You need to know how far the survivors are once you enter "Primal instinct" and you have to be able to hit the survivor or you suffer a 4 second cooldown without add-ons, you now need to know when to vault something as it is much slower

Withstanding pain should not affect being stabbed in the back?
Enduring should be able to protect from all pains because well, you are becoming resistant to pain, making you be able to withstand the pain and get back into the chase

What would happen if you walked by a hex, cleanse it if you feel like the killer does not have Haunted?

Hillbilly can travel across the map at high speeds and when ever, while spirit can only do it for a matter of time until having to wait for her power, Hillbilly can 1 shot down a survivor with his chainsaw, while spirit has to hit them twice, Hillbilly has 115% speed, Spirit is 110%
