Gens could have technician effect chance based on luck for example.
@ClogWench last time i used it, it was broken. Hooks after sacrifices did not come back. Live on stream xD
so the perks that even broken none cares about, are the weakests

Problem with Hangman's is you're giving up 1/4 of your perks for a perk that will rarely if ever be relevant because sabotaging is so uncommon now. It's more likely you'll just end up wasting a perk slot, even on Trapper.
If we had more perk slots we could experiment with low-tier perks
currently everyone just equips the strongest perks due to the lack of slots

I like rewards for Devotion - but it should not be a reward that changes game style, hence I like the cosmetic rewards.

A Laurie or Bill with toolbox are going to be mostly a labourers doing genrushing
A Dwight or Nea with certain clothes and a flash light: toxic trolls
Blooded P3 skins may mean they are pros, specially when they swap P3 chars on purpose
etc

99% sure. Ive played killer a lot and never once seen it, and nothing in item descriptions indicates the killer can see it. It's just a marker for survivors.

Nobody really lets the no mither guy away without a hardcore facecamp. I'm kidding lots of killers don't usually slug though. I have fun regardless with no mither; it's a challenge for me. :^
I like it a lot too to pretend I am pro enough to troll the killers, so often they do not chase me being afraid of being abused lol

i make a complete build everytime i have played for 3 years and do just fine in the game without the need for extra perks, sure sometimes i wish i could run certain perks together but doing so would make me as a survivor way stronger than i need to be as a survivor, it shouldn't be an easy game and right now with a 4 perk build you can wreck a killer if you do it correctly, i honestly get a vibe that you just want to be a stronger survivor and you think you need xtra perks to beat killers more often. If it ain't broke don't fix it and the survival/death ratio is perfectly fine right now and as a survivor main i honestly think i survive a lot more than i should be but because of certain perk builds it gives me huge upperhands in certain scenarios and that is with 4 perks, if i had even more then i would be way to OP in those same scenarios even if killers had the same amount of perk builds. sorry man, IQ has nothing do with knowing that the perk system is perfectly fine, sorry you are frustrated and have a hard time deciding which perks you want but adding perk slots does not fix the game or help it in any way other than making your decision making easier. Again there is a reason that NOONE is really agreeing with you. So to answer the question from the title of this post: YES
