They changed her once before, Meg and Jake too. 😂
You are mistaken sir/mam, that right there is Claudeet, Claudettes older sister. She's no longer in the entities realm, Trapper snuffed out the last bit of hope she had.

Model Updates? Where'd you find that at.
With the release of our 4th Realm Beyond update, we wanted to highlight the changes to Character Models and Animations, and share a bit about what you can expect to see in future updates.Second paragraph after the nurse pic.

Are you sure you read the perk correctly?
-Works within a 36M range, the Killer has to be looking directly at you, it ignores all detection immunities.
Your name would better suit the OP.

....destroy claudettes
NO! They are precious and must be protected. They enjoy filtered mineral water, nitrogen rich soil and lots of shade. Keep all sharp and blunt objects away from them.

I will never give up my Claudette. And if they ruin her model with the upcoming model updates, I will riot.

Tried nurse once, a year ago, and never touched her again. I prefer the relaxed play style of being a bush in solo queue.
-
Out of the thousands of games I've had, even before cross play, I have maybe had 3-4 killers accuse us of being toxic swf when we were all solo.
Survivors are the ones who complain more than anything, they even take it too far and wish death upon the killer because he killed them in a video game.
-
Terrible people play all the characters in this game, for me, it's usually Freddy, but I've had teammates more toxic than any killer.
-
I just got it and regret it. It doesn't match my playstyle at all. I want my shards back ;_;

the problem is no one wants to do bones and some of them spawn in basically impossible to find locations, and keep in mind if the gens don't get done quickly then any killer regardless of skill can very easily snowball
You have maps, Detectives Hunch and Small Game to help find totems. Giving up one perk slot to counter a killers perk is fair.
Your teammates being lazy or stupid is not a reason to make the game easier. It means they need to learn to get better or move on to an easier game.

In solo queue, the latter is definitely better than the former option, although I do think it would be possible to remove it if there was some sort of totem counter (even if it was attached to small game)
I disagree with the idea of a totem counter that freely gives survivors information. Uncertainty of the amount of totems is a strength for hex perks and they really don't need nerfs, no matter how little. If anything, I read an idea on the forums that can work. Devs can implement a candelabrum in the basement. Every time a hex is cleansed, one of the candles go out, this way, survivors can work for the information and don't have to bring in a perk.

I will always play stealth since my hands can't handle long chases. Even if they could, I prefer stealth. I like the idea of the killer being this oppressive force that I must avoid at all costs. It doesn't mean I wont do gens or help teammates, I will, but I will not stick my neck out for you if you're useless.
I just wish the devs would give more options for stealth game play. As things are, it seems like they're moving away from it.

No offense but by your profile pic Claudettes are some of the worst and most toxic survivors out there lol
Toxic players come in all shapes and sizes. For every toxic Claudette, there are 5 toxic Megs.
-
Their only saving grace is that I only see them in about 1 out of 100 matches. It's obvious the Devs weren't planning to release them when they did and were forced to.
-
Run Plunderers. Find key. Hide key in a corner. If teammates are useless or tryhards who don't do gens, find hatch and leave them. Granted you won't find a key every match, but the odds for one during non-even times are good and it is so satisfying when you get one.
Hoping for your teammates to do what they're supposed to do is a pipe dream. Work only for yourself.
-
Making a tunneling/camping killer spend ages looking for me. If you're going to tunnel me from the start of the match and I manage to get away, good luck finding me later. I'll go full immersive and disappear every time Spine Chill comes on. I love watching them check behind trees and rocks, only to find nothing.
I also love it when killers catch t-bagging survivors off guard at the exit gates with NOED. It makes me laugh every time. Should have left or should have done bones, but nooo, y'all wanted to gloat.
-
Nah, I'll give them the benefit of a doubt and wait to suicide on second hook. I will refuse to hit space bar if I get to second stage on my first hook.

I mean if that's the case then make your choice is unhealthy because it rewards the killer for good play and punishes the survivor for saving their teammates
and bbq is also unhealthy because it cut search time down and punishes those who are doing anything far away
MYC is healthy because it encourages the killer to not tunnel and go after the rescuer. At least, that's what I think the devs thought when designing it. I personally am not a fan of it because unlike NOED, it has no counter other than not unhooking your teammate.
BBQ is rewarding the killer for chasing the survivor, hitting them twice, picking them up, walking to the hook and hooking them. It collectively punishes the survivors for losing a chase. It also help survivors by encouraging the killer to not camp.

I'm not even upset about disconnect penalties, I know they need to be in the game. Just kinda upset I got booted out of the game for no reason.
Yea, I'd be pissed at the game for doing that to me too. Don't expect it to get better though, it won't. 😔
-
I rarely see sweaty, tunneling, camping Bubbas. I'm in high ranks, so that could be why. The ones I face run PWYF and zoom across the map eat pallets and are genuine threats to be reckoned with. I did have a afk Bubbi Boi that downed 3 of my teammates who were foolish enough to go into the basement and try to taunt him, but that was like a month ago.
-
Sorry you got punished for something that was out of your control, but the penalty is a necessary evil. You can thank all the people who quit the second things weren't going their way.

I understand that counter-argument in the case of a swf, but what about solos? Are we all supposed to go around the whole map once or twice to make sure each totem has been cleansed?
Obviously NoeD is a rare perk anyways, but I just thought I'd give a counter arguement to your counter arguement.
Yes, your whole team is responsible for finding totems. There is a reason why the broken bones remain after a totem is cleansed, so you can keep track of them.
If that is too much, your team can always ignore totems until the fifth gen pops and then you can hunt for the lit totem.

I'm not a Main. I play dbd at rank 1 both killer and soloq survivor. Theres no telling your soloq teammates cleansing totems or not. I just simply confused why would the survivors have to cleanse 5 totems for a single hex perk, why isn't it lit up from the beggining just like the rest?
I agree, the majority of the survivors are bad,but this has nothing to do with noed. Let's be real here the most efficient players don't give a damn about dull totems. So i just don't understand your argument, if the surviovors are bad they won't finish the gens anyway.
Survivors being bad has everything to do with NOED. You don't have to do all 5 totems. You can wait until the 5th gen is completed and then look for the lit totem. The reason why the totem isn't lit up is because it has an activation requirement. It's not like Devour Hope where it has to be active in order to acquire tokens.
Having bad teammates isn't a reason to gut a perfectly counter-able perk. Just like killers are not entitled to easy games and have to keep pressure up throughout the match, survivors need to do the same, and cleansing totems is part of it. If you want to use the excuse of having bad teammates that you can't rely on, then you can just hide and open the door and leave. Survivors would then finally learn how to start cleansing totems.
-
No, Freddy's arms are longer than ever now.
-
I keep seeing survivor mains spout "It rewards the user for bad game play" all the time, but that isn't the truth. The truth is it punishes survivors for bad game play. If the killer was bad, your team should have had no trouble cleansing dull totems. They're usually near gens and not overly difficult to spot. Survivor is mainly a team role with the option to be selfish and play solo. One player isn't meant to cleanse all the totems, everyone is. The devs have even implemented perks in order to promote totem cleansing- Detective's Hunch, Small Game and Inner Strength.
The perk is not god-awful, the majority of survivors are.
If the survivors were good, they would have no trouble taking turns looping the killer while their teammates work on generators. Strong perks in the game are a good thing, it breaks up the monotony of the matches. I rarely ever even see NOED in most of my games. Even when it does come up, it is cleansed within 30 seconds unless my team was bad.
-
Is this why Freddy's arms are as long as the golden gate bridge?
-
No. One of the healthiest things the Devs have ever done was to nerf Moris. They only thing they should do to moris is remove them from the blood web and make it base kit for killers.
I just hope they nerf keys as much as they nerfed moris. They really are unfair for killers.

I mean I want Kindred basekit as survivor, so I don't need to waste the perk slot for it when playing solo. But the devs keep ignoring that feedback so much
I agree with your OP but I disagree with Kindred as base-kit. I would rather devs give us more information in the HUD. Survivor icons should indicate what they're doing at all times. If someone is in a chase, they should have a running icon. If someone is on a gen, they should have a gen repair icon, if someone is doing nothing, then they have the basic icon and if they're healing, a healing icon. There should also be a colored ring around a survivors portrait whenever someones hooked. The colors should change the closer one is to the hooked person, which will allow survivors know who is going for the save.
Kindred is too much info to not be a perk. I know camping sucks, but sometimes, it's the right choice. I am also not a fan of survivors being able to see trap killers place their traps for free.
In order to fix early game camping and tunneling, they really just need to stop being lazy and implement teleporting hooks when there are still 3 or more gens left. I don't understand why they haven't done this yet. With the release of Pyramid head, you'd think it would be a no brainer to implement it not too long after.
Sorry for going off on a tangent, it's just frustrating to see how slow the devs are with implementing quality of life changes and only focusing on band-aiding the game with perks.

As a console player, I've noticed fellow xbox players being worse. But I blame the matchmaking. I have about 105 days worth of playtime and when I check their profile they only have like 1 or 2 and often are the weak link. Why the game is pairing us up is beyond me. I can't tell other peoples playtime or not so thats just my experience
Yea, I just assume console players just don't play as much as pc players do.
Also, I love your name.
-
I wouldn't say it is rare, I see it maybe once out of every 4-5 games, and it usually happens only after gens go really fast. I maybe see hard tunneling once out of every 6-7 games, and rarely do I see face camping. I do see proxy camping often though.
I also noticed console players camp and tunnel more often than pc players do. But that may just be my experience.
-
https://youtu.be/lJvl1PorYgc
We got a good boy here.
-
Even if they implement it, it won't work correctly until you get a good amount of players willing to play both sides at different ranks. As things stand now, not enough killers play at red ranks so matchmaking will still pair noobs against red ranks bully teams, which will just make killers not want to play.
We also have a problem with red rank killers getting paired up against rank 12-20 throughout the day and that just makes it miserable for survivors. Matchmaking probably never going to work as we need it to.

Server desync. Its a well known issue since the update and it affects everyone.
With all the crap that has happened to this game since the Twin Turds came out, you'd think Behavior would have spent a bit more time working on content to prevent crap like this from happening.
-
This is why I run Plunderers. If I find a key, I hide it in a corner and leave as soon as the hatch spawns. Once we are down to one gen, I go into stealth mode and avoid the killer at all costs. I'll still work on a gen as long as my idiot teammates didn't three gen us. If the gens get done, and my teammates were turds, I leave. I will go back in to help a good looper or someone I noticed who actually worked on objectives.
-
Last night I kept getting the same maps over and over(I hate the game more than ever now) and for some reason I kept getting Plague. Like, I haven't seen her in months and every killer wanted to play her last night. Got one tunneling Mr Cowboy that was actually a breath of fresh air from all of the vomit.

I transform into a bush. He can't kill me if he never sees me.

Wait, so is bug exploitation okay now?
No. But this is on the devs. They cant punish players for using a killers power as intended. So either they disable Trapper until it is fixed, or let Trapper players get their revenge on weekend night SWFs who abuse comms to neuter his power.
-
I'll be giving Trapper a try tomorrow night then! Woohoo, swfs are gonna finally hate me if this is true.

I'm against nerfing NoEd. The only nerf I want to noed, is an indirect nerf through a totem counter in the Fabulous New Shiny Beautiful HUD™.
Spirit and Freddy are mostly fine except for their add-ons. They are strong vanilla but with Add-ons can become unmanageable, especially coupled with powerful meta perks like Ruin and Tinkerer.
No. Anyone who wants a totem counter should have to go into the basement to see how many totems are left. They should at least work for the information.

Killer has usually been "easy mode" even before this update. If you are a good killer player, most survivors are easy to 4k. Killer is only difficult vs good runners, and good teams. If more people could loop on survivor, and made better choices, killer wouldn't be so easy.
Um, any game is easy against bad players. In this game, if the survivor is bad, the killer will have an easy time, if the killer is bad, the survivors will have the easy time. Killer role is inherently more difficult due to the fact that it's one person against 4.
