Shoudlnt be. I ran just filthy and didnt seem to have any DC, hate mail, or notice people standing heling for extreme amounts of time. Actually played and farmed a little with one claudette and it didnt seem to increase cumulatively.
If someone is 100% please correct me, but I'm 95% sure just one wont continually increase it.
My first match today was with a legion who just keep hitting people with feral frenzy and leaving. At one point mending started to take an extremely long. It felt like I was doing gens.

So you want to bully the worst killer over and over? Nah. Billy is the most balanced killer in the game. Every killer needs to be buffed to his level.
I doubt that's even possible. Some characters are going to be better than others.

Yeah I unhooked a dwight yesterday I'm her terror radius but it didn't activate. Also today it happened with a myers who hit my friend when he was going for the unhook.
How is wglf bugged?

Well I had a David who sacrificed himself for me against a noed trapper. I don't know why he dc'd when the killer didn't have bbq and he hadn't been hooked yet.

Easily counterable by survivors. And by that logic,Leatherface has perks to help him a lot, enduring+fury and you can M2 down survivors. Yeah, Leatherface is low tier but doc is even more trash.
I don't see how doctor is trash when he can track survivors well and can use his power to stop people from looping windows or pallets or force them to drop it earlier. It goes well with the add-on that causes survivors to see fake pallets. Also distressing and unnerving work really well with him.
Maybe you feel that doctor is trash because he needs add-ons and without it he performs badly?

I use Jake as a stealthy survivor. He wears a full gray outfit (No hat) with spine chill, iron will and urban evasion.

I mostly use bbq, ruin and thanatophobia. Would a good fourth perk be surveillance(I'll have to level up my pig) or discordance/monitor?
