These stats are apparently from mid August to mid November.
Even if literally every Killer played Trapper from the moment the Tome came out, since that came out not too long ago, I have a hard time believing he got boosted that high just from the Tome.
I bet he always has a high spot to begin with, just not this high normally.

I'm not using any of those perks in my build tbh, but I will choose BT. I just like that perk.
Don't worry, this is only about which you like the most out of his Teachables, there's no need to actually use them. ๐
-
They promised it wouldn't return, unlike every other type of cosmetic, and stated to not want to go back on that promise.
I guess you can always hope, but they very rarely give us a straight no on stuff like that due to the future being unpredictable, and they did say no here.
-
Specifically for the very last question, you're better off questioning the community.
-
Ooooo, i like that you're trying to spread this information.
Because i prefer to play in this manner (chase until they're on a Hook), but i really dislike No One Escapes Death.
You saying this might make it so more'll waste time cleansing Dull Totems for nothing but BP. ๐ค
-
Well at least they're meeting their average kill count on maps.
Any map above 75% or below 50% would be in a patch someday.
-
Not that it should, but do the recent stats change your mind on your list in any way?
-
I don't like that my answer says it's toxic, but i do have to say no, so yeah.
-
On paper, i actually really like it as either side.
It feels like a boss from Dark Souls games going into a new phase, which usually means things like more defense, new attacks, more damage, etc.
So to me as Survivor, it makes me think that i'm doing really well and the game just turned it up a notch.
I actually dislike lategame Perks in general because it's very short in comparison, but again, on paper i like it, and more than just on paper as Survivor.
Also, some bosses in those games, you can skip the 2nd phase entirely.
It differs with pretty much each boss and not all can be skipped, but it's possible.
I relate that to cleansing all Totems before lategame, or cleansing it before they can use the Exposed bonus.
It feels rewarding.
I can see why others dislike it though, my way of thinking is more singleplayer-like.

see I would like a vs mode... 2 teams of survivors pinned against each other and 2 killers trying to out perform each other in attempt to win the entities favor. this would be kinda dope.
That sounds like it could be implemented without it being a new mode.
You check a checkbox in your options menu and it'll make your lobby either wait for the other lobby to also be ready to start, or you're the 2nd lobby and start immediately like usual.
Then you start playing.
- If Killer #1 wins / If Survivors #1 lose in Trial #1 before T#2 ends, K#1 gets 50% more BP.
- If K#1 loses / If S#1 win in T#1 before T#2 ends, S#1 all get 50% more BP.
- If K#2 wins / If S#2 lose in T#2 before T#1 ends, K#2 gets 50% more BP.
- If K#2 loses / If S#2 win in T#2 before T#1 ends, S#2 all get 50% more BP.
Winning/Losing would depend on the average the devs want: 2 Survivors dead, 2 escaped.
Meaning if that's the result, both the Killer & Survivors who finished the trial first get 25% more BP, and then like i said before, more dead means the Killer 50% and more escapes is Survivors 50%.
Just of the top of my head. ๐
-
Don't hate them or anything, i wouldn't miss them one bit though.

no items/perks/addons is a survivor slaughterfest
Which is great cause then they can patch up the base characters and balance Perks and whatnot properly from the new base.
-
I don't care about Any Means Necessary, but Mettle of Man had big situational issues.
On it's own, i thought it was fine.
But against pure M1 Killers, equipped with Borrowed Time and then the 3 other Survivors run both those Perks, it really was way over the line.
-
I kinda hope they'll find a better idea than 8v2.
One reason i prefer Killer is to not have to depend on my fellow's skills.
A no-equipment mode is more of my taste.

Lol, another lil Pig nerf incoming?

Why would a console survivor struggle against a PC huntress? Using a controller is no more difficult than KB+mouse AGAINST a huntress. Using a controller AS a huntress would be a nightmare though.
And where did i mention it'd be a struggle? ๐
The point of the comment was that they'll most likely notice a rise in accuracy.
-
That's good, no competition would only lead them down a path to ruin.
Just saying that PS4 did a very good job and now they'll add this function.
-
Pallets spawn with a distance between Pallet spawns, and always avoids double spawns.
When the random placement happens to make it so that it fills all places before meeting the minimum requirement of Pallets for that map, it is then forced to place a, or maybe even double in very rare occurrences, double Pallet somewhere.
You might have a double Pallet at one location, but the map will have only a minimum amount of Pallets overall as a result.
If you assume this is a bug though, i can only recommend to go around and count Pallets, then report it.
Who knows, maybe it IS a bug.
But if you feel like you didn't have to deal with many Pallets, it's probably thanks to the RNG.

Ah, so the effect becomes stronger as more pallets break correct? Would be interesting. Since it would block totems it would presumably also kick survivors off of those totems making it synergize well with Hex perks. Don't know how useful it would really be but I'm intrigued. Maybe more actions could also trigger it but lower the time that the objects are blocked?
This would also make pallets a resource for killers as you could possibly save pallets for later to block gens at specific times (for example, if you have pgtw and downed a survivor close to a thrown down pallet, you could kick the pallet and block a close to completion gen possibly giving you enough time to hook the survivor and kick the gen).
Well i did think of Generators, but they can, in theory, be infinitely kicked, and thus grant infinite Tokens.
I could cap the Tokens, but that might cause troubles with some Maps in terms of Pallet counts.
Just not including Generators seems healthier, but i'm open for solutions.
When i made the idea, i actually didn't even think of the possibility of saving a bunch of Pallets for the end.
I guess i should note that breaking a Pallet while Entity Blockers are up doesn't add additional time, but rather restarts the timer using the new amount of Tokens.
Saving up Pallets can still be effective, you'd still block them for a long time since you need to go around to kick them.
But i just didn't mean for this to have the potential of granting a literal minute of downtime, y'know? ๐

Once it's finally here, i need to look up some console streamers facing PC Huntresses.
-
I only play for fun and ranking up by itself doesn't appeal to me, so Wraith only.
-
Only out of these Killers? Mkay, this one then.
-
On the contrary, it seems the Survivors are the ones who think DS is more powerful than HO.
Because if HO was more powerful, that would be the Perk i see on 3 out of 4 Survivors every trial instead of DS.

Their statement on not wanting silly things is completely nullified by now, if not already before.
Not a complaint, just here to point stuff out...

I once thought it'd be cool to be able to switch masks, and that makes you be the other people in the Legion.
And they'd all have their own benefits, one's better in chases, one excels in slowing the game down, one's good at tracking, etc.
No specifics though, but i like the idea.
-
I do believe one takes super long to take advantage of, is limited & doesn't silence you until you're right on them, and the other is Prayer Beads.
It's also 1K cheaper. ๐
-
Well if you want to tell me your Perks beforehand, then i won't have to. ๐
-
I guess i'd have to say Shape.
-
I'd be kinda weirded out.
It's like making an Apex Legends 2 or something.
I'm already confused about Overwatch 2 being a thing.
I mean, we got a PTB, right?
I wouldn't mind testing out such a gigantic overhaul in there.
-
Start at 0% instead and make the gains smaller to end up at the current maximum bonus.
Idk if that's enough, but i feel like it deserves that with or without additional buffs, i don't see why this Perk needs to start negatively.
-
Not impossible, we got fricking 4 knife wielders as well.

Considering that he was able to figure out how chainsaw works and how to maintain it without ability to read , I can't put him to the dumbest category , definitely some kind of a special intelligence
Yeah, like a toddler figuring out how to ride a bicycle.
Still not the smartest for me. ๐

Tinkerer's old description suggested he is smarter than he seems.
I made my comment while knowing about his Perks.
And I won't blame you for saying that.
But I see that description more as a baby figuring out the square block goes in the square hole.
I mean, kill in creative ways? He smacks and he chainsaws.
And if they mean his Perks with creative ways, then everyone else also has creativity in that way.
He might be smarter than I stated in my original comment, but I find him still lacking the most of all.
-
I don't dislike them, but every type of Bloodpoint Offering i have is burned before i use a Mist Offering, meaning i practically never use them.
But they're good to help hide my shimmer more, very good combined with corn too since i have no troubles personally to see through both.
-
It was never my type of game, but since jobs depend on these games to do well, i never like to see them end.
Rest In Peace.
-
Idk about the smartest one, but Hillbilly's probably the dumbest.
Locked in a room for years, fed through the wall, probably only learned basics & maybe picked up some language by hearing them through the wall sometimes.
Bubba wasn't raised locked away, he might not know a language, but he sure knows how to skin people, prepare them, keep their flesh from expiring, etc.
And i'd put pretty much every other Killer above him, because of more obvious reasons.
-
Cannibal's missing the "20 per Killer" thing.
2 Add-ons might as well just not exist due to giving the tiniest bonus ever.
While it is a chainsaw, he deserves his arsenal to be more unique instead of a literal copy-paste. (Talking about the design btw, if the effects stay the same that's fine.)
He needs it bad.

No survivor is going to DC if they are winning (unless internet/power goes). If someone DCs against me its because they were already dead to begin with. A DC is much closer to a kill than an escape and it should be noted as such - not ignored completely.
Absolutely not, since it's way more situational than you write down here.
The reason why has already been stated.
Just because a DC can pretty much be a kill (like DCing on the Killer's shoulder on your 3rd Hook), doesn't mean you should start checking off DCs as kills.
Not in statistics at least.
-
They don't.
-
Everyone technically can, the question is how consistently. ๐
Which I can't. ๐๐
I like Totem hunts more anyway. ๐๐๐

@liquidlight said:
@Boss They don't count matches with DCs in the statistics. lol So, I'm sure that's inaccurate.
@Nuclear The first perks you mention don't reveal your aura but they reveal where you are. Discordance reveals where more than one survivor is, increasing the chances of catching someone, so it in it's own right is amazing for killers.
Whether the exposed perks are triggered by an action it doesn't change the fact that the survivor or survivors in some cases are still exposed.
And me attempting to counter with Dead Hard, thanks for disproving it doesn't, I guess? So, then there's no way to counter.
Hopping in a locker in time isn't always possible with BB&C. And with Nurses Calling you sometimes can't hear the terror radius or the killer doesn't have one so... saying not to heal is bad advice. Any survivor with brains wouldn't heal if they knew the killer was right there.
Working on gens together gets them done faster. Why wouldn't you do that unless you knew the killer was able to tell you were?
Sometimes crows are hard to see and sometimes the game glitches and they fly even if you are crouched. It would be insanely easy to catch in videos or see in streams.
But! After thinking about it I think Distortion being broken up into individual perks that counter individual perks is WAY better than it countering ALL aura perks (that would suck for killers). It would also break up survivor meta-perk builds if they wanted to avoid a certain perk like BB&C. It would also provide survivors that feel like certain perks are getting them killed an out for a while or forever if they wanted to use it all the time. So a perk to counter each aura perk would be best, not add-ons though since those aren't something you see every single game.
And I made some mistakes in my post. I am human. But I think it's easy to realize what I was getting at.
Why would they?
When you talk about you getting a 4K, do you include DCs?
You didn't kill them after all, they suicided instantly.
If all DC, do you feel like you did that?
I sure don't, and neither do they.
Do NOT include DC matches in those statistics!
-
Wow, I do NOT like the looks of that first picture.
Feels way too busy.
-
To each their own opinion.
Btw, 4Ks are less common than you seem to think they are, according to released statistics at least.
You said at the end you speak from personal experience, but that paragraph seemed to not be that case.
Though if you mean you personally shouldn't get 4Ks commonly, there's a multitude of ways you can challenge yourself in this game.
