That really doesn't matter if they retired them or removed them (Which they did the latter.)

They got removed because they would be wasted if someone put up a better map offering, thus losing bloodpoints.
They were removed about three years ago.
Why didn't the devs just retire the offerings then?

BUT, if you didn't do what I said above at the start of this post, you should go and try doing that than come back here and let me know... if nothing changes than it's probably bugged and won't let you continue for some reason.
If so, THAN file a support ticket... otherwise if you do what I said and it works than you're fine.
