  • Since you state that "the community is pathetic", i guess i should be glad you don't make threads for every person, cause that would be a LOT of threads.
Cause y'know, the community is pathetic, not just some individuals.

The Fix team are basically the coders, and the coders are the same who are implementing what the cosmetics team are giving them.

    Is that confirmed?
Sorry if you don't like skepticism, but hearing it from 1 person without anything to go on is sketchy to me.

  • I'd like to see the Entity put up the exit's Entity Blockers if you lose a Health State while in the exit.
But ehh, probably wouldn't be balanced.

yes, precisely what I said. ;)

  • You know 1 big reason why i disliked Deathgarden?
    Stuns.
I played Kingdom Hearts 3 a lot lately, y'know 1 thing i heavily dislike in it?
    Stuns.

There's few things in videogames that drain my motivation more than just being unable to do anything. (Crashes drain my motivation more though.)
If this were a thing, and i start meeting groups, or even just all solos that equip these stun Perks, i might actually just be gone.

Not to say it's a good or bad thing, i would just despise the crap out of it.

  • Cosmetic team isn't the same as the balance & fix team.

  • Because they have to only care about 2 of those.
The rest are all optional, and if you did some repairing, altruism & escaped, those BP gains are negligible.
A new objective would makes games longer without more boring gen time, would allow for more original Perk ideas & would maybe get me interested in Survivor again.

  • Pulling off 4 kills with Devour Hope.

  • So then it won't be the usual pattern.
    Gotcha.

The PTB exists to stop a new noed/ds from happening. Perks also kinda make this game what it is. No more perk levels would probably be a lot easier and make balancing "op" perks a breeze.

Now if only they used PTB more than once every 6 months on average...

  • I use equipment against all Survivors.

You really believe 80% of the lobby isn't toxic?
You're heavily underestimating this game's toxicity.

I'm just saying most killers call toxicity way to fast like if a survivor loops them its considered toxic, if a survivor flash light saves its toxic, pallet stuns = toxic hell just doing gens is literally considered toxic! And then the killers get mad and DC or camp or tunnel even if the survivor wasn't truly being toxic.

    I disagree.
Well, i disagree with you saying most Killers think that way.
I can't say you're wrong about the Killers you face, maybe you're just unlucky.

Anyway, i myself rarely encountered a Killer who complains after the match.
Heck, most Killers i faced almost never spoke post-match.
Not saying they don't exist, just saying i can't relate to over 50% at least are toxic Killers.

  • I can't make anything up.
All i know is that the dev team should come up with something that doesn't allow for all kinds of new toxicity.
I know, i know: Players will always find ways around things. But that's no reason to just give up on making it better, right? :)

Can we also remove the Leave Lobby button for Survivors? /s

I get dodged by way more Survivors than i dodge them.

And no, it's not the ping, perfectly fine greens also leave.

Agree . Also some Survivors leave for no Reason . And the game takes forever sometimes to find a 4th Player after someone leaves . So maybe there should be some kind of a penalty for that too .

Removing the button . Will make them Disconnect and Reconnect causing possible server issues .

So maybe having a - 20 % Blood points gains for the next match .

But it's more complicated and would be unfair if someone left because of a high ping and got a penalty .

I was being sarcastic with my first sentence, i put an /s to make that clear.
But i guess you didn't know. It's fine, just saying. :p

I specifically avoided this event for 3 reasons.
Kingdom Hearts III came out recently.
I don't want to have envelopes stuck in my Offerings inventory for months.
The cosmetics are none that i want.

The first reason is very tempting.

The amount of post-story things to do is quite low compared to most if not all previous titles, making it feel like you hit a dead end after completing the story.
But as a casual fan who knows more than enough about the games and overall story, it was a lot of fun regardless.

  • Yes.
Though i'd feel sorry for any AFKers & High Pingers who decide to stay because wat.

  • I can't play Killer any more than i do now, having changed to being a 100% main.

  • I specifically avoided this event for 3 reasons.

    1. Kingdom Hearts III came out recently.
    2. I don't want to have envelopes stuck in my Offerings inventory for months.
    3. The cosmetics are none that i want.
  • Then can you tell fellow Survivors to stop running meta?
Y'know, since we're telling eachother how to play.

  • reads title
Right? Can Survivors with green & yellow ping please stop dodging my lobby just cause it doesn't have 4 Survivors yet?

Awww, i gain Tokens slower on Devour Hope. :(
It's fine though, i wouldn't mind sacrificing that little bit if everyone else will have more fun.
Also: Wow! A buff to Blindness!

Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see how you would gain stacks slower because you're guaranteed to gain a stack every time a survivor is resurrected regardless of your location.

The buff to blindness probably is a little much. They could add an effect around the graves to make them easier to spot.

Generally, my hooked Survivors are saved within 15 seconds of me hooking them.
The sacrifice animation is about 10 seconds.
Unless they're camping a grave and the resurrect animation is 5 seconds or less, i'd lose time generally.

  • This indeed does sound like salt.
I mean, this wasn't brought up as a balance problem ever, but now it suddenly is?

  • Tell that to all those who claim she's weak.
I think good Hags might actually be in the same spot as the few SWF groups who specifically play to bully:
There's so few of them that devs accept them.

  • If you want to discuss why people are toxic, please search threads before opening one.
There's more than enough people talking about this already.

  • Some probably do.
    I don't.

(I like how his are earned btw, i want more of that.)

Probably takes somewhere between "Infinites take skill" & "Go play Civ V".

I like you too! Wraith mains unite. (Assuming you're a bing bong main.)

Bruh, the new Windstorm Add-ons make this guy a lot more deadly. (Though still not A-tier if you ask me, but ehh, it's fine.)
Many Survivors i face still underestimate him and this Add-on combo.
They'll go like: "Oh no, you saw me stand here where you would definitely see me. I did that cause you're weak. Now follow me to this loop."
Then they run towards a pallet or window, but i can block them thanks to Windstorm & then they get Injured. (Or down if i have 3 Tokens. (Or dead if i have 5.))

I'd moreso prefer if both were just better options instead of one.

I always preferred stealth, but the BP gains weren't ever that huge (but always more than people here say they get for getting chased around and not doing anything else) & it could be a huge drag if the Killer had Whispers.

That would be close enough. How much if any of the specific suggestions do you think would accomplish that?

I'd say that at minimum some map and objective changes would be very beneficial to a stealth play style.

I personally love games about tracking and finding hidden opponents, or games about sneaking. I play a lot of single player stealth games and I wish there was more out there for multiplayer games. I used to play evolve a lot when it was still a thing, I liked it better before tracking was trivial.

Maybe increase the volume of Survivor breathing noises accordingly, but...
I would LOVE more, thematically correct hiding spots.

Hiding under beds in Lery's Memorial Institute (the bed would have the covers cover the crawlspace), single-hedge bushes on Haddonfield, hollow fallen trees that you can crawl into on Swamp maps, etc. etc.

It's just a thing i like, i'm not claiming it would actually be a healthy addition, idk about that.

    Let's start with: WHISPERS

I'd say, Wraith and Pig. Whispers are meant for locating survivors near gens. When you see it triggered - check the nearest gen. Pig can get free grab on survivor, while Wraith can move faster and get to place sooner.

Also, quick hint on whispers: it triggers on hooked survivors.

My perk: Beast of prey. Never understand, why you need it in the first place.

It can be good for mindgames and Freddy can benefit from it a little since most of his mindgames come from the red stain and it might help him out when he gets bloodlust

    My perk: Remember Me

It can be good for end game pressure and pretty much overpowered with Noed. Amazing in endgame builds and can be great for that extra kill.

    My perk: Brutal Strength.

Brutal Strength shines most on killers that cant really use their power to deal with pallets very well like Trapper, Myers, and Wraith. Killers like Hag, Nurse, Spirit dont really need it because pallets arent really as much of a threat or rather they have ways around them.

    My Perk: Hex: Huntress Lullabye

Hex: Huntress Lullaby is completely luck based. You can have it on a good spot or either on a completely bad one.
The killer that benefits the most by this perk is the Doctor, as he have a chance of have random skillchecks, Lullaby almost always guarantees that survivors are going to miss the skillchecks. It's meh on everyone else.

My perk : Save The Best For Last.

Any pure M1 Killer, because they need it more.

    Hex: Devour Hope.

  • Something good?
    My first multiplayer-only game.

Awww, but i actually like Territorial Imperative.

As it stands, it's more niche than even Spies From the Shadows.

It's only good on Bubba because he's a death machine in the basement.

    Oh that's not true.
I've used this Perk a lot before on Hillbilly and a few times on Windstorm Wraith, with success.
When it triggers, just race to the basement and you'll catch them in time.
With Hillbilly, i always managed to keep 1 in the basement, while with Wraith, i always managed to at least deal 2 hits and also avoided triggering any Borrowed Times due to being cloaked.

I haven't used it on any other Killers though.
Not because they're bad on them, but just cause i mostly play those 2 guys.

The Perk has WAY more uses than just Cannibal camping.

It's pretty much only good on killers with an instadown, exclusively. Wraith, there's sooooo many better perks to run on him to augment his vanilla M1... I mean, by that logic, it would be even better on Nurse b/c you can get there faster than wraith.... But I wouldn't take that perk, I'd take Stridor as I can track injured survivors through walls, etc., No line of sight required.

Stridor is rendered useless thanks to my headphones.
I don't mind it existing for other people, but i'll never need that Perk.

Many better Perks for Wraith does not mean that TI is a bad Perk for him.
Only good on instadown Killers is a great opinion for you to have. I have a very different opinion, as in that it's really good on him when you use it in a different way than you do. :)
If line of sight is a problem for you, here's a tip: You don't even need line of sight, the Perk triggering is more than enough.
Just memorize in which building the basement is (Killer shack or the main building of the map) and you're good to go! :)

if i can't change your opinion, so be it, but from what i know, you're underestimating this Perk and ask for an unnecessary buff.

By line of sight, I was referring to Stridor. If I'm playing Nurse, vs. a solid wall jungle gym or the cabin in Mother's dwelling and a competent survivor, I can gauge my blink distance by following the pain cry. It doesn't matter if they try to juke.

Ahh, my bad, my bad. :)
