Bill players are a close second though
When I first played this game I used to hate Bills when I was killer. They were some of the most annoying, toxic players who could loop like no other.
Nowadays, they’re cute little potatoes that I’ll slightly roast and give hatch to.

Killer must run to the opposite side of the map after hooking someone. They must face the boundary wall and count to 30 before attempting their next chase.

There are no rules except those that the devs have set.
Everything else is fair game.
Excpet showing mercy to twerking shirtless David’s and Vittorio. Must always show them mercy or you are a horrible person.

As @tippy2k2 says, it’s not. It sucks but it is what it is. What you can do is punish the killer for playing like that and play super immersive. Many killers hate not being able to find you. You just have to make it to where you attempt to do gens here and there so you don’t get accused of holding the game hostage.
They wanna be a turd, repay them in kind.

The only thing that needs to happen is to have matchmaking queue up rampant dcers with each other. That way entitled babies who can’t handle loss or hardship can only ruin each others games.

My sentiments are the same when I play survivor. On killer, I keep getting baby survivors, which I hope stays the same because I only play to do rift challenges. I also have fun harassing newbies and then letting them go.

Once, while playing Hag, I placed all ten of my traps around a hooked survivor. I saw the light leave from their eyes as they proceeded to DC from the match.

I always assumed killer was easier because a lot of long time players left the game and now we have a huge influx of new players that came for Tentacle Daddy, Mr Baldy, Mr Whiskers and maybe Sadako. Most of my killer games are against people who don't look behind them when running, go for a flashlight save while injured and not know how to aim or generally run in a straight line. They don't even know what pre-dropping a pallet is (I play doctor) and I can easily use my power to get a hit at most loops from how bad they are.
I'm at the point to where I just terrorize these noob potatoes at the beginning of the match and get my Devour Hopes stacks. Once I get my five hooks, I farm and take them to the totem. Heck, a lot of people don't even know what farming is or understand that I want them to pallet stun me when I swing at the pallet a million times.

My point is simple:
Why would anyone play just a weaker and more boring version of an Artist? It makes no sense. Just play Artist.
If the only way of using his power efficiently is just tapping it at loops - no one will want to play as him or against him in less than a week.
I'm just hoping that I'm wrong and you will actually be able to use it efficiently like it was intended, so... I'm just gonna play as him in 3 matches, to get a complete view.
Also, I'm probably going to get a really strong survivors since the current mmr system is putting any new killer on a account with the same mmr as the highest mmr killer in your account. (For me it's Hag)
Because Artist is an Ugly Poopy Doo Doo Head who doesn’t know how to shut up and refuses to take a lozenge for her annoying hoarse cries.

Killer should be able to just pick up lit totems and hide them in their pocket. One falls out after a stun.

After someone DC's a new Meg-Bot will spawn. Her primary objective will be to harass the killer and hump their leg. The killer will be unable to attack the Meg-bot. If they try to, the killer will break out into a sexy new dance against their will.

Aww that really breaks my heart. My little Mo came to my work door in the middle of a blizzard, sick and almost dead. He's also missing most of his front teeth, slightly bow-legged, and very small for his size. In short, he's stunted. The vet said he must not have gotten much nutrition in his early life. What happened to his mom, and how his teeth got cracked off, I have no idea. He was fully grown (1-2 years old) when he found me. I wish I knew his background. It sucks when you meet an animal who's had such a harsh life, and it's even worse when it's because of the cruelty of humans. I'm so glad your cat has you now, and yes, I have no doubt she cares deeply for you.
Also, that shower story is hilarious lol 😂 Mo often snoops when I shower, but I think he gets flashbacks of when I had to give him a flea bath because he bolts if I jokingly try to grab him lol

(and lol, I too force some brief hugs on one of my cats. He loves affection, but only on his terms, so if I give him a hug he squirms to get away. Still, he bears it because I have the magic fingers that scratch his cheeks and chin lol)
My cat tolerates hugs. She came from a very abusive household and spent most of her life hiding under furniture so she took a while to come out of her shell. She’ll never be a lap cat but she lets me walk around with her cradled in my arm like a baby for a bit. But when I lay next to her and hold her she starts growling like crazy but never tried to attack me. She prefers to sit next to me and accept pets and brushing and now purrs very softly. Took her about six months to start purring with me.
Now, if I take out some cooked salmon she’s all over me and becomes the sweetest thing! She’ll purr and rub into my legs and sing and chirp for me. I know she loves me cause when she thinks I’m not around I catch her sleeping on my bed in the exact spot I sleep in or sometimes she’ll sleep on my clothes that I’ve left lying around even though she has her preferred cat bed and cat tower.
I do wish I could give her a hormone shot to make her like she was the day she gave birth. She was so cute and affectionate. I knew it was all hormones at the time but I made sure to take advantage and get all the belly rubs in that I could.

I forgot to add that she also comes to stand guard when I shower. She will jump in the bathroom sink (it’s right across the shower) and watch me until I’m done. She used to holler at me until I poked my head out from behind the shower curtain to let her know I’m okay. Once she fell in the tub while inspecting the situation and making sure I wasn’t dying. She doesn’t approach the tub any more.

I honestly keep forgetting there is a new chapter coming out. While I think knights are cool, this one doesn’t really stand out much except for their mori (which is really nice).
Im also not a fan of maps with little to no foliage.

In order -Rambo, Zaki and Misty. I had to share. Zaki should be a killer in Dbd. You should see how she likes to mutilate things.

Yes. They are all bad kitties and are lucky I love them. Rambo has to always traverse my desk and squeeze himself between my monitor and keyboard while stepping on keys. Zaki gives me her hoarse cry because how dare I not give her attention even though when I do she runs away or ignores me. Misty is the best. She sits next to me and lets me pet her and is patient with me when I play. I also torture her by forcing hugs on her but she bears with it because she knows I have salmon.

As long as you didn’t break any rules set by the devs, you have no reason to feel bad about anything. Lots of children and adults who behave like children play this game. Don’t let them get to you.

Id be more interested in a Evil Dead Dbd chapter with a demon as the killer and Pablo, Kelly and Ruby as survivors.
Id play Ruby and pretend I was Xena and die trying to beat up the killer.

@OP They just need to introduce him a cat cosmetic that includes a tail, ears and whiskers and players will flock to him with some name variation of Whiskers.

Just like the nerf with DS, the devs were too heavy handed. They should have just left it alone. Not every meta perk on the survivors side needed butchering.

Power Rangers.
Rita Repulsa as the Killer with Lord Zedd as Legendary Cosmetic. Their mori would be them making themselves giant and stepping on the survivor.
Survivor would be Kimberly the Pink Ranger and Tommy the Green Ranger and the White Tiger Ranger as his legendary cosmetic (I want his tiger sword to be included).
I know you said other than anime but I just finished watching Summertime Rendering and I really want to play as Ushio and have a Shadow killer. Heck, I’ll take a Claudette cosplaying as Ushio in a one piece swimsuit and blond wig!

I don't think basekit UB will help in this situation though. If a killer has you slugged as last alive they can let you self res then instantly down you again. Just stretches out the whole process even longer
Yea, but then more people will run Tenacity and make it harder for the killer to keep track of you and the one that's hiding. Throw in Inner Strength for a quick and hidden heal and hopefully killers would stop doing this so much. Hopefully. Maybe?! 😅

Whispers. It helps narrow down the location of hiding survivors that are refusing to do gens.
Base-kit Ruin, only it's not a hex and goes away after first kill. This would help killers build pressure but promote spreading of hooks, making tunneling less desirable. I dunno if it's speed nerf should be reverted or not tho.

No because they still haven’t released a Survivor that’s superior or at least equal to Claudette (only one that can come close is Henry Cavill).
Killer seems cool but I’m happy playing Doctor and just got Myers (and am in the process of hoarding scratches mirrors) so I can scare the crap out of people, irregardless whether I win or lose.
None of the perks are a must have for me either. Windows of Opportunity, Inner Strength, Unbreakable and Lithe all do their job and carry my potato butt and when I play killer I do fine with older perks.

Devour Hope and Trapper are fantastic. Especially if you use the add-on that injures survivors for disarming traps and the one that makes disarming take longer. You just have to hope that it spawns in a good spot.
I’ve been having really good results with Doctor while running Devour Hope, Undying and Haunted Grounds. Granted, I’ve been facing lots and lots of bad players, but Haunted Grounds and Undying help keep Devour up long enough to get at least four hooks. It’s great if the map isn’t huge and you can patrol near the totems.

No, it sucks, but it's not reportable. Don't worry, poopy players like this are ruining slugging for the rest of killer players and have caused BHVR to look at fixing it. Currently, they were working on base-kit unbreakable where you can get up on your own after 45 seconds. They had a test not too long ago but have been silent since then.

Dbd doesn't have enough sex appeal. I won't be satisfied until they introduce Henry Cavill as a survivor with a shirtless cosmetic where he only wears tighty whities.

It really should have been made a base-kit perk available in every survivors blood-web, not stuck behind a pay wall. Maybe increase the distance to 10 meters as well.

I was going to make a smart comment and say they should also introduce a gun that can kill the killer but after thinking about it, what you suggest would be nice if the devs made sure to balance the game around it all. Unfortunately, seems like BHVR has been stuck in a vicious cycle of releasing new mediocre content for the last several years.
New killers can only do so much, and now it's just the same old thing after a week of getting the same new killer over and over.
I disagree with things like crippling the killer. Killer should still be a fearsome thing to face, different ways to slow them down and maybe annoy them, but the core of the game is survivors running/hiding from the killer and that shouldn't change.
