Is this reportable?
Has happened to me a couple of times now. The killer keeping me in the game for no reason by just leaving me on the floor and letting me bleed out or waiting until the last second to mori me or hook me. Had games where I spent like 5 minutes on the ground not able to do anything. I have nothing against slugging but 5 minutes of just laying there not being able to do anything just feels to much. Wonder if this is reportable since it could be viewed as also being taken hostage if only for the time until I bleed out.

Unfortunately, this is not reportable. It is considered an okay practice because you have a set timer after which the game ends for you, which is not considered hostage taking.
Slugging is different than taking hostage. Slugged person will die sooner or later, thus making game progress/end. If killer bodyblocked you (or more) people in the corner and refused to down you and didn't allow the game to continue, that's being held hostage. Slugging isn't the most pleasant part of the game, but it's not reportable.
No, it sucks, but it's not reportable. Don't worry, poopy players like this are ruining slugging for the rest of killer players and have caused BHVR to look at fixing it. Currently, they were working on base-kit unbreakable where you can get up on your own after 45 seconds. They had a test not too long ago but have been silent since then.

Reporting things that is not against the rules is a very bad idea. It makes people really holding the game hostage getting away with it since people report camping, tunneling etc and they drown in reports.
I mean yeah but then tbagging would be reportable to and I don't think we want to go down that rabbit hole

Yes that's right I just used it cause you said it should be reportable cause it's bm and then all bm should be. Letting someone unnecessary bleed out is of course worse then tbagging no question

But whoever is in charge of looking through reports -- and my guess is that whoever it is, is probably swamped on a regular basis with the number of reports on actual hackers that are in the game still -- IS having their time wasted, meaning that your making those reports are making you part of the problem and not part of the solution.
It's no fun for me when I get tunneled out of the game playing survivor or hard-camped at 5 gens -- it happened to me more than once yesterday, once by a Nurse of all killers. But it's NOT against game rules, it sometimes is necessitated by game conditions if the killer wants a chance to win, and it's not a reportable offense, as the devs have clearly stated on numerous occasions. Reporting things that aren't against game rules doesn't help anyone in the long run, won't fix real problems, and adds unnecessary workload to people who don't need it.

Mm BMing isn't even reportable. You arent going to get anyone banned because the teabagged or torch clicked loo.
I don't think basekit UB will help in this situation though. If a killer has you slugged as last alive they can let you self res then instantly down you again. Just stretches out the whole process even longer
The reason is getting their jollies off. Same as any BM.
The people who do intentional bleedouts are just, unfortunately, patient.
I was afk and a nurse did this to me. Even if there was a reason it’s a waste of time and generally for petty reasons.
Yea, but then more people will run Tenacity and make it harder for the killer to keep track of you and the one that's hiding. Throw in Inner Strength for a quick and hidden heal and hopefully killers would stop doing this so much. Hopefully. Maybe?! 😅

Unfortunately it's not reportable. Bleeding out has a timer, so you can't say he\she was holding you hostage.
Btw... Some survivors are actually pretty infuriating with the way they playing, trolls, T-baggers, etc...
Just play a game, don't anger the person, and this person will not do anything bad back to you.

There is a lot of reasons for a different person on a killer to be mad about. But it's indeed should be a reason.
Won't help when you are last surv left alive. Im talkin exclusively when killer downs last surv to specifically make them bleed out.
Yeah, it's super rare for me, but I have absolutely been bled out for no discernable reason (or because it seemed clear the killer was just trying to be obnoxious).

It has never worked. Reporting hacker needs you to have a recording, open a ticket outside the game, and make a huge deal about it. It should be easy to report simple stuff, yet it isnt. So, until they don't fix it...
yeah its like that because peeps like you report for "hurr durr tunnelled me" They drown in reports. so whenever there is a REAL reason to report ALL other players have to go through hoops just for a single report.

The report system does work, but only when you report for things that can be actioned. Camping/slugging/tunneling - please do not report, you're wasting valuable resources and time by making false reports.
Afk is a detriment towards your teammates.
