Why is this still being discussed? An official BHVR employee directly told you in your second thread about the exact same topic that you are misinterpreting all of this and that camping isn't violating anything.
Edit. The link to said post: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/317261/please-do-not-report-camping-contradicts-the-dbd-bhvr-terms-of-use#latest

Thing is, there are like 6 default themes. If each killer gets their own theme, I’d like for those 6 to be maintained somehow. They’re pretty good. Distribute them across 6 killers.
Moreover, there’s a certain stealth aspect to having a generic TR at the start of a match. It could be a Trapper, but it could also be a Bubba or a Pig. If you hear, say, Doc’s TR, it cannot be anyone but Doc.
Those 6 could be assigned to trapper, wraith, pig, nightmare, leatherface and ghostface. Trapper and wraith are two of the first killers so having one of the first chase themes would be fitting fitting and while it would be better to get individual chase themes for all killers, I guess it would be another licensing issue to make unique themes for the other 4, so just giving them generic themes would work.
All of the other original killers (nurse, huntress, hag and plague) should definitely get completely new themes

Maybe wait until they announce the measures to lessen the ridiculous grind.
Anecdotal evidence but I got my sister to buy dbd last year during the anniversary while it was on sale and even with the bp bonus she said the grind made the game really unfun.
-
Nea tried to blind me at a pallet, got a tentacle to the face, ran into a zombie and dc'd.
-
They already are but fail to see that these are the only killers that aren't toys for high mmr groups.
Ideally, every killer would at the very least be viable in high mmr, but currently only 2 out of 27 see consistent play and get consistent results.
-
You can use nemesis (the perk) or furtive chase to generate more obsessions. You can also tunnel survivors. 9/10 times they have ds which also generates a new obsession. But I do agree that these challenges are just tedious.
-
Somewhere between "never" and "once in a blue moon". It's the pinhead situation all over again
-
You shouldn't be able to do a totem while a chain hunt is going on or if pinhead is actively chaining you. The chain being "too annoying" is a feature
-
"I’m not the greatest at running"
There is your reason why you get tunneled. You probably are an easy down.
-
It's still a better self care for the entire team that only cost one person a perk slot
-
Strong med kits mean no toolboxes with bnps and built to last does not provide its effect to the entire team, so I think it's fine. Also you can bring franklin's demise to counter med kits, something you couldn't do with CoH.
-
I aim for 0% but you'd be surprised how many people just die by accident either because they let go on hook or because the other survivors don't bother to save them, even though I'm literally on the other side of the map, so I'd say I'm somewhere between 10-20%.
-
Artist was released in a nerfed state, which was absolutely unnecessary but to be expected due to all of the survivors complaining on the ptb. She didn't deserve those nerfs.
Onryo was even buffed upon release but she is so bad that they would need to crank up her numbers severely to make her a threat. The directional teleport audio is a joke honestly, condemned isn't even remotely dangerous or a time waster like pig traps and I still don't get why they felt the need to make her slow down upon manifesting. Unlike wraith she: isn't faster while demanifested, isn't fully invisible and doesn't get a lunge buff upon manifesting, so why slow her down?
Edit. Forgot to mention they even gave her a lullaby for some inexplicable reason. I guess she would have been too op otherwise.

Then what purpose does Spine Chill serve? It would have 0 use.
It still tells you if a killer is approaching in advance and speeds up your actions. The fact that it singlehandedly invalidates stealth killers is ridiculous. Ghostface and Myers suffer the most because they need to look at survivors to stalk them.
-
Spine chill shouldn't work on an undetectable killer. This is the buff stealth killers need.
-
RPD. It's horrible no matter what role you play.

Survivors will probably demand that they see what hexes the killer has then.
this is already a thing
-
they should just fix the atrocious auto aim that pulls your swings towards the hooked survivor
-
Every killer ever would immediately land in the low priority queue because salty survivors would spam reports. If you don't believe me, just go back a few months and look at all the comments regarding the automatic report system. You will find that literally everything a killer does will earn them a report. Just an example: the official rules state camping and tunneling are NOT reportable offenses, yet a lot of people in said comments blatantly said they would report it anyway.
-
All offerings except survivor pudding, escape cake and BPS should be removed. They either serve no purpose other than being useless garbage you have to buy or are just broken (map offerings).
-
The character models are usually quite good looking and well designed and the music is pretty good.
-
Yes, we absolutely need to nerf her. If the birds hit a wall they die and leave a black splash on the wall to remind the artist of her failure and if the birds fly for more than a second they get tired and have to roost for about 30 seconds before they can take off again. Also artist needs to land 3 bird strikes to injure and no matter how close survivors are they never get directly injured from a bird. Repelling birds should be instant. And lastly, artist herself needs to be a 4.1 m/s killer to compensate for her insane power.
And this is how you design a
trash tierperfectly balanced killer. -
BBQ and WGLF. The bp gains are just abysmal without them.
-
Skill (check) issue. I play on switch and even I can hit merciless storm skill checks, so unless you too are playing the switch version (my condolences if this is the case) you shouldn't really have any problems doing that.
-
Sounds like a skill issue. If you can't beat these incredibly skillful play styles, your mmr will drop and you'll face less skilled killers. That's what sbmm is all about after all.
-
But CoH got a HUGE nerf last patch. It is now perfectly balanced because self healing takes ~2 seconds longer
-
Aside from idiot teammates throwing the game by being idiot teammates, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. It's not nearly as stressful when you don't have to worry about every step you take and every move you make.
-
Trickster. Only bought him for his perks. Never played him outside of a few matches where I was farming his tome challenges. He is borderline unplayable on console.
-
I'm glad to see that now after spirit was nerfed out of s tier, people have moved on to complain about the next best thing. Who's it going to be after blight and huntress fall as well? Artist? Maybe pyramid head? Or are we feeling adventurous and nerf a middling killer into uselessness like what happened to deathslinger? I heard trickster is also "quite unfun" for survivors, so clearly he is overdue for a nerf, right?
-
Agreed. I would go even further and nerf his knife count to 12. All of the GOOD trickster players would barely feel this miniscule nerf but all of the trash tricksters would finally stop crutching on such an op and unfair killer
-
Have you considered that this might be a skill issue on your end? Of course not, that would be ridiculous, right? All of these other people saying nemesis is on the weaker end of the killer spectrum? Clearly they are all wrong. I mean, it's not like they have been around for longer and thus have more experience.
You're new and veterans are offering you solid advice but you're just like: No, I am right, you are wrong, nemesis is op and needs a nerf.
If your entire post is just bait then I must congratulate you, it's very convincing.
-
This would just lead to excessive lobby dodging.
"What? That David isn't running ds/ub/dh/bt? No way I'll play with someone who is blatantly throwing like that, I'm out of here!"
-
I thought you quit the game in December, what brought you back?
-
- dead hard
- dead hard
- use the purple sabotaging tool box
- streetwise/built to last
- it is more than enough
- bruh
- ?
- smash hit
- ?
- why though
- no
- repressed alliance
-
Wraith. Not OP, just very annoying
-
I would pay good money for a Carlos Oliveira skin for Leon
-
Nemesis
-
Always. My goal, as a killer, is to get a 4 man escape after hooking everyone twice.
However, I have reached an mmr level where this has gotten surprisingly difficult, as they just immediately kill themselves on hook or the others refuse to unhook even though I am literally standing in the opposite corner of the map doing nothing.
-
I would love a bot mode. This would be a place where you can simply enjoy the game without getting bm'd and without sweating. It would be a relaxing mode for casuals and people trying to understand a killer power in a safe and controlled environment.
-
Zarina - MadLordJack (rip)
-
Twins, hag, nightmare in that order
-
Do bones
-
You should use it on people who are trying to solve the box. They are standing still and oblivious.

I've decided to quit the game if something isn't done about camping and tunneling soon. Its not worth the frustration and having to go through the unfair advantage killers have of getting kills and points they don't deserve because they decided to play in a toxic way. These playstyles have to be recognized as things that have no place in this game or its just going to make more survivor players frustrated with the game. I've tried to be patient and hope that something would be done to greatly discourage killer players from doing this but they still do it all too often and I am done with it. I'm not going to go into 2022 and keep playing this game if killer players continue to do this. I've had my fun (and lack thereof) but its not worth continuing something that causes me this much frustration every single time I play the game. I want to see change that greatly discourages killers from camping and tunneling. If it doesn't happen soon, I'm moving on.
Goodbye. I sincerely hope you find what you are looking for in another game.
-
I used to be pretty competitive before sbmm was introduced. Nowadays I just 2 hook every survivor and let them leave. Being competitive in an unbalanced game will only bring you frustration so I have no desire to increase my mmr.
-
It's not that I absolutely stopped playing. I just go back into the game whenever a new update comes out to see if things have improved and leave dissapointed as soon as I find out it just got worse.
-
Rpd sucks for both sides, meanwhile haddonfield is an unbalanced abomination that heavily favors survivors.
-
8. I have to be really careful though. I don't want to kill them by accident but I do want max bp.
