nvm.. but they got tons of points.. so I don't get what people are complaining about when it comes to how the killer played.

They said we gen rushed and I pointed out that it was because she was camping the basement so people did gens.

It is reportable, yes. All you would need to do for this is report in-game. That'll save the chat logs and all the information we need to handle the report.

Thanks for that. I wasn't rude in my chat at all so I was kinda shocked when I read what he put!

  • All I am saying is you can't expect to play legion knowing he is broken (in he preptb state) and expect survivors to stay when they know he is being reworked. That is like having a kindred glitch that shows where the killer is 24/7 and expecting the killer to still play along like normal. Devs have addressed Legions issues survivors don't want to play against legion in his current state you can't force them to. If you want to play proper games play a different killer survivors are 100% more likely to DC against a legion then say a trapper. Having said that survivors DC's are a problem but I am currently rank 1 LF main and I have a DC maybe every 3-4 matches.

  • I agree, they buffed the two best killers in the game with EGC with increased mobility killers it is almost impossible for a solo survivor to get out not only that but now the the hatch spawns when ever there is one survivor left and NOED activates when the exit gates are powered killers get an EZ kill by bringing NOED and closing the hatch on the last survivor if they are using a high mobility killer. I really like the idea behind EGC but buffing NOED so that the killers can now activate it on the last survivor as well as buffing the two best killers in the game seems stupid.

Heck yeah.. I've lost quite a few BPS or cakes on my survivors because of killer DCs. On my Killers i just end up with a minimum amount of BP out of pity for the remaining survivor.

Don't think its just survivors who DC and are going to disappear.

This I play both and survivors DCing doesn't piss me of as much as killers DCing because I lose my offering if the killer DC's and I know plenty of killers that DC when they see more than 1bps because they think it is a swf rather than a pregame "I am playing bps"

So as demanded, i deleted the screenshots of the afterchat conversation.

I guess i better go back in my killer cave and stfu.

You can post them you just have to blur out names. Also I understand why people DC against Legion when you have a killer that is broken to the point the Devs had to rework that killer it is annoying that even though a ptb is currently running to test changes people are still playing legion knowing he is broken. Survivors are gunna DC because quite frankly Legion isn't in a playable state as of rn (other than ptb) they are DCing because of that. If you play Legion rn you are gunna take some slack because of it. Everyone knows legion isn't particularly fair rn but some killers are still trying to play with him and it winds survivors up. Again I don't condone DCing but surely you can understand why they are. Imagine if Devs bought out a survivor and for some reason you had to hit them 4 times to down them then you would probably avoid playing with them survivors can't lobby dodge like killers can so them DCing is your lobby dodge.

i am not trying to get it to be ez kill I just want the end game to be useful right now it is just nothing all it does it get survivor not to hold the game hostage and that is a ######### waste

You are still not getting the point. It is SUPPOSED TO BE POINTLESS. It isn't supposed to kill survivors. It is supposed to STOP survivors holding games hostage. Which it does. It is supposed to STOP hatch stand offs. Which it does. You seem to want Endgame to do something other than what it is made for which it wont do because it is not supposed to grant killers easy kills. It gives survivors enough time to get out but not long enough that killers have to wait for ages. That is the idea of it. Stop thinking that it is supposed to do stuff other than end the game quicker. It is like expecting BBQ and chilli to give you wall hacks for the entire game, that is not what it is supposed to do therefor it doesn't do it.

For those like myself who aren't getting dedicated servers, i believe i will probably quit the game because 150+ ping servers will make the game unplayable.

it makes me kind of upset that the Devs are killing the game for me.

What do you mean "aren't getting dedicated servers" it is not something you get it is the way the games are hosted. If your internet is bad and you play killer all the time (which is what I assume you means by not getting dedicated servers) then you are lagging out every survivor that gets into your lobby. How is it fair that one side has to deal with ######### games because you have ######### internet. Dedicated servers will make the game better after they have settled because there will be no more "killer hit when they shouldn't have because they are hosting" no more "rubberbanding survivors because their connection to the killer is spicier than someone else's" and no more lag switchers.

yeah i get that but 3 mins is a long time i could understand if it started when last gen was done but after the doors are open that is kind of useless that is the point i am trying to make the end game can be so much more then what you are suggesting it can be

It is supposed to be "Useless" it isn't supposed to give killers free kills because they managed to patrol the exits and bought NOED. It is supposed to get survivors to leave and hatch stand off not to happen. 3 minutes is fine because it isn't actually supposed to kill anyone simply make them leave. Imagine a Billy or Nurse with NOED camping exits with 4 survivors still alive that outplayed the killer get killed by the entity because BHVR buffed the best killers in the game and gave them an ez 4k by simply using a clutch perk and their mobility. People need to stop trying to get EGC to be ez kills that is not what it is meant for.

  • No. Endgame Collapse isn't supposed to get killers an easy kill it is supposed to get survivors out of the match if they are taking to long. No it shouldn't be shortened because a lot can happen Endgame especially if you play an Endgame build. EGC achieves what it is meant to it gets survivors out within an alloted time and makes sure hatch standoffs don't happen. It achieved that the problem is killers seem to want to have Endgame Collapse reward them for not actually doing well and not managing to kill survivors. No a survivor shouldn't teabag but if you hate being teabagged don't go near the exit when you know you have been outplayed. If someone loops me and clicky clickies their flashlight at me and teabags I ignore them, most of the time it pisses them off that I don't entertain their stupid ideals that they end up doing nothing all match following me clicking to try and get me to chase them. The problem is lots of people seem to give the Ctrl button the control of their sanity and get really hot headed about someone pressing a button. You give then what they want if you rise to it.

Finally and most importantly EGC shouldn't start after the last gen is popped for perhaps the most important reason. It would BUFF Nurse and Billy because of their ability to put pressure on the exit gates. Let's face it those two killers don't need a buff at all.

  • She consume the Pools of Devotion passive.2 Different Ability modes (Vile Purge / Corrupt Purge). OR Pools of Devotion doesnt heal

I would be happy if the pools don't heal you as long as it only takes a 2 seconds to cleanse yourself. Or keep it how it is and only half heal you. I need my alturism points now that the pipping requirements are higher and I never get them in plague games because no one needs to heal.

Out of curiosity, what was DS? It was just 1 more hit in the chase right?

The only benefit DH has is that it's repeated use. This is nothing like DH really. Dead Hard gives the killer the missed attack cooldown which is short, MoM gives the killer the full weapon wipe which slows them down much more. DH gives you a small dash forward, MoM gives you the full speed boost from a hit. Lastly DH can be baited or mistimed, this can not be avoided at all.

Then compare it to balanced landing. You don't take a stun as killer where players take a 75% decreased stun and they get a 3 second sprint. For MoM you will only get a max of 2 second sprint. Most killers are faster than survivors so you should be able to catch up the extra second it takes you to wipe your blade.

    I have a better proposition:

Create an in-game voice-chat (and maybe text-chat) system. Boom. I have just solved everyone's problems. No need for all this bs.

That would be horrific the last thing I want is a team of brain dead survivors that did ######### all all game yelling "COME GET ME OFF THE HOOK EVEN THOUGH HE IS CAMPING ME" calling me every name under the sun or being punished because I am not chatting to them back. I want to play solo a lot of the time and I am happy to not be buffed unless the killers get a load more buffs. I think as a solo I want to know when I am with a 2man or 3 man swf so I know they are gunna be playing alturisitic. I want to know how healed people are on the floor (one of the reasons I would use the new perk) and I want to have built in kindred. Those simple things wouldn't buff swf too much and would make solos lives significantly better.

  • Maybe it is because I play LF so it won't really effect me but I still see DH as a more powerful version of it. 1 hit all game isn't likely to do much if you are a good killer. If you can't make up for a missed hit then you aren't really a great killer.

  • @Delfador said:

    I disagree.

Good survivors don't care about revealing themselves except for against a good nurse. They literally take object of obsession and tbag you at the start of the game or flashlight click to get your attention.

You can make it activate though, just like getting WGLF stacks, just go and get your hits when a killer is trying to hook somebody. I don't think that being able to activate it is that difficult.

Solo survivors most probably won't use it as much as SWF. Just like the old DS, SWF groups will take this perk and use it very strategically.

We'll see I guess but I don't think this perk is balanced at all.

But it isn't OoO. OoO lets you see where the killer is coming from so they don't care if the killer sees him because they can just move when the killer can't see him because he is too close which wastes killer time. This means you don't know where the killer is and the killer always knows where you are what you are doing and could tunnel you until you die or ignore you most of the game.

  • @HeroLives said:

Not to mention that it’s a one time use and not an exhaustion perk

Exactly. I understood why killer mains were pissed with DS because 4 DS's wasted 12 seconds of killer time not to mention chasing and catching again. But this is just a weak DH. Most killers won't bait out DH until the person has used it once (basically your free MoM hit) then in the next chase killers might bait it out or survivors can use DH to get to a pallet or window they wouldn't make without it. I do t use DH but it does seem stronger.

It's probably because DCing now ######### over the Killer's Devout emblem. I won't be surprised if entitled Survivors start calling DCing a strategy now.

Of course it does. I had 2 people DC on me when I played Doctor for a daily. I had to shock people so I did 3 gen strat as I don't normally play doc. 2 people DCed stayed for end game chat and said "ez depip for you killer" just because they DCed

  • @Dehitay said:

I'll admit moris can be OP, but I don't recall any major nerf for self care and DS got buffed along with its nerf. Without dribbling being possible and needing to down recently hooked survivors at end game, it's now more useable, but less abuseable.

Second chance perks, immersed Claudettes, and fast games are just as prevalent as ever.

Still, I think it would be fair to add an extra requirement to a mori. Something like you need to get 5 survivor smacks in order to charge a mori in addition to the previously hooked requirement, and for ebony, another 5 each time you want to mori again.

Self-care has been nerfed more than once. It has had a speed nerf and then there was the heal nerf which made it even slower. DS didn't get "buffed" because it is now so conditional that most killers just don't tunnel as much anymore. If you don't get tunnelled you don't get to use the perk at all which makes it useless against any killer that isn't trash at the game. If exits are open and you aren't chasing someone you should be protecting that unhook not running around like a moron then when someone gets near you can hit them before the unhook and hit them after the unhook it isn't that hard not to tunnel.

  • @HeroLives said:

Damn thought boldness counted towards an emblem sob

No it doesn't which is the main reason I stopped using my stealth build. I would use UE, empathy, Sabotage and WGLF. I would sabo hooks and unhook survivors and nearly always double pipped because I would max my boldness with sabo and then max my altruism with unhooks and make sure I did at least 1 gen. With this I would always double pip if I escaped or single pip if I died. But then the emblems came and stopped me playing stealth because I would never get evader points. Now I tend to play gen rush/stealth then loop late game as a distraction.

  • @HeroLives said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/377706#Comment_377706

I disagree Bc I play stealth so I need boldness any way I can get it without having to actually get in a chase. Sounds like you should save some people and touch some gens, stop hogging all the run time.

I play stealth too. But when you have people gen rush there is never enough gens to get you all gold or above. I don't care where the bloodpoints go I care where it counts emblem wise. I don't mind it going to boldness as long as it counts to an emblem although I don't think sabotaging should go to the evader emblem.

  • @thrawn3054 said:

@Black_Fence I actually made a topic suggesting totems count towards light bringer. Didn't get much traction though.

@HeroLives I wouldn't change it effecting your boldness points. I just think it should tie in with an emblem.

@HeroLives I just checked and sabo doesn't count to any emblem. I personally feel that every in game action other than maybe opening chests should count towards some emblem. It means you could play all game by doing totems and sabotaging to deny the killer hooks but depip even though you probably denied the killer his 4k because NOED didn't proc and he couldn't hook anyone.

  • @HeroLives said:

Sabo counts towards boldness don’t take this away from me!

But not the emblem does it? Plus it is easy to max boldness it is harder to max benevolent or light bringer

  • @thrawn3054 said:

Making the time the hook is down for could be alright. Maybe adding a minute would be safe?

As a second thought for sabotaging in general maybe they could have it count towards your light bringer or altruism emblems.

I would be happy to have it count for either of those emblems. I also thing that doing totems should count towards either lightbringer or unbroken. It is ridiculous that dull totems give you no emblem progress even though it is the counter to NOED.

  • I always used to bring sabo so that I could stealth all game and pip by getting my boldness points up with it but then emblems came out and it got nerfed and became literally useless. They need to make it is permanently sabotaged until a certain amount of hooks are sabotaged. For example you sabo 5 hooks fully then 2 respawn. That way we don't have what we had before with killers never getting hooks because of bm sabo but we do have a useful perk. As well as making hangmans trick more prominent. The problem at the moment is the hook situation is ridiculous. There are so many hooks now a days wiggling is literally useless. I understand why there are more hooks because I remember sabo days and pre-self-care/heal speed nerf days when killers struggled to hook players a lot has changed though and both hangmans trick and sabo are now useless. Personally one of the reasons I can't wait for Ashley is the flipflop perk. It Denys killers the chance to slug or gives you an escape as long as you aren't near a hook.

^basically but new match making makes it harder Bc the total randomness. While I enjoy the variety match making brings, it’s still you can get a bad killer or an above average killer, and same with teammates. Don’t have a problem with how emblem will pan out, but I think they should revert matchmaking to the way it was.

The thing with anyone below rank 16 is there are so little players that are bellow rank 16 because you can't depip. So instead of giving new players new players you end up with giving them SWF because they are the closest to the rank that is closest to them globally (position in the world) wise. If you play in Chad for example chances are you won't get people your rank because you live in a random ass location. I have the same thing happen to me when I play at 6am before I go to uni. Everyone in England tends to be in bed so I end up with players from Russia that are rank 12 when I am in red ranks.

This was my friends game earlier today. A lot of people are reporting the same concerns. Everyone is being thrown together, rather than a queue based off your “rank.”

What exactly was proven here with their PIP gain? The Killer was a brand new player

That rank 3 guy wouldn't have pipped I can almost guarantee it if the killer was a rank 20 and didn't chase him or chased him all game. The rank 20 shouldn't have been put with a rank 3 even if they were swf that is a matchmaking problem not a problem with ranking.

When I play killer I like to kill.

When I play survivor I like to escape.

I don't care about the rank, there is no monthly reward for achieving rank one anyway.

See I only care about the rank because I don't take joy in stomping on players that aren't as good as me. If I loop a killer all game and escape it is boring if I kill all the survivors in the first 3 minutes of the game it is boring. The problem with not being in the rank you are is that as a solo survivor you end up with a ######### killer and an even shitter team. When you are killer at a rank you don't deserve you either get looped all game or down everyone in the first 3 minutes.

  • @The_Crusader said:

Imagine if there was a bug where 5-6 survivors spawn in rather than 4.

Would killers stay in or disconnect? I think we all know the answer, though I'm sure some would pretend otherwise.

dude you should still play it. I am the one that gets left behind and doesn't DC. I tell you what happens when killers load in with 2 survivors a majority of the time:

Survivor crouches and looks at killer-> killer either kills them straight away or understand this survivor wants to farm just to safety pip and lets them do it.

If you run away like a moron at the beginning when the killer finds you then yes it is gunna be ######### but you can either lose 2 pips and all your bloodpoints or you can stay and give the other person time to safety while you do the same and get a few points. That game is in the toilet yes but there is never a valid reason to DC unless you have an IRL thing to deal with. If you don't want to play it either go find the killer and let them kill you or AFK till the killer finds you.

DCing is toxic and only ruins someone fun.

I'm flattered you think I'm a god tier killer, but really, I'm not that awesome.

I didn't say you I meant generally speaking. If survivors throw themselves at the hook like they have been to try and get the benevolent emblem and the killer kills them I don't see why the killer is punished. Like "oh yes Bill I know I could down you right now but your team mates threw themselves at me so I haven't got enough chase points let me follow you around while nodding so that I get chase points so that I can actually pip even though I already have my 4k in the bag."

  • @The_Crusader said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/377495#Comment_377495

Funny that's exactly how I've seen it. You need to slow down and give the other side a chance. 5 gens and no hooks as survivor? Let the killer get hooks so you can unhook. Ended the game early as killer where all survivors are down? Let one up to unhook the others. It feels like you need to farm.

Imagine some 2000+ hour hillbilly instadowning everyone at the start of the game, and for that forever being stuck in low rank. Good luck to new players against that.

That is exactly how I feel. If you stomp on survivors as killer now you don't get to rank up past purple ranks. It shoves all the amazing god tier killers into the purple ranks and leaves killers that rely on snowballs in red ranks. It is fine to play like that but it is a bit silly that killers that are better at killing end up in lower ranks. The same with survivors you can survive every game but if you don't go back to unhook your team mate even though there is NOED active you aren't gunna pip. It seems stupid.

  • @Orion said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/377467#Comment_377467

Here's the thing: that killer probably depiped, while everyone else probably got a black pip. This means that the killer will drop in rank, while you get to stay there. Everyone is going to settle into their proper ranks with time, but it's gonna take a while.

By the time that we "settle into our proper ranks with time" it will be rank reset though then we have the same ######### show again. I don't even understand why rank reset is a thing. If there aren't rewards for ranking up then why shake the barrel every month for no reason.

  • @The_Crusader said:

If there was a 30 minute ban I'd quit playing.

Load into a game and there are only 2 survivors in it due to loading screen issues....yeah no thanks. I'm not wasting time looking for the killer, I'm taking the quick way out.

That is a problem with the game that needs fixing first. But if there is only 2 people loaded in because of a load error you have less gens to do. The only person you ######### over when only 2 people load in is the 4th person that is left to do 3 gens by themselves or do at least 2 before he can find the hatch. That is bullshit and ruins other peoples fun.

  • bleg.jpg

This is the problem with the new ranking system. I got tunnelled all game by a freddy. He hit me once and I looped him the rest of the match. He was relentless on getting only me. I managed to escape and despite doing 3 totems, 1.5 gens I didn't get to pip because the killer didn't injure enough people for anyone to be able to heal. The problem is that the benevolent emblem relies so heavily on the killer doing well that if the killer doesn't do well then it is impossible for you to pip at higher ranks.

  • @George_Soros said:

30 minutes is too much, there certainly are cases when something comes up in RL. Repeated (say, same day) DC-s should be punished. This will still give a hard time to people who happen to have poor connection, but this is a fair price to pay. You shouldn't play anyway, if you have poor connection. If you just had a temporary hickup with your otherwise stable internet connection, you won't be effected by it.

Some people suggested that the "secrecy" the devs treat their DC ban policy with does more harm than good. I'd definitely go for a system where, after a DC, you get a warning message, which should both say something like "one more and you'll get a temporary ban", but also a few words about how it ruins the experience for the other players. Call me naive, but I believe most DC-ers are not complete #########, just frustrated about a game. A little reminder about how not to screw with others can go a long way.

I don't believe 30 minutes is too long. If something has come up IRL then like I said the chances are you won't be playing for the next 30 minutes. If you need to chat to someone or open the door for 30 seconds hide in a locker don't DC. Anyone that thinks 30 minutes is too long obviously DC's for reasons other than "IRL reasons"

  • The people that DC don't give a ######### about bloodpoints, they want to punish the killer or survivors. Make it give points to everyone in the lobby if someone DCs and put the person that DCd on a 30 minute cooldown. If they DC'd for a genuine reason they will probably be bust for the next 30 minutes if they DC'd out of rage then HAHA no game for you.

  • Also a solo survivor here. Without any more Survivor Nerfs or Killer Buffs and how the game is at the moment the only real thing I want is a built in kindred (I don't care about the killer) I just want to know when a survivor is going to unhook or not. I do also need a totem counter. People seem to think NOED is easy to counter. At high ranks when you are solo you have to basically cleanse all 5 totems yourself because most people just gen rush. I get that that is not super hard however when you have cleansed 4 totems and you have to look around the ENTIRE map counting the broken ones you see just to make sure the killers clutch perk doesn't go off it is really time consuming and you don't even get any emblem points for it. You might end up giving your team 4 escapes because you cleansed all the totems by yourself but you don't get rewarded for it.

  • @DemonDaddy said:

To many are trying to rank with their old tactics, see where your lacking and change it up. Its only natural that a long standing routine needs to be reevaluated with these changes.

That is great but when you are in a game with high rank people what tends to happen is someone is chased the others gen rush. If you don't gen rush you get stomped on as soon as the killer gets their snowball if you do then you don't get enough points in evader because the killer has not chased anyone but the guy that he first found which has looped all game. Even if you do all 5 gens open 2 exit gates and survive you won't pip at rank 1 in fact if the killer camps or doesn't hook anyone then the whole team is guaranteed to depip. Either they need to make it so you can get more points in categories so that if you loop all game because you are tunnelled you don't get depipped because the killer was trash. I hate the emblem system because it punishes gameplay that isn't BHVRs ideal playstyle. Sure you wanna stealth and do gens/totems to escape fine but you won't pip. It seems silly. I would rather have a points pipping system which means that if you get 25k and don't escape you pip if you get 22.5k and do escape you get a pip. And double pips at 30k for red ranks at least.

Like I said I don't often get mad at dbd but when a glitch happens that turns a camping killers 0k into a 2k because of a tunnel and a glitch it is hard not to be mad at the killer. If he hadn't tunnelled me I would have lived and the other guy died. If he had tunnelled me and borrowed time proc'd then I would have lived and the other survivor might have made it out. However neither of those things happen. Generally it is pretty scummy to tunnel someone when the person hook farming is iniured.

What's with survivors blaming the killer for everything that goes wrong? And yes, the implication is that you were pissed at the killer specifically, given that last sentence.

I was pissed off at the killer because instead of hitting the injured survivor that hook farmed me the killer decided to tunnel the hook farmed guy. Who am I supposed to be mad at in that situation. The survivor was trying to save me (exit gates were right by the basement open) used borrowed time effectively and sacrificed themselves however the killer tunnelled me and we both ended up dead because of a glitch.

  • In the ptb it was broken. I submitted a bug report with a video of it not working in the basement. Someone used it on me I got the borrowed time symbol then as soon as I got hit I went down and it disappeared. I was absolutely livid. I don't normally get mad at dbd but I swear I could have gone full Nea and killed the killer.

You guys are obsessed with me.

Excuse me? You commented on my thread useless information after I informed you it wasn't a visual glitch. (How am I supposed to take a before and after photo if I don't know the killer is going to DC) then I commented on your post about why people are annoyed at the new emblem system specifically at red ranks (which currently doesn't effect you) which you ignored. Then I agreed with someone that you sound very self centered. Your last comment shows you are self centered because you suddenly think we are out to get you. If you want to post about how good at pipping you are at least explain why you like it Vs the old one or give some intelligent input rather than just patting yourself on the back. Could you imagine a post like this from everyone "it is easy to pip you are just salty" it is just mindless dribble.

  • I know maybe if there was some intelligent input behind these posts it would be fine but just saying "oh look I did good what about you" is not really helpful. Why did you do good? Why don't you reply with a counter when someone says why they don't like the pipping system? Why post at all just to say "I am good at the game"?

Just another troll thread from eveline. Gets really boring.

True, no actual input just "gg ez" posts.

And I think you are salty and jealous probably because you seem so butthurt that I find survivor easy.

I see his point though. You literally made a post equivalent to saying "EZ" without giving any actual input into how it is easy. Most people aren't complaining about it being to hard to pip. They are saying it is ridiculous that you have to play the way BHVR want you to. "Oh look the killer tunnelled all round and managed to down someone with NOED at the very end. Better not escape now because if I do I lose a pip. Better risk my life to save someone that will probably be being camped or I am not gunna pip" or "oh look even though the exit gates are open I need to hang around a bit because the killer hasn't managed to chase me enough for me to get my evader points to pip." This is red ranks now. Yeah it is "gg ez" for you at rank 9 but at red ranks it is literally situational based on the killer you get if you pip. It ist the killers choice if survivors at red ranks pip and survivors choose if killers at red ranks pip. That is a stupid system.

  • I felt like this with tier 1 ruin when they nerfed it. They started telling survivors as soon as they got a skill check there was a hex in play. Stoping idea in my opinion.

If killer decides to camp though you can't pip. Your Benevolence gets screwed really hard.

This is the problem I have with the emblem system at high ranks. Red ranks can screw the other side over easily. Killer pissed you off suicide on the hook and deny him his pip. Survivor pissed you off face camp him and deny everyone in the lobby a pip. That is a ridiculous system.

@Black_Fence you, and many others, may no longer be considered red rank material. This is the simple fact of the updated system. It is going to be excrutiatingly difficult to stay in the red ranks from this day forward, let alone get there. Read the separate blog post for more information.

As for depipping on disconect, this is a server-side setting, that they chnaged again, in the last couple of weeks. TBH, if the killer DCs, everyone should safety by default, but that is not how the systrm works. After you are in the match for so many seconds (server-side setting), you will no longer auto-safety if the killer disconnects. It has been this way since about May 2018.

Normally I get gold, gold, iridescent, gold or silver, gold, iridescent, iridescent unless it is a god nurse then I just safety. So I don't think I don't belong at red ranks. According to the new piping system I will pip a lot and safety pipping is still easy. The problem is DCing shouldn't make you lose a pip if they are so hard to gain. Also the fact that the new system literally means a killer can derank everyone in that lobby at red ranks because he tunnelled one player is ######### ridiculous. If you loop all round because a killer is chasing you and you escape you should pip but normally you end up with bronze, silver(assuming you get downed and camped) nothing iridescent which is 7 which will depip you despite probably winning the game for your team mates.

Its just a visual bug...but i have noticed u lose offerings but your pip will be back to normal just back out and you are exact same rank with pips

I have already said it is not a visual bug, when I backed out I was still at rank 5 2 pips when I started the game I was rank 5 3 pips.
