I'm very sad aswell that the potential of this game just gets thrown out of the window.
But don't worry,i already lost my faith in BHVR years ago when they promised to improve console perfomance but actually didn't and now try to ignore it as much as possible 👌
Honestly though....im playing it on ps5 and it was silky smooth at first...but now it is as rubber bandy and terrible as it used to be....the very 1st patch they did...it made ps5 feel like ps4 again...

I mean im busy too...so i just found a streamer with a small viewer count who was doin codes..that helped along with not as many have a ps5 so i was able to snag one pretty easy on 1st go around

Victor doesn't prove it, the main problem with Chucky was never injuring/downing survivors it was:"How would hooking a survivor work, he is far too short for it", "How would vaults work? Chucky is too short to vault", and maybe even lockers...cuz again too short.
Ok ill agree with the hooks but chucky can jump and climb just fine. Or do it as charles lee ray and there are good guy dolls all over the map he cab possess...kinda like what they doin with the twins...

Victor shows the a doll sized killer can be done...so no more excuses...pony up and pay for Chucky and Andy Barclay. I would pay double for that...pending yet another patch and dlc doesnt ruin your game like every other one...

Hes on console...there is no end game chat...just do not taunt the other side whether ur killer or survivor....taunting is all the above mentioned things everyone has said...tbagging, clicking, camping....killers can get away with a little more of doing things that are frowned upon because at higher ranks...playing as killer is much tougher than running around as a survivor.

With how bad the console gameplay is now...its one of the only options...once console is fixed then killers will likely go back to playing like normal

If they cant keep the game playable with pushing out new content every 3 months they need to do it every 4 or something cause they break te game everytime something new comes out and they have finally made everything from previous update somewhat better...all just to f it up again..

If 600 people work there and what happens now on ps4 still happens after an update...they need to reconsider who is working on this game because this is a joke.

Anyone who said its kinda or borderline unplayable is way off...it is completely unplayable....it was just killer that was all over the place but somewhat playable but now both survivor and killer are done....it is fully an unplayable game...needs to be fixed like now...######### do you devs not play this game on console before you release all this trash...friday the 13th plays better than this garbage now...and thats embarrassing.

Wow...i wish legacy would be a thing and i heard the old grind was insane and to lose all that time and effort just to be bugged out is infuriating....instead of actually just seeing your evidence they decide to be condescending tools and just keep dragging you along pretending they were actually doing something....ive learned in the past 3 years playing....that is their main method of operation....bs...bs...and more bs...good luck my man and great video...sorry u lost those hours

As long as queue times stay as fast as they are..who cares about facecamping and tunneling...you get another game instantly....the bug problem is the real problem...it has rendered the game more unplayable than a few camping killers ever could....let killers do as they please just as all the entitled survivor mains do as they please. (Survivor main speaking). But ffs fix the game breaking bugs.

Ya maybe do a dif killer...that could help and also if ur on ps4 dude its likely not ur fault things arent going well...it is so buggy laggy and stuttery right now that killer is unplayable...i guess waiting for perks in the shrine may be a lil better cause its only 2k shards but you will have to wait and there is no promise you will get what u want....i like guys suggestion of hag...she is fun and easy to pick up but again with the amount of stuttering on console at the moment...all killers are f ing impossible

New players always come with new dlc...legion is easy to play so it could be newer players learning...not just "easy pipping"

Why killers didnt get points for all stages on the hook is beyond me...only get 3 pts for 3 hooks and 1 point for a survivor who just gets hooked once and dies...that doesnt make a whole lotta sense

Because of this I can tell you that, aside from framerates, pc players do not have an overall advantage over console players. I've only ever used a controller and I've managed to be able to learn how to loop killers well and escape as survivor. I've also managed to hold my own as a controller killer and secured many 4k's over pc survivors. I think too many console players have heard the phrase "pc master race" too many times and have taken it to heart when it was really a phrase born of a time when pc's and consoles were completely different beasts with very few overlapping titles.
I know this is a long post but my point is this recent wave of disconnects is not proving any point and only damaging the health of the game. You're just going to have to learn to adapt to some new playstyles. It's no different than having to learn to adapt when a new killer comes out or a killer is reworked which is something we all have to deal with every few months or so.
TL;DR: The playing field is more fair than you think, you just have adjust to different play styles. I can say this with confidence because I've only played on pc and never used m/k, only a controller. Please stop dc'ing. You're ruining the game experience for everyone.

Ya i dont care about crossplay i love getting instant lobbies on both sides...im on ps4 and used tp have to wait at least 10 mins for a survivor lobby so i would get furious if i was camped or any other thing that sucks but now i can take it in stride and just move on to my next game with no problem...dont have to wait 1 hour for maybe 2 games...turn cross play off if you cant handle the insanely good killers on pc...i actually love it...to play against a good pc nurse is a marvelous thing to watch....never seen 4 survivors be put down so fast in my life.

Ya u may have gotten perk bug and she was using dance with me...and you didnt look behind the big bush to the left...u could have gotten juked and she went back to the right all while showing no scratch marks

Ya tbh...(trigger warning) pc survivors are not as good as i thought they would be...they just play a lot different...pc survs seem to wanna end the game as fast as possible where console (ps4 here) tends to take their time and be a bit more altruistic in their actions....on the flip side...pc killers are a lot better in red ranks than i thought they would be.

Ya i get the matches arent the best but tbh at least im getting games quickly...ps4 q times for survivors was awful. So at the moment they are like 30 seconds and killer queues are like 1 minute...so as a surv i dont mind being tunneled camped or anything cause i actually get games quick..same as killer im not minding being rushed or anything cause again...q time is so fast =)

I first saw the game from watching a stream and thought it looked cool so i played and understood the general idea but like dude up top said if you need tips or little tricks you can watch vids but otherwise you will pick up a lot of it yourself over time as you get more comfortable

Ya im a surv main on ps4...was never really toxic but would occasionally complain to killers who camped or didn't play how i wanted. But have since changed that...say gg no matter how people play...no longer run ds, unbreakable or bt....keeping it friendly and positive to all people and only yell at other survs for any toxicity...gg ps4 people lets turn this around and make it better for new players

And yes there are counters, such a communication and searching all the chests, and I have been notifying the people I play but if I play survivor I do gens before I search chests. I would appreciate it if the game would be optimized better, as it would hurt nothing and help both sides. Thank you behavior.
Yes i posted about this it happens with more than just a chest opening...it happens when a surv gets downed, picked up, exposed, anything that cause any bit of stutter will kill you in the struggle phase...super frustrating

Just wanted to keep the aura problem visible on this forum so maybe they can hotfix this cause in the state they are...can see nothing.

Penalize teabagging survivors...each time crouch is hit 3+ times in a row, you lose 5k bloodpoints...

This is always a circle of an arguement with each side having their own complaint...some killers will always camp...some survivors will always gen rush....im telling you if matchmaking times were faster...people wouldnt complain as much...good day
