People have been complaining about the perk for years and the devs have said it's fine currently and is used by quite a few on the balance team if it does get hit it won't be because of survivor players.

It's actually semi consistent with Ring Drawing + Fishing Net if you really try and TP a lot.
Outside of dedicating both addons and an entire playstyle to it, never happens.

It's not self care speed, it's like 0.75% total (if self care is 50) because its 50% of 50% speed so a total of 16+8 or 24 second self heal (+14 to bless ofc)

Absolutely not it's still an infinite use team wide heal. It's still able to be used by all 4 survivors at the cost of 1 perk slot. It's not too far, imho, but not too bad (I'll have to wait and see, though).

They are all canonically 18+ for legal reasons.
Cheryl, Laurie, Nancy, Steve, and Quentin are under 18 from the source material, and Susie is heavily implied to be under 18 too, so... ✨

This probably will push Sadako into A tier imo. Her TV's usually spawn by Generators, which Totems usually spawn next to, which means Sadako will be able to deal with CoH pretty easily, unless Survivors turn TV's off to get a free heal at the expense of Sadako knowing exactly where they are.
The CoH nerf was a ruse! This Mid-Chapter is all about buffing Sadako
Tbf I've gone on record several times saying the biggest buff Sadako could ever get is a nerf to COH and here we are

With the nerf it's now more efficient to heal people before blessing instead of blessing then healing, and I just think that's neat.

This + Sloppy and Nurses is actually a massive buff to hit and run imho. I'll have to see but Sadako is suddenly going to be very good imho if you use Sloppy.

This + Haemorrhage change makes hit and run 2018 levels of decent again.
All of a sudden, Sadako with Sloppy becomes a good killer.

One of them did take us to The Game.
That was the one with C33 and Alc Ring. I wouldn't have been so pressed if he didn't literally not leave the hook and then tunneled the guy straight off. He was actually insane, he flicked around so many pallets. He also may have had large ping. He was getting some very questionable hits.
Ironically, @GoodBoyKaru's theory about EU Blight might legitimately be on point, at least with one of them.
I speak from experience exclusively but I fear it's because Nurse takes too much effort

I must respectfully disagree. The typical EU Blight will also burn an Azarov's key, Mcmillan's bone, or an ebony. Seems like OP is still versing Blights who haven't quite reached full enlightenment, although they're on the right path.
Most of mine use white wards bc they get that map anyway
