the exhaust addons are outdated and I think they will be reworked soon. Exhaust addons existed cause survivors could recover from it while running back in the old days
Define "soon". Moris and keys are supposed to be getting reworked "soon" too.. right? How many months have we heard that? Correct me if I'm wrong, but nothing different in the new PTB about moris or keys?

Besides I'm sure what would be an expensive and difficult license, the Batman universe doesn't fit DbD at all.
-
Explain how it would be in any way fair for a killer to have a survivor brought back into the trial, who knows where, what health and hook states it will put them in, etc. It just doesn't work.

Wow nice congrats. My fred was sitting at P3 lvl on and I decided to take him to level 10 in case of a ritual and lvl 6 was BBQ, level 8 green BBQ. But other than that I usually get it at levels 45 - 50 like why bother at that point.
Funny - level 8 was BBQ II for me also! We'll see how long to BBQ III, if at all.. it's Deathslinger P2, who will eventually be P3 when points permit. X)

If you mean all four generators get 25% instant regression, then heck no.
-
Just making sure nothing has changed and I understood correctly!
-
Can't believe people are saying just report or DC. This issue should not fall on a killer being held hostage to resolve. It needs to be a built-in game mechanic. There needs to be a feature that a survivor who does not touch a generator for 10+ seconds every three minutes gets full-blown idle crows.
-
Just crashed on Ormond again...
-
Yeah, you're dead wrong to think it's always right to recover instead of crawl. A good survivor must decide in each situation which is better.
-
Completely removing the item from the match is bogus. The most expensive survivor item runs at 19,000 BP (skeleton key with two purple add-ons). And a killer can just take that away with a hit due to a perk?
I want the old effect back (maybe with slightly stronger values), and for the Entity to simply block the item for a decent duration. It would still allow a killer to deny the item and continue a chase, while allowing a survivor to eventually go back for it.
Franklin's flashlight didn't just disappear into thin air...
-
Plague's infection is just a problem overall to me. The coughing not being negated by Iron Will or Calm Spirit, then completely negating the effect of medkits and more than a dozen survivor perks related to healing. BS.
-
Just had this happen again, twice in a row this game session on both killer and survivor. Video evidence linked below:
-
Correction: you can get merciless killer with a 3k.
-
On DbD mobile we are blessed to see our fellow survivors' perks beforehand. No Mither and Urban Evasions are instant dodges if possible - even if it's too late and I have to force close (the trial automatically starts a five second countdown with a full lobby of survivors and a killer). Left Behind is a red flag also for obvious reasons.
-
They literally just announced today that they are reworking it, along with all the Autohaven maps. For 'better or for worse' (depending on your current perspective of it, and what they do to it).

You could just equip 2 frenzy duration addons, hit 4 survivors and then hit the last one again.
Sure! And just hope in-between to not get cucked once from a tile, pallet, Dead Hard, Sprint Burst, them not being anywhere near each other because it's Legion...
-
To troll yourself and your fellow survivors - but mostly your fellow survivors. Mind you this perk was introduced before the broken status was shown on the HUD to all players; but even then, you of course still started the trial injured.. so a killer would just have to pay attention to not leave a No Mither survivor slugged.

It sounds nice, but the Devs have stated they are not changing the Adepts.
They said it would be unfair to those that have already accomplished these.
I already have them all and am perfectly fine with changing them! I mean, it's only a matter of time before the next killer and/or survivor get released.. then the eye rolling begins again.
I think survivor adepts are fine as they are, since you can be carried by your teammates even if the unique perks aren't great. Killer adepts, however, definitely need changing. I think that killers should be able to use a fourth perk alongside the unique perks, and just get a 4k. None of their emblem nonsense anymore.
-
Good survivors won't seal portals anyways (in 90% or more instances). Gives away your location, makes you Oblivious, and takes a heck of a long time.. just for him to be able to place another? Plus, if you just do the generator near that portal, then don't seal it, you've just denied him a meaningful place to teleport to.
-
Nowhere near as bad as five hits in Feral Frenzy from a tome ago. Who in their right mind came up with that one?

OK, but what would you suggest in place of letting him be 115? The fact is he needs something.
But seriously, he needs changing ASAP - he is such an unhealthy killer for this game.
If he can't quick draw anymore under your proposed changes, perhaps he can now drag survivors over pallets and windows?
-
While it can be risky, I'd disagree it is not the easiest way to get points. A safe unhook is a whopping 1,500 points - plus a WGLF stack if you're running it! If you have time to heal them as well, another 500+ bloodpoints. That all takes way less time than completing a generator alone for 80 seconds to gain 1,250+ bloodpoints.
It's also not a waste of time if it's the difference between the person getting unhooked or not. A dead teammate is far worse than a generator needing to wait for completion.
-
Funny yes, fitting no (in terms of the setting of the game). Maybe for April Fool's Day! XD
-
No movement speed increase, but I'd be ok with him getting some kind of passive or other ability instead to compensate your other changes.
-
Let's stay on topic. The swamp maps definitely need a rework. Most of the generators spawn way too close together, and far too few pallets and many dead zones.
-
If you bring Franklin's, you may make them fumble in the end zone!
-
They are totally busted for the last few months.

Oni?, huntress with iridescent head and overlapping models?
Did forget Oni. However, his is limited to his time in Blood Fury (similar to Corrupt Purge). Huntress still can't attack two survivors in the same singular attack.

@NoOneKnowsNova said:
With certain add ons he can become OP. Otherwise no.
No add-ons required. Besides Punishment of the Damned and Corrupt Purge, no other killer has potential to hit multiple survivors at once - be it at hooks or anywhere else. On top of that, with a one-hit down mechanic! His facecamping potential is just ridiculous.
-
While I agree with a Vigil buff, 40% may be too much. Perhaps 11/22/33%?
I'd be ok with the Pharmacy buff. I think it should also unlock chests even faster too! 100/150/200% faster?
Wake Up should definitely be stronger as well. Apart from increasing the gate opening speed, it should also:
- Wake you up against Freddy (duh)! I mean, it's in the name of the perk and goes along with their lore! After powering five generators.
- Because the devs don't like perks that only target one killer, it could also remove torment and any existing statuses upon completing five generators. (if combo'd with Adrenaline, the exhaustion would be applied afterward).

Today I just had a rollercoaster of 3 matches. I was going for the Evil Incarnate achievement, but since I always go for the cheapest bloodweb items first, I only had enough for 2 attempts. The first one went pretty poorly. I brought my only indoor map offering (Lery's) and by chance the survivors brought Red Forest, so that game went down the drain fast.
Second attempt, I used a Black Ward for my last set of tombstone + hair, and the random map was Hawkins, which is pretty good for that. 2 survivors even realized what I was doing and let me stalk/kill them for free after a while. *Then the game crashed* when I was about to kill the last survivor. Since a game crash technically counts as a DC, I lost my addons and the Black Ward couldn't do anything to help.
Begrudgingly, I launched the game again since I hadn't done a survivor game yet. Since I was so heartbroken by last game, my plan was to just take my 300 daily XP and f**k off, by spamming vaults then killing myself on hook. But by chance, the killer was a friendly Ghostface with the new Halloween outfit. This inspired me to not kill myself on hook.
I still need a few hours break, but that last game made me much less salty in the moment, which I'm very grateful for.
Erm... I know the Evil Incarnate achievement sucks badly.. but you were going to repay a non-survivor initiated DC by BMing three other random survivors? Assuming you were not doing this in a four-man SWF.
-
Otz. I don't agree with everything he suggests; but wowee a great deal of what he communicated in that one video are what most reasonable players want.
-
Thank you and to OP for these charm codes!
-
I swear I didn't know if I was just getting older or what, but I am definitely getting more bamboozled these days trying to track scratch marks as killer.

SWEETDREAMS I believe its this one.
That got me the bucket of perks charm - thank you! And the lantern?

Here's what cages need to become more balanced:
- Removing the aura of cages was important, but the explosion notification of a rescue also needs to go (if it's going to avoid Borrowed Time and Decisive Strike, not immediately recover exhaustion, etc.)
- Allegedly the cage moves if Pyramid Head gets too close to it. In my experience, this closeness is basically facecamping the cage. I've been rescued from cages when he was meters away and it didn't relocate me! The killer proximity to relocate cages needed to be expanded to 32 meters, and also reset that cage state timer.
Not necessarily a balance issue, but as mentioned above, a safe cage rescue should also result in a WGLF stack. Getting four of those is brutal enough; don't make it any worse just because someone is playing Pyramid Head.
-
Something is very wrong with add-ons that let you remove a survivor from the trial, whom you may have never so much as injured prior. Heck, they may have even only granted you the last millisecond of stalk needed to enter Tier III. The tombstone add-ons need to be nerfed so that every survivor needs to be hooked at least once prior to allowing you to enter Tier III. In return, I'd be ok with lowering the amount of stalking needed and/or removing the stalk limit allowable from one survivor.
-
85%+ of my matches in the red ranks - not including during end game.
-
Counter arguments: I am using Urban Evasion to hide in the exit gate area to bide my teammates more time/further assist them if needed. My teammates have Empathy/Bond/other aura reading perks, and don't know where the exit gates are.
Or more directly: push the survivors out of the trial, and it's all over in a matter of seconds.

If we can’t remove them, then at least make them exclusive to Killer. That way we don’t have 4 man SWFs only trying to send the Killer to Haddonfield, Ormond, or Coldwind.
Oh ok: so a wallhacks Myers can have a field day on Underground Laboratory, but survivors can't load Haddonfield with Balanced Landing equipped? Seems legit.
-
The solution is pretty simple: always know where the basement is as a survivor. Then, don't go down in a chase anywhere near it. If a teammate does, you'll have to decide if it's worth the risk or not.
-
The thing I hate about Undying in its current state is that it doesn't protect the hex totems it should the most: Devour Hope, Third Seal, and Huntress Lullaby - all of which on their own are way too vulnerable to being found and destroyed. My proposal is that it preserves tokens, but in return is nerfed to only show auras of survivors that begin cleansing totems. It's plain stupid killers can find survivors who accidentally wander by a totem (dull or hex), perhaps not even knowing it's there.
As far as its use with Ruin, there's not much that can be done to just minimize its usefulness with one hex perk without affecting all of them. I would therefore be totally open to a Ruin rework (or revert).
-
Most gen locks are brought upon by incompetent survivors, not killers patrolling. A smart survivor (or set of survivors) will work the middle generators first if at all possible, then work their way out - making sure to leave a generator incomplete next to an already worked on/completed gen.
-
Plus, there's no clear indication in the name of the scoring event as to why you're getting it. If I think about it, the only such one.
Edit: Thought about it a little further, and Freddy's dream chaser and dream master scoring events are also unclear. Perhaps they could be renamed as well! I'm sure there's more, but simply typed my reply on the fly.
-
Anti-camping hook measures. Prior to EGC, a survivor's hook timer is slowed up to 90% based on a killer's proximity to the hook. The closer they get, the slower the Entity progression. Perhaps basekit Kindred as part of that as well (at least the killer's aura part).
-
For all the braindead 'break the wall' comments: it's still an infinite (or very close) for M1 killers - even with the wall broken. Just had it happen to me yesterday. Funny how they removed all the pallets in the building, in exchange for an infinite. L E L. #bhvr
-
Other than those few times where the wiggle bar is seemingly full yet you don't escape, wiggling is fine as is. My only suggestion would be that killers' powers are also disabled a couple seconds after a stun (to prevent another immediate down by killers such as Spirit), but that is not something exclusive to wiggling.
-
I'm grateful I have the option on at least DbD Mobile, seeing as I already paid for everything licensed on PC. It just sucks they removed the option to earn shards and cells by watching ads. Man I made a lot of free currency before they removed that.
-
Simply to get them out of your view in the offering inventory. And before they have an even worse effect next Halloween.
