Someone else came up with the main concept before me, but here is my idea:
Basically, it would be an common offering called Broken Mirror. This offering would remove the effects of the Realm Beyond, allowing you to play on an older map.
An easy way to get a little taste of the past.

I dont understand how more accurate hitboxes would be bad.

Actually deathslinger still gets hits. Same with Pinky Finger clowns, they require aiming and plague as well. She is the only one who has a MASSIVE hitbox.
Yes, but she has to have one. An accurate hitbox would make the hatchets impossible to hit.
-
Agreed.
-
A necessary evil. If they change the hitboxes, hatchets won't hit anything.

Never use this perk unless you are stacking slowdown perks. Dying Light is the worst killer perk. M.Shrine may do nothing, but at least it doesn't give the Obsession a free Botany Knowledge
I hate how this perk went from "better tunnel that obsession" to "literally useless until the last second".

Oh then im dumb lmao, What are the changes that you have in mind?
It is basically the same as his on-release power, but with a few extras:
Power: Dream Demon
Pull survivors into the Dream World
-Survivors who are awake do not see The Nightmare.
-Once targeted by The Nightmare’s power, survivors enter the Dream Transition for 7 seconds.
-The Nightmare’s Movement Speed Penalty for putting a survivor into the Dream Transition lasts for 1 second.
-During the Dream Transition Survivors can see The Nightmare intermittently and they suffer from the Incapacitated status effect.
-When the Dream Transition Lapse, the Survivor is pulled into the Dream World.
Once in the Dream World:
-Survivor’s auras are revealed to The Nightmare when they are outside of his terror radius.
-Survivors suffer an action speed penalty of 40%.
-To exit the Dream World, Survivors can find non-sleeping Survivors to perform a wake up action.
-Failed Generator Skill Checks can also wake up.
-Hooked Survivors wake up.
Special Ability: Dream Projection
-Teleport to a Generator in view. Releasing the button early will cancel the action.
-Survivors cannot interact with the targeted Generator.
-For each Survivor in the Dream World, the cool-down of using Dream Projection is reduced by stack-able 20%.
“You have nothing to worry about. This won’t hurt one… little… bit.” -Freddy Krueger
I also have add-ons, if you would like to see it:
Wool Shirt:
-Slightly decreases Skill Check chances in the Dream World.
Sheep Block:
Slightly reduces Dream Transition time.
-Time to fall asleep is reduced by 0.5 seconds.
Kid’s Drawing:
Slightly increases Dream Demon range.
Garden Rake:
Slightly increases Movement speed while casting Dream Demon.
Prototype Claws:
Moderately increases Movement speed after successfully putting a Survivor into the Dream Transition.
Outdoor Rope:
While Survivors are in the Dream World:
Applies a moderate (-6%) Action Speed penalty to Repair, Healing, and Sabotage actions.
Nancy’s Sketch:
Moderately increases Dream Demon range
Green Dress:
Considerably decreases Skill Check chances in the Dream World.
Slightly decreases Dream Projection cool-down for each sleeping Survivor.
Cat Block:
Moderately reduces Dream Transition time.
-Time to fall asleep is reduced by 1 second.
Unicorn Block:
Considerably reduces Dream Transition time.
-Time to fall asleep is reduced by 1.5 seconds.
Swing Chains:
Survivors suffer from an increased Action Speed penalty of 60% after 30 seconds in the Dream World
Survivors only see glimpses of The Nightmare during the Dream Transition.
Nancy’s Masterpiece:
Tremendously increases Dream Demon range.
Jump Rope:
Tremendously decreases Survivors' Action speed when in the Dream World.
Blue Dress:
Moderately decreases Skill Check chances in the Dream World.
Moderately decreases Dream Projection cool-down for each sleeping Survivor.
“I had to keep you awake long enough so when you finally slept… you would never wake up again” -Freddy Krueger
Pill Bottle:
Survivors do not see The Nightmare during the Dream Transition.
Paint Thinner:
Tremendously increases Movement speed after successfully pulling a Survivor into the Dream Transition.
Class Photo:
-When a Survivor is pulled into the Dream Transition, all other Survivors' Auras are revealed to The Nightmare for the duration of the Dream Transition.
-Tremendously increases Dream Transition time.
Time to fall asleep is increased by 2 seconds.
“Z” Block:
Tremendously reduces Dream Transition time.
-Time to fall asleep reduced by 2 seconds.
Red Paint Brush:
-Tremendously decreases The Nightmare's Terror Radius.
-Tremendously reduces Dream Transition time.
Time to fall asleep is reduced by 2 seconds.
-Survivors suffer from a Hindered penalty during the Dream Transition
“Don’t be afraid. I can make it the way it was... Just the way you liked it” -Freddy Krueger
Black Box:
-Broken pallets are replaced by Dream Pallets
-Non-sleeping survivors cannot see or interact with Dream Pallets

Holy ######### the power you made is a good change for freddy tbh But I have a change, Instead of having the "miss skill checks to wake up" game I think alarm clocks would have their aura revealed & be interactable after being in the dream world for a while like 1 or 2 minutes
And honestly Everything in the past (The Good stuff) needs to be back
Thank you, my friend, but this is not my concept. What I posted here is actually his power on-release. My idea has one or two small differences.

Agreed. I am still angry that they removed those offerings. I liked them.
-
The game is survivor sided at the highest level of play, something the Depip Squad proved years ago.
However, most trials have nothing to do with the highest level.
-
My first match as survivor is a mystery to me. I think it was on Azarov's Resting Place against a Huntress, but I am not sure. That could've been my second match. Or third. It is hard to say.
But I do remember a little bit of my first killer match. Old Freddy on Torment Creek. Not sure how many kills I got, if any, but that trials was what made me realize that I had found my favorite game.
-
Nope. It was created to stop infinites, but now it serves as a counter to the "hold W meta". It is necessary, and it must stay.
-
Why not give more Bloodpoints to survivors?
-
You said what had to be said. Well done.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D4iYHKpYCAA
The idea of 4 teenagers is pretty bizarre and creepy, but it does not make sense that cops survivors can't take control over them, indeed.
It is simply because of the Entity. If Survivors like Ash, Bill or Leon tried to fight against a killer, they would die.
-
All I truly need is Freddy getting his on-release power back. Everything else can wait.
-
The Old version was much better, by a long shot. It had better visuals and, despite some strong pallets, it was much more fair
But to be honest, when it really came down to it the old version was killer sided, perhaps one of the deadliest maps in DBD. A paradise for stealth killers, and a nice hunting ground for most of the others.

Making good plays as Old Freddy was what truly made me happy. Also, running some unique builds on him was a fun experience by itself, especially "all-seeing Freddy".

For a very, VERY long time, Old Lery's was my favorite map. I absolutely loved it, both as survivor and killer. The creepy hospital ambience was amazing, its visuals and detail were easily among the best, and it was a perfect map for my "all-seeing Freddy" build.
Until, the rework ruined it.
Now, I believe Mother's Dwelling and Midwich are my favorites. Those two maps still have the ambience that other now lack.

Everything you've said, to be honest. But, among the treasures of the past, one of them easily takes priority:
"Death won't accept him and thus he remains, a calamity, indisputable master of his victims' nightmares.
Dream Demon allows The Nightmare to pull Survivors into the Dream World."
- Survivors who are awake do not see or hear The Nightmare.
- Once targeted by The Nightmare's Power, Survivors enter the Dream Transition for 7 seconds.
- During the Dream Transition they can see The Nightmare intermittently.
- When the Dream Transition has elapsed, the Survivor is pulled into the Dream World.
Once in the Dream World:
- Survivors' Auras are revealed to The Nightmare whenever they are outside of his Terror Radius.
- Survivors suffer an Action speed penalty of -50 %.
- To exit the Dream World, Survivors can find other non-sleeping Survivors to perform a Wake-up action.
- Failed Skill Checks can wake up the Survivor.
- Getting hooked wakes up the Survivor.
-
I hate it. But then again, I hate every single reworked map so that is hardly a surprise.
-
I would leave it the way it is, to be honest. In the end, it is just one "busted" add-on.

I think not many survivors use Lery's to its full potential, like Hawkins, so they don't know that in theory you can loop a killer for 5 gens on that map, easily. I don't know about the old version though. And The Game was never as killer sided as people said either. A lot of the god pallets/strong pallets people complain about now were in the original version of the map. And it was darker so a Blendette was literally invisible in certain areas like the freezer. I lost games on that map plenty of times, whether it was because of split gens, swf, or survivors generally playing not stupid.
Old Lery's was my favorite map for a very long time, both as survivor and killer. That map was perfect. Literally perfect.
As for The Game, I disagree with what you've said. Some god pallets were already there, but that was it. There weren't many to begin with, and after they were gone there a little a survivor could do. As for stealth, I never had a problem with it, mostly because Old Freddy had a little trick to deal with stealthy survivors that most people don't know about.
The Game was one of the deadliest maps for a reason.

I don't really care about 1 hook Moris or Iri Head, but OG Freddy. Ah, I would do ANYTHING to get my main back. Especially if we are talking about his sweet and perfect on-release version.
I want my main back. I need him.

Mindbreaker is an interesting choice. I always liked that perk but it’s only useful on specific killers
Well, it is not like I hate the perk or anything. I just thought about a perk which wouldn't make a difference if it got removed, and Mindbreaker was the first thing that I could think about.

It's because she had one set of two really unfair addons that arguably pit her in a tier
Yeah, she has a really strong combo, but I don't think this is enough to make her kill rates skyrocket.

Shes not a weak killer.....that was your first mistake. 2nd, the amount of actual pig mains in red ranks is very small. Simply put, she's strong....but not that popular, and people don't really wanna take the time to learn her mechanics or recalculate their gameplay to do well with her.
Spirit Mains on the other hand are a dime a dozen, she was insanely popular on release.
Pig on the other hand....not as popular as spirit right now, but the people who do play pig.....are usually demons.
Same with freddy. Freddies position in strength is arguable. But his fan base is small, rare, and the ones who do play him.....ARE DEMONS!
These killers popping up in matches at red ranks and killer kill rate has less to do with the strength of the killer itself and more to do with who's willing to master said killer and use it in any rank.
Damn, I love your profile name!
My apologies, I may have expressed myself poorly, but see this situation through my eyes for a moment. When I started playing DBD, Pig was an Endgame Monster. Her traps used to activate instantly after the gens were done, as I am sure you are aware. Then, unfortunately, we got the EGC. It is obvious that my perception of Piggy changed.
However, I am no Pig main. If anyone is capable of truly measuring her strength it is you, not me. The only killer that I truly understand is Freddy, especially his old version. I guess we are both demons, right?
Also, I don't think that changes what I've said earlier. Yes, Pig mains on Red Ranks are usually good, but survivor's skills also matter when it comes to kill rates. And a huge amount of survivors barely understand Pig, because she is so rarely seen.

This comment helped spark an idea in me, we need more offerings to become charms in the game.
Obviously Splinters should be first, but imagine having a screaming/pained skull on the side of the hook (Ebony Mori), that'd be awesome
Yeah, I think it would be nice. Especially those offerings that we, unfortunately, can't use anymore.

You get flashbangs from doing gens my guy. Toss in that I was nemesis with no progress towards my power and even if they ran out, they have a considerable lead and I have nothing.
Oh, I forgot about the flashbangs. Yeah, if they are doing gens while acting toxic the situation gets harder.
