This article is from 2012. This used to be true, but now MS at least doesn't charge companies to update games. They can do it for free. It was a huge deal about a year before the X came out. A lot of companies pushed out updates on Xbox they never released because of the cost.
However, MS still has high standards for certification, which is why it takes so long for stuff to be released on Xbox versus PC. They do this because they don't want your game to fry the user's console. BHVR could release a patch that makes the game crash and burns your video card, and while unlikely, as a PC user you take that risk (and as PC developers they can usually assure themselves you won't be exposed to such a risk in the first place, they aren't as sure for console because that's not their primary development platform). MS doesn't want that stuff to happen to Xbox users, so if your game doesn't work the way they want they don't let you push out the update.

Im finnish myself and i can't speak english but i can write it.
Edit: i can't say the words right so they sound weird or you can't understand me... LolI mean, they often do not write, nor speak english, or other languages than their own. They just do not will to learn other languages.

My guess is: a little bit of ignorance of foreign langages, and a little bit of lazzyness, since it is much easier to listen someone speaking in a foreign langage than actually speaking it. FinLadd, it might look strange to you but, since after the end of the WW2, France politician were worried about was felt like a cultural invasion from Anglo-Saxon countries (such like the US or the UK). Music, litterature, movies, even fashion ... all of it where getting influenced by our former allies. In the 70' and 80', french education policies didn't felt the necessity to prepare children for a soon to be english speaking world. So here we are now: french people who speak english, almost all work in the tourism, informatic, or business area.
So in other words, please have patience, because things are getting better now. And remember that someone might not speak english but still understand it very well ... so please try learn some little french, and we will be able to communicate just fine.

I personally find it funny when someone asks for all this and yet makes fun of survivors by saying they want ez matches.
PS: feel free to add more of these suggestions if you think they have been proposed often.
Disclaimer: i've already said that swf needs a especial treatment and some small tweaks would be needed in the game.
- Yes, remove free escapes.
- Yes, nerf free escapes and a perk that renders hits effectively irrelevant.
- Yes, nerf (or remove) what used to be an exploit.
- Yes, make Killers powerful.
- !!!! Yes, make it so Survivors don't dictate the length of a match as much.!!!!!!
- Yes, remove a feature that completely shits on the balance of the game.

I have stable 70/75 ping on ps4 and im a killer main but some survivors have almost 600ping on ps4... if there is even one survivor with High ping you will hate the game after one match cuz your screen stutters and freeze so if you manage to Master that stuttering killer gameplay you are flawless killer when you get that constant 35fps... I am one of them... Such a price would make publishers go bankrupt, because they don't get 40000 per patch; patches are essentially irrelevant in terms of sales. The fps is terrible on both sides. I agree 100%. Play any of the farm maps and survivors have a 50/50 shot of losing the killer because of how bad it is. I had to burn a perk for predator because of it. I understand. This isn't survivor vs killer though. This is console vs BHVR. We desperately need console optimization. I refuse to spend any money on cosmetics or a new chapter until the fps improves. I am currently playing way less then i use to because of the frame drop. I can't see the point of investing more money in the game.
