It is indeed somewhat worse for killer, but amazing for survivor (as all purchases are shared, and universal offerings can be used on both killer and survivor). However, there’s no denying that the blood market is incredibly bloated with rare items and add-ons. Not to mention you can watch ads to get anything from a ticket to try a character you don’t own, up to any random iridescent add-on. My account is loaded with crazy amounts of “very rare” stuff, think I’m somewhere in the 1,700s now for Skeleton Keys.
I literally have 300+ Ebony Moris but less than 10 of pretty much any given brown addon lol
And yeah I guess it is amazing for survivor, but I pretty much only play killer if I'm playing mobile.
-
Mobile Bloodmarkets are way worse than bloodwebs IMO because you have literally no control over what killer's addons you get. I also prefer using bloodpoints to level up characters to needing to play that character and get Xp on them.

yes i am one of the best in the game but does not mean i enjoy the game
And I beat internationally ranked chess grandmaster Bobby Fischer in just one move

I was just walking minding my own buisness when a survivor jumps out of a locker right in front of me. Scariest thing I've ever seen.

Yes

Thanks for the recommendation!

Huntress isn't a cowboy.
-
Nemesis looks comical from far away and Myers' stun sound is an all-time classic. Ghostface also gets a mention because of the jazz hands he does when he grabs a survivor out of a locker, but that's intentional.
For survivors, Jonathan's scream on hook makes it sound like he's having nasal issues.
-
I also enjoy this game but to each their own

Hello, welcome to DBD! Please choose between Pallet desert, The congregation of Tiles, A "good" map, The most frustrating main building in existence, and Generator social distancing!
-
Because they'd rather blame something else for sweaty games where the other side brings the strongest possible items, addons, offerings, and tactics.
EDIT: I know those things aren't because of MMR, however because of MMR those kinds of matches happen more and more often and some people take their frustrations out on things that aren't the problem (Killer mains, Survivor mains, X perk, X game mechanic, etc.)
-
Don't worry I play Slinger sometimes
Off topic but I got a lobby with someone who had the name the name "Slinger <3" the first game today that I played him and it warmed my heart
-
I mean, we already have Stranger Things so it's completely possible
and I can think of a few good non-horror TV licenses as well!
-
Based on how much fun I have playing them and loosely based on their lore and cosmetics (but I only care about those things on killers I actually play, so if anything it'll change a killer that would be at the bottom of A for example to the top of A.
-
You're asking why a perk that counters Myers, Legion, Plague, Ghostface, Oni, Billy, Bubba, and a ton of usually overpowered addons is useless? For shame.
(joke.)

Gonna make a prediction
This 'doesn't count' because
"He used SWF/Keys"
"It was Pre-MMR/It's old"
"Survivors were stronger then"
And
"All the killers were just bad"
Take your pick, which is it gonna be
Someone mention him stealthing I'm about to have bingo
EDIT: someone mention playing both sides and I'll get bingo for the Otz thing as well (last column)

You're looking for a new killer to try out? Spirit is an excellent choice! She's strong even after her last nerf and is also a blast to play.
Don't mind me, just verifying that this comment contains 100% factual information.

If you're thrown into a place you've never seen before and told by an all powerful being to kill everyone, guess what, you're gonna do that.
Gameplay wise- this doesn't work because people can just pick, y'know, female survivors.
Lore wise- this doesn't work because somehow making female survivors die slowly and painfully is treating them better than the male survivors?
-I don't think Huntress cares about gender at all, she takes the little girls because she sees herself in them and wants to help them.

I've ran into a surprisingly low amount of DH users today.

I must say that the 100k bp is still pretty nice

Why leatherface needs to have the ability to cover that much distance, and be an instant down, and have full control, and be that fast as well.
It seems like a lot of speed and distance in the open, but in many loops it suddenly feels like less. Without that speed and distance Bubba would only get chainsaw downs by being directly behind survivors and then revving his chainsaw, which would give them time to escape. Just look at old Bubba.
-
@pizzaduffyhp90 said:
I know this was made awhile ago but, someone linked me one of your post showing how much you hate Leatherface and how you think he really needs a nerf. Sure he can camp very well and sure he's got a simple power to use and get the hang of with an insta down however, I've made a little thing right here from me playing against Bubba in a few matches over the past few months to show you he doesn't need a nerf, you can loop this killer, and you can avoid the chainsaw if you play well enough or just get lucky. Obviously being in a dead zone won't help you to much but, that's just rng and you have to rely on cutting corners and taking sharp turns around rocks or trees. https://youtu.be/YfS7aDaoXWo
very true

When you say leatherface speeds up a little bit, this is what you mean by "A little bit."
https://clips.twitch.tv/ArtsyExquisiteReindeerM4xHeh
That's a little bit... no that's insane catch up. Now I would not mind that, nurse can do that but do you know what she can't do.. Instantly down. If leatherface had restricted mobility he would go from an A tier killer to maybe a C tier he would not be the worse in the game... not even close. You would simply have to be smart on when to use his chainsaw, instead of "hold chainsaw for 3 seconds and you cover that much distance. Its not realistic to dodge his chainsaw and is far stronger then hillbily in a 1V1. The only thing he does not have is the ability to traverse the map like hillbily. Here is an idea, would you agree to making his chainsaw a two shot? He remains exactly the same but requires two hits to down. I think that would fix a lot of issues with him.
believe it or not the Nea probably would've been safe if she hadn't tried to go around that tree at the end
Also, she was caught in a literal deadzone so that's not a very good example.
-
A lot of these perks have always been meta or at least good. It's just that MMR is essentially forcing people to run the very best perks available or lose, which has made the meta a lot more noticeable.
There are a lot of perks out there that are good but since they're not Tinkerer or Ruin or Undying they're being overshadowed and barely see any use.
-
I think it's the entity torturing him like what he did to others.

It was really great. It was just a bunch of horror enthusiasts having a good time. Lots more hide 'n' seek unless it was a Wraith 'cause two hit and runs and you were down (and potentially Mori'd, didn't need to hook anyone first.) but you didn't have entity blockers and you had a billion pallets. I'm not being mean but I think the fact this game keeps trying to be competitive, knowing how the game was at launch, will always make me laugh.
I'm glad for new blood obviously, because I like fast queue times, but just imagining a competitive Laurie Strode or something was just really silly...but here we are.
Edit: Wanna know how early competitive DbD was? You P3'd Claudette and you played a new moon offering and when you heard the terror radius you wedged yourself into the nearest L wall you could find and you sat until the slasher went to go do something else. Couldn't kick generators at the beginning either so you didn't have to worry about progress loss.
Sometimes I wish that Dbd would just embrace being a party game

I'm feeling nostalgic so I'm gonna do more than that. Back in the beginning we had the pizza Dweets. I was a proud, proud pizza Dweet and I would do everything I could to deliver that sweet sweet pepperoni pizza to the exit gates at any costs.

I remember dying of laughter just listening to Gary talk about the olive. Pre-game chat used to be amazing, you guys have no idea.

One of my first escapes playing Nea. I think Halloween was a fresh release at this point. That rank 13 player was an absolute pro. That's a perk setup you still see today. I wished I'd be that good someday.

My first 4 mori kill game. I wish I'd taken earlier screenshots but back then in 2017 I really wasn't thinking I'd still be playing the game today. It's just a good time.
That olive man. It still makes me laugh.
Old Dbd looks like such a fun time, even if it wasn't as balanced I wish I could have played back then

Oh you should definitely try out Spirit. Very fun killer and can end chases very quickly.
Completely unbiased lol
But yeah I can verify that Spirit is very fun and very strong if you're into that, I also recommend Legion if you like running fast and stabbing people or Blight if you like running fast and hitting people over the head with a cane

Sorry, I still main Blight.

Survivors unhooking in the killer's face should not be a viable strategy.
