I think I have to disagree that the dynamic between Ghost Face and OoO needs any kind of change. OoO is definitely problematic for Ghost Face as it's an exceptional hard counter to him to be sure. However, like was said, OoO wasn't really run much until Ghost Face came about and it's only being run now because Ghost Face is the new hotness. Once the Ghost Face hype has died down and various killers are being played more actively again, the problem will resolve itself. You'll run into less survivors playing OoO because they'll be running into less killers playing Ghost Face. Once that happens, the occurrences of encountering this particular hard counter should greatly diminish.
Also, It's okay to have certain perks counter certain killers, even hard counter them. Spirit is one of the most powerful killers in the game right now but you run Iron Will against her and she has a fraction of the potential, making her power far less effective (almost detrimental) and the same can be said about Ghost Face and OoO.
Now I will say that this is all speculative. If when Ghost Face becomes less prominent in the meta and yet people are still consistently running OoO, then perhaps the devs should consider looking into a change with how the two interact. Until then though, I think it's okay for OoO to hard counter Ghost Face. However, if my speculation is correct, once Ghost Face becomes less prominent, OoO will go back to being rarely played.
You shouldn't just band-aid the problem by assuming since he's new that less people will run OoO when he isn't "hot" anymore. This could very well be true, but that doesn't fix the actual issue at hand with OoO.
In-general, the perk should be changed to better fit the stealth Killers of today, rather than just ignoring the problem at hand. Yes, it wasn't a massive issue until Ghost Face was released, but that doesn't really mean anything since unlike say, Urban Evasion to Hag or Small Game to Trapper, OoO to Ghost Face actually destroys his power entirely. With Urban Evasion to Hag yes, it can make her traps less effective. But that doesn't mean anything in a chase as UE isn't a chase perk, its a stealth perk.
Same goes for Small Game, in a chase it is 100% worthless. A Trappers strength is baiting survivors into going to specific loops he trapped, it doesn't entirely destroy his ability to use his power. As for OoO, you're inclined to kill the OoO user first, or nothing will get done. Because if they're that type of OoO I mentioned above, they'll do anything to ruin your stealth. Hell, even non-OoO users already do this by following Ghost Face, this is no different, except the fact that you can see him ANYWHERE, so you'll never lose him ever.
The perk should be changed, it should reflect the current meta, and it either should not detect Night Shroud, or add a minimum range to the perk while removing the TR requirement to activate said perk. This would fix the issue entirely, and still keep OoO as a useful perk for whoever uses it regularly.

The only person paying the price is Ghost Face since the Survivor can just see them 1 meter away behind a wall if they're in Night Shroud. Literally means what it does. So just because you can't properly stalk, they should just trash OoO... even though it wasn't a problem (according to you) until Ghostface.
"Sneaking up on someone isn't stalking them, you have that term twisted. Yes, I can still stalk people when they spotted me, that's common knowledge. I main Myers, I know this all too well. That isn't sneaking up on someone though, sneaking up on someone is getting the drop on them when they're not expecting it. I have zero clue why you think what you said is grounds for "sneaking up on someone" that's just regular chasing at that point..."
Sneaking up meaning "When They Are Not Looking At You" Survivors don't see you 100% of the time you're in a match. I main Myers too and I've literally been able to grab survivors before I hit T1. That's the sneaky mentality I'm talking about.
Ghostface can do what Myers can within seconds, and yet No One complained that Myers has to face OoO survivors. But in your opinion, you shouldn't have to chase a survivor who can constantly see you because you just want to pick who you want to chase? Hmmm Ok.
Omg, why does everyone say this in a argument NOOO I didn't say they should trash OoO cause of my opinion or because its an issue for Ghost Face, dont feed me words I didn't say or imply.
Also, yes thats sneaking, im not talking about regular Survivors, im talking about OoO users, they're possible... impossible to sneak up on because they can see you at any distance when your TR is 0.
And btw, Myers and Ghost Face may be similar, but Myers has a passive TR that is low, its not a main vocal point like Ghost Faces, he doesnt rely on it 24/7 to be effective like Ghost Face does. Since Ghost Faces powers can be shut off by looking at him for a second, Myers doesn't have this issue. And OoO on Myers is laughable, he can pocket Tier lll them if they want to bait a chase. And in a loop, you can't see Myers Because a Tier ll + M&A Myers has a TR of 8, thats just enough to not make loops difficult for him, and he can even mind-game a OoO user, Ghost Face can't during Night Shroud.

What people don't get is that Wraith and Pig have this same problem, so unless they want too change the perk itself, there is no problem with it. It's a perk that counters stealth killers, but can also backfire if someone is playing a Billy, Spirit, Nurse, or any other killer that doesn't rely on stealth. The perk is fine as is and this argument is dumb too me since it's only an issue since Ghostface has come out, even though the problem has been in the game for years and no one talked about it. OoO is annoying but you only see it once in a blue moon in red ranks. I have fought 2-3 people with it in the past week of playing killer in red ranks.
I see it a lot now in Red Ranks because of Ghost Face. And yes, its a counter to Stealth Killers. But the issue is its such an issue to Ghost Face since like I said, it allows a experienced Survivor to see you through a wall 1 meter a part when your TR is 0. At least with Wraith and Pig, their powers are not 100% null by this.
They should just make Night Shroud act like Tier l Myers, where OoO doesnt see you. Or the very least add a minimum distance to the perk and or remove the TR requirement to activate it. The perk should be updated with the current meta.

@Johnny212 said:
Last time I know (< 2.5.0) that OoO has distance limit based on how many survivors are dead, but now it will show killer aura even at extremely close range which makes it BS. Not sure whether devs buff it or it's bugged.
Well heres the thing, as the obsession the perk maxs out at 72 meters at rank 3 for the aura read. Not being the obsession makes the max 64. The issue here is, that there is no minimum to this perk. So its actually working as its supposed to since it thinks Ghost Face is far away when his Terror Radius is 0. Of course he actually isn't, but the perk thinks this because its outside a Terror Radius that doesnt exist.
The issue I proposed though, is that them centering a perk around shutting your TR off on the fly makes OoO OP against Ghost Face... They should of thought of this and just made it not see Ghost Face when hes in Night Shroud, OR nerf the perk by giving it a minimum distance regardless of a TR, and or remove the TR requirement all together for the perk to activate.

Exactly, I'd love for something like this to come to DBD. Subtle things like these animations breaths volumes to a characters personality.

It would be nice if we can get something lobby animations for Amanda, Bubba and Freddy
Actually, you could give Myers a subtle animation as well. Occasionally he'll tilt his head to the right like in the movies when he pins a victim to the wall with his knife, and gazes at them almost as if he's in awe of what hes "created."
Something like that is more than enough for someone so quiet yet so evil as Myers.

@Firehazard So because you can't mind-game someone else has to pay the price?
Have you ever thought that maybe you are just not stalking them properly? I saw a game with you playing against survivors (None of them had OoO) yesterday as Ghostface and I can see why you are making this complaint.
Also, you CAN Sneak up on them when they are not looking at you. Just FYI. Even when survivors have spotted you, you can still stalk them. Hell, I've been spotted through a wall. I've seen Ghostfaces successfully get a 4k match in red ranks so that argument is invalid.
Where did you see this? Cause not every match I do is 100% perfect you know. Please do remind me or show me where you saw this, as its not uncommon for me to lose you know, I never said I was THE BEST GHOST FACE PLAYER. Nobody is "the best ghost face player" it hasn't even been 2 full weeks since Ghost Face was released yet...
and no its literally impossible to sneak up on a OoO user, especially in Red Ranks, they're always looking to see where you are at all times if they know you're Ghost Face. You're delusional if you think you can sneak up on a OoO user in Red Ranks.
Sneaking up on someone isn't stalking them, you have that term twisted. Yes, I can still stalk people when they spotted me, that's common knowledge. I main Myers, I know this all too well. That isn't sneaking up on someone though, sneaking up on someone is getting the drop on them when they're not expecting it. There is no counter to OoO with Ghost Face, end of story, you either chase them to get rid of them, or they stick around to ruin the entire match.
Literally 2 matches ago as I write this that's exactly what I did, and the match ended in a 4k. That doesn't mean I should have to subject myself to chase a single Survivor out of the game because they want to destroy the only thing keeping Ghost Face from the bottom of the Tier list...

Small Game has a cd, and you need to be aiming your camera to where his traps are. Even then, midway through a chase Small Game wont do much for you other than make you receive a hit instead of stepping onto a bear trap.
UE is useless during chase, which is Hag's biggest strong point.
Spine Chill counters Spirits going for grabs. Its mostly a slight inconvenience. Still useless during chases.
Doctor indeed suffers a bit more from no notifications, but he still has illusions. And Calm Spirit users still get affected by every single other thing, like Madness T3.
So, Object of Obsession makes Ghostface's power ENTIRELY useless. Ghostface has absolutely no edge against an OoO user. Not even pallet mindgames which is yet another playstyle they tried to encourage.
Well said man, also well put when talking about the root of this issue with Ghost Face.

@Bwight said:
Lmao you get a killer that can run, walk, crouch, remove his terror radius, remove his red stain, one hit down and he can put you in one hit mode in literally .8 seconds... But that's not enough, you need them to nerf a perk too?😂😂
Like damn, I ranked 1 with wraith over a year ago... With infinite pallets, with DS, with no penalty for multiple on gens, with no hatch closing, when BT worked for both players... And you guys cry now?!
Like I don't even play killer hardly anymore because it's so easy and boring.. Even at red ranks. And you guys cry after getting this OP killer. Stop trying to water down the game because you can't meet the learning curve to play at a high level.
Ah yes, the argument of "WELL BACK IN MY DAY SONNY" yeah, back in your day Iron Grasp and Agitation was the meta for Killers, gens could be 99%, hooks stayed broken forever, exhaustion perks had no exhaustion, infinites existed, double even triple pallets existed, bla bla bla. Yeah, it was bad back than. And yeah, in comparison its 10x better now, but what you people keep saying over and over remind me of several other community's I was a part of in the beginning and all we did was complain about the past being better or worse.
And even if you weren't around in 2016, 2017 wasn't any different. It sounds like you've been around since late 2017- Early 2018, about when I started. I've faced these issues too, you act like people don't exist from that time either lmao.
Get a grip dog, this is 2019, people during DBD currently can have issues too, it doesn't matter what the past used to be, that's exactly what it is, THE PAST. You think people didn't complain back then about stuff like this too? Bringing up your dead past in this game doesn't help with anything, it just shows you have no idea whats happening with the current meta.
Also, another thing, yeah Ghost Face can do all that, he also gets his power knocked out in a second by looking at him or looking behind you in a chase, people are paranoid about him so its actually difficult to stalk someone when they're expecting it, people have faced Myers for years even in your time, so Ghost Face isn't anything new, and Myers IS STILL BETTER THAN GHOST FACE. Ghost Face atm is Mid-Tier and could possible be Top-Tier if they tweaked some things, which I hope they do...
tl;dr
Your prime is over, stop bringing up that "WELL BACK IN MY DAY" argument, its like beating a dead horse. You said it yourself, you haven't been in red ranks for awhile, so how would you even know what we're talking about lol... And yeah, I've faced Pre-Patch DS too, you make it sound like DS was a decade old problem, it hasn't been that long since its nerf. I've faced BT before the nerf, I've been here before the EGC was a thing. You're not special...

The funniest thing about the whole scenario that sprung to mind is people asked for more stealth play for survivors and they actually started to make more stealth killers after that point.
The devs do take feedback and ideas like some that made it into the game. Much like a killer that could jump pallets and through windows but it does show we should always be careful what we wish for.
Sometimes a logical change means things can change in other ways to compensate. Just a thought.
Sadly when something is improved, other factors are diminished. A cruel game of give and take this game is plagued with at the moment. I know that's not the devs intention, but it happens either through nerfs, buffs, or the game just breaking from something being fixed.
Its quite the paradox.

@PickCollins said:
Small game destroys trapper. Urban destroys hag. Spine chill destroys Spirit. OoO destroys Ghosty Goo. Calm Spirit destroys doctor
Honestly I think Ghosty Goo has it easy considering the other instances don't actually provide any downside to the Survivior, whereas OoO gives ur location away as well.
You see Ghost Face, literally, behind, a 1 meter wall. What disadvantage do you have there? Play 10 matches with 10 experienced Survivors at red ranks with OoO, tell me how long that lasts before you just outright ignore them lmao.
All those perks counter all those Killers, but this one? This one destroys Ghost Face because his power is centered around stealth, no stealth? No Ghost Face. Myers is literally infinitely better than Ghost Face at the moment because of issues like this, and that's pretty lame considering people like me had high hopes for buffs that could make him better than Myers. Finally, a fresh new face for the Stealth Killer roster right? Yeah... I guess.
Also, those perks that counter those Killers? You can still work around that, Ghost Face in Night Shroud vs OoO? You better pray they're bad, or you're never catching them. Because they know how to play the loops if they see you 100% of the time, and they know not to deactivate your ability to keep the loops going for as long as they can.
-
@Johnny_XMan said:
The whole point of the perk is that you can see the survivor at all times, giving you an advantage which you already didn't have.
You can still sneak up on them even with OoO.
You clearly haven't been in red ranks for more than one time...
There isn't an advantage with seeing the Survivor, I can't Mind-game them, I can't follow them if they know how to loop 20+ safety pallets, I can't ignore them because they do gens if you leave them alone, I can't go and stalk someone else if they follow you to deactivate your power. You don't see these issues huh? Play Ghost Face at red ranks for say... 10 matches, tell me how it goes :)
And no, you can't sneak up on Survivors while Night Shroud is active on a OoO user, that's literally impossible, I don't know what dimension you're in but its clearly not ours lmao.

@AStupidMonkeyy said:
It definitely shouldn't work on a crouched Pig. Just ruins her surprise attacks altogether and she moves slower while crouched. It's like a double punishment.
Stealth in-general in this game is subjective at this point. Some stealth Killers actually have stealth like Myers... while Killers like Ghost Face, Pig, Wraith, etc kinda get the short end of the stick...
-
@GhostlyFoxx said:
One of the reasons that they have it affect his night shroud is because unlike Myers who isn't affected by it, he's still 4.6. They change it, people might request for Pig or Wraith to be changed since it's the same concept.
That being said, I do completely agree. It's such a massive counter to him. One of the people who use OoO on the regular has won chases because he's able to see him through a short wall and has forced him to break stealth. He and I have said since day one that it shouldn't work against him in stealth.
Exactly, but for whatever reason it does. I understand other Killers have specific perks that counter their power also... but this ones a bit extreme, well... more than a bit... it basically ruins the entire point of his power.

I use to run it to be a troll when I got super bored with the game (I'm just easily bored). I wasn't on forums when other stealth killers came out. Was there an outcry then? If so, how come nothing changed? Makes me really wonder what the devs are thinking. Either fix aura reading perks or fix stealth mechanic. It just ain't working.
When an issue comes up it takes awhile for it to get resolved, I won't expect this one to be fixed anytime soon sadly...

I agree that 1m senario should never happen as it's game breaking, stealth should be able to get you into close quarters to use an ability and maybe get a hit or mind game.
Exactly, I shouldn't be punished for using the ability the devs put into the game for a reason... I have no idea why they didn't think this would happen...
-
After the events over i'm going back to a few other games for a little bit. Its just until they fix the waiting times, as they're painful to endure to do anything as a Killer.
It gets old waiting 5+ minutes for a lobby, and than when it opens you wait another 2+ minutes for it to fill. They claim it "fills instantly" but its more often that it doesn't actually do that as they claim it should. People trickle in slowly like usual, this new systems pretty bad... I feel like it even increased the wait times, or that could just be me.

Yes, even that is acceptable. Having it literally see you behind a 1 Meter wall isn't, and it baffles me how people find that ok...
If anything, the perk should just effect you up until the cap on your Terror Radius. So if you have say a max of 32 Meters, when you're that close to the Survivor it should shut off like it normally does, but regardless of if they turn Night Shroud on or not.
That's also more acceptable than just having you suffer through it because "Bla bla bla, the perks no OP stop crying bla bla bla"

Small game is strong against Trapper.
Urban Evasion is strong against Hag.
OoO is strong against Ghostface.
suck it up buttercup, I don't want to play a game where every game is the same, and there are no strong perks or combinations and all perks are nerfed into the ground so they affect all killers the same.
Small game just tells you where Traps are, that doesn't mean anything in a chase.
Urban Evasion just negates traps, it doesn't effect Hags ability to still M1 you, nor does it mean anything for your fellow teammates, just yourself.
Now with OoO, you can say the same thing, it only benefits you. Well... that's half true, it benefits you but also can benefit your teammates if you follow Ghost Face to the ends of the earth to deactivate his ability anytime he trys to use it on the other Team.
And yeah, than that leaves you to be chased... By a M1 Killer, OH NO another loopable M1 Killer to be destroyed by 20+ safety pallets around the map! THE HORROR! Lets be real, this perk destroys Ghost Face and can benefit you and your team by simply knowing if hes coming while on a gen, and if he ignores you doing gens that benefits your team by finishing them faster, and if he chases you the OoO user knows not to deactivate it in the chase, so they'll see you do every mind-game in the book making the chase never end if they know where to go.
Both those perks that effect Trapper and Hag, don't stop them from just simply baiting you to other traps in the chase, you're still gonna get hit by them if the Killers are smart. With OoO against Ghost Face, you're just another loopable Killer to be bullied for 5 gens. (Like I said, IF THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING)
(Edit) Also, those perks are worthless outside of their intended Killers, (except Urban Evasion kinda) while OoO ISN'T!!!!!!!

Did you read what I wrote.
- It should not work when a Killer is in his stealth ability (Wraith, Pig and Ghostface)
- It should only activate when Killer and Survivor are looking at a 30 ° angle to each other.
I did? I'm just adding onto it...
Why does everyone assume i'm just ignoring what they wrote, I READ IT. I'm just adding to it that's all....
-
@MrDardon said:
Firstly, it shouldn't work when Killers are in their stealth ability.
Secondly, Myers, Hag and a few other Killers have a passive stealth which isn't activated, so to balance this out Object should only activate when both are looking at each others direction let's say at a 30 - 45 ° angle.
In-general, regardless if that is a passive ability its actually worse since Night Shade is a primary ability of Ghost Faces. Meaning without stealth, hes essentially no better than say Trapper without Traps.
Just another M1 Killer to be looped into oblivion, so having it not effect him during Night Shade like Tier l Myers should be a reasonable compromise.
-
@ASpazNamedSteve said:
Yeah I completely agree.
In my definitely not biased at all opinion, I also think cloaked Wraith should be immune for the same reasons... but I understand this might not be as popular of an opinion.
In-general, most Killers that use stealth ability's shouldn't be plagued by OoO. I didn't write up why it shouldn't also effect other Killers because they can still use their powers effectively outside of this minor set back.
OoO completely destroys Night Shroud, especially in a chase allowing the OoO user to see you behind a wall literally 1 meter a part from each other. Its ridiculous, and some OoO users even go out of their way to ruin your stealth all together, follow you, and beg you to chase them because I have no doubt they know how to use the 20+ safe pallets on each map, since you're essentially just a M1 Killer without Night Shroud at that point. And they know not to knock you out of OoO either, so you're just basically donezo at that point...
-
The majority of the player-base is low ranks, if you center it around the higher ranks you'll basically single out the majority over the minority.
Its a messed up evil, but a necessary one. When it comes to the majority not being as skilled as the red ranks they have to do this. They're fixing this stuff though, so things are more fair for high rank play, and still thinks about the majority.

It can be baited, but often it means already missing a hit in the crucial time at the start of the match.
It also retains strength by being a dash to reach an extra loop even without being in hitting range.
It's a very strong perk that does NOT need a buff, let alone removing its only real guaranteed time to counter it.
I expect it every match I play as I play in Red Ranks, so I just expect EVERY ONE TO HAVE IT! And guess what, they do lmao... It mainly has to do with the fact that like you said, its in the form a dash, and can extend the already annoying issue that is the 20+ safety loops every map has.
Those loops are getting fixed though, so it should help counter DH a bit in the future. As it stands though, its just another crutch perk in my eyes even though it's no where near as strong as Pre-Patch DS. I say its a crutch perk because I've faced several Survivors in the past, let alone today who didn't have DH on, than after 2 matches I see them again rocking DH because they can't play without it L M A O.
That's why I hate DH so much Anarchy, its because its another perk to lean on in-case they make a mistake, it can be baited, but if you have a brain its harder to bait out.
-
Its already annoying to see it in every match at Red Ranks, I don't want to see it more than that.
Dead Hard can be baited easily, so yes before the peanut gallery comes out of the wood works and says that. That doesn't mean it still isn't annoying to see constantly.
-
We've faced Myers for years, Ghost Face is literally no different.
In-fact, Myers is still more powerful than Ghost Face despite having both the same concept... "Stealth."
Myers can pocket his Tier lll though, and while Ghost Face CAN do that too, it can easily be removed by blocking hook to take a hit removing the entire marked gauge. And Myers Stealth is permanent for the entire Trial, Ghost Faces can be removed by simply looking at him for a second... Also, hooked survivors, downed survivors, even survivors BEING SACRIFICED can cancel his power. Why is that even a thing still... all three of these things shouldn't exist. Oh and btw OoO destroys him.
-
Camping is mostly done by low low rank Killers that rely on it too much to get a kill in any match. While this is considered a "strategy" it shouldn't be something you do every game to achieve a kill. Camping should only be done by beginners that're getting a feel for the game, its not supposed to be a primary means of getting anything done. Only during specific circumstances is it acceptable, like if you saw a Survivor previously where you hooked a Survivor, but if you don't find them in the area just move on. Or if you hook a Survivor right next to a open gate.
Tunneling is a different story, while I can mostly say its taboo to do... Its only "acceptable" when a Survivor literally grabs the other Survivor off the hook right in-front of your face. You down the previously hooked Survivor, than go after the rescuer. That's about it, otherwise if you tunnel a Survivor to death its considered pretty cowardly and unfair, as I am a Killer main... but I also play Survivor and have been tunneled to death. Its sort of a "Treat people the way you want to be treated as a Survivor" type mentality.
As for slugging that is by all means a strategy, it is utilized pretty often at high ranks, and by all means acceptable to do (in public standards I mean.) by no means should you be ashamed for doing... for example, slugging little johnny because a Nea with a flashlight wont stop following you for that sweaty save. Or slugging a previously hooked survivor like mentioned above and going after the rescuer. If you put slugging together with Camping or Tunneling than you're either a Survivor Main or uneducated in why it is very viable at high ranks.

No, people consider Prayer Beads OP because there is no counter to it. Its as E Z as running to the gen with Mother-Daughter Ring + Prayer Beads, feeling around for what side they're on the gen... And grabbing them.
People hate it because it instills paranoia for any map, while for Mirror Myers its only one specific map that makes it effective, and that's Lerys. Maybe The Game... But mostly Lerys.
And this game used to be "scary" and ominous... But that was when the engine/lighting was way different, and the game was less focused on crutch perk after crutch perk after crutch perk. It was more a long the lines of... Sabo every hook, Iron Grasp/Agitation was the meta, 99% gens, and overall super mega toxicity with flashlights that blinded you from the back of your head... You know... "Fun"

I mean hey, its not all that bad. Gives you a stockpile of BPS basically to use during the possible "Scorching Summer BBQ 2" everyone's speculating will happening...
And if not, its still something to hold onto for another x2. But does that make it any better? No not really... Its just Event Items that's about it GRANTED they're reusable... But that's it...

Could you try to put that in a Perk setting? Like take Thanatophobia's description and try replace it with what you just said.
You mean like what I do with my suggestions?
Where you take the original, than give your changed version below the original?

Gen rushing: apply gen pressure and chase people off of gens i’ve seen plenty of good killers do this so just change your playstyle and improve 1 Downs:
A post complaining about people complaining....

I just want it to work on Nurse's blink hits, they made her blinks affect MOM so why can't it affect Dark Devotion?

It also doesn't activate on Legion's frenzy attacks, Shape's EW3 attacks, or Pig's Dash attacks, but MoM and Franklin's demise work fine for those attacks because those perks don't have the "Basic Attack" requirement, yet at the same time, FD won't activate for Chainsaw hits or Hatchets, and Mom activates for everything that would knock the survivor down. This is why I really believe that the perk should have the "Basic attack" requirement removed, otherwise its mostly useless on any killer that isn't predominantly an M1 killer (Clown, Plague, Doctor), and killers who's power only enhances their M1 attacks (Legion, Nurse, Shape, Pig, etc).
Right, something like removing the basic attack requirement of this perk would also benefit it greatly, I didn't think of that at the time... That, or I assumed it didn't matter since it should still work with certain Killer perks like Nurse's blink, since its still a M1 action... Or Myers Tier lll since its STILL a M1 action regardless of it being an exposed effect.
Maybe @Peanits can explain this a bit more?

Her backstory is that she fights back against the killer ... The devs have actually made her somewhat weak in the game but is still hated. Decisive Strike for example should be allowed to be used whenever necessary, not on a timer that the killer can workaround...
This makes me wish characters had unique abilities. Laurie could DS anytime whereas the teachables has a nerfed DS. Claudette could heal faster, Meg has a shorter exhaustion, Jake can sabo much faster.
Oh no! My Crutch Perk was Nerfed! Time to use Mettle of Ma- OOOOOOHHHHH NOOOOOOOOOOO.

That'd be an epic gamer moment.
In all seriousness, Anniversary Offerings + Scorching Summer BBQ 2 = Grinding? What is that? Imagine all the time saved...

Here's what I want for DD:
- Gives the Obsession your TR while making your TR 0 meters for 30 seconds.
This means if you have a different TR, it can be beneficial. Imagine having a 48 meter TR as the Doctor with the help of Distressing + M&A. Then you pass it on to the Obsession causing a huge panic on the survivor team. The only killers who have a low TR will only suffer from this, but it can also be helpful since it could make the TR believable.
- You also lose your Red Stain for 30 seconds.
Just more power to the killer, so they can double back easier.
- Add a secondary effect to the perk: Survivors within the Obsession's TR will have a Killer Instinct effect.
Why not? It makes sense with the perk name because the Obsession is working for the Killer (Hince: Dark Devotion).
With all these additions, imagine all the possibility's for combos with every Killer.
It could be in a sense, one of the best stealth perks for all M1 Killers, it could even be good for stealth Chain saws with Billy with Tinkerer, or even Nurse!

i mean yes it's a great change but 90% of perks needs change/buff/rework. There is one perk i really like it's tinkerer way too much situational perk too.
I already made an entire list on this stuff in my discussions man.
This like I said is just a splinter cell of that list, and you're probably wondering "Why this specific perk than?" Because I was thinking of builds for Ghost Face, and if this perks time was increased... It'd be some SCARY STUFF MAN! I'm talkin like, Heart Attack Myers, Or Heart Attack Ghost Face.
