You said people can’t argue in good faith that it’s fine if things disproportionally punishes solo q.
And I’m saying people can argue that in good faith, because the general perception is that it’s fine when things disproportionally rewards SWFs.
I actually said you can't argue in good faith that it doesn't deserve a rework for the overall health of the game, because it disproportionately punishes solo and actively encourages a playstyle which bypasses the game's mechanics. I said 'disproportionately punishes solos more than SWF & actively encourages a playstyle which bypasses a large majority of the game's intended mechanics' because we are talking about Knock Out, not because it reflects the end of my opinion. When discussing a single perk, I am going to talk about the single perk. I do not think Knock Out in it's current state is healthy for the game, and will gladly take a return to far older metas (can we bring back 200% RuinDying, actually, now that Tinkerer's been buried) if it means the perk gets a rework, alongside other things such as Blindness as a whole, for the overall health of the game. My point is not just 'it's fine'.
You are arguing with someone who agrees with you, because the general perception is different. Glad we cleared that up.

The confusion I have is that when you are on a gen, Mindbreaker, which is part of this specific build going around, would block Empathy though?
But in all fairness, if you're letting go of the gen to see the killer's aura with Inner Focus, you're letting go of the gen to see the Survivor with Empathy. Inner Focus will give the reliable intel re: which killer, where they're going, etc. while Empathy will give much better and reliable intel on the slugged survivor themselves. Think of IF as the jack of all trades, while Empathy is far more specialised for the task at hand.

The argument of “things should get nerfed if they disproportionally punish survivors”, isn’t good because the general mindset of players is that it’s fine if things disproportionally rewards SWFs.
Your personal opinion on fairness doesn’t change the general mindset of other players.
Firstly, where did I say "nerf"?
Secondly, "the general mindset" is not my mindset, I am arguing for a rework for the most egregious examples, before narrowing scope to fine-tine those which are still a problem but are out outright the issue. I don't care what the general mindset is, because I am arguing for my mindset, following my opinions, using my deductions from my experience playing the game and engaging with the wider community. You are arguing with me over points I agree with and have made before, worded slightly differently, for absolutely no reason.
That is my issue with why you keep responding to me with things that I have not said, do not disagree with, and do not disagree with my current opinions on the state of the game. That's why I'm so confused about your STB reply, because it has absolutely nothing to do with what I'm saying in this thread

The perk was not considered a problem until every other worthwhile killer perk and playstyle was nerfed. On that alone, I'm against the nerf. This is just complaining about killer, again, instead of the game state.
Blindness has always been a problem that massively affects solos more than SWF and it's something I've been wanting reworked for a while. It's just a more mainstream problem now, all focused on Knock Out due to the prevalance of slugging, when the actual conversation should be on solos, SWF, and why aura reading is not and has never been a suitable answer to the divide while Blindness remains unaffected. Knock Out is just taking the fall, but it's yet another symptom of an 8 year long problem buried beneath years of bandaids.

You know what’s sad? Most mechanics in this punishes solos more than SWF. That’s why this game can not be balanced properly. What’s a mere inconvenience to a 4 man SWF, can be devastating to solos. Add the amount of ragequitting/go next mentality in solo queue, and you have yourself one big hot mess.
Hot take the go next/give up epidemic wouldn't be nearly as bad if playing solo didn't feel like grating your own nutsack and if solos got actual QOL updates instead of constantly being shafted over and over by killer, perk, and map designs, and if we focused more on improving the survivor experience (with particular emphasis on solo) instead of shoving new licenced content to the playerbase every 3 seconds the game would be in a substantially healthier place. Recent changes have been focused on making the game feel less fun to play more than anything and when you're trying to make a live service game last you want it to be fun so that people keep playing.

Being able to stack multiple Shoulder the Burden on the same survivor, disproportionally rewards SWFs more than solos, because it is much much easier to coordinate this in a SWF with voice comms.
In fact, I'd claim the vast majority of the time that multiple survivors bring Shoulder the Burden to the same game, it is in a SWF with voice comms, because solo q survivors are way less likely to want to give up a hook state for a total stranger.
This is lovely. I still have not argued to the contrary, so I don't really see why you're replying to me with this.

Or how about deleting teaming up so you babies can finally shut up about it.
Now why on earth would we want to delete the ability to play with friends in a co-op game, the only thing realistically keeping this game going (even licences aren't having much effect anymore lol) when we could instead embrace the fact that people will play with their friends and balance with this in mind? Solos deserve a ping system (all survivors do tbh, especially to help bridge the comm difference between your average Joe group of mates playing twice a month and the comp team clock callouts) with basic things like "Not that way!" or "Gen over here!" or "I've found a Hex Totem!" or "I've dropped a Pallet!" - you get the gist - and once this exists we can rework core systems accordingly. Mandatory secondary objectives, map rebalancing, killer rebalancing, Status Effect changes, etc etc. Playing with friends in a team is a fundamental part of DBD's identity - if it wasn't intended at the start, it sure as hell is now.
Also, "babies"? Girl I beg you to get more original with your insults - at least come up with something funny if you're going to contribute nothing to the conversation. And where did I even suggest crying about it in the first place?
You forums newcomers are all so reactionary lol

Knock Out is mostly the same for the majority of the games, because only a very small percentage of the games involves 4-SWFs that are all using voice comms for extra game advantages.
Also, if the game should be changed when something disproportionately punishes solos more than SWF, then the game should also be changed when something disproportionately rewards SWFs more than solos. Because if we have these rules that goes both ways, we can say we're trying to bridge the gap between solos and SWFs.
But when people say they want killer perks nerfed because they disproportionally punish solos, but they don't want survivor perks nerfed when they disproportionally reward SWFs, then that's a bad double standard.
Also, if the game should be changed when something disproportionately punishes solos more than SWF, then the game should also be changed when something disproportionately rewards SWFs more than solos. Well, yes! This isn't the "gotcha" moment you think it is, I agree! SWF and Solo should be as equal as is possible, with killers balanced around one far more even survivor power level as opposed to two separate levels. It hasn't worked for 8 years and it won't work, ever. If something disproportionately benefits or penalises solo/SWF, it should be reworked and adjusted to make it healthy for the game. Within the last, like, 5 years I do not remember ever arguing differently.

So what do you propose in changing the blindness effect? There needs to be a counter to Aura reading perks. You can't come up with anything so you just want to argue just for the sake of argueing.
Why don't you just make another Twitter post and ridicule them 'til your eyes fall out just to feel good about yourself?
Ah, there's the random demographic we're pulling out of our asses now. Predictable.

It's this excuse that tires me relentlessly. Solo Q and SWF. People need to stop comparing these two different groups. You might as well delete every killer perk from existence if you continue to compare with them.
Or - and hear me out - we rework the Status Ailment which always has, and always will, massively and disproportionately punish solo que vs swf into something more universally useful, thus giving the perks tied to it more use in higher-tier play and making playing as solo que slightly less like being in a saw trap? I am obviously talking about the blindness status effect.
"Excuse" implies attributing a blame, a fault, and how something is less deserving of blame because of x, y, or z. "We should not encourage playstyles and perks which actively hinder what is already the weakest role in the game" is not an excuse for nerfing [blank], it's an example of common sense game design. There's a reason why people - not just _ mains, or players on _, or whatever random demographic is the new in-list to complain about (I remember when "entitled survivor main" was commonplace, lmao), but players from across the spectrum - believe the perk, and overall movement back towards the slugging meta like we saw with original DBD when DS was introduced and sabo was permanent - is not healthy for the game. I'm sorry your perceptions of us vs them are so warped you think people pointing out that things are unhealthy is an immediate cry for a nuclear strike from low-earth orbit and not a rework to retain perk strength while increasing usefulness and overall game health.
-
@barbedwire said:
No, survivors will complain instead and delete another killer perk from existence.
You cannot, in good faith, argue that a perk which disproportionately punishes solos more than SWF & actively encourages a playstyle which bypasses a large majority of the game's intended mechanics is not deserving of a rework for the overall health of the game.

I don't think so, tbh. The gameplay loop is vastly different.
Old Freddy was unique when compared to the others. He had something that no other killer had, and at this point I'm guessing that no other killer ever will: the sleep mechanic. The whole point of Freddy is that you pulled survivors into the Dream World in order to interact with them. If they weren't asleep, they could not even see you. The gameplay loop consisted of pulling people to sleep and using your abilities to control the map.
That isn't the case for post-rework Freddy, even after these changes. His individual abilities might be stronger now, but the gameplay loop remains the same: traps and the occasional teleport. He is more similar to other killers than to his original version. And, honestly speaking, I do not like that at all.
The thing that I really dislike is they're removed one of the aspects of his kit I enjoyed the most - faking teleports - for an aoe pallet bomb? Literally all we wanted was old freddy with the tp and a couple of buffs; we don't need him to be op but he was unique and he was fun
-
No, the portals are just that badly designed. It's a universally hated map and it's been dubbed as the worst map of the year (and the worst in modern dbd) for a reason. Even if it isn't massively strong, it's just not fun to play on.

there are two (2) servers in the European region (the last time they updated their list of servers, anyway): London and Frankfurt.
there is one (1) server in the Asia region (the last time they updated their list of servers, anyway): Japan (specifically, Tokyo iirc).
I've helpfully supplied the map, but as you can see, Russia is a relatively large country and around half of it is closer to Frankfurt than Tokyo.

Strongest? Meg with Sprint Burst, because QnQ and Adrenaline are still decent in their own regard. She doesn't have a single bad perk, and Sprint Burst is complimented by her others.
Most useful? Kate. Windows of Opportunity isn't strong, but it's a useful, nice QOL perk especially in solo queue. It's hard meta on randoms for a reason.

Prior to that, i was not seeing iri addons every game, and that was even when BNP was stronger.
Now i see multiple P100s every game, and everyone always bringing the strongest stuff. Maybe this is happening in conjunction with the player base becoming more competitive. Which is pretty clear from the data that scott was pointing out the other day.

I think they are talking about the fact that you can get practically unlimited Ultra Rare addons once you hit p100, which can be problematic in some cases where addons are overtuned (and kind of left that way due to their "rarity"). Not just for Survivors specifically, although lobbies with multiple p100s tend to come with more syringes from what I've noticed, which makes it more noticeable.
Syringes are far too powerful, and I'm surprised they evaded any sort of nerf alongside the rest of the medkit addons. They were far more problematic than, say, Gel Dressings giving an extra heal alone. They are far too prevalent and need toning down. I could run a syringe (or a BNP, but honestly they're worse in comparison) for every game for the forseeable future if I wanted to, since I have a huge stockpile on Sable.
https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3849173#Comment_3849173
Kind of, P3-50 was before the major economy changes and incentive bonuses. There was old BBQ but I think it's probably still easier to obtain items/addons today. There has been an uptick in people running Ultra Rares over the years, not sure why, but this might be an influencing factor.
This whole thread would probably have been better if it asked for a Syringe nerf, not a p100 complaint. Syringes are just busted and seeing them frequently is super exhausting.
I'd argue, and genuinely hear me out, that the greater accessibility of rarer items is not the leading factor to the greater uptick in BNPs/Syringes. Instead, the finger should be pointed to the absolute gutting of the strongest items, which whether deserved or not I am not here to argue about.
Yes, bloodpoints have gotten easier to access, but the stongest toolbox combination used to be a Commodious (Green), Socket Swivel (Yellow) and Wire Spool (Yellow). You'd have, like, upwards of 200 charges at a very good speed. Medkits used to be, like, Gel Dressings (Green) and a Sutre (Green) on an Emergency Medkit (Green). The utter annihilation of both of those combos - again deserved or not, you cannot argue that objectively they were not made substantially weaker - means that of course you're going to see more of the strongest combos (which now are BNPs/Syringes). People will always bring the strongest combos possible, it just so happens that the current strongest combo involves an Ultra Rare addon, while the previous strongest combos did not.
-
Considering that P100 webs are about the same as the old P3-50 webs, I'm not convinced this is a massive issue. Definitely not more of an issue than it ever has been, if it is one.

I enjoyed reading this. I'm not taking sides in whatever is going on there, but it was a fun read!
I'm curious about that whole separate clause thing though. I've recently started to see people address me that way in online communication (e.g. "Hi, Name!" vs. "Hi Name!") but I find it awkward when the comma is used.
I'm aware this is a stupid thing to mention, but I'm curious about whether that's considered the correct approach. I think I need to read up on this.
So the good news? There's no technically "correct" answer, because it all depends on context. Who's speaking, to whom, why are they speaking, general context, etc. all change how you'd write…anything, really. Academic style (most formal) is very different to texting, for example. Academic typically uses a comma wherever one could be used (or some equivalent to add a dependent clause, like brackets or a dash) whilst more informal generally won't. It also depends on who's speaking, where they'd naturally pause, and if the "Oxford comma" is being used.
Oxford comma is using one before "and" where typically it isn't needed. For example, "I went it the beach today with my mates, had a great time, and really enjoyed it" vs "I went to the beach today with my mates, had a great time and really enjoyed it". Both are correct, depending on the person's manners of speaking, how they learnt English, and how formal they want to be. I use it all the time as a force of habit because I've been doing it since I was, like, 14, but many don't even in their academic work.
So to answer your question about "Hi, Name" or "Hi Name" my only answer can be it depends. An email when you don't know them? Probably wouldn't be hi, but the comma would be there. An email to your bestie? Probably wouldn't use the name, but there wouldn't be a comma if it was. A letter? Probably would be there but not always. A tweet? Probably not.
Both are correct, so go with whatever your heart desires and remember that English is just four languages in a trenchcoat, all of whom are fig ting for the controller.

LMAO you spent that much time going through a message haha. I'm actually happy because is just goes to show that some people in these forums get triggered over anything.
Bottom line. This post is pointless. The suggestions for the "nerfs" were garbage and the original post was just pain to read with how badly it was written.
But I look forward to book number 2 from the self appointed grammer police 🚓 🚨
Triggered is an interesting word to use - I'd rather go with bored. Don't have work until Saturday, essay isn't due until Friday and it's only 100 or so words out from being done, sister's out with the dog… Why wouldn't I do a deep dive into some random stranger's grammar, especially after they insult someone else's. Pot, kettle, black - that sort of thing.
Also, if that's a book to you, I'd read more often. It's only 905 words - that's barely enough for a couple of paragraphs, let alone a chapter, let alone a book.
I'm glad you agree this is pointless though - a little bit like this discussion, pointless. I don't actually care, but in my mind writing that out was funny, so it's what I did during my 20 minute study break before going back to uni work. And at the end of the day, I'm glad you're happy - it's what all of us should strive for. I hope the rest of your evening can continue the joy the supposed novel from the self-appointed grammar police brought you.
Oh, and it's self-appointed*.
-
I actually think that the pallet by the window would be alright to include in 1v4. While it would be a god pallet in the traditional sense, there's still counterplay due to the small distance between the pallet and the window. Pallet fakes could work on more inexperienced survivors, but also the forced medium vault during break animation and lack of ability to hold forward in any direction while the killer has to break it means that it won't be that good as a distance making tool. Ranged killers like Huntress and Trickster would be fine, but even Slinger should be able to hit over it, and again as it's so enclosed on one side Trapper and Hag can easily get hits by vaulting the window, while killers with a quicker pallet break (ie Demo Bubba and Billy) could reduce distance further. Yes, it's a strong pallet that can't be mindgamed, but the benefit from dropping it is nowhere near the benefit of a traditional God pallet, and it can help give more resources to a main building in desperate need of them without being that strong.
The other one, on the far left of the image, I am less of a fan of. Sure you can mindgame away some distance, but I prefer pallets that stand a chance to be played or, failing that, aren't that strong once dropped.

I can only assume that you have made this post as a troll?. Ignoring the fact that the English grammer in this hurts my brain, you basicly want to removed every part of his power and turn him into an m1 killer that can go stealth but then never have a benefit to that because of the insane debuff from uncloaking?
My assumption is that you have been destroyed by a good wraith player and just want him out of the game because entitled....
I do hope your post was a joke because if it is a serious suggestion then you need to take a break from dbd my dude because it's very clear your burnt out with dbd as of you're complaining about an of killer that is mid tier at best
If we're in the habit of complaining about grammar, I hope you have no complains to me checking yours? Ignore the quote line above, that's a forums error that copied over from Notepad and I can't seem to fix, sadly ^
"I can only assume that you have made this post as a troll?."
"You have" can be shortened to "you've" for ease of reading, and there's no need to put a full stop following your question mark. A question mark ends a sentence, so there's no need to then re-end it.
"Ignoring the fact that the English grammer in this hurts my brain,…"
Everyone in this thread is speaking English; there's no need to clarify that the grammar specifically is English. Also, grammar*.
"…you basicly want to removed every part of his power and turn him into an m1 killer…"
Firstly, basically*. Secondly, "remove" not "removed" - "you basically want to remove…". Minor point, too, but the M for M1 should be capitalised.
"…that can go stealth…"
The phrasing of "that can go stealth" is clunky - either go for "enter stealth" or "become stealthed", and instead of "can" the conditional "could" works better with the phrasing when using "that": "that could enter stealth".
Moreover, though, as the Wraith is a killer (a character and person, not a thing) the "that" is also not the best fit - you'll want to use "who", so while your "can" could be correct ("who can enter stealth/who can become stealthed") the "could" is still the best fit, IMO."…but then never have a benefit to that because of the insane debuff from uncloaking?"
This is missing a conditional clause, which was present in the last phrase (even when using "can"). "But then would never have a benefit" would work better.
Following this, you've got 2 line spacing, which can work if you're consistent, but in general you'll want to stick to just the one, particularly on these forums. Smaller line spacing can be accessed using shift + enter, so the double space is gramatically incorrect also. You can see what that looks like above.
"My assumption is that you have been destroyed by a good wraith player and just want him out of the game because entitled...."
Now this starts off promising (though again "you have" can be shortened to "you've" for easier reading, especially as these forums aren't generally hugely academic so contractions are allowed and often used, case in point), but you stumble near the end. The "just" is unnecessary to get your point across, though not hugely harmful to the sentence. There are, however, missing words between "because" and "entitled" - perhaps a "you're" wouldn't go amiss? "Because you're entitled" flows much better, but you've got some options here.
Also, an elipsis is only three - like this "…" - anything further is unnecessary and looks like the same issue with the question mark above - you're trying to end a sentence which the elipsis has already ended. While they can serve many purposes, and don't always end a sentence, in this case the general rules of grammar dictate that it ends that sentence specifically.
Finally, Wraith is a proper noun as it refers to a specific person, place, or thing, so therefore must always be capitalised."I do hope your post was a joke because if it is a serious suggestion then you need to take a break from dbd my dude…"
Very nearly correct, but "dbd" should be "DbD" because it's a shortening of "Dead by Daylight", which is capitalised. Also, the "my dude" is a separate clause, so should be separated with a comma; "…break from DbD, my dude,…" works much better.
"…because it's very clear your burnt out with dbd…"
You're using "it's" here, which is inconsistent with the rest of your answer. I'm aware I've corrected you not contracting before, but as here you are I'd advise that you pick one or the other - either go for a fully academic writing style, or use contractions constantly. To do otherwise reads poorly.
Also, it's "you're" and not "your". "You're" is a contraction of "you" and "are" - "because it is very clear you are burnt out…" - while "your" dictates that an object, place, person, or other thing belongs to the individual with whom you're speaking to. "Your burnt out" could work if it was instead "your burn out", as "burn" is then used as a noun and not a verb, however that would require further sentence restructing.
Finally, as before, it's "DbD" and not "dbd"."…as of you're complaining about an of killer that is mid tier at best"
I'm not entirely sure what the "of" is supposed to be in either use - this simply isn't grammatically correct, and I'd suggest rewriting using a different word.
The good news? You've successfully used the correct "you're" here - why could you not do this earlier?
As you've contracted "you've" and "it's" above, contract "that is" to "that's" or uncontract the "it's" and "you're". Consistency is key.
Finally, you'll want to end on a full stop (or other related punctuation mark). For example: ".", "!", "?", "…" are all valid ways of ending a sentence.Overall, I give it a 4/10, needs improvements. I'd advise working on your own grammatical standards before complaining about other people's. As the proverb goes, "Good writing is good editing, and vice-versa".

If I had a nickel for every 2v8 game I played that didn't have a huntress in it, I'd have no nickels.
Seriously, I think they should try 2v8 with keeping the killer roster limited and just rotating in + out different killers each time, at least before they decide they want it to be a permanent mode. She's in every single game that I play - which, cool! she's popular, she's fun, I'm glad people are having fun with her, but even the most enjoyable killer gets boring when you face them every single game back to back (and play with them, too). It's the Wesker Principle all over again.

The easy fix is to make it so it heals 50% of your remaining progress the same way as Reactive Healing instead of a flat 50%. It'd still be plenty strong but it wouldn't be quite the same level of silliness it is now.
I feel like the class that can consistently do instant gens if you stack 3-4 people on them is the meta class, with Medic gracefully taking second place. It doesn't matter if you can heal if you still get 2-tapped by the Nurse/Spirit/Blight/Huntress wombo combo (apparently Slinger Trapper and Wraith are in 2v8?)

Idk if this is something new thats gonna be added in dbd. Idk if pinheads gonna get a rework on his box…
I doubt it's something that's new, especially if it's also not listed in the Change Log section

To be honest, entirely possible it's a feature not included in the final game but whose code remains. maybe there was meant to be different cooldowns but it was scrapped into development?

DBD can truly make or break a relationship. "You didn't bodyblock for me...it's over!"
ironically the dbd games strengthened the relationship, it was the extra things from both parties that always messed it up lmao

Very sadly yes, I've made several good friends through this game, and even more embarrassingly multiple exes.

Autodidakt has always been a good perk and I'm so glad people are starting to realise that

The cage sends the person straight to the other side of the map, as far away from Pyramid Head as possible. There could be a gen over there that the killer knows is pressured right now, that gen could even be next to the exit gate, giving them basically a free escape. Pyramid Head could know of a survivor with a Flashlight hot on pursuit and wants to bait them out.
Sometimes a hook is just more preferable from its location, like central and right next to the main gen, so that both can be patroled and kept an eye on. And of course, sometimes the killer might want to preserve the tormented status for the mori, as both the unhooked and the unhooker lose their tormented status.
Pyramid Heads cage isn't just a no-brainer every time its available, it has lots of nuances to it that might elude the careless observer.
Also to add to this, we can't forget that hooking perks exist. Even though I don't use them on him, a lot of people do - if my choice is between getting a Pain Res or a cage, and I'm not chasing another survivor right by me, I'm picking the Pain Res

Both are (were?) boring and should be gone, but let's at least give Chucky a patch where he works correctly (so not this patch) before deleting him.
-
I don't even want him massively nerfed, I want him fixed and then we can see. There's never been a single moment where he's worked as intended, and currently he has 4 major bugs:
- Audio issues, removing a lot of the coujterplay to Slice 'n' Dice if activated out of sight.
- Slice 'n' Dice begins recharging it's cooldown after performing Scamper, as opposed to when it ends.
- Post-Scamper has a completely uninhibited turn rate, as opposed to the limited turn rate of Slice 'n' Dice, and the 90° hard cap he's supposed to have post-Scamper.
- Illusory footsteps just do not work half of the time.
Fix these, don't break him any further, maybe tone down Rat Poison, and then we can see if strength needs adjusting from there (though it'll probably a slightly longer Slice 'n' Dice cooldown, since atm it doesn't feel very punishing, but that could very easily just be yet another thing about him that's bugged.)

a lot of modern maps seem to just have endless amounts of safe pallets that lead directly into one another, seemingly designed in ways that give antiloopers options and a hard time but just makes m1 unplayable. this is an issue on certain older maps, but seems to be more often the case these days.
if you just look at the pallet count per map, theres a pretty clear trend on display
Are we looking at the same maps? The ones with unsafe pallets at the very edge of the map, and the bare minimum amount of decently usable tiles? Greenville, where there's pallets everywhere but they're nearly all entirely unsafe? Forgotten Ruins is awful because it's just terribly designed, it's got nothing to do with the pallet count and safety. Nostromo is the definition of atrocious- the only map released in the past 2 years that I'd say fits your description is Toba Landing, and dbd then half of the fillers do nothing and the real issue is trying to find anything given that colour pallet.
Not to mention, despite reworked Garden of Joy and Eyerie continuing to be a nightmare, we've also gotten reworked-reworked-reworked Autohaven and Coldwind and Ormond, all three of which have been considerably weakened over and over and over again.
Maps are the biggest issue in this game, and they really need to decide on what approach they want to take. Either maps must be safer, and killers should get more anti-loop and better mobility (think Dracula or Wesker or Spirit on a stronger map) or maps should be weaker and likewise killer powers shouldn't be so good at shutting down loops and forced lose-lose situations (closer to Wraith or Doctor or Clown on Greenville, for instance).
-
A small price to lay to dodge a Coldwind/Badham/Saloon/Asylum/Eyerie/Borgo offering tbh
Until map offerings are fixed (a la guarantees not going to the map as opposed to guarantees the map), or maps in general are fixed, for both sides, we shouldn't penalise people for dodhujgnin the offering screen.

you mean this one?
as far as im aware this was a rift exclusive from, like, tome 4? i dont think its ever come to the store nor ever will, though it might have been included in a "From the Rift" bundle once?

Nibi the beaver made national news earlier this month. Long story short the state wildlife officials wanted Nibi released immediately even though she's too habituated to survive in the wild, the state governor stepped in and let the rescue keep Nibi as an educational animal. Rescue is now testing out ways to bring Nibi out to public events.

Nibi happy she gets to stay and be spoiled by rescue 😂

cause there's literally no reason to do the event as survivor. Not worth it at all.
The reason to interact with the event is because it's an event which is meant to be played for fun. Who cares if it's more of a timesink, who cares if you don't escape, have a little giggle while you're playing the video game or go back to the normal queue. That's why it's been split into 2 queues, after all.
-
Survivors are bringing BNPs and not interacting with the event.
Killers are proxy camping in-void and then using the power to 2-tap the survivor so they can tunnel through endurance, interacting with the event in the smallest sense of the word.
Oh well, let's optimise the fun out of everything
