in your face because they want the points, or they don't unhook you for whatever reason.

It does stack. Ever since the last hotfix, it will show the progress for it to trigger.
Yes currently the perk in essence isn't bad, but it's hard to activate. I ran it for a while and only got the use it once, so I just stopped equipping it. Most of the time, I'd either get hooked fairly early, or I could never get a full 100% heal off on a teammate. Or, I get unhooked and immediately tunneled down before I even get the heal off because my teammate unhooks me right in front of the killer without Borrowed Time.
Nancy's healing perk is way better because you can use it at least once every match. Extremely easy to activate and use. The conditions of Second Wind are just too difficult to meet. In theory it sounds reasonable, but it just pretty much never happens, especially when the comparison is just...cleanse a single totem, dull or hex. Not even comparable.
Idk man... that's a huge payoff... healing during a chase, working on a gen not wasting anytime with mangled or having to worry about finding someone else.... its strong.... just do a full heal... bring WMI. EZ

I bring WMI and everything, but I still rarely get use out of the perk. Maybe it's because I don't get hooked very often, so I just end up feeling like it's a wasted perk slot and have since replaced it with other things.
Don't waste the 30 seconds before the game starts tabbed out. Talk to the other Survivors and let them know if you need them to help you out with stuff like these.
I always make sure everyone knows to come to me instead of healing themselves whenever I run a heal build, which is usually.

Yeah... if you don't get hooked that often then i don't see you getting much use out of it xD lol... unless you wanna challenge.. get the heal off, get hooked on purpose and let 2nd wind heal you mid chase... I'm sure the killer will enjoy that xD

I think it should be "Complete a heal action" instead of "heal a survivor the equivalent of one health state" :)
They should change it to this and increase healing speed by 33% until the perk gets activated. Also, make it so that the broken status effect isn't shown to the killer since it encourages tunneling.

Ya cause you are supposed to heal someone to a full health state
It is not considered full heal if they started to self-care even for a second.
That is the point if someone starts healing sorry you are out of luck there is no way to buff it without breaking the perk
Wich makes the perk utterly useless if ya cant get any use, besides this is not another MoM.

No it really isn't you just got to hope they don't have a medkit or self-care and hope no one else helps also how would you even buff it

We'll make it exists. But even if they see the little icon, its still useless because self-care.
idk really, heal atleast 50% or 75% would be nice.
That doesn't seem like a lot of work for a self-heal you don't have to stop to do.

Best to avoid this perk as a solo player imo.
Second wind is fine just another situational perk though. Lots of people in the higher ranks aren’t even bringing in self care anymore.
It should be heal other survivors to the equivalent of 1 full health state. It would make it a lot less situational.

I think this perk should just work without having to heal someone, maybe up the time to 60 seconds. It would basically be two free heals. So what?
Waste of a perk slot. Way too situational to afford it a perk slot. Then again, I feel DS is also a waste of a slot since it is one time use.

- Show to nearby people you have it.
- Make it consider coop-heals, medkit heals and Well Make It heals the same as a normal heal.

We'll make it really helps with this if you want to try it out. If the killer isnt camping you will be able to heal people up really quick.

I don’t think second wind is hard to activate, but console doesn’t have pre-game chat.
